Great stay at the Radisson Collection Tallinn. A few hiccups during the stay which made it feel like a 4 star rather than 5 star hotel. The small details really do make a difference. The breakfast was lovely however very chaotic and service could have been improved. The front desk team were all pleasant and very understanding. Would definitely recommend if you are going to Tallinn. And oh the spa was great and offered various sauna options

The room was well cleaned but when I arrived in the bathroom there was a weird smell probably coming from the landfills. The bed is comfortable with quite a few pillows option. Unfortunately in the room there was no camomile but only coffe and tea, it’s good to also have an option for people who don’t drink caffeine and want something to relax. The food is not excellent, I wouldn’t come here for the food. The check in was smooth. And great for people coming for bussiness.

Far from 5 Stars – Stay Away

I stayed at this hotel expecting a true 5-star experience, but it was nothing of the sort. My stay was completely ruined by loud, inconsiderate neighbors, and despite contacting the staff multiple times, absolutely nothing was done. For a hotel that markets itself as luxury, the lack of action was shocking.

A 5-star property should ensure peace, comfort, and professionalism, but instead I was left with sleepless nights and a sense that guests’ concerns simply don’t matter. When management can’t handle something as basic as providing a quiet environment for rest, the “five stars” mean nothing.

If you value proper service, respect, and a restful stay, do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This hotel is all show and no substance.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I arrived early and was pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. The room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless.

Breakfast was tasty with a good variety, though coffee was only available from the machine. I also had dinner at Issei, which was excellent. The front desk kindly made the reservation for me, though I didn’t receive any discount at the restaurant despite being a hotel guest.

Overall, an excellent experience with great service, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed at Radisson Collection Hotel to celebrate my daughter’s birthday, and the hotel made a lovely gesture by offering us a complimentary room upgrade and a bottle of Prosecco, which we truly appreciated.

There were a couple of issues during our stay, though. Our room cards didn’t provide access to the spa or breakfast, even though it was included in our package, so we had to spend extra time at reception to resolve it. Also, I had ordered an extra item for our room, but the wrong item was delivered. When we reviewed the invoice, it didn’t match what I had originally ordered. The hotel acknowledged the mistake and offered a refund, which we accepted.

Overall, the staff were courteous and responsive, and the birthday surprise added a special touch to our stay. With some improvements in coordination and attention to detail, it could have been an excellent experience.

Great hotel but don’t stay on the 22nd floor!

The hotel was lovely, great selection at breakfast and all fresh. Friendly staff. Great location for exploring Tallinn.
The review would have been excellent if it wasn’t for our last evening. Our room was on the 22nd floor which offered great views but not great if you have a private event in the bar above on floor 24. We were kept awake with the boom boom boom beat booming through to our room. I rang down to reception at 1.30am asking when the music would stop and I was told 2am but that they would speak to the bar to see if the volume could be turned down. The noise level was not reduced, if anything it got louder! I rang reception again at 1.40am asking again if the music level could be reduced as it was keeping us awake, but we still could hear it. By 2.35am (I was previously told the music would stop at 2am) I had had enough of not being able to sleep and rang reception again, this time I spoke to a gentleman who apologised and said he would certainly speak to the bar. By 2.45am the music level was reduced so we were no longer able to hear the boom boom boom best, finally! By this time we were exhausted from lack of sleep but I was then unable to finally get to sleep until 4.30am.
If the hotel know that the music in the bar can be heard in rooms on the 22nd floor and the hotel has a private event then they should not put guests on that floor unless they are attending the event!
This was a disappointing end to our stay n Tallinn.

Amazing hotel in every aspect. The room is clean and comfortable, the bed, covers and pillows were one of the best, the view from the room, landing and roof were amazing, the breakfast room and breakfast are top class. Only tiny thing that bothered me, I booked with breakfast through hotels.com but the guy at the reception insisted on paying extra €25 pp per day, luckily next day I talked to Allessa who sorted it out immediately and confirmed breakfast was included, otherwise I would have given 5* for the service.

Excellent Stay in the Junior Suite with Sauna

Our stay at the Radisson Collection Hotel in Tallinn was truly enjoyable, especially thanks to the comfort and elegance of the Junior suite with sauna. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the room was serviced twice a day, which kept everything fresh and spotless throughout our visit.

The suite was spacious and worked very well for a family with children. The staff were kind and welcoming to our little one, adding a warm personal touch to our stay.

Breakfast was another highlight – delicious, varied, and of high quality, with something for every taste.

We also enjoyed the compact yet well-equipped spa area, which included steam rooms, a pool, and a calm relaxation space. Everything was clean and well organized.

In short, the Junior suite with sauna offered a luxurious and family-friendly experience, and we would happily return.

Ovrall, great. However, some small niggles.
Complementary water only provided on night 1 . Most 5 star hotels we stay in give you 500-1000ml water per day.
Breakfast choice good, but some basics need attention: Bacon overcooked, scrambled egg too wet, hash browns soggy every day. Prosecco only available at weekends. Not bad, but room for improvement.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, creating the perfect environment to relax. The spa and fitness facilities were absolutely stunning—modern, clean, and very well-equipped.

