Went for One hotel because have stayed in others. This one was not the usual standard. How can our room not be ready when we arrive at 6pm!?! Waited 5 mins then told them it was ridiculous they did not have a room available in the whole building. Got one but it smelt of paint and there was no way to open the window. Only 1 set of towels for the 2 of us. Bathroom light broken. Horrible, grubby desk chair. Woken at 6 am by scraping of furniture in another room which went on for 20 mins. Breakfast was a bun fight.

The hotel is nice, modern, rooms small, breakfast includes chilaquiles and eggs so it is more complete than in other similar hotels. When booking a room in this hotel your taxes and fees end up being higher than when doing so in others with the same rate and same number of people staying in the room...Also the internet connection is very slow.

This hotel is close to the airport. That and the staff are very helpful. That's the best it has to offer. The room was fairly clean but their were some stains on the walls and they have been there a while. There are only a few restaurants within walking distance. However it is quite industrial around the hotel. They do have a shuttle that can get you to the closest shipping center, about two miles away. Overall you get what you pay for. If you are just stopping over in Toluca then its fine. If you're in Toluca for a couple days or more then I'd stay somewhere else.

The hotel was a great price. It was close to Toluca Airport that had a free shuttle in the morning. The hotel was clean, with free internet and free breakfast. We arrived very late, and they offered us a free ride with the hotel shuttle to a nice restaurant in Toluca. They picked us up later that evening.

This hotel is OK, not great. The room is minimalist. Free coffee and wifi. Not as close to the airport as other hotels, Fiesta, etc. I booked because they advertise a shuttle. When I called to reserve the shuttle they told me the shuttle does run after midnight, that I should use the Caminantes bus. I will book a different hotel next time.

We wanted a hotel close to the Toluca airport with a late check-out time as our flight was in the afternoon. Amenities were not important. We only needed a place to sleep and to eat breakfast. This hotel fit the bill. Our room was very clean and functional. It was interesting to see how they had used the space to its best advantage. The breakfast was more than we expected. There was a good selection of quality fruits, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee/tea, as well as cold cereal, toast, sweet buns and scrambled eggs with an accompanying tomatillo sauce and tostadas., The airport shuttle arrived on time and it was a short trip to the airport. The only drawback to this hotel is that there are no nearby restaurants (as far as I could tell). If you needed to eat supper, it looked as if a car was needed.

The price from hoteles.com was just to good and therefore no problem to go for a detour into the airport industrial zone of Toluca. No touristic neighborhood but a great value for the money and WLAN, Breakfast and a well working heating included.

Delicious free breakfast. The food was absolutely fantastic and the staff is bi-lingual and very friendly. Hotel is is unsafe area, but surrounded by security fence. Fine during the day but I advise not leaving hotel at night. HOTEL SHUTTLE NOT 24/7, but they pay for taxi from airport. Toluca smells like a sewage truck, but this hotel is as good as gold.
