Another fantastic stay at Clubmaspalomassuites. Super helpful staff , wonderful breakfast and Evening meal. Rolms wonderful cleaned daily . Everything around resort was spotless.

This hotel gives fantastic service and great value for money . We were upgraded on day one what was a nice touch. My wife was given a surprise birthday cake and sing along . Wonderful personalised touch from Clubmaspalomassuites.

Splendid resort in Maspalomas

We stay 7 days in this amazing resort with all the best amenities: two pools, sauna and a very good restaurant & bar. The breakfast was incredibly rich and with quality food. Our room was lovely, big bed and a little patio with a bath tub. The communal area were super clean and of course all the staff working along the resort were super nice.

We had a lovely time staying at Club Maspalomas. The resort is exceptionally clean and staff are wonderfully friendly.
The included breakfast is delicious as is the bar that runs all day.
Our only complaint is that we booked a junior suite, which is advertised as a seperate sitting area and bedroom. Our room was one room and looked like the standard room and when we questioned this the manager told us ‘it’s ok because we have given you a bigger bed’. Just something to be cautious of if you upgrade your room.
Other than this, our stay was fantastic and would certainly come here again. Thanks for a lovely trip.

A good reliable stay. Nothing to complain about except be aware there is loud live music most nights until 2200 and a little later Saturdays … also music around breakfast times. Housekeeping can be done very late some days which is a bit annoying but other than that no complaints for an upmarket stay.

Great swimming pool and spa and gym facilities. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.
On the entertainment side we would have preferred if it had started later in the evening say 9pm rather than 730pm or 8pm. Also 3 out of 7 nights the entertainment was just a person playing an instrument - we would have preferred more singing performances.

Spoil yourself with this relaxing resort

This hotel was a little gem and surpassed our expectations. Brilliant service from happy friendly staff, great entertainment every evening and a few mornings classical guitar performances at breakfast, aqua gym and yoga free to join, and a few surprises different every day one day free ice cream another free sangria. Our room was really gorgeous spotlessly clean great shower and international tv channels, we also had a private garden with sun beds and a jacuzzi, as well as another two sunbeds at the front of the bungalow. It’s an all bungalow adult complex arranged to give maximum privacy. Great pool with a 20 metre swimming lane roped off, sauna, steam room, gym, and another small rooftop pool. Very relaxed vibe with music playing by the pool all day. We will definitely rebook our 4 night stay felt like 2 weeks rest.

When you stay here it really feels like home away from home due to how the at staff treat you.

New favourite hotel!

My new favourite place to stay in GC. Having stayed previously at many hotels, including Lopesan etc, I can honestly say this was head and shoulders above the rest!

Staff are incredibly warm and welcoming, could not be looked after any better.

Pools are heated, sunbeds for everyone, sauna, steam, plunge pool, fantastic gym with great modern equipment.

This hotel just had so many small touches that were greatly appreciated! Champagne on arrival, really good explanation of how things work, free shuttle to Maspalomas beach (every 30 mins or so which is incredible). Honestly couldn't find a single fault!

We will be back soon!!!

booked this hotel last minutes & we were not disappointed.
Its is a small quiet hotel with lovely helpful staff.
the pool is great & has a fully equipped, well used gym.
We had been away 7 times this year before we blocked this holiday. We found the food here the best of all the hotels we had stayed in.
We are both vegetarian & found plenty of choices. Everything was homemade, even their pasta. The Mushroom Risotto was divine.
Entertainment a couple of evenings & voga 3 times a week.
The room was a small bungalow style with a patio & garden furniture.
If you fancy a quiet holiday, with excellent food & lovely accommodation, then you will not be disappointed.
This complex is a 30 minute (flat) walk from the beach & shopping area. The hotel runs a free shuttle service.

Just perfect.