The location was another highlight: just a short distance from the city center, making it convenient yet peaceful. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a stylish and sophisticated touch in every detail.

Another comfortable stay

I stayed at the Radisson Collection in July 24 and was so impressed I booked again for my recent trip to Tallinn. Breakfast choice is excellent as is the food in the other restaurants. The spa is great with a relaxing ambience. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite on both occasions and they are very comfortable. The hotel is only a 5 minute walk to the old town. I will certainly choose Radisson Collection for my next visit to Tallinn

Gold tier perks? Not here

Don’t check into this hotel expecting to claim the benefits of being a gold tier member. Was refused upgrade even when there was availability and offered a smaller cheaper room as an upgrade. The staff lied saying no availability till i showed them on multiple sites there was even on their own website. After contacting hotels.com to resolve this they still refused. I even had to let them know breakfast was included as my perks to which they reluctantly agreed. Marketed as a vip property but doesn’t cater to the vip clients hotels.com brings them.

Hotel facilities are great and so is the location. But let down by the staff at check in who also gossiped about us in Russian thinking we couldn’t understand because we spoke english at check in.

This was my first time traveling to Tallinn, so I was a bit nervous. The staff was always incredibly kind and helpful. The design modern and well done and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I've seen in my travels. It was less than a 10 min walk to old town, but the hotel itself had pretty good dining options.
I'll definitely be staying here on my next vist!

It’s a 4star.

I requested a repair for the drawer, but it broke again within minutes. Additionally, the refrigerator made loud cracking noises at night, making it difficult to sleep. At times, the air conditioner emitted a smell resembling exhaust fumes. When we came to the restaurant on 24th floor at 8pm, we were told we could only be seated at the bar, even though the dining area was half-empty and there was no special event taking place. This was quite disappointing. P.S. The breakfast at the restaurant on the first floor was excellent, and the staff were very polite, speaking all available languages!

First stay in a collection hotel, defiantly higher end style. Room was a corner and had excellent views of sea and old town. Bathroom amenities were excellent, including a bath loofer that I have never seen a a hotel room before! Bed was very soft and slept well. Hot chocolate pods for the machine which was nice. Room cleaning was excellent and replaced everything, not just the basics. Small box of chocolates and a personally wrote welcome card on arrival in the room. Breakfast was high quality and good service. Overall, excellent short stay, would recommend.

Lovely room, spacious and comfortable. Difficulty connecting my portable device to the TV but otherwise all good.

Close to Stroomi beach, Unibet Arena and lots of other services. Great meals on site. Room service charge is a bit high.

Location is great! Very clean hotel,we have been upgraded to a highher room category and even allowed us to check in early.
The staff upon check in at the front desk is very nice & friendly (I need to get her name so I can give her commendation). The bed is great and the sheets are of high quality cotton & the room size is just right. Our dinner at ISSEI Restaurant on the 24th floor was surprisingly good and very very tasty.
The breakfast selection was exemplary. Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix up coz I thought upon booking breakfast was included for 2 people aside from 1 free breakfast per day as perk being a silver member. This was even reiterated to me during check in that we have breakfast for 2 everyday. No big deal that I’ll be charged for 2 breakfasts as we really enjoyed the spread, I hope next time this will be clarified to us so no misunderstanding in the future.
All in all great experience, very satisfied customer and definitely coming back in my next visit to Tallinn.

Convenient location within easy walking distance of Old Town. Had a room on a high floor overlooking the Old Town which was great. The breakfast buffet was very good and I definitely recommend even if it doesn't come with your room. Staff was helpful. Overall the room was nice, but definitely need to have a deep clean of the shower space, it wasn't good. Told the front desk and maybe minor improvement was made by housekeeping.

The hotel is amazing. We booked a Suite with wonderful view over the old town of Tallin. The room is spacious, top quality, and underfloor heating in the bath room and guest toilet. The bed and pillow selection is so much better compared to other luxury hotels we were staying in during our trip. Rooftop bar is a gem and the the restaurant serving delicious Japanese Peruvian fusion food. Breakfast is a combination of a rich buffet plus Ala Carte dishes to choose from. The location is top, everything is walkable and easily reachable.

The room wasn't as clean as I expected, with hairs and dust here and there. The lobby was surprisingly small for a 5-star hotel, making it almost impossible to meet someone there for coffee and a chat. However, the view from the room was gorgeous, offering a mix of the city and the gulf. The old town was a 10-minute walk from the hotel, and a shopping mall was just a 5-minute walk away.

What a superb property
Stayed in a suite and was super nice. Two living rooms (not sure why 2 living rooms but it was nice) 1 and half baths, one of which had a full size sauna, and a great bedroom
Views of the city were really nice as well
The rooftop bar has a superb view and great drinks
The breakfast is really good and has many choices
All in all a great place to stay

We had a really comfortable stay in this property. Everything added to have an excellent experience, from the friendly staff to the sauna and pool where we went at the end of a day to relax after being walking and discovering Tallin all day. Rooms are super comfortable and nice, we had a lovely view to Alexander Nevski Cathedral and it is worth paying the breakfast, it was delicious!
