We have visited this hotel a few times. It is centrally located with great access to the main strip and buses to connect with other parts of the island. We have hired cars on some occasions but parking can be a bit of an issue - especially on market day when part of the main carpark is taken over by the market. There is a lovely, wide, white sandy beach just across the road and it is possible to walk to the ‘old town’ either along the beach itself or via the coastal footpath which overlooks the beach. We usually like to stay on the 6th floor but the lower rooms had been totally refurbished on our most recent visit - so we opted for the refurbished apartment and lost the sea view (we were quite happy with our choice but the room was a little noisy as it faced a night club in the shopping centre opposite). Also the pool area and sunbathing areas were much improved and extremely comfy this visit - our only complaint is the inconsistency with the pool heat - great when the heating was on but it was often left unheated for long periods during our stay - there was just no consistency.
The staff are all welcoming and efficient, helpful & friendly and did everything possible to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

The property is in a very good position near to shops and beach but also very quiet. We visited in March so may be still out of season as a lot of restaurants were shut. Accommodation was ok for the money we paid but the facilities of the kitchen was very disappointing. No toaster unless you hired it from reception but no info regarding this just asked and was given. No microwave, no kettle. It is one of the worst self catering apartments we have been to.
When the apartments are full you would not get round the swimming pool as it is not large enough nor are there enough sun loungers. Then you have the German contingency who put their towels on the loungers and then go off!
Lots of Germans and felt hotel was catering for them rather than anybody else. Tried cocktail when German football game was on and poor barmaid did not know whether she was coming or going. She therefore did not put all the ingredients into our cocktail.
If the hotel was spruced up and apartments updated with equipment, swimming pool larger this would be great as the area and where it is you could not better it. We found the waiters in some of the restaurants were not friendly and not at all helpful. Would not return

Just returned after spending over a week at this hotel.
Pros: reception staff lovely and helpful
Massage parlour attached, the lady does amazing massages!
Fairly clean
I liked that there was separate pool and solarium areas.
If booking ocean view, only from the 6th floor (the odd numbers) do you actually get the ocean view. But the view is epic!

Cons:
I don’t know if it was because they were digging up/re-laying the roads around the hotel but there was this overwhelming stench of what can only be described as sewage, throughout my whole stay.
The roadworks outside the hotel were noisy and disruptive from early morning through to mid afternoon
Coaches/transfers could not drop/pick you up outside of the hotel, carting luggage down to the meeting point was not fun
Some rooms don’t have kettles.

Amazing value for money, went half board, at every meal always something i liked. Staff at the hotel super nice and always very helpful. Amazing location, in the middle of everything but at the same time very quiet at night. Yes the hotel is showing its age, some old furniture, but beds very confortable, apartment always kept clean. The view... We were on the 8th floor and the beach was right in front of you. I was sad to leave but will certainly come back.

- for the price was brilliant (at just over fifty pound a night in end of june)
- Staff were very friendly
- Location Very good (5mins walk to very good beach and restaurants and supermarket around the corner)
- Further 15-20mins walk along beach to green flag beach with more restaurants and small town
- provided free baby bed
- bus stop 5min away, good to use once u work out timetable
- Breakfast was good, had all the essentials and staff were very helpful
- room was very acceptable, had stove to warm up baby's food with full kitchen essentials: room was not amazing or anything (bathroom was brand new in our room)

Negative:
- no air conditioning (but i think this is common on the island, as always has srong winds to keep u cool, but note on balcony door says keep closed for safety so got a bit hot at night)
- VERY loud at night, as very near restaurants and bars, and guests very noisy in general, room doors stick so everyone banging doors to close including myself (I was fine with it, so was baby, but wife couldn't sleep much - if light sleeper avoid)
- hotel condition was just okay in okay, some areas were fresh, other areas needed to refurbished
- pool needs fixing, a lot of broken tiles at bottom of pool

Competitively priced accommodation for the location and amenities. We stayed in sea view apartment which was spacious and had a large terrace overlooking the ocean. The room got cleaned twice during our one week stay. There was a fridge, microwave and coffee machine, no kettle. Sufficient amount of utensils. I had booked half board as a spur of the moment decision and am exceptionally pleased with the quality and variety of food for the price I paid. Location is good, we walked to the beach, takes 5-10min, at night my partner was bothered by noise from kids in street coming out of nearby club, but I did not hear much. Did not visit the pool, which was in an internal courtyard facing the hill on the non-building side. The staff were exceptionally helpful. We were given a beach umbrella guests left behind at no charge. Guests were various nationalities, mostly German and Spanish. Spar in Moro Jable is largest and cheapest. Parking was a challenge but we managed to find spots within reasonable distance.

It's an apartment hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly. Its location is great, everything is close by at walking distance in Morro Jable.

The apartment is big, but pretty basic, there was no shampoo, little soap, no tea kettle, no bottle opener amongst other cutlery, and one has to pay for an internet connection, which I personally hate, since I consider it a commodity nowadays.