Junior Suite - 10/10. Ok size, clean and extremely quiet. Right next to the pool, with own sunbeds. Decent range of TV channels and a good sized fridge. Would ask for this room again.
Bathroom - 10/10. Clean with a decent shower.
Bed - 10/10. Very comfy.
WiFi - 10/10. Worked perfectly and all throughout the resort.
Gym - 10/10. Superbly equipped. Certainly good enough for most gym goers.
Pool - 10/10. Heated 25m pool. Excellent condition. Separate lane for those wishing to do lengths.
Spa - 10/10. Didn’t pay for any treatments, but there was a lovely separate spa pool with various jets/pipes/bubbles etc! Quality sauna and steam room too.
Staff - 10/10. ALL staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Meals - 10/10. Stayed half-board and both breakfast and dinner were excellent with great variety and quality. Food was extremely fresh and regularly replenished.
Entertainment - 8/10. Evening entertainment was generally good - some performances betters then others.
Hotel - 10/10. Just perfect. Small to medium size resort meant that it never felt busy. Immaculately looked after. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Nice location, but not too much around nearby (so recommend going half-board). About 20 mins walk to Maspalomas beach.

All we wanted to do here was chill for a week and that we did. We don’t usually return to the same place, but for Club Maspalomas Suites & Spa we will gladly make an exception.

Housekeeping staff friendly & unobtrusive while doing a good job, including ensuring a slow draining sink was addressed without being asked.
Shared pool area as shown in marketing, clean & quiet.
Restaurant/entertainment staff attentive, charming & friendly without being intrusive.
Half-board food options unspectacular but perfectly adequate with enough variety to ensure differing tastes were satisfied.
Wi-Fi perfect in room, flaky around pool.
Other amenities such as Spa not leveraged.
Other guests pleasant & civil, no kids (as promised), no unwarranted noise & pleasantly only came across 1 vaper on 1 day in communal areas.

I have never seen such attentive staff in a 4star hotel - trylu amazing. You almost never had to ask the waiters for anything, they always were there to help you.

The food is amazing too - always fresh and tasty.

Lovely place to stay. Staff so friendly and helpful. Despite being in lock down due to Covid 19 after only 2 nights stay the resort team could of not been more helpful.
Only went out on our first day for a walk. About 30 mins to Yambo centre for restaurants and shops. Plenty of the usual restaurants in a holiday resort to choose from.

We took advantage of the evening meal special offer while at Club Maspalomas. Buffet style 3 course meal. Plenty of choice and food was lovely.

Fantastic swimming pool with dedicated swimming lane. Plenty of sun beds and umbrellas.
Spa pool nice and warm with views over the complex.

Stayed in 1 bed junior suite. Very nice appt . Could do with more wardrobe space as it’s very limited only around 12 coat hangers. Fortunately I always pack a few of my own, but hanging rail very small.
Small fridge, tea and coffee facilities and daily maid service. Pool towels supplied
Highly recommend, would defiantly go again.

A beautiful complex all round! Friendly efficient staff - easy to see they liked working there! All on the flat so excellent for mobility requirements. The cleanliness was amazing - we could see painters tipping up as guests left! Great facilities in the room, pool, bar and restaurant- and a beautiful spa with access to the pool area for everyone! The food was high quality and freshly cooked! Plenty of choice for everyone. Comfy beds, lovely linen, kettle in the room - we didn’t want to leave. But we’ll be back!

The hotel was small and quiet which made for an excellent stay. Always able to get a table where we wanted for meals, which were all excellent and the evening entertainment particularly outstanding and unexpected. There are usually two acts, one an instrument e.g. classical guitar, saxophone, followed by something livelier e.g. Queen tribute band, blues brothers, flamenco and an outstanding trio of female singers. The gym and spa areas were excellent. There were daily cookery demonstrations which were good fun and we had a great weeks break. The hotel is 10 minutes from the beach but we did not like the built-up and crowded resort areas very much. We had a car to visit locally but were glad to return to our quiet haven for relaxation.

The welcome from the team was great and even with a glass of wine.
Room was fantastic. Great size, very nicely decorated with lovely huge shower. The hotel is situated in a quiet location so there is no noise at night. It was so peaceful. Only €5 for a taxi into town.
Great selection of food for breakfast. We were B&B so we could find local restaurants but I imagine dinner was equally good if you like to eat at hotel.
Only slight criticism is they play A LOT of non descript jazz music (to me anyway) around the bar and pool area. Great if that’s your thing, but it was more like lift music and there’s only so much of that we could take so didn’t spend much time at bar or pool. However the whole complex is super relaxing, very well done and the staff couldn’t have been nicer.

