Very clean rooms
Food where good - But much the same.
But they can not make drinks in the bar.
It is a self catering All inclusive Hotel. So there are lack of service according to other hotel.
Empty beer glass everywhere.
But all in all good hotel and vacation

Decent, however not truly a “for kids” resort

Good family atmosphere, and great staff, however comes with a few easily fixable challenges.

I went there for a week with my partner and 2 girls. Was surprised that no water in the room and no minibar. They have RO dispensers on the floor and give glass jugs in the room. Now I get the whole eco friendly stance, however I trust bottled water rather than the filter on a RO machine, so why not have glass bottles in the room, given the glass jug?

Secondly, and most importantly, we went to a child friendly hotel for the kids club so was surprised to see that the club for 4-8y/o is only open on most days (not all) from 10:30-12:45. Half the time they have family activities so not a kids club in the true sense of the word. When I asked why, the answer was not enough staff.

Apart from those two instances, the holiday was enjoyable, and the food (even if no a la carte restaurants) is good with a decent choice. The staff is wonderful and Elina at reception was very accommodating and supportive with all of my enquiries.

The main kids pool was closed (and has been for 2 months). This pool was the reason why we booked this hotel.

It’s great for families with smaller children but gets very noisy at times.

The entertainment staff are brilliant and the food was delicious

Overall we had a very lovely holiday, however, I won't be rushing back to this hotel. There are a lot of positives, the beach is walkable and very lovely, the staff are friendly, the food that was available was tastey and there was enough to do for the kids. But the building is dated, the bedrooms are very basic. The sinks are very high, the resort is full of kids however, I don't think any kid can wash their hands independently in the bedrooms or communal areas, not even a child friendly step in the rooms to help them out.
This place worked for us as we were a large group but next time we would like to try somewhere else.

Amazing family hotel

Our 2nd stay at Gaviotas Park and this time with a toddler and it didn’t disappoint! Fabulous food and varied, spacious rooms, lovely pools, perfect location on the beach and good entertainment. We can’t praise the staff enough for being so fantastic with our 1 year old, they couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful if they tried. We would totally recommend this Iberostar hotel.

We had a really great holiday at this hotel, ideal for family's with younger children. The two pools are a good size and the kids loved the childrens club, its close to the beach and the entertainment staff were brilliant. One of the best holidays we've had with the kids so far. Lovely area everyone was friendly and respectful. I would love to go again.

Kids friendly and clos to beach

Stayed with my 2 year and 5 year old. Kids enjoyed their stay. A lot of activities keeping little ones busy all day. Food was Fantastic plenty of options. Playa beach is just stone away from the hotel. Very nice and family friendly beach. We will definitely coming back here.

We were there over the Christmas and New Year holidays, and the staff really went out of their way to make this a festive celebration. I can’t say enough about the Activities (“Animation”) staff, so engaging. Only a few negatives to note: the dining room was airless, although the Food choices were plentiful and quality was very good. We had a negative experience with the laundry (we are still awaiting our laundry which was not ready by the time we left although three days had passed. We were promised a mail delivery but have been back in the States for 10 days with no word yet. The front desk staff was quite indifferent to our plight. Otherwise, the entire experience was way above average. We enjoyed being the sole Americans amid so many European families, the majority of whom were German with a fair amount from the UK and Spain. Our family rented three Jr Suites which were quite spacious and comfortable. One of our family members wished there were more adult activities as night entertainment was geared to families with children.

Great location, near to beach

First time on Fuerteventura and got lucky with the location and choice of hotel. Slightly away from the centre of Morro Jable, a well presented hotel, with several swimming pools, and a short walk to a long, sandy beach.
Perfect for a totally relaxing break and a bit of winter sunshine.

Good hotel for couples and young families

We had a totally relaxing all inclusive break in nice surroundings. Staff were very polite and efficient. Food was varied and a high standard of buffet-style dining. It was my birthday during our stay and a nice bottle of bubbly and a gift were left in our room for me. Our only observation was that in the hotel details is says that a mini bar is provided. However, an empty fridge is provided and a mini bar pack with a mixture of beer and soft drinks can be purchased at a cost of 15 euros from reception. When we queried this we were advised that 'a fridge is a mini bar'. A small blip in what was a very pleasant holiday. I would happily recommend the hotel to a friend.

