Clean room. Helpful staff. Very relaxed and calm environment. Hotel didn't feel crowded even though full. Hotel staff put considerable effort to run Christmas events - which were excellent. Visited in December when Mauritius can be hot, hotel is located on east of island with a cool breeze.

We had a beachfront room with ocean view which was lovely. Spacious, clean and well equipped. Lovely views. Food was fabulous, plenty of choice and great quality. Plenty of sunbeds to choose from at the pool and on the beach, never any shortage. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful and the service was generally very efficient. There were a few minor niggles. The online check in process didn't work smoothly. It was not clear whether the passport upload had worked or not. Nevertheless we were still able to check in early and our room was ready well ahead of the official check in time.
We were astonished to find that our all inclusive package did not include any sparking wines at all, even though it did include about 30-40 different wines. However a chat with the Bar manager soon resolved this positively which we appreciated very much. However, getting a glass of the sparkling wine was a bit of a faf, always having to ask the sommelier who then had to fetch it from the locked wine room!! Another slight niggle was always having to ask the staff in the beach bar for the umbrellas by the pool to be opened (they were large and required a special handle which was kept by the staff) and often there was some delay because they were serving - it would have been better for them to be put up automatically first thing in the morning rather than waiting for someone to ask every time. Despite these minor niggles we had a wonderful time at C.Mauritius and would highly recommend it.

From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Everyone was so friendly and appeared to enjoy working there. Special mention to Vima, Vanishree and Deepak who made the stay special.

The room was excellent and was kept spotlessly clean by Lourdes.

No ironing facilities provided in room.
I had a tour booked, which got cancelled. However, the hotel did not advise me that the tour had been booked. Resulted in a wasted day for me. Had I been informed, I could have arranged something else for that day.
Table service at bar was quite slow most days.
Several power outages during my stay.
Road from airport to hotel is very bad, especially when driving at night in the dark.
Staff were excellent.
Prestige room was very good.

A fantastic stay at C Mauritius - recommend in every way. The staff and hospitality make this a really special hotel and is some of the best hospitality I’ve experienced anywhere in the world. From remembering my name at the restaurant and personally greeting me, to accomodating a late check out and other requests, the staff were always friendly and went the extra mile to look after me. They look after all the details at every step. Can’t be faulted at all.

The all inclusive is good value with extensive range of drinks to choose from, and the food at both the buffet and cafe were of good quality. Service at the restaurant was great and made it feel more refined and relaxing than a typical buffet experience. The in room fridge even gets restocked every day as part of the package. If I was being picky, I would potentially just ask for some more variety at breakfast, and some more local Mauritian food to be provided as options at each meal.

The beach and pool areas are stunning and the hotel’s communal areas were good too. A great place to relax. The taxi prices from the resort are very expensive, which is worth considering, but that seems to be the case across the whole island. The whole resort was very clean, well maintained, and worth the price.

Overall, an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend. I only stayed for four days but wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time I go to Mauritius.

We had a wonderful stay at C Mauritius. It’s in such a beautiful location and really has that laid back vibe about it. An extensive all inclusive menu (including drinks), makes it the best value hotel on the east coast.

A few little niggles but perhaps this was just because the staff were tired after a long summer season.

Wok and Roll is a must! Delicious :)

We stayed at C Mauritius for 12 nights for our honeymoon, from 15th June 2025. We’d read about the East Coast of Mauritius being particularly windy in Mauritian “winter” but the amazing reviews made it a risk worth taking.

And the reviews aren’t wrong!

We loved every minute of our stay at C Mauritius Palmar. From the room and terrace (a Prestige suite) and welcome gifts, to the delicious food and drinks, beautiful pools and beach, and most important of all, the friendly and professional service from all staff - it exceeded our expectations!

This was our first time in Mauritius and the hotel team made us feel so welcome. They speak English and French (and other languages like Italian), are always happy to help and helped us organise a driver to other parts of the island quickly (thanks Olivier)!

We want to thank Jai, Jasmine, Vicky, Abishek, Moon, the chefs and so many others on the service team whose names we didn’t get. Catherine makes incredible eggs and omelettes! Vidhi and colleagues at reception were a pleasure to speak with. Reshma and Mega were wonderful message therapists in the spa ❤️ thanks too to the housekeeping, laundry and gardening teams for doing such a great job every day!

We recommend C Mauritius in Palmar to everyone (couples, solo travellers, friend groups or families) looking for a beautiful and organised resort, an excellent and generous all-inclusive, chilled vibes and beautiful Indian Ocean waters 🩵

Wonderful stay at C Mauritius. The service at this hotel is unmatched. Definitely the best I’ve received at any hotel.
Every single staff member goes out of their way to provide excellent service with a smile and warm greeting.

The food was excellent and varied every day from breakfast to dinner. Fantastic vegetarian options . Great fruit selection at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Clean rooms. Beautiful grounds and a beautiful beach. Pedaloe, paddle boarding and kayaking included.

The only improvement I could suggest is having at least one freshly squeezed fruit drink option included in all in inclusive or at least at one meal for guests who do not drink alcohol.