Awesome stay! and would so recommend it to anyone, the pool is great and heated, the gym is brand new, great equipment and overlooking the pool, the spa... the bungalows are up to a very good standard; we had the one with private jacuzzi during our stay and it was great and completely private area.
The food was good, clean, and the best of it all is the staff. They were SUPERB so nice and helpful and kind; my partner has gluten intolerant and at every meal they would walk with us the aisles of food to identify the allergens and porpose what else the kitchen could do for us.

It’s only been open for three month so it’s very new. I would advise people to book half board as there are no decent restaurants in the vicinity. It’s a fairly long walk to the dunes and beach but there is a free shuttle bus to and from the hotel. What I particularly liked about this hotel is that it’s in a quiet location away from the built up and busy tourist areas such as playa de Ingles. There are buses to Las Palmas and Mogán so it’s fairly easy to visit the Island.
The staff are very friendly and helpful although at times there weren’t enough staff in the restaurant.
Lovely showers in the units but not much wardrobe space in the bedroom.

Bed room called a junior suit very very small. NO wardrobe !!! NO bedside tables, Air Conditioning internal vent that blew warm air. Bathroom very small but the shower was fabulous. A very long walk into town it takes with a reasonable pace about 40 minutes NOT the 15 they tell you at reception. The food in the dining room is FABULOUS and the bar drinks generous and very reasonably priced. Pools are great, gym fab, didn't try the spa. The Entertainment at night VERY good.

WiFi was excellent, no problems streaming movies. All facilities were new and in excellent condition. One of the best gyms I've used in a hotel. Various locations around the hotel to chill out in the sun and shade when required. Spa areas on roof top near gym was my favourite spot.
Only negative I can think of was sprinkler sytem woke me up in early hrs.
The food was excellent, cooked to order from the grill (so be patient and order and collect later when ready) staff where all really helpful and accommodating ro our needs. Would stay again.

Club Maspalomas Suites - A High Quality Experience

My wife & I stayed at Club Maspalomas for 9 nights 30.12.18 to 08.01.19
Overall our experience was exceptional. A minor issue with our suite was quickly & amicably resolved on arrival, with free food and drinks whilst we waited a short while at the bar. Gym & Spa facilities were 1st class, food and drink excellent.
A special mention has to go to the staff, all were great but Eva & Jan in reception were a level above fantastic, the latter even helping me change a flat tyre on our courtesy car before returning to the airport.
We cannot wait to return later this year.

Lovely hotel.

Stayed here the week after it’s relaunch. With this in mind I did suspect there might still be works going on around the hotel and they were however, it was well priced and we had a great experience thanks to the warmth and professionalism of the staff. Once completed I’m sure it will be somewhere quite special by Gran Canaria standards at least. We stayed on a b&b basis. The hotel is modern, bright and will have a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are modern, well decorated and include a mini bar and flat screen tv. The beds are firm ( that’s my preference) and They’re serviced daily with new towels and fresh amenities. The waterfall shower is a nice touch. Some of the facilities were unavailable as the renovations were being completed but the ones we had access to are excellent. The pool area is relaxing with plenty of comfortable beds and the bar and outdoor restaurant has a good selection of al a carte lunch and snack items plus a great cocktail menu. Breakfast has an excellent buffet selection with chefs available for ad hoc requests. There’s also a gym with tones of modern equipment and a roof top infinity pool. As I mentioned the renovation wasn’t fully finished in time for our stay. This meant the spa and treatment rooms were unavailable and the gardens incomplete. It also meant that during the daytime there was a lot of builders and building work continuing. Not a problem for us as we often went to the beach which is a 20 minute walk or 5 euros in a cab.