Family fun with good entertainment

God family get away - as the island is so small, everything is easily accessible. Worth mentioning that it is quite windy. Mini-club in the hotel was great and it was a really family atmosphere. Some good evening entertainment too. Poor food selection for vegetarians mind...so prepare for a salad diet.

Quick turn Vacay!

We took a long weekend trip. Nice accommodations. We are spoiled with Caribbean All-inclusive properties, so this was a little underwhelming. But compared to other European properties we've been to, this is right up there. Super Family Friendly. Lots of kids. Very easy access to get your kids food and drinks when they inevitably say \"I'm Hungry.\"

Couldn't really find fault in this hotel...

Staff incredibly helpfull...lost bag, last minute car bookings...nothing too much trouble.
Champagne on arrival, lovely spacious suite. Food was fantastic for all inclusive. My toddler had the opportunity to try a range of foods.

Kids clubs and activities plentiful.

The staff were very very friendly.

If I had to find fault it would be that the there were no lights on our balcony meaning when our little one went to bed we had to sit inside the room all night.
Otherwise cannot fault this place with young children.

Truthful and honest

On arrival to the hotel after traveling 10 hours we were greeted by a poor English speaker whilst a fluent English speaker dealt with another customer. There was NO exhurberant welcome for us, we were left feeling that we were indeed doing the hotel a favour by turning up! This was made worst by having to choose our dining time there and then which would then be fixed for our entire stay. We were given our keys to our room, on arrival to our room the bathroom door sliding was broken and the air conditioning was very poor, we reported this and a prompt visit from an engineer improved the situation but did not fix it throughly saying the AC coolest setting was 19c. The food in the restaurant was dull and repetitive daily for a stay of only a week. The hotel advertised a poolside bar/restaurant with the usual help yourself drinks and snacks, however on two days this was closed meaning that all guest had to walk to the main restaurant and bar up 40-60 steps every time. I asked for a tray as I had ordered drinks for the family,i.e., 4 drinks and was told no trays were available..! When I asked the duty manager why the poolside bar was closed he said that wet weather for forecast and a decision was made last night by his boss, when I pointed to the weather outside being warm and dry he simple said \" the decision had been made and he was sorry. The same was happened the following day after a night of rain the poolside bar/restaurant was shut although opened several hours later.

Lovely hotel, great food, close to the beach.

This is the first all inclusive holiday we have been on, and it wont be our last. We had stayed half-board at a different hotel in Fuerteventura some years back, but this was our first holiday abroad with the kids (5 & 8) and decided full board was worth a try for convenience.

We had taken quite a long time to choose a hotel, but the 3 Iberostar hotels in Jandia looked perfect, being close to the beach and all looking very impressive. We had also seen photos of small water slides which the kids would have enjoyed, but sadly they did not seem to exist at the hotel.

The choice of food and drink at the hotel was outstanding. Every day and night there was a massive and varied selection of food on offer. Alcohol was all self serve during the day and plentiful, but we saw no sign of any drunken behavior, we were very impressed with how quick and easy everything was. Going as a family, this was absolutely perfect for us.

The kids entertainment in the evening was very repetitive, but the kids kept wanting to go back, so it must have been doing the job!

About the only negative points we had were the beds were a little hard for our taste (this is entirely personal though, of course) and the showers had a habit of trying to scald you if anyone nearby was using the cold water. And the hot water was VERY HOT. We didn't use the showers for the kids but used the bath instead.

But overall, we would not hesitate to return. Excellent hotel, lovely staff, varied and plentiful food.

On arrival our room's Air conditioning had an awful smell coming through it, we spoke to reception that sent a maintenance person who agreed that the smell was unbearable, he went to get something and came back with industrial air freshener which he proceeded to spray through the vents and into the ceiling of the open air conditioning unit. This caused a very strong smell of perfume for a short while and then the smell returned, we were sent an email asking us to give feedback following this, we answered it and sent it back which we assumed would alert the staff to come back and re look at it, this never happened and all 10 days of our holiday we had no air conditioning which was very uncomfortable.
Our transfer transport also did not turn up on the day of departure, this of cause was not Iberostars fault but actually ruined the last few hours of our stay as we had to book a cab so that we would not miss our flight which cost us 95 euros which we did not have to spend at the end of our holiday.

Apart from the above the overall holiday was very pleasant, relaxing, good food, staff very friendly and courteous at all times, the hotel is a little tired but clean and well kept, position for the beach is excellent and would look forward to spending another holiday at this complex if the air conditioning was sorted out, on future stays would prefer a room that wasn't on the ground floor where everyone walking past can look in.

