The room was dated. Bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were hard. No AC. The hot water took too long. The towels were very hard and smelled. The only great thing was the breakfast. Staff was really kind and helpful. We checked in past 2 am, and it was pretty easy. We booked 2 double rooms for 5 people for one night in a business trip, but their beds are twin, so smaller than we expected. We kindly ask if they have a room with bigger beds since we were three in one. They offered us an extra room with extra towels, so that was really helpful and made our stay better!
Breakfast was fine. A buffet with the things you usually have for breakfast. So no complains.
Parking was really convenient.
Local area is fine since there are gas stations really close and the highway to continue the trip.

I don't know how can be a Best Western... It was a bad experience. First of all, they didn't want to accept my reservation as I paid in Expedia, after a long discussion with the lady in the front desk, she gave me the room what I paid for. The hotel has no elevator, amazing because is a building with 3 floors. The rooms are very old. The 2 things that shocked me the most: the rooms hadn't no towels and the no rooms with no heater or air is unthinkable in a city as Toluca. Other things: the phone in the bed room doesn't work, internet access doesn't work properly. The only thing that I enjoy was the continental breakfast, very good...
