I loved my stay here. Nothing seemed too much trouble, staff were friendly and polite. The room was lovely, big, clean and the bed and pillows were so comfortable. It was my first time in Abu Dhabi and I loved it, made all that much better by the fantastic hotel. Good location, 5 minute walk from the Corniche which was such a peaceful walk in the morning and evening.

I returned to this hotel having left Abu Dhabi some 30years ago (I stayed at the Sheraton when I first arrived to live there 35 years ago). Sadly, lots has changed in the surrounding area (tall buildings behind etc), however this did not detract from a lovely hotel, which has recently undergone a renovation.
The rooms are lovely and it is spotlessly clean, comfy bed and nice linen. Bathroom was fabulous (and I am in the trade). What food I had was in my opinion outstanding for a hotel, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved Le Bistro.
I had 2 gripes, which prevented a 5* rating. The aircon had problems and this has not changed. It kicks in when the temp rises but it is noisy when it does this and woke me each time, it then calms down a bit. Other visitiors had the same issue. My other gripe was the patio door roman blind which kept falling down or malfunctioning when I tried to lower or raise it - they were great at rectifying it but it then happened every time, so this needs replacing in my opinion.
But great to see the place after so long, and so much to do in Abu Dhabi. Grand Mosque, Palace and Etihad Towers viewing platform are all musts IMO

The picture of hotel used by expedia is very misleading. The hotel is low level in sand stone colour.
The window from the hotel room is tiny. The food is good. The receptions welcome is very poor. No mention of what is been offered. Just check in off you go.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton Corniche in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to reach all the main attractions around the city, a big plus for families looking to explore without long travel times.

The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of variety to keep our little one happy each morning.

A special mention to Amro, our excursions guide, who was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. He organised our week’s activities seamlessly and really made the experience stress-free, I highly recommend asking for him if you're planning outings!

Perfect stay!!

A luxury clean hotel on the corniche.has its own beach and pool area.
Rooms were spacious and very clean.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Mahdi and Loksman who gave us nothing but fantastic service. They were very accommodating and honestly made out trip so good! The only issue I had was that the swimming pool was too warm and so when it is 47 degrees, you would want to ideally hop into a cold pool, but instead the pool was so warm that it kinda' make us feel lightheaded. Otherwise, the service was incredible.

Sheraton Abu Dhabi was convenient. I only stayed for a day since it was my last night of my trip but it was good! The room was small but I like the table nook that I used while watching tv & eating. I brought my food in & just relaxed. The balcony was small but I went out to see other parts of the city. Check out the World Trade Center. It’s smaller than the other bigger malls but you’ll be surprised to find some great practical items.

My business trip dates changed due to my boss's schedule and the hotel was non-responsive in allowing me to change my dates even though I contacted them about it a week in advance. I ended up paying for the entire stay even though I wasn't staying there. This is no way to take care of guests.

We stayed at the Sheraton for 4 nights - good location on the Corniche, rooms are an okay size but city view would not recommend if you're planning to stay in hotel.
Pools are great, housekeeping brilliant also and overall OK value for money. However, food options and service from restaurant staff lets this 5* hotel down - we were left waiting for over an hour and a half for my young daughters food at B Lounge because they got the order wrong. Service at La Bistrot also not good. Better communication is needed.

I had high expectations for the Sheraton Corniche, but unfortunately, the stay fell short. The upkeep of the room was low quality—our refrigerator didn’t work, and despite calling maintenance, they came but didn’t fix it. The steam room was also out of order, which was frustrating.

On the positive side, the gym facilities were well maintained, and the pool and beach area were nice. However, the view was marred by a dusty, abandoned high-rise nearby. Another downside was the location—all nearby restaurants were at least a 15-minute walk away.

The breakfast was the highlight, with many delicious options and excellent, kind service. Still, the overall experience didn’t justify the price, and the lack of attention to room maintenance was disappointing.

Really enjoyed our stay here over New Years. We had a suite which was lovely and spacious with sea view. The building itself is older in style but the interiors are modern.

Staff excellent especially the concierge and staff at B Lounge. Breakfast busy but they get you in quick enough.

Location is OK. You will be getting cabs most places but these are readily available inc Uber.

One slight issue, the property is slightly scruffy in places. For example on beach under kids club there was rubbish piled up. Also looks like the property is being painted but isn’t finished. Few small details.

This was one of the worst stays I have had in a 5 star hotel. I booked the hotel for a short staycation for a friends birthday based on the reviews and we were so disappointed. The hotel has been renovated but it looks so cheap and its a mix of old and new which frankly does not give 5 star vibes. The room was clean and nice but you could hear everything! We didnt sleep till 2am because the next door rooms were speaking loudly, we could even hear them eating and moving their utensils and their phone ringing and doors banging shut. In the end I had to call down to reception and even then it didnt stop. The beach is small and is on a canal so you barely get any beach view the only view you get is an abandoned building and the can and the cars driving over the bridge! Not really resort vibes!!

