I paid very little for a standard room with breakfast included so was very pleased with what we received. The room is very small but I knew that would be the case. The bathroom and in particular the shower was excellent . You have to request the cleaning service but this was made clear both at check in and in a flyer on the bed - the system worked well for us.
Breakfast was ok , nothing special but meant we didn’t have to find a cafe ( none were nearby and it was around a 10-15 minute walk to the old town where there were cafes etc) . If you don’t have breakfast included then there’s a few odd things to buy in reception ( like porridge) & a coffee machine
A comfortable hotel in a great location. Would stay again should we return to Tallinn

Stayed in Superior room category and it was immaculately clean and cleaned every day. I’ve stayed in very high end hotels worldwide and it felt like the cleanest and newest room ever. Water pressure was amazing and made a shower experience hydro spa like:) Breakfast was terrific with lots of delicious choices. All my interactions with service staff at breakfast, housekeeping and front desk were effective, friendly and pleasant. Thank you to everyone at this property for their hard work.
Hotel is pretty new and it was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. Great location very close to Old Town.

Nice centrally located hotel, highly recommended

Nice modern hotel in a great location, just off the city centre/old town, so a short walk to the bars and restaurants. The hotel is both modern & clean. The staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was very good with a good choice of food. It is about 15 minutes from the airport and the cost of a taxi is about 11 Euros. Overall I would certainly recommend the Centenniel as a place to stay if you are visiting Tallinn.

I booked the Centennial Hotel, but due Covid-19 closure the hotel was closed and we were transfered to Kreutzwald hotel. Initially got the standard room instead of the bigger room that was booked at Centennial. However, after discussion got also the bigger room at Kreutzwald. So this review is more about Kreutzwald and rebooking process than Centennial.

When you first enter the hotel, it breathes of simplicity yet chicness. The hotel staff were very helpful in introducing Tallinn, and helped me to settle down. Room size was a little smaller than expected but the bed was very comfortable, toilet floors were heated (major plus on a cold day) and the shower was well-pressured. The breakfast choices were of a good variety! The hotel is also located about 10-15 min walk to the Old Town.

Lovely hotel, very clean indeed. Staff was friendly, but didn’t go extra mile on my request. All I wanted is a room with bath tub, which was on short supply. Other than that located in good area, breakfast was tasty and overall rating 4.5 out of 5. I will book again, but next time will request a room with bath tub in advance.

Perfect Hotel for Stay's in Tallinn

Centennial Hotel for me provide an exceptional service and comfort for my needs, having used many hotels in Tallinn. They are fresh and new but have both old and new world charms. Checking was straight forward, Ken answered all questions put forward as well offered recommendations on the other services one can get. The room was well laid out clean, lighting was perfect for this time of year, bathroom was perfect size. The bed was the highlight very comfortable and big enough to roam. Other than that didn't used the spa, but the buffet breakfast was delightful with wide range to choose from in the spacious dinning area. Will return on my next trip to Tallinn, special thanks to Ken and his colleague who made my stay perfect. #keepitup

Staff friendly and helpful, parking at rear of hotel ( private with barrier) at €15 per day. The room was nice with comfortable bed, clean, good size bathroom, large tv, good WiFi. Very good buffet breakfast although as it has conference rooms it was always pretty busy. About a 12 minute walk to The Old Town and other places of interest in the centre.

Modern hotel in good location.

This hotel is the only modern building in the immediate area and is surrounded by fairly non-descript buildings but it is a short 10-15 minute walk to the Old Town and another 10 minutes to the city centre which is next to the Port. I had a standard room so it wasn't large but was very clean and the shower was quite big. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of hot and cold items. The SPA wasn't open when I was there so I can't comment on it but I was pleasantly surprised to see some English speaking content on the TV, especially the US movie channel AMC which was good to watch in the evenings. WIFI was excellent.

The receptionists we're kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and super comfortable. Bed was amazing. Breakfast was perfect.
Location was walkable from center, however, uber costs 3-4 euro from hotel to center. So transportation is not expensive either.
I highly recommend that hotel. I wish we could stay more :)

The Hotel is well situated being just a relatively short drive from the airport and a short walk from Tallinn Okd Town. Staff oleasant, friendly and helpful from check in and throughout our stay to check out. Nothing was too much trouble and the desk staff helped us with many things above and beyond their essential service. Rooms modern, comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast and dinner superb. on too of all this tremendous value too.

Breakfast had a wide selection, but make sure you get there early and make sure you visit the private spa next door.

My one criticism is that it is slightly outside the city centre, so everywhere is a 10+ minute walk....

Excellent hotel!

Brilliant hotel (it opened this year so everything is pretty much brand new and clean). I'll summarise in 3 main points: staff, rooms and food.

1. The staff. Brilliant service, the receptionist(s) were always on hand to deal with any questions - in English too and helped where possible.

2. The rooms are new so they are very clean. Standard mini-bar, safe and luggage rack facilities. USB outputs on wall so I didn't need to bring my travel adapter to charge my phone. The bathroom was awesome: very powerful shower with hot hot water.

3. In my stay, breakfast was included and this had both a wide selection of food (croissants, desserts, bread, rolls, fruit, salmon, pate, cereal, dried fruits, eggs, bacon, beans, 2 x coffee/tea machines and juice dispensers). The quality of the food was great too. I would say to bring your own tea bags if you like your own particular style of tea; there are some provided but I preferred my PG tips!

To round off, the location is good too. It's about a 5-10 minute walk away from the tram stop (which can take you directly to the airport) and about a 15 min walk away from a massive shopping complex (area is called Viru) with the latest brands (Nike, River Island, Zara etc). A further 5 mins from that gets you into the center of Old Town with restaurants etc. If you're going for the Christmas Markets, I would say it isn't massive as websites have made out to be.

Good idea would be to sell bus tickets into old town as the walk is approximately 1 mile.
Hotel is comfortable and warm in the winter.
All in all well worth the stay

Great stay, staff were great, breakfast was lovely. Nothing really to fault, it's a brand new hotel and it fealt like one.

Picking out highlights i would say a) the bathroom (shower only in the standard), prob best showers I've had in a hotel in this price range ever, and b) the staff were really good.

Constructive criticism... warmed plates with the hot food at breakfast would be a nice addition. We were give two single duvets on a double bed, me and my girlfriend would have preferred to share a double duvet.

Siisti ja moderni hotelli kattavalla aamiaisella. Todella siistit tilat ja varsinkin kylpyhuone oli erittäin hyvin siivottu. Olin hotellissa kolmatta kertaa ja edelleen on ehdoton suosikkini. Tulen uudestaan. Myös sijainti on hyvä, lähellä keskustaa.

Acho que seria melhor ter ficado mais próximo ao centro . Não era longe , mas não vi vantagem em ficar lá .
Tem uma escada para subir a recepção vindo da rua , ninguém para ajudar , vindo com mala e chato ; tem tipo uma rampa , mas não é prático .
O café da manhã não é nada demais . As pessoas em Tallin são super antipaticas . Não voltaria . Fiquei bem chateada tanto com o aplicativo quanto com hotel . Reservei por ter café da manhã e no dia 24/12/24 dia de semana mudaram o horário de café da manhã - não avisado na chave ( papel ) nem no site e nem no aplicativo .

Incheckning efter midnatt, blev lite ovanlig. Trevlig personal, men mitt rum var redan bebott. Relativt snabbt så erbjöds jag ett nytt rum, uppgraderat till ett superior rum ( minisvit ). Bra service.
Rent och snyggt i hela hotellet, mycket fin frukost och ca 10 minuters promenad till city center och gamla stan.
