Perfect! So impressive, clean, convenient, digital door access, and very considerate, our convert plug doesn’t work, they even provide you the universal one, we appreciated!
all the appliances are working so well, we can cook by ourselves, you can use dishwasher to sanitize the cookware, it is smart TV, so you can link to your phone and watch whatever you want to watch, a surprise they have Nintendo game machines, you can play it, so cool!
I definitely will book Bob W series as long as it’s available! I wanna give 10 stars if applicable:)

Clean room, love the gym pass for workout and sauna in Balti market. Great place for food also. Very near a great Reval Cafe on the same street. Keypad entry and having a lift / elevator very nice as I arrived very late due to my flight being delayed.

Our stay was wonderful. Staff can be easily reached and Rimi Supermarket is close by. Just wish the apartment hotel was a bit closer to the city center.
Overall we loved our stay and the apartment amenities were great.

Modern, clean with some glitches

Quite new and well-maintained hotel in the boho Telliskivi area. Modern and stylish,Scandinavian-style premises. We had the Swanky 1-bd suite, very nice indeed.

The hotel doesn't have a reception and thus they are providing different codes for 1. entering the hotel 2. entering hallway 3. entering the room and 4. entering. This makes moving around quite complicated.

The luggage room in the garage is more like a janitor's room with cleaning equipment etc. Anyone with the code can enter so the security is below average. No safe is provided in the rooms either.

For communication, they didn't answer the phone at all but the WhatsApp chat works very well.

Bob W has all potential to get a five-star rating from me when they fix these glitches.

Some traffic noise can be heard.

Anyway, I might come back for a longer stay.

I really liked the area, it is lively and still close to the city center. However, even though I am quite tech-savvy, I found the app-based check-in and support system a bit frustrating. When you are already on location, you sometimes need answers faster, and some functions in the app could be clearer from a user experience perspective. Apart from that, the apartment was clean, modern and comfortable, which made the stay enjoyable overall.

hallways were hot as a furnace, no windows, no ventilation due to poor design. my room being on top floor, was a real sauna. Also description was far from accurate: mini bar was described as a full size fridge, Tiny studio was described as spacious studio!
customer service was,excellent: tete a tete, Egle was amazing!

Home from home in Tallinn

An amazing stay from the welcome note and ground coffee on arrival to the excellent amenities in the apartment and extra touches like the Bob W tote bag and local gym use. The apartment was in immaculate condition, very comfortable and honestly one of of the best places I've stayed anywhere. Completely walkable to the city centre and located in a cool, creative area of Tallinn with plenty of restaurants, cafes and art galleries. Loved everything about my stay at Bob W and would highly recommend.

A great stay good communication.

We had to move the bed (which was easily done) to a better position as we are in our 70s to get a good access.
The pillows should be of standard size (
approx. 45x75x100cm) to have a comfortable neck/head support.
A sofa seat would be nice instead of chairs as we like reading at the end of the day.
All in all a nice room and we will book it again.

Quality studio flat in Telliskivi

Really nice and comfortable hotel in the heart of Telliskivi/Kalamaja. Nicely decorated studio flat. Easy access to cafes and restaurants in the area, walking distance to Baltijaam marketplace and Old Town, as well as if you want to see areas like Kopli, Volta, Nobblessner/Pohjala etc.
Highly recommended!

A brilliant place to stay! Can’t recommend these Bob.w places enough. It’s the fun features like the SNES to use in the apartment and the opportunity to take selfies with a Polaroid camera to leave on the notice board that make this all the more enjoyable. Everywhere was walkable, the great supermarket was five minutes away and the digital entry and constant communication when needed was great.

Without any reception or staff around it sometimes feels a bit like a ghost house. It's nice that it's generally a quiet area (when the construction work at the neighbour is not ongoing) but with the no-staff concept it becomes VERY quiet and some might feel unpleasant or even unsafe.

I missed being able to get something to drink or a snack especially with no 24h store nearby.

