We (family of 4) had a great time at Friday Attitude. The beach front is great, the sea depth is safe for the little ones and you will always find an available parasol to enjoy the beach. A special thanks to Keshia from the kids club that made our stay great looking after our little boy Rio.
There is not much around the hotel, so it worth going all inclusive. The buffet offers choices to all tastes. They even make baby food on request, so you don’t need to worry about what your baby is going to eat. That’s the first hotel we stayed that cared about our baby.
The hotel overall is very clean.
James was also very helpful on our late check out. The spa is a must and we truly enjoyed and relaxed with the spa treatments. Thank you all from Friday Attitude for your kindness and help. Hope to see you again in the future.

Small eco friendly hotel that seems to be recently renovated. Food is limited and not very good. Staff friendly but quite disorganized. Room amenities were disappointing - lighting (how to read with those teeny lights?), claustrophobic toilet, very noisy.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff, decent food. Big thank you to Kirti and Ketcha in the kids club, to Kunal and the team in the kitchen, and to Thaarish and the team at reception, everyone is so smiley and helpful.

Lovely warm swimming pool.

(Wifi could be improved, but can't complain!)

Lots of nice touches for the eco tourism.

Definitely hope to come back.

Lovely friendly hotel - the staff go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The snorkelling is great right off the beach with no need for a boat. Rooms are modern and decor is lovely. The food could be better, but they do try hard to accommodate your preferences e.g. cooking special kids meals. Some of the activities (e.g. glass bottom boat) are run out of another attitude hotel which is only a 10 min walk away along the beach but we found this did make it hard to book things. The wind can be strong on this side of the island, but it does mean it stops it from getting to hot!

Perfect holiday in Friday Attitude
The beach is beutiful here. Perfect for snorkeling and swimming. A lot more beautiful the sea here than flic en flac or Grand Baie.
All the staff, literally all the staff was really kind.
The food is also excellent, buffet breakfast and lunch and dinner had great variety, and high quality.
The rooms were spacious and really clean. We chose this hotel as it is children friendly and we had a perfect experience. Vishal and Jonathan were really kind. Thanks for that. We were in a four star hotel in Mauritius at flic en flac 2 years ago, but Friday Attitude is much better than those. Only negative thing that we could not live here forever :)

A relatively smaller property where you get to know the staff. The GM makes it a point of greeting each guest and making him know which is a testament to the ethos of customer care. Facilities are reasonable and the spa is excellent. The Beachfront is picturesque, clean, and private. The wi-fi facility is very poor and unreliable.

Our choice of Friday Attitude was a \"pot luck\" choice. We had no information apart from various ratings on web sites and some of these were very limited. We stayed there 10 days and, when we return to Mauritius (we are already in the planning stage for such an event) we will stay there again. The food was varied, plentiful, and of a high quality; the staff were wonderful; and the magnificent views had to be seen to be believed.

We had a great stay in Friday Attitude. The staff really could not have done any more for us . Our room was beside the restaurant and close to the beech and was perfect for our small family. Even though the hotel room , the food and the location were all excellent it was the friendly helpful staff that really made this holiday so memorable.

Average 3 star hotel. Really great beach. Wouldn't recommend going all inclusive/half board - there are some great restaurants in Trou d'Eau Deuce ( mile away) which are far better for food (2 adults and 2 children £40 for an evening meal and free taxi back to hotel). Kids club is not that formal and has no fixed programme so difficult to leave kids for any period of time without them returning to you. If I were to go to Mauritius again I would pay the extra money and go to a more high end resort.

We are family of 6 adults and we travelled to Mauritius as relaxing stopover after doing busy tours of Africa. All our Rooms were clean and comfortable and air conditioned. The beach area was my favourite with a beautiful beach. Lobby bar at night was awesome with entertainment on most nights. Buffett for breakfast and dinner most nights. Good choices for brekkie although no muesli of any sort. Fairly good choices for dinner with theme nights to change it up. Staff were all good and helpful. Main complaint which is a small complaint is ice in drinks. They make thin ice cubes and put a few in drinks and by time you got to table ice melted so drinks always had no ice.

