Good location for old town and port. Was informed restaurant would be closed , when we arrived tired and with mobility issues meaning we had to arrange somewhere for dinner (recommend Belgian restaurant near Hotel).
No coffee/milk, though reception provided once we asked. Bed sheets and loose mattress topper kept moving. Staff not particularly helpful especially in bar. Breakfast was good. Doesn’t compare with the other Scandinavian hotels we used on this trip.

Average stay.
Hotel looks very nice from outside and reception but thats about it. Rooms and everything inside is sun basic.
Suprisingly the hotel doesnt have a gym which is v basic.
It is listed as having a spa but DOES NOT have a spa.
If i knew this i definitely wouldnt habe booked it. This is fraud and false advertising.
Better value around for similar price. Ie Raddisson Collections

Really enjoyed my stay. I arrived at midday and just wanted to leave my bags to explore the city. The kind receptionist checked without me asking and a room was ready. Great location for the old town and ferry terminal. Very good breakfast options. Well worth the money paid.

Beautiful hotel in a lovely location. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. However, each person was only given one pillow. There was a sign to get more pillows however once you call to get them it is 5 euro for delivery- and they told me I wouldn't pick up. Please advertise that more pillows cost money. But also consider giving 2 pillows per person. Otherwise very lovely stay.

I stayed there mostly with my group but I arrived a day early. It was a very very nice hotel. It had enough space in the room. It seemed very clean. It was very convenient especially after the tour group caught up with me. The breakfast at the hotel was nice. I ate two meals for dinner there and both were excellent.

1 night stop

1 night stay before flight back home. Part of a chain (I think linked to the ferry service?), I stayed in one in Riga earlier in the week. Big hotel, free breakfast. Slight issue with the mattress on the bed in that it kept sliding off, but not uncomfortable! Good value for money. This part of the city, Rothemann quarter, tram network and streets are being renovated at the moment, when it is done access and environment will be much nicer. Edge of the old town is 5 minutes away. Train and bus stations around a 20 minute walk. Close to tram stop for Kadriorg although the walk out there inland or via the beach & Russalka monument is pleasant if you have time. Would stay again.

Great new modern hotel minutes from Old Town

Great new modern hotel only minutes outside of the Old Town. We had a nice family-size room that met our needs. There was road construction in front of the building; looks like it is nearly completed. But we didn't hear any noise from it. Staff were friendly; but gave us incorrect information on how to take transit to the beach.

Small problems create a big difference

Hi.
My card was declined when paying for room. My card was accepted anywhere else in Tallinn except this hotel, even in hotel's own bar. The reception staff did not help me with this problem by checking the machine and I was forced to use my emergency cash for the payment. Not my type of service as I am sure it was the payment terminal's problem.

Bar staff was friendly and helpful.
Room was tidy and sleeping there was peaceful and refreshing.
There was a water boiler with two bags of tea. As a coffee drinker it was sad to see no instant coffee bags. They cost a cent but make the day much better. For a 100€ room I expect to get that, especially since there are so many tourists from Finland who famously drink the most coffee in the world per capita. What gives?

When I returned my keycard the receptionist only opened their mouth when asking for minibar use. No greeting, no thank you please come again. This and the previous problem with card payment begs a question:
Is your hotel living in a world where Soviet service still exists? Where receptionist doesn't need to know how to serve customers? You do understand customer service is everything in hotel business?

This was my first hotel experience in your company. These complaints I have are small but they make a difference and I presume my bank card (and my money) are more welcome in some other hotel in the beautiful city of Tallinn.

You can thank the cleaning staff and bar staff. They succeeded in their work.

I travel extensively and have stayed in numerous hotels worldwide, but I’ve never encountered anything like this before. I called the reception to request a standard room cleaning, including fresh bed sheets. To my surprise, I was informed that this would incur an additional charge. Shocked, I declined the service.

The room lacked basic amenities, such as an iron and ironing board. There were only two tea bags, with no coffee or other refreshments available. Additionally, there was only one pillow per person on the bed, and the mattress quality was absolutely poor, preventing a deep and restful sleep. On a queen bed, there were two separate blankets, which is not ideal for a couple sharing the bed.