First three day were difficult as the bathroom waste pipes were leaking smell into the room, we were eventually moved to another room which was fine for the framing 3 days. Lounge access was ideal for afternoon and evening snacks.

Terrible stay, unfortunately. AC's not working and they simply just said they were working on it.

Checkin took over an hour. And our rooms were not ready till 4:25pm even though our check in time was 3pm.

Husna at the reception was fabulous to work with but the limitations of the hotel were not cooperating with her.

Our stay was truly delightful! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would eagerly return. Nulen (apologies if we've misspelled the name) at the reception desk was an absolute gem. She greeted us warmly, efficiently arranged our breakfast reservations, and was always on hand to assist with transportation, making our stay even more enjoyable. Her exceptional hospitality left a lasting impression on us. The only disappointment was discovering that the beach club was closed :( While we recognize that this is beyond the hotel's control, it was, ironically, the allure of the beach club that drew us to choose the Sheraton for our stay.

The hotel has lovely large bedrooms which are spotlessly clean. House keeping is excellent. The breakfast buffet has an excellent selection of both hot and cold foods. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Only down side of the hotel is that it is next to a very busy road. The traffic noise in the city view room was annoying at night. I would pay for a pool side room next time away from the traffic noise. I would stay at this hotel again. Location is perfect for walking along the Corniche.

One of the standout features of this hotel is its impeccable customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met promptly and with a smile. Whether it was a recommendation for a local attraction or a request for additional amenities, they handled it all with professionalism and genuine care.

The culinary experience at the Abu Dhabi Sheraton was nothing short of exceptional. The variety and quality of the food served at the on-site restaurants were truly impressive. From the delicious international cuisine to the flavorful local specialties, every meal was a delight to the taste buds. The chefs clearly take pride in their craft, and it showed in every dish they prepared.

In general, the hotel is fine; however, its location is not very central, to find restaurants for lunch or dinner, you need to take a taxi.
The tiles inside the shower need to be regrouted, as they appear dirty due to the grout falling off or having a darker color.

We started coming to the sheraton resort in 2014 and really loved the place. A few things have changed but the beach and pool areas are always lovley places to just relax and enjoy the sun.
The staff as always were very helpful ,the breakfast is very good with a good variety.
We stayed in a club room and found the club buffet poor and really lacking any decent food although the lounge was very nice and the staff friendly it was very basic.
The room was ok the lack of any sound proofing is makes for a desturbed nights sleep the noise of the doors shutting sounds like a shotgun firing which occurs every night at varying times, we stayed on the sixth floor andni think we had the cast of Riverdance staying above us . We love this hotel and area and will be back next year. Thanks Sheraton.

There are only 2 restaurants, one was only buffet service, and opened 4 dinner at 7pm which was a bit late 4 us 2 eat. The other opened 4 dinner also at 7pm, but u could get something ala carte if u wanted.
The beach was good, but the water too warm so it wasn't refreshing.
The pool was GREAT, but getting a lounge was challenging if u didn't get there early enough.
Would be nice if there were a PRINTED Channel Guide 4 the TV.
The mini bar DEFINITELY needs 2 be colder, or replace them with a mini fridge!

Very nice family friendly hotel

We spent 4 days in the hotel with the family and it was a very pleasant and comfortable vacation. The hotel is all renovated and has a lot of facilities to use (gym, sauna, hairdressers etc..)
We booked the royal suite and it was super comfortable, also cribs were added for my 2 yr old babies to sleep.
3 outdoor pools are available for different age groups and what i liked is that the smaller pools were temperature adequate to kids.
For Eid holidays, themed nights were organized on the beach section
In addition, the manager of the hotel was always present making sure all was working as it is supposed to be
I Highly recommend the hotel for family vacation trip

I recommend this hotel , location and amenities are excellent . Intern staff are excellent and very helpful , also the duty manager Sami was more than helpful. However the Middle Management and Night Manager seriously they require to be extensively trained in how to respond to customer’s requests as well as how to make customers feel welcome. I really hope effort is put in training the team , as it effects the experience one can have at the hotel.

Relaxing stay

The Sheraton is a lovely hotel in a great location with the benefit of it’s own beach and large outdoor area. Staff verse very friendly and helpful, especially with our PCR tests. The food was great and the buffet had a large selection. As we were there with Abu Dhabi and Etihad having strict Covid testing, the hotel was quite quiet and some facilities weren’t open but didn’t detract from our stay.