The fridge added to the bit of scary feeling, it was only after 2 days I realised the scary human sounding moaning sounds was actually the fridge :-D

Very happy with the room itself with lots of space. And very happy to get moved to 4th floor instead of the semi depressing view to parking lot on the 1st floor.

We stayed for 4 nights it is about 10 walk to old town and town center. We had a studio appointment it was ok. The bathroom cabinet is restricting the use of the sink. It may be better if replaced with a mirror on the wall with a shelf next to it. Thanks we will be using BOB W in the future in other places as we travel.

Lovely apartment with everything we needed and some extra. Kids (4 & 10years) loved it and asked if we could move there :)

Peaceful location just next to Telliskivi.
Breakfast in Reval Cafe was excellent with a small play area for the kids.

I loved the easy communication on WhatsApp and online registration

Good location, quite quiet neighborhood and right next to Telliskivi restaurants and bars. Clean and nicely furnished apartment. Only downside was the darkness curtains which weren’t dark enough and air conditioning /cooling system would be nice!

Cozy with a responsive host

The apartment was full of thoughtful touches! Polaroid to leave a photo of ourselves, a ton of spare adapters, a small gaming console even. The bathroom was excellent, as were the kitchen amenities and the bed was comfortable. It was such a nice stay overall and I hope to try another Bob W location again.

I would say there were some things which felt much more important to me to include for guests than a polaroid, however -- such as detergent for the washing machine or oil for cooking -- the latter of which which was provided after I asked for it which was excellent. But this is of the utmost importance to me in trusting a brand. It's one thing to provide the Instagram-worthy things, but if you provide a washer or a kitchen with cookware, why would there not be the basics to use those things? I hope this can become standardized for Bob W to match the other excellent elements of the stay.

Nice stay for the two of us in what Bob calls a swanky apartment. The separate bedroom and living room gave us space for some me time when we needed it. The place is near two supermarkets and the Baltic Jaam street food hall, which we like.

Erityiskiitoksen ansaitsee asiakaspalvelu, joka oli tavoitettavissa WhatsAppilla miinuteissa sekä heidän joustavuudessaan. Polkupyörämatkailijoita ajatellen käytössä oli lukollinen pyörävarasto. Lähistöllä oli paljon ravintoloita ja kauppoja, mutta itse asunnon ympäristö oli erittäin rauhallinen.

A bit disappointing..

Bob w is a high end elevated apartment hotel stay with a few severely lacking areas.

While the apartments are modern, large and generally clean. Some areas of cleaning were really bad. I found bugs in two rooms I slept in. Not bedbugs, but nonetheless, it gave me anxiety about what they were.

But much more disruptive and I cannot stress this enough, the noise insulation is not suitable. You can hear every footstep from neighbours on your own floor even from across the hall, which is a bit of a disaster in my opinion. I did not get good sleep many nights here.

The experience otherwise was mostly positive. There are amenities and gym membership and the location was great

The staff are very nice, though it feels disconnected in that I had a very good experience with Merlyn, who came over in person to solve a problem but over WhatsApp the team were so nice and tried to offer solutions but no one could... For example... Ask the neighbours to be quiet because they were building residents. I was upgraded to a better suite due to the issues but this ended up biting me in the ass due to the loudness of neighbours.

The air conditioning wasn't as advertised, and even though there was cute touches all over, some aspects didn't work like the SNES.

In all I really wanted to enjoy this experience. I can sense the passion from the staff but it doesn't cut it when noise problems and other issues I feel just were only half addressed. They did offer to move me again to their credit.

Truly 5 stars, new house

New house, everything the room and house it self is new Ttuly 5 stsrs apartment. Quiet surrandings, but near by lots of Telliskivi restaurants and shops. Apartment has retro play console as well as big tv. Bed was so nice. Kitchenette has full size fridge/freezer 1/2 and 1/2 and microway.
Best of all messaging was awesome, allways they answer in few minutes. Paid parking was under the house behind fullside gate.