Odd that pool towels need collected from reception and ten euro deposit Each! We all found heated pool too cold in early April. Beach lovely, beware of nudists just 5 mins walk to the right on beach, food great, room cleaning excellent, Room safe meagre for this class of hotel to charge for it, also found wearing plastic wristband a bit strange for all inclusive again for this type of quality hotel, other more simple discreet Checks could be utilised like other \" quality \" hotels

We had a very enjoyable week in the Hotel. The food was excellent and there was plenty of it. The drinks were not constrained to the local variety and included all the well known names with the exception of Baileys for some reason. The wine available for dinner was very drinkable which is not always the case for \"All inclusive packages\". We found the staff to be very friendly, helpful and accessible. They need to keep an eye on the few customer who still believe by placing a towel or small table on a sun bed, that they are then entitled to hold that place for the day regardless of whether they intend using it or no. Overall a very enjoyable holiday

Fantastic bar my coat being stolen from the room

Good food. Good size room. Great facilities for kids, although kids club staff disappointing. Good kids disco in the evening. Hotel spotless and restaurant staff fantastic!
My £200 coat was stolen from the room. Repeated requests with reception were ignored and I was told I probably never brought my coat and the hotel would not accept responsibility. On our third request all of a sudden my coat appeared. Although it had been taken to pieces - fur removed and puffer jacket insert taken out and now missing. I am still awaiting contact from them

The staff are so friendly and seem to really enjoy their jobs. The grounds are immaculate and the room we had quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious. In fact, we were upgraded from a Junior Suite to a Suite on arrival.

The food is excellent and on an All Inclusive basis represented amazing value for money.

Family friendly resort right on the beach

We have come back from a fantastic 10 day stay at the hotel. Can't find much to fault; friendly staff, good size rooms, excellent food and drinks, and beach access. Only recommendation to make if any would be to have two heated pools of the three rather than the one in winter as it makes the pool area very busy with children and those wanting a quiet swim are not able to have one.

Excellent stay with reservations. Used lift a good deal, so found access from 2nd floor where our room was (2301,) to the restaurant on 3rd floor, difficult. The best way was to take the lift to the 4th floor, walk the width of the reception, and beyond, to the other lift, now on the opposite side then down to the 3rd floor at the restaurant end.
Furthermore, the entertainment staff, although very talented, lacked a little discipline. Rather than mingle with the customers as a Team, they gave me the impression they were mingling as a gang. A big difference, very noisy.
Who's the Team leader?
Could we also have more than just a show for an hour per night, and the kiddies time a bit earlier than just before the show. When talking to us, the good entertainment staff still think they're talking to the kids.
The biggest mistake however, is making us believe that the hotel is near the beach. True, one can see the beach easily, but I found that getting into a Taxi to Morro Jable and settling down there was a quicker, and more pleasurable experience.These opinions are also shared by my Wife.

My 1st time all inclusive as usually do own thing. Went as a family group.Genuinely enjoyed the experience Probably all been said before but a family orientated hotel about 10 minutes from the nearest shops and a 3.40 euro taxi ride to main Jandia Playa plaza.
Excellent weather though got windier as week went on. Pool not heated and cold but did not deter anyone. Very clean and well maintained resort. Can use all facilities at linked sister hotel.
Men must wear trousers below knee at dinner!

Wonderful place...

Such a lovely place. So very clean and the food was fantastic, a true feast. I wonder how they can cater for so many and yet provide such lovely, quality and diverse food. My hubby and I are 'foodies' and not so easily pleased. Only criticism is that the children's buffet was a bit repetitive.

Lovely location and beautiful beach. Entertainment good. Didn't have any problems getting sun beds but you do have to get out early if you want to get one of the four poster sun beds which were a real treat.

Went with a 4 year old, 13 and 15 year old. Everyone had so much fun and the place felt safe. I have not ever done Iberostar before but from here on it is Iberostar all the way for us.

Thank you Iberostar Graviotas Park for such a memorable holiday. Whilst we normally like to go to different places each holiday, we are more than tempted to return!

The hotel had great facilities and the all inclusive package was very good. The staff were very friendly and the entertainment team were absolutely first class. Activities around the pool, Mini Club and Maxi Club were all great. Our children have never joined the activities before, and this year they were off. A special mention to Marco and Alba who made it a really special holiday for our two children.

