The pool was amazing with the views of the city and the sauna area. Only jets were not working in the pool. Very comfortable and restful. This property refused to give me a receipt when I paid at the property because I had booked on Expedia. The staff member kept insisting that the \"amounts were different\" and that I had to email expedia for an \"invoice.\" I kept telling them I paid the hotel and I deserved proof of payment but she refused telling me, \"I know it is confusing but you have to email expedia for this.\" So some kind of scam is going on. I need the receipt to be reimbursed for work and have nothing. Couldn't stay and argue or I would miss my bus. Had to clean my own toilet because feces was all over the front and all over the toilet seat when I arrived (!) Mattresses are old spring mattresses. Powdered eggs and frozen berries is the quality you can expect from the buffet. Tallinn is absolutely awesome. Real shame I had to start and end my journey at this hotel. Would not recommend. It's a budget hotel charging very high rates and I paid more than I was quoted on Expedia but have no breakdown of why.

On the negative side, the room was very small. We stashed our suitcases in the shower. Positives included the hardwood floor, a large window that opened and a breathtaking view of the old town and the sunset/sunrises. The breakfast buffet was outstanding.

We have an event in the summer and were looking for a location where our guests could stay, and this is not the place.
If you are in a standard room you are restricted on when you can use the gym, which is nuts- that should be a given, not a luxury.

So nice hotel. But service is poor. My coffee machine was broken and I informed the front desk. They asked me what they should do. I said, a new coffee machine would be nice. No coffee machine showed up. I had to ask multiple times for the sauna to be turned on. I asked if i could do it because they weren't reliable. Nope. You have to ask to get a menu at the hotel bar and get there attention when they are not engrossed in their phone.

I had to book a staying for my family with a very short notice and the lobby service at Radisson Olümpia made sure we could get two connected rooms with extra beds. Also the room service worked like a charm. A warm recommendation!

Family room was great, but bedding too small for the size of the bed. Sheets did not fit nor sit mattress cover. Stayed for 9 night and room was never vacuumed and tables not wiped down. Wee had to ask for towels several times. Room service was sporadic and choices very limited. Concierge employees could never make any arrangement for a taxi, booking or trip. All they did was write options on sticky notes. English was at times hard to understand and restaurant staff had minimal notice of English. Checkout was correct.
