What a wonderful stay at the Park Hyatt Saadiyat island. The service was impeccable, I asked for an alternate room and if I could see what was available before changing and they were so accommodating. The breakfast buffet was the best! Ice pops on a hot day at the pool, what’s not to love. I will most definitely be back.

Our experience with this hotel was amazing and honestly beyond all my expectations. We arrived early morning (me and my little daughter), Muhammad did a very smooth check in for us. It was very important for me that we get a room asap so that my daughter could sleep after a long flight. Muhammad said they were expecting us and it was great (however, I was prepared for the worst). So that was a very nice welcoming gesture from the hotel. We got a very nice, clean and quiet room with a garden view - exactly what I’ve booked and expected.

The beach and the sea are just spectacular, with all the facilities and staff being amazing and helpful. I have to say it’s very windy by the sea even on a hot day so that’s not for everyone and not every parent would allow a kid to spend time in water due to that. However, for us it was perfect and we enjoyed it to the fullest.

The food was delicious, the restaurant staff were ever so kind to my daughter and me. I would like to say special thanks to Mackline, Sehee, Claire and Komal who provided exceptional service on our all meals at the main restaurant and were so friendly with Rosie. We were so well looked after. That place wouldn’t be that great without those ladies. Although all the restaurant staff including chefs were very polite, knowledgeable and understanding when we chatted about the dishes or dietary requirements for my daughter. Special thanks to the chef Mohammad!
Overall we loved the hotel and we’ll be back!

Stayed in the Park Hyatt, Saadyat on at least 5 occasions previous being 2018 and more recently Sept 2023. We chose the Park for the tranquilty and peacefulness however our latest stay was spoiled by the introduction of poolside music eminating from the Beach Hut resturant area, ironically next to the adult only pool. I don't object to music but find it strange that for a 5* hotel the policy seems to be to play loud bang bang music most of the day and worse at weekends when the same monotenous music as played louder by a dj. Weekends the music was heard in the bedroom and most disturbing late at night. Ironically, this music is also piped through to the spa pool were relaxing after a spa was impossible. We did make comments however the reception staff were unaware of any music and timings of start and finish. A 5* hotel of this quality does not need this type of disturbance and in the current hi-tech world people have their own music to listen to if needed. Will not stay here again due to this and lack of management response.

One of the best staycations I had in UAE. The hotel service was excellent. The view, the beach, the rooms are amazing. Service was quick throughout all the facilities.

We arrived around 12 pm. The hotel was kind enough to give us a room to check in earlier as they had empty rooms, and we were also offered late check-out.

We did half board with the room. Due to Ramadan, one of the restaurants was closed during dinner time, and the other one had Iftar. We joined the iftar for dinner, We were both wearing knee level shorts, which were not allowed at the restaurant. The staff were helpful, gave us a table inside, and brought the food to the table.

It is very clear that during COvId time this property let go of many staff and that now the property is way understaffed. General cleaning around common areas was very poor and service levels with all new Covid steps are breakfast was disaster because of not enough staff. The beach towels being in the room and not at the pool makes no sense and it’s very inconvenient if you need clean towel throughout the day at the pool. Many hotels have found a way to seal clean towels and still offer great service at the pool - but this property has not! There is also no one manning the beach to stop people who are suing public beach to come and use the hotels sun loungers !!!

و زياده على هذا كان عندي مشكلة في في الغرفة في صوت في المكيف تواصلت معاهم بس بعد فتره رجع الصوت

Very bad experience, first the security refused to let me park in the near parking and wanted me to go to the basement , even though alot of people parked up. Then i was allowed after an argument

A little piece of Heaven on the beach. Fantastic hotel & facilities. So glad we upgraded our room for one with a seaview & included breakfast. The hotel staff were so friendly & helpful. Loved the endless free bottles of chilled water brought to us at the beach & pool area. Amazing choice of food for breakfast & dinner in the Cafe served by attentive staff....Joshua, Samuel, Nima, Jyoti ,Ouidad & Joyi. Thankyou for making us feel so welcome. The Vietnamese restaurant in the Park was fantastic & very cheap with Ian & Denis both charming hosts. The Beachhouse did the best churros l have ever eaten as well as delicious tapas & Jamie was always interested in our day. We have travelled far & wide & think this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Hope to return again very soon.

Excellent condition and furnished. Impeccably clean and laid out. Staff, especially at check in etc was excellent, very personable and addressed me very respectfully.
Location for me was excellent, as it was immediately next door to the golf course I was visiting.
The only downside, was the slow service at the beach side bar, which I visited in the evening. But in general an excellent hotel, as Hyatt's usually are!
I would definitely visit again, and highly recommend.

I came to this hotel when it first opened. In fact it used to be my getaway place. Having returned after 4 or so years, the hotel already looks dated. The beach towels are worn out and below par of what would be expected from a five star resort. The sun beds on the beach are messy. They used to be lined up smartly and had an air of class and grace. The linen and towels inside the room was also dated. Not sure what happened here... clearly nothing! Hotel was opened, they accept the guests but did nothing to maintain the class That would be expected from a Park Hyatt. What a shame.

We had an amazing time at the Park Hyatt celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. The beach was to die for, crystal clear waters, soft white sand and an abundance of luxurious sun beds. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us, especially the breakfast staff, namely a lovely girl call Widad who on our anniversary presented us with a lovely cake!

Fantastic location with a wonderful beach. The hotel is modern with very helpful staff. The rooms are luxurious and the sea view was worth the small premium. Hotel restaurants offer a high standard of food and a lot of choice, at a price of course. Room service was particularly useful when travelling with an infant. There are plenty of sun beds. The staff do everything to make you comfortable.

The only negative was that the complimentary internet was slow and often needed to be reset.
