Este hotel esta terriblemente anticuado. Los pasillos hacia las habitaciones estan faltos de ventilacion, muy maltratados. Los baños de las habitaciones estan demasiado sucios, dañados. El lavabo de mi habitacion no tenia tapon en el resumidero y el olor en general del baño era a drenaje constante. El piso de la regadera muy sucio y los vidrios de la misma totalmente llenos de sarro. La habitacion en si, se ve que la han remodelado pero los baños ni los tocaron.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo ahi. La primera no pude porque sobre vendieron y me dejaron en la calle.

La comida del restaurante no es mala y por eso elegí quedarme ahi. Soy piloto y si pernoctas en Toluca es una buena opción cerca del Aeropuerto.

Sin embargo no salió agua en la mañana. Trate de hablar a la recepción pero el teléfono de la habitación no servia. Tuve que hablar por celular y por fortuna alguien me contesto. Mandaron alguien pero no sirvió de nada. Me tuve que bañar con un chorrito de agua ridículo. Me dijeron que “fallo la bomba”. No entiendo como no tienen una bomba de respaldo en un Hotel de esta supuesta categoría. Ni hablar.

The hotel apparently is closed for the season the manager let me know by email the day after the hotel is closed that we now have to go to the Tollocan hotel. The tollocan hotel is much further away from our destination and the traffic to get there is horrendous and quite frankly quite dangerous to even get into the parking lot having to cut across 4 lanes to be able to reach the parking lot. The hotel was also under renovation had to use the staff elevator because they closed the main lobby. There wasn’t a full menu for breakfast. No room service. Overall one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. If I had known all of this I would have considered using a completely different service. Why let someone book when the hotel will be closed as well as say that the rooms are almost sold out when you have a whole hotel almost available.

Expedia mentioned \"free airport shuttle\" so I called the property and they rejected to pick me up, claiming they were busy. I asked when was the earliest time they could come and they gave me a time but said they would charge me (considerably more expensive than a regular taxi). I asked to speak with the manager and they kept me on hold for 17 minutes, after which they told me the manager was not available and simply hung up.

Room was old, too simplistic, and without ANY equipment. The A/C was very old and the heat did not work. The hinges on the shower's door were very loose which had me worry the door could fall and injure me or my son.

When I asked for basic toiletries (toothpaste and toothbrush), they said they only had stuff for sale but they were out of toothpaste anyway.

Not precisely what you expect from a Courtyard location. Definitely not coming back.

The property is nice, however, we chose the hotel specifically for the airport transfer. We could have had an equally nice hotel experience elsewhere for much cheaper but we wanted the airport transportation. We were not informed until we went to schedule the transportation that they apparently do not have transportation. We were frustrated as airport transport was listed as an amenity in our reservation paperwork.

The Hotel is really comfortable and the service is excellent.
The personnel is really kind and pleasant and they are already pending of your needs.
The place is safe and very quiet.

The room was good but I opine that could be better in a more modern style and with the bed more comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't included in the price, I would prefer that it was included but finally it doesn't matter.

Great Location, excellent service!

This was the last part of our trip and we had an early flight next morning. It was just perfect since we parked a very nice bell man was ready to take care of our luggage and parked the car right after that. Luis at the frondt desk was nice enough to get both of our rooms together (travelling with 3 kids and nanny for 1 week) and told us all about the hotel in the meantime my wife order coffee in the lobby bar and it was really good!!
Next morning we need to be leaving at 7:00 am, breakfast was complementary (part of my reservation, I do not think is every guest) option foe everybody and it was really good aswell they, staff was making sure we all something we liked and they even made me a Cecina Omelette (dry local meat) that it was amazing! Location is great, 10 mins and you will be satnding in line to check in for your flight and if you are not flying but just in town for fun, these place is a great ojne to stay in!

Like everywhere in Mexico, I don't like their use of highly toxic cleaning compounds and strong scents. Courtyard could use the same cleaning agents they use in the USA, they work just fine. The front desk staff could refrain from wearing strong perfumes which will never be guaranteed to please all tastes. The new lighting in the dining room is cute but it is too direct into the eye. Light diffusers are needed. The newly restored restaurant has cheap metal chairs.