Special mention to the below staff members who helped make the stay so lovely but there were definitely more but I didn’t get their names ! Thank you!

We had a fabulous honeymoon stay at C Mauritius. A beautiful beach location with a lovely room and atmosphere. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful… nothing was too much trouble. The main bar was a highlight of the stay, great drinks and entertainment. The food was fabulous with lots of options. Wok & Roll (al a carte restaurant) in particular was fantastic, the food was outstanding. The hotel went above and beyond for our honeymoon providing us with a discount voucher for a wonderful massage and an additional candlelit dinner! We loved every minute!

The hotels looks good, staff if welcoming BUT in all inclusive package are presented things that are in fact paid eg. kite surfing - included only 15 minutes theory, but real 4000 RS per 30 minutes in the water. If you want to take kayak/paddle than is a problem with water level in spite of in the next hotel people use this equipment. Not clear communication of Christmass activities. The same situation with SPA. Only sale for AI package. Anyway the massage costs more than in Europe. It would be great to present it clearly. In the restaurant/to the pool are comming in stray dogs. Birds eats from your plate while you leave for a minute. Every drink you take from the bar you sign the \"bill like an idiot\" many times a day...simply our expectation for 4 or 5 star as it is presented it doesn't fullfill the standard.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the C Mauritius hotel and can say that overall, it was an excellent experience. The hotel's all-inclusive concept was extremely convenient, allowing me to fully relax and enjoy my stay without having to worry about additional costs.

One of the highlights was the modern, young vibe that the hotel exudes. The facilities and common areas had a stylish, contemporary feel that I found very appealing. The concierge staff were also excellent, helping to arrange tours and activities at prices that were cheaper than what is typically available on the market.

The service throughout my stay was truly impeccable, with standout performances from staff members like Ms. Anastasia and Mr. Olivier. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time.

A few areas that could use some improvement are the pool and spa facilities. At least one of the pools should be heated, as the cool temperature made it less inviting. The lack of a jacuzzi, and the unheated spa jacuzzi, was also a bit disappointing.

Additionally, the atmosphere in the main restaurant could use some livening up in the evenings. More activities, food options, and themed nights would help create a more engaging, vibrant ambiance after dark. During the day, some additional entertainment like shows or a food market would also enhance the overall experience.

We had great time at C Maritius. It was a beautiful property right on the beach. The staff was so friendly and the food was amazing. We happened to be there during the kite festival and we enjoyed all the activities around the event. The only thing I would suggest is maybe not playing the same club music at 10am as was playing at 10pm. It was too loud and the beat was annoying first thing in the morning.

Absolutely loved staying here for our honeymoon. Got in super early in the morning and fortunately, they had a suite available for us. Pheobe helped check us in and was really accommodating and wonderful to work with. Every member of the staff was responsive and welcoming. The resort's excursions made planning super easy and straightforward.

Food was good, definitely eat at Wok n' Roll! One of the days there they had a lunch sponsored by a liquor brand, can't remember, but the grilled steak on the beach was amazing. Went back for thirds and fourths. Wish we had grilled steak for lunch and dinner every day after that.

Loved our archery session too! Wish they had it more days per week instead of just once a week but they have plenty of options for activities.

Overall would definitely come back and stay here again.

PS: the sand on the beach here is soooooooo much better than the sand in Le Morne - the south part of the island (if anyone's wondering). Imagine soft, fluffy, flour-like sand - this side of the island is where it's at.

Esp sir Jess from the restaurant, Ms Emelie from reception, and sir Bradley .They given us a free upgrade of room because we're celebrating our honeymoon and the view from our balcony is amazing! The only thing is that the toilet has no bidet and the shower where you put shower gel and shampoo were so loose that everytime we use it the bottles drop on the floor so we put them on the floor instead. And also the utensils in the buffet area/restaurant are not that clean. Spoons has stains and glasses for drinking water got stains of lipstick ! Hope they improve on that cleanliness part! But overall we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you C Mauritius!

Great Experience

We have travelled to so many countries and experienced hospitality worldwide but nothing can beat the service at C Mauritius. From the warm and welcoming receptionists Anasthasia and Emilie, to the in room dining help Deepak and Michael and to sum up the fun crazy service at the bars with Yanish and Lovenish. This place was beyond just a vacation spot, it felt like we came to visit friends/ family. The food spread is amazing with premium alcohol choices. From games to watersport to live entertainment every night, we literally had tears while leaving the place after a 4 night stay. Hats off to the Constance Group of hotels for such amazing service. We try to explore new countries and never repeat them, but C Mauritius has given us all the reasons to return back to Mauritius. Great team, great property and we made some unforgettable memories :)

All staff members treated us kindly and were very inviting and welcoming at all times, especially Gesh who was always ensuring that we were satisfied at all levels and willing to take the extra mile to accommodate whatever needs we had. Not to forget Geraldine, Evan, Sanjay, Dimitri, and the list goes on. Everyone was doing all that it needed to make our trip as memorable as can be.

The mini bar inside the room can be better improved.