The food was good for all inclusive, but still room for improvement. The only frustration was the beds. They looked fine, but we were all aching a little after a few days.

In summary, we would definitely consider going back and overall had a great holiday.

After long 9 hour journey to the location for myself and Daughter, we were both feeling tired but I was impressed straight away with the hotel. As the holiday progressed I was even happier with the choice of holiday as staff very polite and hotel very clean. The food was enjoyable and there was a very good selection of foods to suit all with meal times spread throughout the day to accommodate. The sporting activities provided were all good fun if you wished to take part with a special mention for the Reps who were very supportive, entertaining and were also very easy to speak with. The Hotel entertainment provided by outside Artists and the Reps was to a very good standard except for 1 night (very boring duo act which even cleared the kids from the area) However, 5 of the 6 nights attended it was very good. During our stay at the hotel, there were a lot of families and couples who all appeared to be having an enjoyable time.

Beautiful hotel with really nice facilities. One of the pools was being refurbished, but they allowed us to use the facilities at the sister hotel on the same grounds. Only took up this offer once as there was no issue with noise and the area has been well screened off. Excellent range of food with the hotel going out of its way to provide variety and something a little special each night. Pleasantly surprised at the range of drinks available. San Miguel on tap, many main stream brand spirits all freely available. No children in our party, but their club seemed well organised with lots of activities and a children's disco each night. Adult activities (archery, shooting, cocktail making, Bingo) also arranged. Entertainment staff worked exceptionally hard- we're very friendly, but not \"in your face\". Well done Iberostar. Will definitely consider coming back.

Amazing Christmas at Gaviotas Park

We have just returned from an amazing Christmas at Gaviotas Park where we felt really well looked after and very festive!
The rooms were very clean and spacious, although the bed in the lounge was rather uncomfortable.
Every day the maid left us a little festive gift which was pleasing.
There was always something going on entertainmentwise but it was not in your face, and really good to watch/ join in. Our whole family loved the entertainment team and were well looked after by them both at mini/ maxi club and during the evening.
The food was out of this world on Christmas Day, and amazing during the rest of the time with a large variety available at all times. Cava, wine, cocktails, international spirits, beer on tap were always available to pour your own - :) Only complaint - no crackers Christmas Day!
The pool, spa/ gym and restaurant areas were lovely but the pools were a little too cold.
We would definitely return there!

Excellent staff but questionable business model

We booked the Iberostar hotel based on reviews for our half-term holiday. The Hotel was clean, the food was good and it was only a short walk to the beach.

My main issue was with the designation \"all inclusive\" as there were many extras that needed paying for.

These items included towels, the use of the in-room-safe, WiFi, the Spa etc. While these were not extraordinarily expensive it added inconvenience, especially as some of them needed to be paid for in cash.

As there was no cashpoint in or near the hotel you had to take a short taxi-ride to the nearest town just to get EUR 20 to be able to lock your in-room-safe, a service that has been free in every other hotel I stayed in.

This seems to be the Iberostar business model, as screens in the lifts displayed a variety of upgrade options (bigger room, sea view room, safe, spa etc) with their associated costs.

The costs of these were not high but it distracts from the holiday feeling and as per above the complication paying it was adding to the inconvenience.

That being said the staff were among the best in any hotel in stayed in and tried their best to overcome these issues.

We will not go back here but will certainly go back to the Canary Islands for some fantastic weather in lat October.

Better than the sum of its parts

This was our 2nd visit this year. The location is superb if you don't want a Costa Brava type resort. Fantastic beach, great food, incredibly helpful staff. Fundamentally a German resort and all the better for that. The Park is probably the most relaxed of the three Iberostar hotels on the site. The Playa has a better bar but you can use that anyway. The travel and flight times are the only down side. If you are up for it hire a car to get you to and from the airport. You can get a hire car for 10 days for the price of the coach transfer.

Excellent facilities for a holiday

Lovely pool area and really nice public areas, the sunbeds were plentiful and the whole area was clean and tidy.

there was lots of food and choice at meal times - sometimes almost too much, they need to be careful not to confuse quantity with quality, staff serving were really friendly and kept the dining areas spotless.

plenty of local drinks available and champagne at breakfast on the sunday which was a lovely treat.

The hotel is very nice for a break and near the shops of Jandia and the lovely beached.

