The breakfast has variety options, food is fresh and tasty. The rooms are clean and the hotel is too. Check-in/out is easy and quick. One inconvenience is one towel per person: for face, hands and body. I would appreciate extra towel for hands.

The location is great. Close enough to city centre to walk but far enough to be peaceful.
Service at reception wasn't the best. Got better service at breakfast thou so maybe it was just the receptionist.
Breakfast was average. Would have hoped for wonder selection of fresh fruit and veg.

Brand new with very clean bathrooms. I only stayed here for 1 night for an early morning flight. It is halfway between city center and the airport, 1 mile from the ferry terminal. They offered breakfast, a bar, and WiFi. However, no gym or pool. But for $55, I cannot complain.

This hotel was perfect location less than 10 minute drive from the airport and a very short car ride to old town. We walked everyday to old town and it was a nice 20 minute walk with lots of places to stop if you need. There is a bus stop right out front and there is an easy location for Ubers to pick up. There is also scooters outside that are available to use. Amazing place.

Service was hit or miss, some friendly some were not friendly, the hotel was modern and very clean, breakfast was very good, room was cleaned everyday. Free coffee in Lobby which is a big plus.

One lady who worked in the bar was so cold and unfriendly, she seemed to really dislike us, and it showed.

The people who worked on the front desk were very helpful and polite

This hotel was just great! For a budget hotel it felt like a 5 star. Inside the hotel looks very modern and very clean. They have books you can read in the lounge, free hot drinks from the coffee machine, and very comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and the hotel has made good efforts to be eco-friendly - they even have wooden key cards! Also they have very good food. I really enjoyed the morning buffet, as well as the evening meals that they serve.

More tea please!

I really love staying at this Ibis. We regularly stay here on our trips to Tallinn.
My only criticism is that there is never any normal (black) tea! All there is, is a selection of herbal/fruit teas which maybe has one black tea in there and dozens on others. The black tea always always runs out because English, Irish, french, Chinese, Indian travellers all like a.good cup of tea.
More normal tea please!

A very clean and modern room with plenty of power outlets. Comfortable bed. Definitely not a good hotel for business as there is no desk. No amenities in the bathroom such as facial tissues. One simply needs to decide if this is cheaper than hotels with more amenities.

Overall, I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. The breakfast was tasty, and the staff worked hard to make sure dirty dishes were cleared and fresh food was available.

The only minor comment was the hotel isn't set up to work from the room. It is fine for a quick email or meeting, but the lack of a full desk limited what I could do at the hotel vs. going to my local office.

The location was a little away from the Old Town but the walk or Bolt was easy and the price reflected the location.

The place is new anc clean, but there was a podium in between the beds.
My mother' is elderly and she couldn't clime that bed,very uncomfortable. Also soap dispensers are too high . A little lower would ne easier to reach.

Excellent, modern hotel which is only a 15-20 minute walk from Tallinn's city centre and Old Town. The room was in immaculate condition and was extremely clean. The beds were very comfortable as well. The hotel is excellent value for money, and I would highly recommend that anyone who is thinking about making a visit to Tallinn consider staying at this hotel.

This is a great hotel if you want to be near the Tallinn bus station (7-8 minute walk). It is also give or take a 15 minute walk to the old part of the city. It has an excellent breakfast and very nice, modern rooms. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that the restaurant is supposedly open to 10:00 PM but was closed for food much earlier than that. Otherwise, no problems to report and would gladly stay here again.

Nice and cosy hotel

I liked very much. Was on the business trip 1 week with family. Very nice and cosy hotel and room. Location is great for every kind of traveling. I traveled this time with car and parked in parking hall and right next to the hotel in Europark parking plot - both are great, Europark is a bit cheaper - 5€ per day. It was great to see for longer stayer's, that breakfast menu has a bit changed. Definitely will book again.
