Great plush, cosy hotel in Old Town Tallinn.
Stayed for 3 nights during late February.
Our room looked over the front, but the street is quiet with traffic.
Check-in staff were so lovely as was all staff we had contact with.
Breakfast was very enjoyable with hot and cold vegan options.
The hotel is very well located for eating, drinking, shopping, sightseeing and public transport. As well as being quiet around.
Would happily stay again.

Perfect stay that made our trip to Tallinn memorable. Less than 10min walk to the Christmas markets and exploring all main attractions. Hotel was very clean, excellent breakfast (love the eggs, smoke salmon, fresh bread, roasted potatoes and cappuccino!). Highly recommend and will visit again if ever in Tallinn again. One minor drawback is how long it takes for the toilet tank to refill if flushing more than twice.

The room was lovely, the staff in the breakfast room were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very central but surprisingly quiet considering it was so close to all the amenities and sights.

Had a fantastic stay at My city hotel. Lively property great selection for breakfast, fantastic location. Only reason for 4 stars is would be good to have ventilation in the bathroom and also we could smell someone smoking (presumably this was coming through the air vents in the bedroom) and the previous occupants of our room had obviously been smoking in the bathroom. We didn’t complain as we were only staying for 2 nights and although there was a smell it wasn’t unbearable nor was it any fault of the hotel. Overall would 100% recommend a stay here. The location is fantastic too.

It was adverised as having a restaurant..but the restaurant was privately run and i was refused a meal because i had not reserved a table despite it only being a third full when i entered. The excuse was they were fully booked. It was my last full day there and was looking forward to eating there. It was 2pm on a saturday. Very disappointing as non hotel guests were eating there

Room safe needed a key from reception rather than a code which was a hassle. Sugar wasn’t replenished once during my three night stay. Other than that, pretty good.

Liked · location is super good, right in the heart of the old town, steps away from the tourist info center, and all the major sites, can also walk to Kilimaje, train station and about 30 mins walk to Korge Palace (sorry for spelling). Hotel is very quiet. Free breakfast is the same every day but includes all basic items with options, they also have oat milk for coffee, which is considerate. The front desk staff, especially a guy, isn't extremely friendly, but they are still quite helpful. Room is clean and quiet.

This hotel is in an ideal position in the Old Town, it was very easy to walk around. The young man on Reception who checked us in was most helpful with directions and information. Rooms, especially the bathrooms, were a little tired but certainly adequate for our needs. Breakfast was very good. Would stay again.
