Booked room for 3 persons, it turns out the sofa is not for sleeping and we have to pay extra fee for getting a bed. Dated place, not really recommended.

Room was clean, spacious with good facilities. Staff was helpful and kind.

Only downside is the breakfast. First day not too bad, but afterwards all days the food was almost stale. Pancakes hard, french toast hard as rock, watered down ful/tamis, even pastries were soggy. The only fresh item was fruit and milk. I fed back to restaurant chef and then another chef but nothing got done. I have recorded my feedback at checkout but have had no responses so far. I would suggest don’t book with breakfast. There are a number of patisseries within 2-5 min walk and cafes as well. You are guaranteed much better experience outside.

Lovely Stay in Abu Dhabi

Exceedingly clean, spacious rooms in a walkable part of the city, half way between Abu Dhabi Mall and Abu Dhabi Corniche. Also close to the Louvre Abu Dhabi which is a must see. So excellent location and highly professional staff, from the front desk to the pool on the 19th floor.

We had 1 one bedroom apartment booked which was apparently sufficient for 4 people however my husband ended up sleeping on the couch 1 night which was uncomfortable and unacceptable. The hotel eventually provided an additional bed.
Although the apartment was huge maximum it can sleep is 3 people as there was only 1 king sized bed. If the living room had a sofa bed - this apartment would be sufficient for 4 plus people.
We had to remind the hotel to clean the room one day as it had been left all day.
One of the staff at breakfast - Karbana was extremely rude to both my kids, they had to ask 5 times where to get pancakes from she eventually pointed in the direction without even looking up.
I asked her for a latte she told me she didn’t have any milk yet she was stood there pouring a jug of milk. I pointed out she was holding milk. She then agreed to bring me a coffee yet she carried on serving others with coffee and went on to set the tables. I asked her where my coffee was after about 15 minutes she had nothing to say. Was not apologetic another member of staff had to intervene and rectify the issue.
Having said that all the other staff in the dining area were exemplary. Im not sure Karbana actually wanted to serve my family it felt like she couldn’t be bothered.

In the heart of Bur Dubai and convenient if you want to visit the historical district or take a ferry across the creek and explore. The staff is welcoming and friendly and they have 24 hour checkin desk if you are flying in late like we were (after midnight). The property is a little dated but the rooms are spacious. The bed was a little hard for my liking and the shower's lacked hot water at times. One of two the main elevators was broken which lead to longer waits. Was told later there was stairs and a back elevator. There's a cafe/restaurant and a lounge of sorts on the ground floor. They also have a spa and a pool on the top floors but we didn't utilize those. We stayed only 2 nights and it was what we expected, not the most comfortable but allowed us to be around the area we want to see.

When I arrived to do check in, there was no non-smoking room in the hotel as what I observed! When I talked to the reception he said we offer the request but not guarantee. Then the guy offer to downgrade my reservation to a room that are deffernt but non-smoking. In that time, I rejected that and told the guy I will claim that to Expedia and he was not care about it. I taught him that was not proffecinal and his colleuge warn him and told him there is a room that what I reserved. After 15 mins talking and 15 mins waiting the room was ready and had a dish of fruit in the room to say we are sorry! Best,

Pros: has all the necessities in the room, with a kitchen, balcony, separate sitting area.
Hotel is conveniently located to shopping malls, walking around, using the bus system.

Cons: if using the balcony, you can't fully close the balcony door or you will be locked out.
Wake up call on the morning of my flight home- was 17 minutes late.

I enjoyed my stay here. The concierge was 5 star. My room was great with amazing views on the 18th floor .
The food was lovely and the extras like swimming pool & gym facility was cool .
Perm was very professional and helped me choose places of interest to see in Abu dahbi & Dubai . He and his colleagues were very helpful throughout with taxi , directions & many other things
It’s a wonderful place to stay . Don’t hesistate to book ur stay here .

We had an enjoyable stay at Hala Arjaan by Rotunda. We had a very spacious room with a kitchenette. There is also a restaurant for breakfast and evening meal. There was a good selection for breakfast with a chef on hand to make omelettes.
We found the staff all very helpful and very friendly.
There is a lot of building work near the hotel and everywhere in Abu Dhabi it seems, but any noise was muted in the hotel and did not disturb us. We would stay here again.

They gave a free upgrade- nice.
The hotel was lovely and convenient to AD
All Id ask is -the staff go out and ask the workmen if they have a permit to work at night. I very much doubt they have. Its a car park so cant imagine huge urgency.
And they should give ppl ear plugs on arrival.

Great Location, walking distance ( 10 mins ) to Beach Corniche.
Reasonable taxi prices made Yas Marina circuit and other areas of AD accessible.
Great Hotel with excellent staff and therefore overall service was very good.
Good choice of Hotel restaurants and excellent private beach and health club.
Also access via hotel lift to AD shopping mall was a nice touch !
Would defo stop here again !

A great hotel. However, our stay was marred by building work which started at around 7 in the morning. The sound of building activity at that time was horrendously loud.

The saving grace was that the facilities and staff were great.

A confortable stay. Room a good size. Soft and fluffy towels. Good room service received. Riza on reception is an excellent member of staff. Housekeeping could have been better. Balcony dirty and covered in bird droppings. Day time noise from nearby construction and mosque, however quiet at night.

Average in presentation but location is great. I asked for the hotel to book my transfer since they claim to have an airport shuttle and their charges was twice as high as the regular taxi's rate. I felt cheated.
Staff were polite and friendly. Bed linens were not changed for the first four days and I requested for it. Personally I will award this hotel as 3.5/5 based on my previous experience on four stars hotels in the UAE.

Very nice hotel close to Hop on Hop off Bus stop.

We arrived very early in the morning after a 13 hour flight from Melbourne hoping to drop off our bags so that we could hang around a nearby shopping mall until check in time (2PM). Staff were very helpful and as our room was vacant let us check in straight away which enabled us to have a rest before we ventured out. Similarly when we left we were not scheduled to fly out until after midnight. Hotel staff allowed us to stay in our room until 6PM. This was most appreciated by my wife and myself. We would recommend this hotel to anybody and hope to be back ourselves sometime in the future.

Hotel is quite nice. You can walk to Abu Dhabi Mall. There are slso many shops, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Cabs can easily be flagged down. About a half hour drive from Yas Island.

Could be a great hotel apartment but this visit was unacceptable. 1) the baby cot was not delivered until 9 pm. The sheets and bedding smelt of baby pop. Health risks for babies is not good.
2) before I made the booking I was told that an extra person could stay for free but then they tried to charge me until I got the manager involved.

Extremely helpful and courteous staff. We reached the hotel around 22:30 hrs, after a tedious delay at the airport immigration. All our tiredness, anxiety and apprehension disappeared within minutes of speaking to the kind young lady (Heather) at the reception. Very rarely, we have come across that kind of welcome at a hotel. The hotel facilities are second to none. Swimming pool and Sauna are spotless.
We would stay there again.

Our family vacation in Abu Dhabi was a comfortable experience thanks to this hotel. The service is very prompt and the people are friendly. It is a good value-for-money proposition. It is close to the Abu Dhabi Mall and a range of restaurants. It is also well connected to all the touristy area and both the YAS entertainment area and the airport are 30 minutes away. Worth every penny.