This is a nice and very clean hotel with an excellent breakfast buffet. I had one strange problem - although the weather was cool outside, my room's climate control would not bring the temperature in my room below 26 C (79 F). However, the staff cheerfully moved me to another room. And then, one day later, the same problem happened in my new room. So, I was moved to another room. Other than these two oddly coincidental problems, my stay was perfect.

The staff here are fantastic! So helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough about how much they helped when we arrived. I find breathing extremely difficult here. There is definitely something that makes breathing difficult. They saw I was in distress and we had 3 people helping us to our room. You just don’t find that kind of help in most hotels. King size bed in very large room. Excellent place to stay if you are staying overnight for connecting flight.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Clean and close to the airport. The location is not particularly nice. You need a car/taxi to get anywhere. Food was expensive and low quality. The chef was either different everyday or they just didn't have a standard way of preparing the dishes in the menu. I would visit again as I enjoyed my stay but I would appreciate if food improved a bit.

Not what I expected from a Courtyard

There were some things about this hotel that didn't leave me satisfied. I was expecting more attention to details by being a Marriott family hotel.
The first problem came with the shower which had the inside handles sort of rusted. Then the seals of the shower door were in bad shape and the water from the shower went out to the toilet area and made all wet. The pillows from the bed were terrible. I barely sleep. And the night was cold and the room heater wasn't working, just the air conditioned. It's a shame.

Excellent hotel for business travel!

I stayed there for two nights on my business trip. Excellent hotel choice -- much nicer facility than typical Courtyard hotels in the US. Food at the restaurant was pretty good and the service was excellent. Hotel provided shuttle service to and from my business meeting at a local plant (large auto company). Everyone was kind and courteous.

A most welcoming hotel

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. We arrived in Toluca on an evacuation flight from Cabo San Lucas after Hurricane Odile. The staff was so accommodating, helpful and understanding of our situation. They kept the restaurant open to serve us delicious sandwiches! The beds were very comfortable and the whole hotel was lovely and clean! Breakfast in the morning was also delicious. This Courtyard Marriott was an absolute blessing for us! Thank you!!!

Great Hotel for sleeping while working in Toluca

The Hotel is confortable and in good condition, location wise is ok, but not too many restaurants on the neighbor, there is a shuttle running every hr and taxi are relative inexpensive to move around the area. The only problem is the old air conditioner system which is noisy and not too efficient

The hotel is good and confortable, the main thing is that the Air conditioner are loud and not in the best location. There are not many things around, they do have a shuttle but runs every 1 hrs. Taxi are cheap so is not a problem. This is a good Hotel to stay for work and thats about it.

Me extraño mucho que por la categoría de Hotel que es no tenga servicio cuartos, si se puede pedir de cenar o de comer, pero hay que salir del cuarto bajar al restaurante a recoger la comida y regresar a la habitación. Por otro lado, al encender la calefacción, olía espantoso.

Nos gusto mucho! Está muy tranquilo y todo el personal fue muy amable y atento con nosotros. El hotel es muy limpio y bonito.
Personalmente tal vez lo incómodo fue la cama, porque está suave, las recomendaría un poco más firmes.

El hotel tiene todos los servicios que normalmente solicito o uso.

De restaurante solo probé el desayuno y fue muy bueno, lo recomiendo. Los encargados de la cocina tienen buena mano.

Fue complicada nuestra estancia. Hice la reserva para estar en la ubicacion del aeropuerto, cuando llegamos para el check out nos dijeron que estaba en remodelacion y que nos habian movido a otra ubicacion inconveniente para nuestro viaje! Y al llegar al otro hotel, también estaba en remodelación! El staff se portó amable dadas las condiciones, pero no es posible que no hubiera un aviso de la situación para que pudiera evaluar si era conveniente para nuestro viaje. Las habitaciones limpias, pero incompleto las amenidades ofrecidas.
