Room was good.We reserved a standard double bed, instead we got a 2 single beds. So that was a problem. Also breakfast was ok. There wasn’t much variety. But its quite ok. It would be better if the staff were more polite, specially when collecting dishes. She just came and collected the plates, without asking. Otherwise the overall experience was good.

Very good value for the price. The room is small but neat and clean. Bed is good and comforter is on the thin side but very warm. Even though our room is right next to the big road, but didn't hear the noise on the street. There are good spaces and table tops to organize the stuff, which we like very much. The service is very good. First night we noticed that the shower drain didn't flow well, told the front desk the next morning and it was fixed right away. Friendly front desk.

Very good location, right next to old town. cafes, restaurants and a supermarket close by.

For a budget trip, this is a very good choice.

Great hotel to stay at!
We had a Premium Room on the 6th floor with great Old Town views. The view over the train station is great as well.

Room was spacious and clean, there were 2 little negatives in the bathroom:
- the hand towel holder came off the wall
- shower is low pressure (but not a deal breaker)

We had breakfast and it was plentiful (we’re mostly oatmeal people though), I liked the coffee and the really fluffy cake.

We needed to stay an extra night and our room was available and also affordable.

They also arranged a taxi for our early departure.

Great area to stay, walking distance everywhere.

This is shading Expedia, so Go Hotel Shnelli you can take it up with them. I booked. Had plane interruption. Contacted Expedia to move dates. Was assured the dates were moved. Followed up the next day, nothing. Then email that refund wasn't possible. Then email from Expedia that it is now too late (it wasn't when I requested, but yes after the days it was then too late). So after booking, and confirming a date move we had no booking. Very poor performance by expedia.

Recommend, good value for money+parking

Very good location, the old town is on the other side of the road. Also hipsters district Telliskivi and Kalamaja is very close, walking distance everywhere. We had business trip and got free upgrade to big apartments with kitchen. Parking is in front of the house and costs 5 EUR/night. In the city centre, there is difficult to find a hotel with a parking so this is good. We recommend this hotel, good value for money.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable, the location was prefect for our plans. It lacked amenities that would have improved the stay such as a kettle. Our hotel room faced the tracks and the Diesel train engines are left idling for many hours on end in the early morning & evening. Usually not an issue except that the room climate control system wasn't working requiring us to open the window. The breakfast buffet was well stocked and we didn't have a problem finding a seat despite the waves of Bus tour groups using the hotel.

Good Spot—Nice Price

I’m not for sure why this hotel has such a low review rating. The breakfast was incredible and the rooms are very nice and clean. Plus the beds are quite comfy. The rooms do look recently remodeled, so maybe it was not as nice in the past. The city center is only an 8 minute walk from the hotel. The only Feedback is I received a parking ticket, even though the car was in the correct location. The staff corrected the issue. I highly recommend this place.

Our second time in Tallinn, first time in this hotel. We choose this hotel because of perfect location. Old city is very close, next to the train and tram central station, close to ferry, cheap bolt taxi to any location (airport 5-6€). Very quiet hotel (very good isolation from side where are the trains) warm rooms, reception staff very helpful. Just made service not perfect but we fix problem with front desk help.nice stay and perfect time in this beautiful city. Our recommendation for the hotel.

Hotel management needs relationship skills

There were bears shavings in and around the sink. I cleaned. I wrote an email to the manager, but no response. I asked twice at the front desk. After the second cleaning there were still hairs. It’s like asking someone to pick up all the pieces of paper from the floor, but once it it cleaned, there are still a couple of pieces on the floor. The hotel management doesn’t care about the clients. One lovely front desk young woman brought a fruit plate on her own idea. But after, the cleaning was still not done well.

The room was exactly in front of the train platform and it was very noisy and they refused to change my room to other side and girl at the reception desk was very unfriendly when I asked her for that and she said it’s your fault, you booked the regular room Which it’s not mentioned when I booked the room .... overall it was a very bad night and i will never stay in this hotel again.
Also the bathroom wasn’t clean and in bad condition.

Train tation basics

Hotel is the basic train station hotel . It’s clean and great location . Unfortunately, even I asked the young girl at the register to give me the best room possible , in my price range , she shoved me on the side of the train station , and those engines were loud ! The street side also has a gorgeous view . As well be aware of no AC at this hotel . I stayed during the heatwave , and the sleeping was pretty miserable.

No airconditioning so you had to leave the window open and have the noise of the diesel trains for hours. There is a sign in the bathroom asking you not to waste water yet there was no plug for the basin. The shower wet half of the bathroom floor. The bathroom light took ages to come on. Can't we get back to blankets on beds rather than dooners which you have pull out as so hot.
On the good side was a nice breakfast and its location close to the old town

This was the most expensive stay we had in the three Baltic countries, and it was mid week. The hotel is a great location with an easy walk to old town, a supermarket right next door, along side the station and the market.
Despite only being low twenties the room was hot and stuffy and there is no aircon, the small desk top fan does nothing and once you crack the window the outside noise streams in. For the price we would expect aircon.
The room was clean, but not the cleanest from our trip. The bathroom could do with a real deep clean as the tiles etc are starting to age so they show any build up.
Breakfast was pretty good with quite a bit of variety.
I may stay again, probably only in winter and if arriving/departing by train but I would look for other deals first.

Good service on front desk, including giving a hair dryer if our standard room was not included But debited our bill on credit card although we asked for debit option (we paid 8% more money to our bank) and also during breakfast there were 5 employees chatting all the time instead of attending guests. I had to ask 2 times to replenish the warm milk because they had not realized. Lady behind the bar was even disturbed when I asked politely once to do it.

