I am so glad there was air conditioning. The staff was very friendly. It was nice to have breakfast included but the food was only mediocre. Our room, however clean, was quite small. Based on the pictures, it seemed we would have a window or balcony but we had neither. No view of anything at all.

The room was very clean. Only issue was the shower leaked alot..so the floor was very wet after a shower, they were good and offered extra towels to clean it. I suggested a simple fix so maybe they will correct it.

The breakfast was very good and eggs made for you each morning.
Air conditioning was a welcome room option as it was very warm while we were there.

There are no lights in the corridors which allow one to see the door entry codes and to gain access.

The safe in the room was not working and it took over 24 hours to get a solution after reporting it.

At almost 7:00 AM, on the July 4, I came into the eating space (cannot be termed a “restaurant”, because it is actually a feeding station for workers in the area), no primarily conceived to serve guests but the workers who congregate at set times to eat. The breakfast offered to guests therefore are left overs. I didn’t occur to me that I was interrupting their breakfast and the kitchen staff proceeded to mutter their dismissals in Spanish. Unfortunately, I do not know Spanish fluently however I understand enough Spanish because I have an adult son who is fluent in Spanish. The kitchen staff directed rude comments towards me. I had to leave the space to look for breakfast outside the hotel even though I paid for breakfast at the hotel through out my stay.

At the time of writing this, it has been more than 24 hours since we were told on July 5, that there was no internet supply at the hotel. Furthermore before going to sleep last night, I asked the hotel receptionist to recommend an alternative solution for internet access and after checking back two hours later, I was told that there were no solutions.

And finally, this morning, July 6, as the kitchen lady served me, she with the unwashed hands she was using to separate frozen pork. Here is the plate of food.

The staff here is so attentive and go above and beyond for guest. The location is prime for access to main beach and activities. The room was good size and cleaners do a great job. However, the bathroom was horrible- needs updating. The toilet did not flush properly and I couldn't take a shower without my hair and the outside getting wet.

Recientemente me alojé en este hotel y, desafortunadamente, no cumplió con mis expectativas. Al entrar en la habitación, noté un olor a humedad que persistió durante toda mi estancia, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. El baño también tenía algunas manchas oscuras, lo que no me dio una gran impresión de limpieza.

Además, las almohadas y las sábanas no se sentían frescas, y vi algunas manchas en ellas, olían a viejo y estaban húmedas lo que me causó acné en una parte de mi rostro donde nunca había experimentado acné. Sin embargo, la distancia a la playa era ideal, lo que aprecié: era un paseo corto y muy conveniente.

En una nota positiva, el proceso de registro fue fluido y eficiente, lo que marcó un buen tono para el comienzo de mi estadía. Desafortunadamente, no puedo decir lo mismo sobre el estado general de la habitación.

Si bien la ubicación era decente, esperaría mejoras en la limpieza y el mantenimiento antes de considerar regresar.

It was very handy to the beach, restaurants, shopping,vehicle rentals. The property is older,but well kept.. the staff clearly took pride in it. This hotel charges almost $100 per night but not worth more than $45 per night , compared to other hotel with restaurants and much much better food and better facilities! People consider other hotels before booking this one! I won’t recommend this hotel ! Way to expensive for the low service!

Great location, and excellent staff It was an easy 10-15 minute walk from the airport and I felt safe even though it was nighttime. Only 2 blocks from the grocery store, and seemed to be at the edge of all the main city attractions, but far enough away to be quiet on a Saturday night. The room was essentially what I expected, but the window went to the hallway so it might as well have not had a window at all (standard room option)

I like it in general, but we have some issues in the room like, the AC was liking, the plug connection in the bathroom didn't work at all, and the WIFI in my case didn't ever work.
But the Area where the Hotel is located is very good, many shops in the same street and the beach just one block away.
Breakfast good and attention from the staff very nice.

Hotel could be a lot better with minimal effort from management/owners. There is a total lack of attention to details. Shower heads were clogged, but could easily be cleaned. Toilet seats were loose, also easily fixed by tightening. No shampoo supplied in bathroom. On the plus side, it is clean, and location very good, very close to beach, shopping, restaurants, etc.

I liked that the property was extreemly quiet. They had front desk service 24/7. I went on a fishing trip wherein I would return to the hotel at 2a.m and front desk was always there recieving me and ready to help. Furthermore, it is very safe.I also requested many things to my room, and they were delivered without hesitation. In addition, they got a taxi to the airport very quickly. I'm really pleased with this hotel. I would return next year.

This property did not work with me for a refund due to the pandemic on 2020. They never responded and stole from me more than $1K. It was a room for 4. They did not work anything out to change or give a voucher to use later. Pretty much they stay with my money. I hope Karma hit them very bad. I would never use or recommend this place. The staff here was amazing, breakfast was great and you can’t beat the location (12 min walk to the airport, safe, 2 blocks from the beach and away from the noise). It has cameras outside so we felt safe leaving our moped outside - just tell the front staff you have one and they will tell you where to park. I was a little disappointed with the room itself though. Bed was a bit hard. The AC unit and fridge leaked water. They didn’t clean the room the entire time we were there. But for the price, I was overall happy.