We really enjoyed our stay in this small corner of paradise on the east coast of Mauritius. The size of the hotel is perfect and the decoration very natural and well thought. All the staff were very nice and managed to organise a trip to \"Ile au Cerfs\". We will be happy to discover the other hotels.

Secluded lovely stay

Hotel staff are excellent. Its a small and lovely 50 rooms hotel. If you want to have a relaxing secluded stay, its the best place to enjoy. The only downside is, its far from the city.

Breakfast should have more selection or at least change 2-3 of the items so it wont feel repetitive each day.

Overall experience the hotel gave me a personalized feel and the ambiance around was great.

Its a happy stay with group of friends and family.

I love the place but the tea and the coffee in the room were not complimentary. Even if we didnt take the all inclusive package...the very least the hotel could provide is tea and coffee in the room. After all we are paying more than 100 euro per room and the hotel couldnt even give us the sachets of coffee and tea?? Unheard of.

This is the most beautiful beach hotel for my Mauritius holidays and the price is reasonable and acceptable. The hotel full board meal is good. Free transfer to the island at 9am, 10am by reservation 1 day before. The dinner serve base on France dinning style from starter to main course to dessert, the lunch have variety choice like hot pizza, rice & curry, bread, dessert and etc. The tea break are acceptable( cookies, pancake, biscuits, cake). The wifi connection very good even at beach front also great connection. I love the beach front of the hotel, really nice view. We saw a lot of star at night at pool side and beach side( next time we should bring tripod to take the milkyway photo).

Me and my fiancé was here for our mini honeymoon. The hotel staffs were friendly and helpful. Car park was limited but that wasn't an issue as you can leave your keys with the hotel redemption for them to shift it. Room was lovely, clean, and gave us a romantic ambiance.

nice hotel, on beach.

we stayed 8 nights from Christmas Day. the east coast of Mauritius is quiet, with nice beaches. hotel staff very helpful and friendly. nice room and good food.
we had half board, although most people are all inclusive, on package deals. Drinks are quite expensive, by Mauritian standards. There is nowhere else to eat or have a drink nearby- nearest is in Trou d'Eau Douce, about 3 kilometres away, so best to eat in hotel.
the New Years Eve gala dinner was not included in the package, and was expensive. although staff worked very hard to produce and serve a 7 course meal, portions were tiny.

One of the best holidays!

This is hotel is located at beautiful East Coast of Mauritius, easy to access. The hotel has very good facilities Including its own beach at the back with sun beds, snorkel diving gears and kayaks free to use. The rooms are spacious and clear, maintained to a very high standard each day. Staff are genuinely nice and friendly, always go extra miles to help! The half board was certainly a \"good value for money\" option!

Comfortable, air conditioned room, just a stone's throw to beach area. All in all, excellent value for money, with adequate wi-fi signal throughout complex. Limited parking spaces outside should you hire a car. A few local restaurants within a mile radius.

Wir haben einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel verbracht und uns von Anfang bis Ende rundum wohl gefühlt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal – alle, vom Empfang über den Service bis hin zur Reinigung, waren unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und jederzeit ansprechbar. Es wurde regelmäßig nachgefragt, ob alles passt oder ob man uns weiterhelfen könne, was uns ein sehr willkommenes Gefühl gegeben hat.

Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien mit Kindern geeignet. Unser Sohn hat den Kidsclub geliebt – wir konnten jederzeit mit ihm dort spielen, und es hätte sogar die Möglichkeit gegeben, ihn für ein, zwei Stunden in liebevolle Betreuung zu geben. Das hat uns sehr beeindruckt. Auch beim Essen wurde auf Kinder besonders Rücksicht genommen: zusätzlich zu dem ohnehin schon vielfältigen und abwechslungsreichen Buffet konnten wir jederzeit Klassiker wie Pommes oder Nuggets für unseren Kleinen bestellen – das hat vieles sehr entspannt gemacht.