Take a tram if you don't want to walk. Trams are very often
Buffet breakfast can be better, not many option to choose. Coffee not that good.
You have to open the window to get fresh air since there is no air conditioner, no fan inside the room. That is quite common in Baltic State, most hotel below four star do not equip with air conditioning.

We paid extra for a room with a double and single bed, as our grandson of 4 years old wished to stay with us one night. No single bed was in our room, and when we requested this we were allocated a small cot bed which was hardly big enough for him.
Also, we asked for a kettle twice without being given one. This was only provided after our relative who is a local resident and speaks the language complained on our behalf.
The night before leaving the hotel, we requested an early alarm call. Although the receptionist says she rung through to the room twice, no alarm was heard although luckily we had woken up before we needed the alarm.
These may seem small matters when otherwise the hotel was ok, but it did somewhat spoil what was otherwise a lovely holiday.

Nice enough hotel in Tallinn Railway station. No noise from trains though so perfect. Very close to Old Town and nice park.

However, I booked two rooms and when i called to confirm was promised that they were connected. But when we checked in 2 months later it turned out They were only on the same floor and that wasn't good enough because I was travelling with my husband and 2 kids. But I was able to change rooms later.

My family and I had a really great time in the hotel. The room was spacious and very clean. Also, surprisingly, it was really quiet while the windows were looking to the train station. Handy parking and location but average hotel.

The room overlooked the old town with a nice view. The double glazing kept out the noise of the six lane main road. It was furnished with a double bed made up of two singles fixed together, one softer than the other, which was comfortable and had three small pillows. There were two solid units as bedside tables. A desk was fitted in the corner with two drawers and an open unit, it had a shelf above it, (both of us banged our head on the shelf!) At the desk was a very hard wooden chair which was the most uncomfortable seat ever experienced. The only other seat was another hard wooden folding chair. There were low shelves to place suitcases etc. There was no carpeting or rugs and there were hangers in an alcove but no wardrobe. The room had a television, it had no mini-bar or safe. The bathroom had lovely hot water and a shower but no bath. The lighting was subtle except above the bed where there were two strip lights which was a little harsh. The hotel staff were polite and helpful, booking in was quick and easy. The lifts were efficient. The restaurant offered a reasonable breakfast with tasty options for an evening meal all at good prices. The hotel, room and areas were clean and tidy but lacked a quiet comfortable room for guests to sit and relax. We chose to stay here due to free car parking and also free internet access.

Good hotel in a great spot. Old town is right across the street. There is a grocery store right next door with a bridge that connects the two buildings. Only complain is that its also attached to a train station, so if your room is on that side, be prepared for diesel engines running all day and into the night. If you crack your window, the fumes will fill the room.

We will not stay here again. Cheap econo rooms filled with bus tours. Lousy breakfast. NO air conditioning. Thin towels that will barely dry you after a shower. It IS very convenient to Tallinn's Old City - but that is the ONLY thing in its favor. Location also means the central train station is on one side of the building and one of Tallinn's busiest streets is on the other. Remember that when you open your windows because there is no air conditioning.

Room: very comfortable beds, decent TV channel range, although no in room safe. Bathroom quite small and at times smelled slightly, but nothing too bad.

One of the worst experiences in my life

Hotel was good value but the room was facing train station and train engines were on until 23:00 and there was vibration and hard noise coming from them which disturbed me a lot and since there was no air flowing into the room you have to open the window a bit to get fresh air but when you open it gas smell comes in because of the trains.To conclude i would never stay again.

Arrived early evening after sundown on a Saturday. The hotel staff were very nice and gracious hosts. Our room was on the 5th floor for a party of two. The room met your basic needs, but with two twin beds a \"bit\" small for my taste, but considering the location and room rate...I'm certainly not complaining. In the bathroom, you found shower only, which for me and my quest was fine. The morning breakfast in the ajoining resturant was buffet style and food selection was very extensive. Certainly recommend it to get your day off to a great start. As for location and access to OLD TOWNE, you couldn't find a more reasonably priced and hotel location, unless you wanted to stay inside of OLD TOWNE. Parking was available with parking in front of the hotel and also in an adjacent parking area. Noon \"checkout\" worked out great allowing an early morning city tour \"Red route tour\" for an hour and then time to checkout. Would give the hotel and our visit a \"thumbs up\"!

Location is fair, although you can get better if you wanted to stay in Old Town itself, but for 5-10 minutes walk, this place was suffice

Breakfast was ok but they seemed to take a while to top up food once it had been consumed - so get in early for breakfast.

Shower would go from hot to cold to scalding on a whim

Bar closes early, the lunch waitstaff were nice.

If you want to meet travellers of all ages, this is a good place to stay as tour groups tend to come here

My stay in Tallinn, Estonia.

It was okay, could have been better. Firstly you have to pay everything upfront even the food you order at the restaurant, even breakfast, first night it was too noisy in the room, upon complaining they tried to relocate me however same noisy problem in the room, they claimed it might be the air conditioner machines from neighbouring rooms, and said there is nothing they can do, the location is great but the stay could've been better.

Huone oli siivottu surkeasti, kylpyhuoneessa oli hiuksia ja saippua/shampoo/voide ym tahroja kylpyammeessa ja lattialla. Aamupala oli taistelua ruoasta, useat tuotteet olivat loppu ja kun tuli lisää niin vain nopeimmat saivat lisää.