Don't expect luxury, so if you're not picky and only spend time in the apartment to sleep, take a shower, relax while sipping wine watching the sea, then I'd say it's a fair deal.

Rooms desparately need upgrading. Very tired and outdated. Having said that it's not bad for the price we paid. Most of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Food not all that but there's plenty of places to eat out cheaply. Location fantastic!

The self catering apartments here are a good budget choice. Its worth paying the extra few pounds/euros for the sea view option. The decor and bathroom were on the \"tired side.\" The dinner buffet at 10 euros is good value.

Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war wirklich Klasse, neu renoviert in der 7. Etage, super Ausblick. Im Bad war es schon ziemlich eng, die Dusche ebenerdig, daher immer Wasser auf dem Boden.
Frühstück war auch gut, alles vorhanden.

Viikon loma 1v lapsen kanssa. Pyysimme erikseen varauksen yhteydessä pinnasänkyä, mutta sitä ei oltu toimitettu.
Siivous piti olla 2 kertaa viikossa. Saavuimme perjantaina ja siivooja kävi ja vaihtoi pyyhkeet torstaina eli päivä ennen lähtöä. Siivouksen taso ei myöskään ollut mielestämme kovin hyvä.
Huoneisto on kuuma ja ainoa keino viilentää on läpiveto. Yöt olivat hieman hankalia.
Henkilökunta on mukavaa.
Sijainti on melko hyvä, rannalle ja kauppaan pääsee nopeasti.
Allasalue on pieni, mutta riittävä viilentymiseen. Pieni erillinen lastenallas lämpimämmällä vedellä oli myös kiva.
Huoneemme oli 4 kerroksessa ja käytävään johtavan oven karmilista oli asennettu huonosti niin, että ovea avatessa lista taipui alalaidasta ja napsahti äänekkäästi paukahtaen takaisin.
Keittiössä astiakaappi oli lähtenyt irti kiinnityksistä ja pelkäsimme sen putoavan alas, mutta se korjattiin ripeästi, kun huomautimme asiasta.

Quand on est arrivé à la réception nous avons été accueillis avec le sourire l’appartement était très propre il n’y avait rien à dire le lieu était calme et reposant. Desde un comienzo la experiencia fue nefasta. A la hora de hacer el check-in la recepcionista parecía que no se enteraba de en qué hotel trabajaba, ya que se equivocó explicándonos los días de limpieza (no sabía qué días limpiaban y cuáles cambiaban las sábanas y las toallas), en el número de apartamento y de planta donde se encontraba la piscina. Además , por si era poco recibimiento, nos tocó un apartamento súper viejo, completamente distinto a las fotos que vimos en un comienzo, aún habiéndolo reservado con 6 meses de antelación, nos van y ponen en uno de los peores que tienen (no entiendo si reservan los reformados solo para turistas…). Las paredes son tan finas que se escuchan muy alto todos los ruidos provenientes de otras habitaciones colindantes, de otras plantas y de la calle en todo momento. La limpieza estaba bastante mal por no decir pésima, debido a que la cubertería y la vajilla tenían restos de comida…Las sábanas con pelos y manchas y además, las almohadas llenas de suciedad, lo único que nos salvaba un poco era la funda que si estaba limpia.

Hébergement bien situé au centre de tout en étant très calme car hébergement au 8 ème étage ne donnant pas sur la rue. Belle terrasse avec Vue exceptionnelle. Équipements corrects, possibilité de demander grille pain, bouilloire, ventilateur.
Piscine correcte, possibilité de faire de petites longueurs. Transats fixes ne pouvant pas être relevé.
Petit déjeuner avec du choix pour tous les goûts.
L'hébergement reste assez vétuste, fuite syphon cuisine, toilettes, ballon. Fuite cuisine réparée rapidement. Aurait besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement.
Bon moment passé dans cet hébergement qui répond à la description.
: le staff attentionné (de l'accueil jusqu'au agents d'entretien).

Suciedad,las paredes tenian restos de sangre, grillos dentro del apartamento,justo en frente hay un pub con la musica muy alta y se escucha todo, sillones con quemaduras,las lamparas se caían y tenían los cables sueltos,cucarachas por todos lados, tuvimos que cerrar todas las ventanas y puertas para que no entraran, pasamos un calor insoportable, ni ventiladores tenian, aparte de eso el ruido de la nevera, parecia que iba a explotar, si quieres derochar tu dinero, hacerle pasar un mal trago a alguien, es el sitio perfecto

