This hotel had impossibly friendly staff who made the stay a great pleasure.
I won't forget coming back one evening and so many were singing Christmas carols... a home from home!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to make my visit comfortable. A special thanks to Rupa, who arranged a really good room for me and also kindly provided a late check-out, which made my stay even more relaxing. Her warm and professional attitude truly stood out. The bathroom was not clean as shown in the photos -- I mean general repairs required, grout for tiles was black and the tub had permanent markings, the desk also seemed to have markings on it.

Housekeeping was very kind and receptive to requests and swift to complete.

Decent view on one of the busy areas and Skyline in Abu Dhabi. The hotel is located in a very accessable area. Lots of things are nearby that you would like for a couple days stay. We however only stayed for one night and where glad we decided so, as the age of the facility started to show and the cleanliness could really be improved upon.

Worst ever Customer Care and Staff attitude

In my 10 years of hotelling experience , I had to bear the worst customer service at Nehal Hotel. The CSR at the reception mocked me as my guest came to see me. Even when he was told that the visitors are coming only to meet and not to stay, he still made it horribly shameful and completely senseless for me. I had to feel shame infront of my visitors. The worst ever experience of staying at a hotel in my life. They had no hospitality in their dealing with the guest at any stage.

Great Overall

Happy with my stay. The room was clean, sizable and catered to all my needs. Check-in, which for me was at 3am was efficient, calm and professional. Most importantly, I opted for this hotel given that the departure bus stop for the airport is next to the entrance - a 1 minute walk, and the arrival bus stop is also only a 4-5 minute walk. Very convenient indeed. I would return 👍

Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2021 stay

Stayed here for the 2021 Grand Prix, 20-25 mins tax from the circuit (c.£15) with some okay bars nearby. Wifi was a bit patchy.

Max Verstappen also won the Championship (I’m a Lewis fan), but that wasn’t really the hotel’s fault.

Bed bugs, terrible shower and uncaring staff

Pulled back the duvet and found a live bug on the sheet.
Reception staff had to be called twice to move us to a different room at almost midnight. The shower was no better in the second room the next morning.
The reception staff at check out said the manager would be in touch when we requested a refund, but this never happened.
We chased several times but we’re told repeatedly by a very abrupt receptionist that the manager was not available.
We finally got to speak to Jerrin Joseph, the duty manager who muttered about us having free parking for a future stay. This was a total insult and after this experience it would be the absolute last place we would wish to stay.
We usually try to support one off hotels rather than big chains, but this place and it’s staff were a total disgrace

Worst Hotel in Abu Dhabi City Ever

One of the worst service and staff behaviour I have ever experienced. Rude staffs, unprofessional, mannerless. In-house facilities are not satisfactory. Difficult to have a parking space. Overall, very very disappointing.

The hotel really needs renovation the AC is noise sudden noise every 15 mints like a strong nok in the door . No hot water for shower as the room is v cold even without AC. The TV is not entertaining at all its not clear the pic and most of the channels are not there and I had to ask them to replace the remote. The fridge wasn't working at all but the replace it .I couldn't use the iron coz it was burning my outfit even with low departure it was really dangerous. but the service is quick when u need anything..even it was 3 star hotel..the should notice those points to be better.

We had a wonderful stay. Large comfortable room walking distance to Abu Dhabi Mall. Only one suggestion for the hotel - the tiles over the bath and behind the toilet need a good clean. We would stay again.

To make a short story. When I checked in and Check Out the two staff (Morocco Man who speak French and Filipinos Women) did not told me thank you for my stay and did not look at me. They just took my key and did not said anything when I gave the key at the front desk this morning. I told her that her and him are the worse staff and worse hotel in Abu Dabhi ever. She smiled like she is happy that I was angry. She should be fired. I will spend my money to a better hotel next time. I had no choice caused by other hotels was sold out. The filipino women lied to me. A day before she told me to wait in my room that she will bring the key of my new room. After one hour I call back and this idiot of Morocco French staff told me like very rude attitude and unfriendly like what I want and he said they did not come with the key because I need pay tourist fee and local phone calls!!!! Then I went to the front desk to talk to him. And I told him is it a reason to not call me and not bring the key if I had pay fees that I was not aware off? I said the filipino women next to him told me she gonna bring the key. Then he asked her if tis true. She said yes and she was hesitating. That proof that she meaning it. She lied and hided something.
The waitress at the coffee shop of the hotel Lobby was terrible and extremely rude. She throwed the fresh orange juice that my girlfriend ordered. She throwed like if it was a trash.She did not smile, she did not say hello ro how are you. An Animal

The good thing about this hotel is the price, location and room size. things i didn't like is that I had to wait more than 30 min until they get my room ready and their reason was that \" we are fully booked !\"
There was leakage in the bathroom and the floor was all wet.

surprisingly good hotel despite it is one of the cheapest in Abu Dhabi. I needed a room close to hamdan street at a fair price. I didn't have much expectation but in the end I was very happy with the choice.
Clean, good service good bed and perfect location. If you don't feel like paying a lot for services you do't really need and you don't need to get spoiled Nehal hotel is the perfect place.I would return for sure.

i requested to change our towel in our 1st night of stay, someone called us that the towel is not posible to change this is my 1st time to hear like this in the hotel. And also i asked for another key card and the receptionist didn't give me he send the security together with me to open the room there are 2 of us who staying the room and i dont know why this receptionist didnt give me a key i was very disappointed, he is evening duty (receptionist) i forgot his name but he is not from india.

Very nice hotel. Would definitely return again. Room service was prompt and they had really good food for a hotel, very surprised. Very friendly and nice staff, very helpful. TV remote didn't work well but as long as the internet worked great I didn't care. They was always quick to provide service, you never had to wait long.

Didn't enjoy the stay. Shame that Hotel charge AED 20 for parking. Very very very difficult to get taxi from this year so if u hv meeting or day tour then forget that u ever reach on time. Also right from Valet service to the room, the attitude of the staffs are not pleasant. No pleasing smile as if they have not been paid for many months. The only two person who kept smiling and helpful were the small boy (don't know his name) who carried luggage to the room and the guy in blue security dress. Room is quite big but gloomy. Carpet is not cleaned properly. Most of the TV channels are useless except channel 2 for movie so very boring to stay inside. Neighborhood is very congested.

Overall very nice hotel for a 3*+.
Staff was very polite and helpful, especially porters (Mr. Bhaskar) and doormen.
Welcome kahwa coffee was excellent,and check in went on smoothly.
location was very good, abu dhabi mall 10 minutes walking distance away, all types of restaurants available nearby, supermarket around the corner etc

They arranged a city tour for us in a private taxi, which was within our budget.

This is not a Hotel, it is a shared apartment.

I paid for the week at this hotel and then went up to the room to find that the bed sheet are apparently not changed out between patrons as there were long black hairs in the bed and I have white hair. They promised to refund all of the money since I would not stay in the filthy room. They have not refunded the money and it has been 3 months. This is not a hotel, they actually have apartments with locking doors and you are sharing the apartment with someone they assign to your room.