Die Zimmer waren hell, freundlich eingerichtet und stets sauber. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom traumhaften Strand direkt am Hotel. Außerdem gab es tolle kleine Lagunen in der Nähe, die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnte – perfekt für kleine Entdeckungstouren.

Alles in allem hatten wir dank des freundlichen Personals, der Kinderfreundlichkeit, des leckeren Essens und der wunderschönen Umgebung einen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir können dieses Hotel absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen sicher gerne wieder!

Le personnel est adorable et très souriant.
Le massage au spa était un pur moment de détente, agréable du début à la fin.
Cependant, peu de choix lors des repas, et on est parfois contraint de se contenter des \"restes\".
Dommage qu'ont ne puisse pas se servir soit même, cela éviterait les longues files et les attentes.
Dommage également de devoir aller sans cesse demander des sachets de thé et de l'eau alors que dans la plus part des hôtels à chaque passage pour le ménage cela est fait par le personnel.
L'hôtel paraît beaucoup plus beau sur les photos de site de réservation qu'il ne l'est en réalité et nous aurions aimé une soirée karaoke dans les animations du soir.
Il serait également appréciable que la piscine soit chauffée, un peu trop froide pour la saison...

Wir waren eine Woche im Friday Attitude. Die Lobby ist sehr schön und auch die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön bewachsen.
Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit macht den Einrichtungsgegenständen zu schaffen. Die Kissen hatten einen sehr modrigen Geruch, die Betten ansich waren aber sehr bequem.
Leider haben wir uns einen Magen-Darm-Infektion eingefangen, so wie sehr viele andere Gäste im Hotel und lagen den Großteil unseres Aufenthaltes im Zimmer.
Das Personal ist stets freundlich und bemüht, das Essen, welches in Buffetform angeboten wird, hat auch noch deutlich Luft nach oben.
Der Strandabschnitt ist mit Sonnenschirmen ausgestattet und man kann sehr schön direkt vom Strand aus schnorcheln gehen.

We read so many good reviews about the service of the staff that we went with high expectations on that part. Unfortunately it was not as expected. We always had to get our own drinks from the bar, no one ever asked if they could support, check in very slow and not attentive, some of the staff were very polite but most of them just below average of kind.
The hotel grounds are very lovely so no complaints at all, although the rooms and general facilities really need an update.
The food was ok, nothing special but nothing to complain about. The restaurant Kot Nou is very good!
What was nice tough, you could get a free boat trip to Ile aux Cerfs. But again, no one offered this, we heard it from others.
We are now staying at a sister hotel, Coin de Mire, also 3.5 star rating but service is much higher here.

Das Hotel ist sehr kinderfreundlich, es wird sehr viel angeboten. Personal an der Rezeption ist sher hilfsbereit und nett, wir hatten einen medizinischen Fall, uns wurde sofort ein Arzt gerufen, der dann auch schnell kam. Danke an der Stelle nochmal an den Manager! Das Essen war hervorragend, jeden Abend ein anderes Motto,wir hatten in den 7 Tagen nicht einmal das gleiche zum Abendessen gegessen. Top! Strand ist top, Liegen und Schirme ausreichend da.Zimmer war sehr groß, das Bad sehr modern und auch groß. Das Bett war auch sehr gut. unsere Klima hat zum schluss nicht richtig funktioniert, wurde aber gleich nachdem wir das gemeldet hatten, repariert . Alles in einem -Sehr gutes Hotel, empfehlenswert

