The staff were courteous and the room was reasonable. By default, house keeping is on request rather than automatic, which means you will run out of tea/coffee if you don't ask. However, it also means there's fewer disturbances.

If you need to use the internet, you should not stay at this hotel. Wifi is not serviceable. The shower was in I’ll repair, and leaked everywhere. The fitness center is very good, but also often has a lot of people that clearly aren’t hotel guests monopolizing the space.

Kudos to the front desk service

We had a wonderful 3-night stay at the hotel, thanks in large part to the exceptional service from the front desk, particularly Maja W! She kindly upgraded us to a spacious suite with a separate bedroom and living room, which was a lovely surprise. However, we did notice a few areas that needed some attention. The bathroom amenities were a bit lacking, and the glass door of the shower room and shower head needed some repair work. Additionally, the card key sensor in the lift needed sensitivity check, as it took a few attempts to register our card, and we ended up passing our floor. The same happened to other guests taking the same lift. Despite these minor issues, we appreciated the hotel's efforts and Maja's excellent service.

Really good hotel, well located for the old town, the Balti Jaam train station, the docks and the airport. We just had a standard room but it was plenty big enough and comfy bed. The breakfast choices were great, as was the pool and sauna/spa centre. A few gripes - one tiny thin pillow each, and the shower flooded the bathroom each time it was used but overall I'd recommend the hotel. One tip - use Bolt or Uber and not the walk up cabs.... bolt to the docks €4 Walk up cab coming back - €18!!!

Beautiful Property. Bus stop nearby. Train station is walkable but not with luggage. Ferry terminal is taxi ride away. Old Town is adjacent. Rooms is spacious. People loved the spa. Breakfast was available early - Big Spread. Seems like the best hotel in Tallinn.

Bad reception desk and service

The room was ok, but when the toilet does not flush, we call the front desk. They promised to send someone to fix it right away, the repairman never came. We could not use the toilet.

Also, we ask for the Old Town map, the reception lady pointed us at a table. When we could not find it and asked again, she came over and checked and said we should go down to the Information Center. What a useless and lazy receptionist.

A few comments. The breakfast was modest, there were very few vegetables, you can't make a salad from this. With a full hotel reservation, they couldn't serve us in the lobby bar, although there were a lot of free tables, they sent us to the buffet to drink coffee and wine. Most likely there is not enough staff in the restaurant, buffet and bar.

Ok, but we won’t come back

Hope they will read this, same as potential future clients.
The hotel is nice overall, good location, lovely Italian restaurant at the found floor, great spa (thank you, Mrs Krista) and great pool.
But dear Park Inn team, the 7th floor belongs to your hotel too. There was no carpet on the floor although funny thing is on the wall we had a painting with the history of our hotel room carpet. That’s not necessarily an issue, but the floor looked as if Wolverine was kept prisoner there. I regret not taking a picture.
There were no amenities whatsoever, again, not an issue. But for the shower, instead of the Hair & Body cream (proudly made by Dove for Park Inn), we had Hand cream, same as for the sink. They have green cleaning policy, but even if we let the mark on the door at 9:00 am, nobody came to our room for cleaning by 10 pm when we returned. So we had to go to the reception for clean towels. Ah, I forgot. Because they didn’t reply to the phone, so we had to go downstairs.
The bed was kinda soft, but ok. The towels were clean, but we had a hole in one. Also the mattress cover was dirty.
Not sure what else could have been more wrong in one room.
We arrived in a very good spirit, but the experience at your hotel was quite negative. We wouldn’t visit you again in the future. Hope this feedback helps you work on your minuses and don’t disappoint more customers

This is a very good property, convenient to the train station and and walking distance to everything I wanted to see, The spa is very good. Although most staff were pleasant, accommodating and polite there were a couple that spoke to me very rudely, particularly one in the spa. It is disturbing to be spoken to in such a manner when I am old enough to be their grandfather.

Wonderful hotel with incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Very comfortable rooms, some with huge windows that go to the floor. TVs have been upgraded from the pictures and rooms have all the amenities you need - robes, fridges, hair dryers. Close to the city centre, although a bit of an uphill walk in if you are going back and forth a lot (but Bolts are very cheap if you need them). Very close to the cathedral which is the most beautiful building in the city. Breakfast is excellent - I was even allowed to go early one morning because I had to leave for a trip. The spa is fantastic - has two big pools, two jacuzzis and three different types of saunas that you can use for free every day.

This property feels more like a hostel than a hotel. It is modern but has no soul. The staff are remarkably unfriendly and unhelpful. Everything seems stingy. Insufficient blankets with no ability to get more. Cannot get a washcloth. Had to as several times for towels to be changed even though the option to do so was offered. When the towels were changed, the room was not made up or cleaned (over a several day stay). Breakfast was ample enough but not refreshed over the course of several hours. It dried out.

All of this might be tolerable but not in a hotel that bills itself four star. It feels like a good two or a mediocre three star.

The disengagement of the staff was perhaps the most off-putting element of the stay.

There is a spa, and there, I heard the staff were better.

I only stayed for one night, but I am overall very pleased with the hotel. The room was fairly standard and clean. Comfy bed and large bathroom. Downsides - the room was quite dark as it faced the courtyard and there was no ceiling light. Also there was a constant noise from the outside aircon unit. It didn’t bother me but if I was staying for longer I would probably ask for a different room. The interior of the public areas is a bit outdated. Staff are not overly welcoming or friendly, but it seems an overall issue with customer services in Tallinn. But the best thing about the hotel are the free extras you get as a default by being their customer - access to the water centre and the gym. It was so refreshing and reenergising to go for a swim and jacuzzi in the morning before the checkout. And if I stayed for longer I would definitely use the gym too. Overall, I’d recommend this hotel and definitely come back.

Fantastic spot and over by train station lots of modern places to eat. Very central download bolt app for taxis and scooters it was great. Hotel was lovely had everything we needed and loved the spa - they do need to invest in new robes but otherwise faultless.