Con mi pareja estuvimos 5 días hospedados y la verdad fuimos con un poco de miedo por todas las malas reseñas pero al llegar todo cambió y nos llevamos una gran felicidad al ver el hotel.
Llegamos 3h antes del check in y dejamos nuestras maletas en el guardaequipaje.
En recepción todas las personas son super amables y te explican todo lo necesario del hotel y ademas te entregan un mapa indicando las mayores atracciones de la isla para que te guíes y des una idea.
El departamento tiene todo lo básico necesario, 3 ollas de diferentes tamaños, un sartén, cubiertos, esponjas y lavavajillas, refrigeradora, cafetera y dos hornillos para cocinar.
El único pero que tuvimos fueron las almohadas!! Muy desgastadas.
Lo que más amamos fue su localización, está cerca de absolutamente todo!! Supermercado, restaurantes, tiendas de regalo, playa, pubs, etc.
Les recomendamos el pub Skipper, queda justo en frente del hotel y es un buen lugar para tomar algunas copas con muy buen ambiente que se anima después de la media noche y cierra a las 3am, cuenta también con mesa de billar y dardos.
La piscina es muy bonita y tiene muchas sillas para broncearse.
En cuanto a las cucarachas, nosotros no tuvimos ni una! Hay que tener en cuenta que es una isla, con muchos insectos, solo hay que ser precavidos con el balcón y no dejarlo abierto todo el día o noche y problema resuelto.
Es una zona con muchos gatitos bellos y amorosos, los tienen bien cuidados. Darles mucho amor y si hay comida buena MEJOR! ☺️

Alojamiento sin reformar las habitaciones. En concreto, en la nuestra reformado estaba el balcón. Cocina y baño mejor no comentar. Habitación con dos camas individuales, mobiliario vetusto. Ropa de cama bien, la almohada criminal.
Toallas de baño de color azul…hace que desconfíes de la limpieza. Zonas comunes viejas.

Hotel op zich is zeer net. Personeel heel vriendelijk. Maar hoewel het aan een ´zijstraat´ ligt, zeer veel zwaar verkeer. Tegenover het hotel is een commercieel centrum met discoclub zoveel lawaai dat je niet met vensters open kan slapen (geen a/c) in de week tot 3 uur weekend tot 6h. En dan herbegint het verkeer. Niet om te rusten...

Veramente una struttura che merita più stelle, ottima la camera con super vista mare e terrazzo, una leggera attenzione in più alla pulizia e al materiale per il bagno, mancano saponi e docciaschiuma.
Lo staff del ricevimento eccellenti, gentili educati e sempre con il sorriso ti fanno sentire a casa. le signore marga e patrizia sono super!!!!
il personale della sala ristorante dallo chef ai ragazzi sono super gentili e sorridono sempre, buona colazione e cena, di tutto di più.
la vicinanza alla spiaggia è ottima

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage und bietet viele kostenfreie öffentliche Parkplätze. Die Aussicht in den oberen Etagen ist wirklich bezaubernd.
Die Zimmer selbst sind teils renoviert, teils nicht. Wir hatten ein in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer und ziemlich abgewohnt. An sich ja kein Problem so lange alles noch funktionsfähig ist. Allerdings hatten wir das Gefühl, dass die Handtücher auch mindestens auch genau so alt sind wie das Mobiliar. Die könnte man ruhig erneuern. Die Küche ist mit Geschirr, Besteck und Töpfen/ Pfanne ausgestattet. Es gab auch ein Küchenhandtuch, aber leider weder Spülmittel noch ein Schwamm zum abspülen. Der Pool ist von der größe und der unterschiedlichen Tiefen auch total ausreichend. Allerdings sind einige Fliesen im Pool ausgeschlagen und wurden nur so provisorisch von einem Mitarbeiter mit Spachtelmasse geflickt.

Behagelig klima med en herlig bris på Kanariøyene flotteste Strand. Fly til Las Palmas og fly med Binters til Fuerteventura. Svært gunstige priser.

Très déçue de la vue et de la hauteur de l'immeubl

Personnes à l’accueil très agréables, le hall est assez joli. Ma déception vient du fait que je pensais me trouver dans un petit immeuble or là je me suis retrouvée au 8ème étage d'une tour en comportant 9 . Une des photo sur ce site montre la vue, la mienne ne correspondait pas à cela, en face de moi j'avais une tour d'une douzaine d'étages et très loin sur le côté j’apercevais l'océan ... mais rien à voir avec la photo idyllique du site. La propreté est également à revoir : le dessous des lits n'a pas du être aspiré, lavé depuis longtemps. Sinon les lits sont confortables et l'agencement correspond aux photos du site. Le parking est dans la rue et selon les moments il est plus ou moins facile de se garer.

Appartamento carino per passarci anche una o die settimane. ampio soggiorno con angolo cottura e camera a due letti. spaziosa doccia. Ampio terrazzino per un relax

Bueno, feillo, barato

Lo más económico que encontrarás en Morro Jable.Bien situado, silencioso, recomiendo los apartamentos que están en el bajo... los más fresquitos. Lo negativo es que está todo muy antiguo, pero es muy aceptable. Lo único que por el precio que tienen, aunque sea lo más \"barato\" ( 44 euros noche sólo alojamiento) deberían de renovar un poco los apartamentos, ya que están muy anticuados. La limpieza también deja que desear, no miréis debajo de las camas porque os asustais... en fin, apartamento para dormir, pasar algo de tiempo allí y nada más.

La única molestia ha sido tener que utilizar mucho el servicio de taxi, sobretodo cuando tuve que ir a urgencias, servicio de guagua muy limitado.