Our suite was nice and clean but the air conditioning was ineffective and the beds were very hard, with a 3rd person the accommodation is quite squashed. Good balconies overlooking the sea and a lovely bathroom but limited comfortable seating available.

Hard Beds! Cold Swimming pool!

We have just come back from an early family holiday from this hotel and i must say overall it is fantastic. The staff, the food, the cleanliness - every exceptional!The only downside was how uncomfortable the beds are! I ended up putting 3 woolen blankets underneath the base sheet and in the end it was OK, oh and also got an extra pillow from reception...! The only other remark is about the swimming pool and that it is absolutely freezing!!! So much to the fact that often there was only 1 or 2 people brave enough to go in. All others sat round the sides or like us spent everyday at the beach because the sea was so much warmer! Real shame as my son loves and prefers a swimming pool, but having said that, the beaches and sea are probably the best we've ever been to!!

Good for families, older couples.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the beach. Food was excellent and the wait staff (and the cleaning staff) were absolutely lovely and interacted with our toddler & other kids at meals. Most staff had some German and some English, but even those who hadn't managed to communicate if needed. (The vast majority of visitors were German)

It is a great hotel for older couples, or families - I wouldn't recommend it to my single friends however. The kids club looked & sounded like they were having a great time, and the playground facilities were good.

It is a good distance from the airport, and the hotel do not arrange transfers. Our taxi to the hotel cost €100 each way, so worth factoring that in. Another downside is that wifi is only available in the reception area and was extremely slow (and it was paid for separately). The reception staff were a bit unfriendly & let the side down a little.

I would recommend it to friends with kids, but would put the caveat about it being a bit remote in.

A great week's break in the winter!

Our first experience of going all-inclusive! Always self catered in the past but my brother and sister and their families are regulars at this Hotel and recommended it to me. And? Had a great time, good quality food and drink, lovely surroundings in the hotel grounds. Spend a bit of time in the 'Playa' hotel which sits just in front of the 'Park'. We had the use of both hotels so we varied where we ate and where we drank. Service was first class, very pleasent staff, always with a smile. First visit to Fuerturventura, loved the beachs and walks. The first English people we spoke to were in the queue at the airport coming back to the UK, but that was not a problem, the wife had to put up with me for a great 7 days! Liked it so much we are planning on returning again in November 2013.

Great relaxing break!

We stayed for a week at this hotel in January, we are a family of 5, ages 48, 47, 21, 17 and 10. This hotel is ideal for a relaxing break. Rooms were fab, had 2 x 1 bed suites on 6th floor. Food was very good, some days better than others but always lots of choice, hot and a high standard. Pool area was great, water a bit cold but loads of sun beds and not overcrowded. Plenty of entertainment going on for all ages all day but you don't have to join in. Evening entertainment was good, animation team work really hard and put on some great shows. Lovely location on a gorgeous beach. Great staff.

Fantastic family hotel, a great mixture of guests from England, Germany, Holland, Sweden, France, food fantastic for adults and kids, you can also use restuarant in Gaviotis Playa (food is even better in this hotel), great location, pool area great with lots of sunbeds, execellent animation team who worked really hard to make everyone welcome and encouraged everyone to join and and make friends, great freindly hotel staff. The only downside personally for me was the bed was very hard

Excellent stay!

We had a lovely stay at the Gaviotas Park. The hotel was spotless, the staff extremely friendly and the food was superb. The British are in the minority at the Gaviotas Park, but this was not an issue for us. There was a different show every night and the entertainment staff couldn't do enough to make sure you enjoy your stay. You can actually eat, drink or watch a show in the Las Gaviotas Hotel next door, which we did from time to time. Beautiful views of the beach from the bar in the Gaviotas Hotel. All in all, excellent value for money, we would go back again.

One Week All Inclusive At Iberostar Complex Jandia Fuerteventura

The Gaviotas Park is very much family small child orientated. Therefore can be a lot of noise and running about at mealtimes. The food is good but the wine is a fixed offer - one type in bottles and another on draught and (in my opinion) is not very good.

The hotel is very orientated to German visitors - no problems at all with this but be aware this is the case, as most activities and annoucements will start with a German language introduction. All hotel staff spoke good English though.

The Gaviotas Park and the Gaviotas Playa hotels are linked therefore you can use the bars in either on all inclusive. However to eat in the other hotel you need to book one day in advance.