Dieses Hotel war die mit Abstand enttäuschendste Unterkunft auf unserer Mauritiusreise. Man fragt sich wirklich, woher die guten Bewertungen kommen. Das Zimmer war ganz nett, allerdings befand sich die Hauptstrom Sicherung des Zimmers IN der Dusche!! Der Pool hatte kein klares Wasser, sondern eher eine milchige Brühe. Beim Frühstück musste man aufpassen, dass einem die Spatzen (die im Restaurant!) umherflogen, nicht auf dem Teller landeten. Entsprechend waren Tische, Stühle, Tassen, Kaffeeautomat etc teilweise voller Vogelkot. Der Kaffeeautomat zur Selbstbedienung war so versifft, dass man freiwillig auf den Kaffee verzichtet hat. Das Essen im Buffetrestaurant war fad, lauwarm und meistens leer, weil das Personal nicht mit dem Nachfüllen hinterher kam. Das Essen am Verkaufsstand \"Tapa-J\" war schlicht und einfach eine Frechheit. Aufgeweichte Instantnudeln wurden nochmals mit heißem Wasser erwärmt, dann wurden diverse Fertigsoßen darüber geschüttet. Ungenießbar! Personal war reichlich vorhanden, grüßte auch immer freundlich lächelnd, konnte einem bei Fragen jedoch nur selten weiterhelfen. Irgendwie fühlte sich nie jemand so richtig zuständig. Die Lage des Hotels ist ganz nett und der Strand ist auch sehr schön.
Wir werden definitiv NICHT wiederkommen!!!

Hotel avec un gros potentiel mais on sent qu'il y a des manques. Souvent au niveau du service, de la propreté (espaces plage, bar et présentoirs buffet,...). Deux restaurants annoncés, l'un n'est ouvert que 3 jours par semaine et uniquement le soir. L'environnement est tres bien, plages magnifiques, proche de l'iles aux cerfs, eau translucide bref un vrai atout!!

Schöne Anlage, nettes aufmerksames Personal, Zimmer waren hervorragend, das einzig negative war die Lautstärke beim Abendessen durch viele Kinder, das Essen an sich war sehr lecker und Abwechslungsreich

- Warme verwelkoming: uitgebreide informatie, drankje, massage van een paar minuten en leuk was dat onze kamer al beschikbaar was bij onze aankomst in het hotel (rond 11u 's ochtends) zonder meerkost
- vriendelijk personeel en altijd klaar om te helpen
- lekker eten in restaurant met voldoende afwisseling qua avondeten. Het ontbijt vond ik vrij eentonig maar dat stoorde me niet.
-Goede ligging en mooie inrichting van hotel en omgeving, een echt vakantiegevoel.
- enigste minpunt: veel wind op het strand in de winterperiode waardoor zwemmen onmogelijk is. Weet niet of dit elke dag zo is maar tijdens de 10 dagen die wij er waren was dit zo.
Een echte aanrader!!!

Un villaggio lontano dal caos nella parte più naturale dell'isola. Personale gentilissimo struttura ben tenuta con ambienti e spazi davvero gradevoli. Molto bella la spiaggia ed il punto mare davanti all'hotel.
Qui si può vivere la vera Mauritius.

Les chambres étaient correctes tout le reste est nul .nourriture limite deux entrées tous les jours salade de choux ou choux en salade .en dessert la glace était fondue les gâteaux sans saveurs le rhum a 37°.quartier de pamplemousse ou quartier d'Orange en fruit .les transats sont sales .sol sali par de la mayonnaise nettoyer en fin de service, ils ont mis une chaise suite à notre signalement pour éviter la glissade.les sets de table ne sont pas nettoyer et il manque toujours quelque chose à table.bref je ne conseille surtout pas cet hôtel. À éviter.

Location was very good, beach awesome but the food and drinks were not satisfying, only mediocre, small selection and poor quality. Rooms are ok, the staff at the buffet is very friendly, the staff at the reception not at all.

Tutto come promesso: piccolo resort con bellissima spiaggia e area piscina confortevole. Camere ampie e letti comodi. L’all inclusive (cucina discreta e varia) è altamente consigliato perché non ci sono locali vicini. Se non avete la macchina, l’albergo mette a disposizione taxi per tour giornalieri (consiglio il tassista Sundeep) a prezzi tra i 30 e i 70 € a seconda del giro. Ho trovato la zona parecchio ventilata, ma forse era il periodo (metà marzo) rispetto ad altre coste