Really excellent check in system with no human contact! Everything worked smoothly and the room was available 2 hours before I had asked for. Room is very clean, well appointed and the bed is comfortable and firm. Kitchen is perfect for one or two people and the complimentary coffee is delicious. 15 minute walk to the town center and a cheap taxi ride from the ferry port. TV is modern so you can cast content from your phone and the WiFi is very good. Lots of charging points for your devices in the room. Decor is nice if you're into that. I recommend this apartment hotel and will definitely stay here again.

Really loved saying here. Was a little apprehensive about not having a team on site but they were always so responsive on whatsapp, even at night! Absolutely loved the polaroid camera we borrowed - really helped us feel like we didn't have to buy extra souvenirs from Tallinn. Location is also fantastic if you're more of a modern type than an old town kind of person - the area of telliskivi is so cool! You can still walk to the old town quite easily though. Super glad we chose to stay here!

Loved our stay in the Bob W! Clean, quiet, and an amazing use of space. The location was really great too-- close to the Creative City, the market, the tram.
If I had any negative thing to say, it would just be that I wished there were more than 2 bath towels and a floor mat. Maybe an extra bath towel or two, or some hand towels? Other than that, an excellent place and I would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable place on a trendy area

Nice clean new apartments on a trendy Telliskivi area. Walkable everywhere in Telliskivi and also close to tram. We had one bedroom and sofabed in livingroom. Both rooms had french balcony doors ( when we did reservation there was no suites with balcony available). Both bed and sofa bed had great matrasses! Comfortable flat and nice furniture. Everything else great but no airconditioning. In +30 celcius It did help that there was a portable fan and we got another fan also when we asked for it. There was also local \"Muu icecream\" waiting for us in the freezer (compliments of Bob). We had only one nite's reservation but could have been also longer. Key codes for doors worked fine and parking in garage in the basement was easy and safe.
Also breakfast omelets in Reval cafe were great.

Efficient use of space and nice touches

Such a great concept! Bob W stands for “best of both worlds” between a boutique hotel and an apartment rental. They were able to facilitate early check in on a same day reservation, and the room was so efficiently organized, making the most of a small space. Could’ve stayed here for a week despite the small size! Everything was there that you needed, and the location was great in the Telliskivi trendy neighborhood. The use of the Instax camera was a fun touch.

Nice Apartment Hotel very close to Telliskivi district. The hotel aims to combine best of hotel room and an apartment. Overall the experience was really nice and connecting with the hotel on their chat via mobile was very convenient. The only issue we had was that it was very hot june week, and the hotel's airconditioning could not keep up with the heat. The hotelier brough us a fan, which was really nice and helped some.

We would recommend any one who stays in Tallinn to stay at Bob W. apart-hotel. The flat was super cosy, comfortable and well laid out, with all appliances brand new and working, and near all amenities. Bob W. is located 2min walk from the busy, trendy, hipstery Telliskivi borough with all its art studios, galleries, bars, shops ans restaurants The flat is only a shot walk (12min) from the lovely Medieval Town with all its cobbled streets, lovely point of views and museums. For those of you driving, you can actually park very easily nearby the property and for free. A must!

Excellent experience - well worth your stay!

Definitely recommend that you #sleepwithbobw at this brand new building, every part of the guest experience from security to scent, from sustainability to sport, receives careful attention as part of Bob's philosophy. Plus you're max 700m from everything needed - and just a few tram stops from Old Town, if it's your first time in town.

Hotelli/huoneisto oli tilava ja kerrossänky oli leveä ja hyvä nukkua, keittiö oli plussaa. Siisteys hyvä, joskin lakanoiden alla patjassa oli hiuksia. Aamupala palvelut olivat hyvät, testattiin kaikki kolme kahvilaa, joissa ruuat olivat erinomaiset. Koodi lukkoja oli kolmella eri ovella mikä oli hieman turhauttavaa, mutta muuten systeemi toimi hyvin. sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen oli vaivatonta.

Yöpyminen oli täydellisen mielyttävä. siisti huone, vuode oli siisti ja raikas, puhtaat lakanat. En ole milloinkaan aikaisemmin yöpynyt näin upeassa ja siistissä hotellissa.