The Iberotstar Palace is a separate unit. You cannot use the bar there if you are in the Park of the Playa on all inclusive - however you can use the restaurant which is more service orientated and has a wine list which if you book a day in advance means you can get a decent bottle of wine on the all inclusive deals.

Position of complex is very good just above the beach and with a small Spar supermarket across the main road (you can go through a pedestrian tunnel from the beach). The walk into Morrehable is along the seafront but is approximately 5 to 6 kilometres which can be a long walk in hot sun. Sea bathing is good with sandy beach and shallow water. Pools are good size but only the Palace has one for serious swimming rather than splashing about.

Leider war die ganze Zeit (2 Wochen) der Große Kinderpool gesperrt, was wirklich sehr schade für unsere zwei Kinder war. Essen grundsätzlich gut, speziell das Frühstück. Sehr auf Kinder ausgelegt und daher oft eine enorme Lautstärke. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Im Grunde ein schöner Urlaub, bis auf einige Kleinigkeiten, wie das Thema mit dem Pool…

Perfect family hotel

Absolutely perfect for families with children. Great staff and service from everyone, from the front desk to the restaurant to the lovely, energetic animation team. Just the right amount of stuff to do for everyone. Beautiful, well kept hotel with great food. Lovely options for vegetarians as well, with more veggie options, such as burgers, prepared on request. Some pools are heated, but in February, ideally they could have been slightly warmer. If I wasn’t travelling with kids, I personally would choose a different hotel. This a family hotel, where the needs and enjoyment of families with kids come first. All in all we had a perfect holiday!

Ottima struttura, il personale è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile in ogni circostanza, dalla reception, al ristorante, piscina, sauna, massaggi, etc.. Il cibo è vario e per tutti i gusti. C'è un bellissimo percorso per chi ama fare corsa/jogging, soprattutto al mattino, fino a Morro Jable. Le spiagge bianche nei dintorni sono splendide, l'acqua è trasparente e prevalentemente calma (almeno nei giorni in cui siamo stati noi).. Insomma, una vacanza davvero all'insegna del relax, buon cibo, salute e (sempre) bel tempo

El personal es lo mejor del hotel, la atención es de las mejores que he tenido. La habitación le faltaba una renovación de mobiliario y baño, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y pasamos mucho calor, Al igual que pasaba en zonas comunes del hotel.

Gesamte Anlage ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. Insbesondere für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist eine total Sanierung mehr als angebracht. Vermutlich stammen die Bettwäsche und Handtücher auch aus der Zeit der Gründerzeit des Hotels. Könnten auch dringend ersetzt werden. Das Büffet wird zwar schmackhaft zubereitet, aber könnte viel besser präsentiert werden. Die Auswahl der Weine lässt auch zu wünschen übrig. Für den Preis, könnte auch eine Auswahl höherwertiger Qualität angeboten werden. Auch wenn das Personal freundlich und bemüht ist, kann man nicht 4 Sterne vergeben. Ein gutes 3 Sterne Hotel, dafür aber überteuert.

Der Service, Essen und Personal waren sehr gut. Was uns allerdings massiv gestört hat, war eine Baustelle die in Mitten des Außenbereiches war. Direkt neben dem Pool bzw. Liegen. Ich hatte mir nicht vorgestellt entspannte Urlaubstage neben Presslufthammerlärm, Bagger etc. Sowie der dementsprechenden Geruchsbelästigung durch Auspuffgase zu verbringen. Man kann sich sicher vorstellen, das so etwas nicht zur Entspannung beiträgt.

Fue mi primer viaje con mi bebe de 22 meses en avion y hotel y gracias a IBEROSTAR LAS GAVIOTAS PARK**** nunca lo olvidaré. Estaba nerviosa y preocupada de como adaptar las comidas y la estancia a mi bebe en el hotel y todo fueron facilidades, desde asignarme una habitacion amplia, con cocina (microondas importantisimo para el bibi de la mañana) y cuna), dar la bienvenida con botella de cava y plato de frutas, poner dos botellas de cristal de agua mineral a diario, limpieza excelente, hotel accesible con carrito bebe, comedor con personal atento para buscar trina para bebes, cocineros amables ofreciendo comida triturada y yogur individual, para terminar acceso al spa, que fue desde que tuve a mi bebe mi primer momento solo para mi, varias piscinas con toboganes, la de mi bebe era de 0,30 cm (perfecta).Todo excelente lo recomiendo para todo tipo de personas (familias, parejas, solo...)