The place, especially the room we stayed was newly opened(or renovated)!! So a number of things were not tested for proper operation, few things took time to get fixed... such as wifi, tv, and so on. Even the surroundings, hotel lobby and lawn, exterior/interior design has not been finished yet: everyday the resort staffs and workers are working on it.... it was nice to be the 1st guest for a room but still... it could have been better if they accept guests when everything gets ready in condition.

Bungalow totally suitable for purpose with everything you need. Don't expect luxury as this is a bit dated but clean and comfortable and met our needs adequately. Free wifi on site for up to 4 devices.

Kitchen with everything needed - hob, kettle, toaster even a filter coffee machine if needed. Bedroom comfortable with a double and single bed, wardrobes with a safe (free of charge).

Living/kitchen area had small dining bar with 2 chairs. TV had about 6 english stations 2 of which were movie and ok for casual watching.

Bathroom fine and Shower was good - plenty hot enough.

Outside had plastic table and chairs for dining and 3 sun loungers. Had sun on our patio area most of day from lunchtime and lost it by about 5pm. Obviously being a bungalow on a complex there's no view to sit out and watch. If no sun then most people would move their loungers or table and chaie and sunbathe or eat on the grass surrounding the bungalows.

Pool area clean and tidy - plenty of beds.

On site mini market had essentials but was pricey compared to Hyperdino and Spar. Spar was best supermarket - 20 mins into sonnenland, hyperdino was good too about 10 mins away.

Used restaurant first night as arrived late - 15 euros each - food ok but pricey.

Didn't use onsite bar area.

Free bus to/from both maspalomas and playa de inglis beaches.

30 mins walk to maspalomas beach, 30 mins walk to yumbo centre. Taxis no more than 5 euro's to playa de inglis and yumbo.

Just the place to relax

This was a quiet location and accommodation was of a high standard, spotlessly clean, gardens well kept, all staff very friendly and helpful. I didn't eat there however prices if you change your mind from self catering to pay as you eat the prices are reasonable.

The room has everything you need for self catering and all items were spotlessly clean, room cleaning staff were very thorough and helpful.

Reception staff call taxis on request and they arrive within 5 mins about 4 Euros to go to the main shopping centre Yumbo or there are free buses provided throughout the day to Yumbo and various places, details are provided on arrival.

Wifi was excellent (I paid to have it in my room) although its available at reception free along with 2 computers for guests

The 24 hr Mini market is also a plus

Clean accommodation, beautiful surrounding

Lovely holiday, although work going on we weren't disturbed. Francesco on reception was very helpful and made us feel very welcome. And who cleaned the rooms was a lovely lady & did an excellent job.

Beautiful gardens

We have stayed in these bungalows a number of times while visiting family in the Canaries, and love the gardens and facilities. The bungalows are basic but comfortable, which is what you would expect given the very reasonable pricing. The restaurant has had a smart revamp and there are great play facilities for kids of all ages, yet it is never noisy. Great mix of nationalities too. Highly recommend.

Lovely place to stay for budget family travellers

Friendly quiet hotel

The rooms were spotless with daily cleaning and linen/towels changes every other day.
Nice clean heated pool with plenty of sun beds.
The hotel has many reasonably priced restaurants nearby serving local tapas etc however there are other restaurants nearer to the beach which are slightly more expensive and in my opinion not as good.

Perfect for a quiet trip to the sun

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that we had to stay at a different hotel the first night on our arrival due to an electrical issue. The staff were brilliant particularly the manager and really made us feel welcomed. The other hotel was not the same standand hence the 4 stars

The holiday was absolutely amazing. The bungalows were very clean and the maid service was second to none. All of the staff from those on reception to the girls who cleaned the bungalows were second to none and very very helpfull and obliged us with any queries we had.