Overall, the experience felt more like a 2-star hotel, certainly not a 4-star one. I wouldn’t return to this hotel.

Very conveniently located

This is a big, modern hotel with a great location very close to Tallinn's old town. My room was on the 5th floor. When I arrived the TV in my room did not work, but a quick word with reception got that sorted. There was a well stocked mini bar, comfortable bed and WiFi was strong and reliable. My only issue was that the hotel needs more elevators for the number of people who stay in it. There are 3 and their capacity is limited to about 4 adults so it sometimes took 20 minutes to get up or down to my room. Apart from that it was a great place to stay. It'll soon be even better as a tram connection to Tallinn's ferry port is under construction running past the hotel's main entrance.

4 day stay in Tallinn

We had two rooms. One was excellent and the other the wifi did not work and had a loud mechanical sound the entire time. The problem was never addressed by the hotel. This was the first time I needed help from a concierge booking train and bus tickets as reception was no help but they don't have one. Location is great though.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and located very well. Unfortunately the hotel lacks of service.
When I asked to leave my luggage in the storage room, the employee stared at me with his arms crossed as I put all the suitcases in the shelves. An elderly woman in our party asked for help carrying her luggage upstairs and the employee said that they do not have this type of service. During my stay I could not see any employee smile at any guest.

Hotel is just a 15 minute walk from Tallinn ferry and only a 5 minute walk to Medieval Tallinn. I arrived just before 1200 and was able to check in then. Helpful staff, comfortable room. I definitely recommend it and would return again if ever I’m back in Tallinn. Safe area for a solo female traveller

Considering this hotel has been modernised its clearly lacking in basic attention. The beds sag. The towels are cheap and like drying yourself on sandpaper.
I asked the reception for some milk for my tea and was told this wasnt possible. When i did use the kettle it blew the electrics in our room.
I came to reception to notify them of the problem and was first asked if i had put the card in the wall holder to make the electricity work. Im not simple. Plus I'd already stayed one night, why would I sit in darkness if that was the issue. The second receptionist then piped up and said ah its because you used the kettle, again acting like it was my fault. If there is a problem with wiring fix it. If its a problem with kettle replace it. At no point did I get an apology for the inconvenience. I wouldn't stay here again.

You had me at laundry room

We booked this hotel for two adults and two children for three nights. The room was clean, comfortable and modern.
Pros: The bathroom was also a dry room which allowed our heavy winter clothes to dry overnight. The hotel also has a laundry room which has a washing machine and detergent which was a life saver as we are travelling with two children for 3 weeks so this was extremely helpful to stay on top of the laundry and keep clothes fresh and clean. The hotel is also very local and walking distance to all the main attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
There are only a couple of cons: The water pressure in our bathroom was quite low, bath towels were a bit small.

Overall a great stay ! Was upgraded due to Expedia status upon check inn to a room with a great view of old town. Room was modern and very clean! Breakfast was amazing and kept fully stocked by staff. Close walk to Old Town and also Terminal A/D for easy day trip to Helsinki. Would absolutely recommend. There is construction on surrounding roads so you have to walk a little to be dropped off / picked up by taxi or Uber.

It's a shame the attention given to the lobby does not carry over to the rooms. Overall, the rooms are poorly furnished and very small. This hotel does not compare well to the competition at this price point. Even though i'm a Tallink Gold member, I will be booking elsewhere in future.

Clean & well equipped- perfect for a short stay

We spent 3 nights here on a city break to Tallinn. It's situated in a good location to explore the old town and is well equipped and comfortable. Check in and out was easy and the staff were very friendly. The room is built to a high standard, bed is comfortable, bathroom facilities are great and kept very clean. Our only misgivings were the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room and the rooms are a little small for any longer stays. However, with that aside, it was pretty much perfect for the city break we took. If you do stay here make sure to try the nearby RØST Bakery and R14 restaurants - they were amazing.

Overall very satisfied with this hotel when it comes to the location, it is very nice and new. However, bathrooms have no electrical outlets at all so that is very strange. The cleaning crew is not doing as good of a job as they can because the beds are not made daily, the sheets for an extended stay are not changed, the coffee and tea is not refilled unless you ask for.