Location of the hotel is great. Staff are very helpful. They cleaned the room every day. Good selection of breakfast, with purified water available 24/7 which was very convenient. We did book a basic room as this was only available at the time. It is spacious the only drawback is that window leads to the corridor.

The room was big with nice decor, exactly as the pictures. The cooks at the breakfast area were so nice and professional. They recognize us the following mornings and there always had a welcoming smile. The arepas the choclo and empanadas were a hit for me! :)
The location of the hotel could not be better for the price. It is only a block from the beach and restaurant area.. it is perfectly located.
They were also according for our late check out with was especially convenient as I was traveling with my two kids and our flight was at night. I would stay here again!

Beautiful hotel and rooms. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate us in everything. Super friendly and welcoming staff and management. Less than a block away from the beach. You can actually see the blue waters from the hotel's door. Breakfast was delicious everyday! My children loved all the beautiful colorful decor around the hotel. The location was great! If you pay on around US$50.00; it’s ok but if you pay more it won’t to worth it.

Por otra parte, todo el personal del hotel son personas amables y dispuestas a atenderte en lo que necesites; especialmente su administrador Jorge, una persona muy amable y dispuesta a atenderte, en el momento que lo necesites, con la mejor actitud. A mi familia y a mí nos encantó toda la experiencia que nos brindó este hotel. La limpieza de toda la propiedad es excelente, era muy agradable llegar y percibir esa atmósfera de limpieza, organización y tranquilidad. Las habitaciones estaban perfectamente distribuidas y con una comodidad inigualable. Todo el personal del hotel son personas muy respetuosas y amables, dispuestas a atenderte todo el tiempo; especialmente su administrador Jorge quien siempre estuvo atento a nuestras necesidades guiando nuestra experiencia y con la mejor actitud cordial siempre. Para finalizar, una de las mejores partes de la estadía en este hotel fueron los deliciosos desayunos y la atención de sus cocineros. Un excelente servicio en general por parte de este hotel.

AC kept shutting off during the night and we would have to call down to the hotel staff would to switch the breaker so we were up all night. Sheets were too small for the bed and we would wake up on the actual mattress. Staff were friendly and helpful and it was close to the beach.

The Google Maps location was slightly off making it difficult to find initially. It is incredibly close to the Riviera- the location is great. The staff prioritizes cleanliness which was very well appreciated. The breKfast was delicious and had options. The staff was also extremely helpful in orienting us with the tours, car rentals, and activities on the island.

Gostei muito de me hospedar neste Hotel. O quarto estava sempre limpo, os funcionários sempre atenciosos e a localização muito boa. Perto da praia e de muitas lojas, bancos, etc. O ponto mais positivo foi o café da manhã, que achei excelente. Outro ponto positivo foi o atendimento da Sra. Mariluz, que me pareceu ser a gerente ou proprietária. Muito atenciosa, cordial e simpática, sempre preocupada em deixar tudo adequado para os hóspedes. Eu voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel, com certeza.

A recepção foi maravilhosa, com funcionários educados que nos atenderam super bem. Mesmo sem falarem português, a gente sempre dava um jeitinho de se comunicar.

O café da manhã é bem simples, mas atende bem. O quarto tinha um leve cheiro de mofo, o que acredito ser por conta da umidade.

O chuveiro quente funcionava apenas até certo horário, o que pode ser um ponto de atenção. Acho que também poderiam melhorar a televisão, colocando uma Smart TV, já que a do nosso quarto não tinha opção de alterar o idioma.

On decouvre en arrivant à l'hôtel que notre chambre n'avait pas de fenêtre donnant sur l'exterieur. La fenêtre donnait sur l'ascenseur... Ceci n'était pas indiqué sur l'annonce au moment de notre réservation. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais l'hôtel nous a indiqué qu'il fallait un supplément pour ces chambres là. L'hôtel ne nous à fait aucun geste commercial. Nous souhaitions changer d'établissement, mais hotel.com nous a refusé le remboursement...
Par ailleurs, la chambre qui est à peine plus grande que le lit, sentait le moisi, le ménage était mal fait et la paroie de douche fuyait laissant une marre d'eau dans la salle de bain après chaque douche. La seule chose qu'a fait l'hôtel, c'est nous fournir une serviette en plus pour éponger le sol.
Le prix de la chambre est vraiment disproportionné par rapport à la qualité fournie.
Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet hotel et ne passerons plus jamais par Hotel.com pour une reservation.
Leur service client sont des menteurs, ils nous affirment que la mention \"pas de fenêtre\" est bien visible sur l'annonce alors que nous avons des captures d'écran qui prouvent le contraire.