A wonderful stay

I can't say enough positive things about Bungalow Club Maspalomas. The accomodation is of an excellent standard, spotlessly clean and well equipped. The private terrace with sun loungers, tables and chairs was excellent and we spent most of our time lounging there enjoying the beautiful blue sky and heat. The cleaners came in every day and did a wonderful job tidying up and making the bed etc and towels were changed regularly. We had aircon which was wonderful at night, although there were ceiling fans. The wifi was excellent all across the site and very fast. The pool and grounds were so well maintained and just beautiful; full of flowers and palm trees. The staff were very helpful and polite. We had breakfast a couple of times in the restaurant and the choice was great as was the quality. We didn't eat in the evening there though so can't comment on that. The free bus to and from Playa, maspalomas and yumbo was very handy and taxis were so cheap to use when the bus stopped..just 4 euros each way to central Playa.
We had such a wonderful holiday at Bungalow Club and cannot wait to go back again. I can't recommend it enough. I don't understand the few negative reviews on here as I am extremely fussy regarding accommodation and couldn't fault anything. Go here and you will have a wonderful time..just as we did.

Nice setting but far away from anything else

The bungalows are small and perfectly formed and kept very clean and tidy by the domestic team. As are the grounds they are set in. The site is quite far from anything else and although a bus is provided by the hotel we did feel a little isolated in the middle of nowhere!!

A good omplex

The complex is good. A nice pool area. Not far to walk to the supermarket and a few bars. 5 to 10 minute walk to a small funfare. About 15 minute walk to the beach. There is a free bus from the hotel. Wifi not very good.

Can't wait to return..

Just back from a week at Club Maspalomas. It was a fantastic hotel and has everything you need. The bungalow itself is big enough for two, large double bed and single bed. Comfortable size living/kitchen area and fine size bathroom. It's not very central but taxis are very cheap and you can get to Maspalomas beach or Playa del Ingles for under €5. There is also a bus service that runs to the beach and back a couple of times a day. Staff are friendly and helpful. The housekeeping are also very friendly.

we stayed as a family 0f 2 adults and 2 children and found the accommodation very well kept.The only down side I would say is the rooms were a bit small for 4 people.The grounds were immaculate and the pool area was lovely.The staff were very nice and polite.On the whole we had a great time there.

Would definitely stay again!

Staff are very helpful, speaking English beautifully and always happy to help (no matter what time you arrive!).

The bungalows are small but situated in wonderful gardens with lovely outside patio to eat and relax during the day. The shop at the hotel is slightly expensive for some things but you can be sure to get Buxton water and Lurpak butter!!

The free buses are great (stopping at 5:15pm) but make sure you arrive in plenty of time as they often left early.

The cleaners were very good and did the washing up - pure luxury! They were always happy to come back later if you were in bed.

You can walk straight down to Maspalomas beach in less than half an hour and using taxis around the place is very cheap. The Hiper Dino Supermarket sold great food and cheap alcohol and cigarettes (not that we bought any) and the fresh bread was good. If you love avocados then buy them here - they are superb!

Overall, you can't go wrong with this accommodation. I wouldn't have taken a large family (you'd need two bungalows) but it was very nice and chilled. We'd definitely stay again!

Great holiday in a nice location

The bungalow was nice, especially the outside area with your own sunloungers. We enjoyed the pools, and found the staff very friendly and helpful. It's a bit of a walk away from the main resort so the free shuttle bus is really handy.

Had a great stay at the bungalows.
Bungalow was right next to the pool.
Great to be in my thong all day by the pool and while having lunch.
Neighbours was noisy and no consideration to anybody else.
Weather was good all week.
A bit of a walk to the dunes.

Relaxing holiday accommodation

We use this particular bungalow resort very often. The staff are great and very helpful and your bungalow has maid service 5 days a week, including towel change and bed linen change. The bungalows are self catering but you are at Liberty to use the on site resturant. A small shop holds most of the essentials and is open 24 hours a day. The pools and the gardens are well looked after pool towels are also provided. There are resturants within walking distance. There is a free bus to and from the beach. The bungalows are compact but saying that all you require is there.

Loved this place

I am 24 and stayed here for a relaxing holiday with friends from the north of the island. I found staff more than happy to help and the bungalow was cleaned nearly every day. It was really quiet so not the place to go if you want a party holiday but perfect for a relaxing holiday and for families. Great shuttle service to nearby beaches and resorts and near to many attractions. Bungalow was really nice and beds were very comfy! Highly recommend staying here and I will be staying here on my visits to Gran Can from now on :)