Perfect hotel to relax and unwind!

Great, modern boutique hotel with clean and quiet private beach. The bedroom was well-equipped, spacious and with an excellent bathroom and shower. Would definitely stay here again.

A great choice for a honeymoon

Pros
Excellent assortment of meals for both lunch and dinner.
Excellent breakfast with all sorts of local and tropical fruits, yogurts, cereals, cheese, and bacon. Good coffee.
Delicious free snacks - sweets, and ice cream in the late afternoon.
Nice staff - polite and welcoming.
Quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Good gym.
Cons
Hotel taxi is too expensive. They are ripping the customers off.

Best all-inclusive deal!

The hotel was amazing. The amenities are great, staff is very friendly and the service is of top quality (they even organize plenty of activities) and above all the all-inclusive food and beverages offered is the best we have had yet. The food is of very good quality and there is a long list of wines that are included in the package deal, which can be ordered by the bottle (for the wine lovers, they have a big wine cellar to optimize the wine storage in the tropical temperatures). Moreover, we were there for our honey moon and they offered us an amazing lobster dinner on the house, which was very thoughtful of the hotel staff.

Overall is was a great experience and we would definitely go back.

City centre convenience

Location is central to city. Team link just outside, parking easy underground. Apartment was excellent. Enjoyed the view of Lions ahead, though the view of Table mountain now obscured with other buildings. Reception was fair, helpful if you weren’t in a hurry. No real downside to this place, it was as it says on the label.

Very nice hotel: understated elegance, spacious rooms, excellent beach and garden views and sitting, food mostly good with some excellent dishes, but sometimes also bland, good wine and service at the bar. Staff very friendly, but management a bit too chatty with guests, there are only so many times we can say all is good...

Bath room not convenient.No place for soaps and drains not working. Near sink no good lighting for shaving. Need more hangers.
Reception need uplift. No needed items in shop. Dining room containers are not convenient and hot covers. Menu to change daily. Cover dishes from flies. Ice cream is like rock.

Staffs excellent from reception, dining, bar and all over are friendly and excellent.Entrance to hotel road need repaired. More flowers and decoration all over including rooms.
We enjoyed very much friendliness of staff without exception. Beach needs to have staff to get chairs moved, towels, drinks to order.
Mangers are excellent and fixed anything we wanted and thanks to all staff.

Litt fovirring ved innsjekk om betaling med kort. Ensformig frokost. Lunsj og middag bedre. Løst toalett på rommet, og TV’en blinket litt. Flott beliggenhet, og vennlig betjening. Burde vært eget basseng for voksne, perioder med mye støy selv om zet stod quiet. Flott med vinkjeller, anbefales. God sushi på a la carte restauranten. Flott strand og fin balkong på rommet.

Sehr tolles Hotel. Große Essensauswahl, wenn auch für meinen Geschmack zu indischlastig. Strand direkt am Hotel und sehr klar. Es gab sogar noch ein paar wenige Fische beim Schnorcheln zu entdecken. Die Mitarbeiter im Hotel waren sehr freundlich. Die Weihnauswahl im All inclusive Paket ist riesig. Wadie ist besonders zuvorkommend. Zimmer sind gut. In der Sauna ist leider Textilkleidungspflicht, was in DE sehr ungewöhnlich ist. Es gibt leider nur eine Sauna. Es gibt viele inkludierte Wasseraktivitäten wie Kajak oder SUP ausleihen, was großartig ist und ich zuvor noch nicht so erlebt habe. Kitesurfing 90 Minuten ist auch toll, mit 90 Euro aber auch nicht günstig. Es gab genug freie Liegen und auch direkt feste natürliche Sonnenschirme am Strand, was sehr schön war. Frühstück geht leider nur bis 10:30 Uhr, aber mittags um 12 Uhr startet Lunch. Abendessen war für unsere Verhältnisse immer erst sehr spät, nämlich um 19 Uhr. 18:30 Uhr wäre besser. Der Infinity Pool ist optisch sehr schön. Abends gab es immer bis ca. 22:30 Uhr Live-Musik meist. Das war schön, allerdings wurde nie getanzt und es gab auch keine Tanz-Stunden. Das kenne ich von anderen Hotels anders. Ich wünsche mir definitiv mehr gesunde Auswahlmöglichkeiten beim Frühstück wie z.B. Magerquark und beim Abendessen sowie gesündere Cocktailalternativen.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit extrem freundlichem und hilfsbereiten Personal. Der Strand ist wunderschön und der Zustand der Anlage ist hervorragend. Die Bar und die Restaurants sind sehr gut und bitten einen der Besten „All inclusive“ Service den ich bisher erlebt habe. Wenn es etwas zu kritisieren gibt, dann sind es die nicht mehr ganz aktuellen Sanitären Anlagen (es ist alles sauber und funktionsfähig, aber es gibt hier einfach einen Renovierungsbedarf) sowie die Geschwindigkeit beim Abräumservice im Buffet-Restaurant. Alles in Allem 95 von 100%. Es war ein toller Auffenthalt und wir kommen sehr gern wieder hier her!
