The Bad: No central heating! I went on Jan 4 which is cold temperatures in Toluca especially during the night and mornings. The only heating available was a portable heater and, at least in my room, did not heat enough to feel comfortable.
Overall it's a nice little hotel, where if you need a very basic place to rest your head at night passing through it could be ok, but not for a vacation stay especially with children.

La recepcionista fue muy rápida dándonos la habitación, pero cuando llegamos la ventana estaba abierta, había muchos moscos y estaba bastante fría. Tenían una cobija extra, pero super delgada. El estacionamiento está muy mal, inseguro y con fugas de agua del drenaje. El desayuno lo sirven muy tarde si consideramos que hay gente que va por negocios y requiere salir temprano. La estancia no fue placentera, hubo muchos detalles, no había toallas y las que pedimos eran viejas y olían mal, no había shampo, no había café solo una cafetera, salía el agua fría, esperamos mucho y nunca salió caliente. En principio cuando hice la reservación fue excelente pero al llegar a la propiedad no encontraban mi reservación a pesar de estar pagada, me querían mandar a otro hotel a media noche, finalmente tuve que pagar otra habitación pues me daban una para 2 personas y eramos 3. Cuando encontraron mi reservación y no me quisieron cancelar la otra que pagué.
El baño de mi habitación terrible, sin toallas de manos ni jabón. La puerta de la regadera está mal colocada por lo que se moja todo el baño y no pusieron tapete para salir de la regadera.
