Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. Corners of the walls were crumbling, shower was AWFUL, worst I’d ever had in hotel. Shower head was disgusting and hot water ran out in 8 minutes. Water leaked everywhere from the shower cubicle. One of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in, in my life! The hotel staff were very nice and helpful, this was the only positive, they were always friendly and polite. Food in the restaurant was good/ok. They had good gluten free options for breakfast also.

This was the perfect relaxing holiday that my family needed. The villa was spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff were really pleasant except from the bar woman who was rude to us and had an attitude on numerous occasions. Which lead to me not going to the bar because it was a negative experience.
The pool was amazing and the food was outstanding.
Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back.

A nice stay

The hotel itself is a bit run down but it didn’t effect our stay at all. We stayed bed and breakfast and it was ok. They have someone making fresh omelettes to order so we ate that every single day. We never had lunch or dinner but based on the breakfast I wouldn’t choose to have all inclusive. The pool area is nice and well maintained. One of the smaller pools to the side was heated so was bearable in the winter. The gym is terrible, utterly terrible. They have 2 cross trainers that don’t work, a treadmill that needs some oil and only weights up to 10kg. Oh and the floor of the gym was carpet which was gross. The cleaners came every day and did a great job in the rooms and we got fresh towels daily. We didn’t have a kitchen in ours but asked for a kettle from reception which was no problem.

Small tranquil resort, friendly staff . Flat surroundings making it very easy for older people to be mobile. The food and restaurant was great. Free mini bus to 2 different seaside resorts, 20mins walk to the botanical gardens (free), thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Would love to stay there again for the right price

The apartment was clean and the cleaning staff did a really good job each day. We got it at a very good discount so it was very good for the price. Only had breakfast included and it was pretty good, the cook did a pancake, sandwich, omelet or fried egg on demand. Not good for vegans or vegetarians though. We felt a bit in the middle of nowhere but there was a free bus ride to Maspalomas beach every day which was really good.

First visit to Gran Canaria.

First visit to Gran Caneria. Complex was very good, lovely pool area and loads of sun beds. Staff were lovely and no issues with B/B and all inclusive. Very relaxing only issue was you needed to get a taxi if you went out of the complex. They were easy to get and about €4 most local trips.

Perfect for families and people who want to relax and enjoy the sun. Very clean faclities and very friendly and helpful staff. Only 10minutes away from the beach however with three pools and comfy beds and sun loungers to relax on there is no need to leave everyday.

Overall disappointed even for our bed and breakfast selection and not full board. Staff helpful. Never stayed in a 4 Star (according to posters in reception) hotel where two beds pushed together with separate mattress's and sheets. Plastic underlays on beds and beds rubbing together when a person moved resulting in creaking etc. Notice in reception said no leaving towels to book chairs. In week we spent there,even on getting up early for breakfast,we were unable even once to find an unbooked Pool seat/bed. Limited transport to town/beaches and no evening returns. No facilities in the rooms to prepare hot drink. Entrance door lock needed repair and whole room needing updated. Refrigerator unbalanced.

The description of this hotel is not accurate at all. There in no Wifi in this hotel. They bring you a stupid hotspot that doesn't really work. I had tons of problems with the power in the hotel going out every hour or so. I told them the circuit breaker is clearly bad. They never fixed this problem. I stayed for 7 days only because I pre paid. Will never use Hotels.com again because of this. What mess. I was staying at this hotel because it was close to the local hospital that I had stayed in after a bout of pneumonia 7 & was un able to fly. I was promised a working gym in the hotel but the only machine that was not a bike or treadmill was out of service... This place would be fine if you are an older person not expecting these features. I'm not happy because I was promised serviced that did not exist.

Showers were hot and then cold.
Excellent reception staff, bar staff were moody and their English weren't very good, they were very busy and can do with more staff.
Food and drinks were expensive in our opinion as we were bed and breakfast only.
Breakfast was ok not amazing but did the job. Not many options for vegetarians.
Room was excellent and the maids were brilliant. Lovely spacious room with all the required facilities working.
We sat outside our bungalow with deck chairs rather than by the pool which was a win win win.
Nearest Supermarket is 10 mins away.
Taxi service was really good by the time you walk out it had arrived, reception staff were always willing to call for 1.
Pool was freezing but nice and refreshing. Little pool was nice and warm as it was heated.
You can request for a picnic if your flight back is before breakfast.
It was around 25 degrees and we had a beautiful time, We would definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it.

Stayed with my partner in mid August.Having read previous reviews we were curious what it will be like.The room was lovely and clean.The swimming pool was nice.I think some people like moan for the sake of it. The only thing we didnt like was they had a cocktail from a machine and we expected them to make the drinks because they weren't nice at all. Restaurant staff were nice,food was ok,bar staff rushed off their feet and too busy to be very polite.Different countries have different standards though.

A pleasant break from the UK winter and the weather made it a great holiday rather than the hotel which was perfectly adequate rather being outstanding. Major negatives (1) poor quality food although we weren't all inclusive and ate out most days and (2) the pool was always freezing. For a cheap family getaway then it hit the spot but no more than that.

The bungalow (standard suite at Avenida Touroperador Tjaereborg 6) gave me a home-away-from-home feeling! Spacious sitting area with open connection to twin bed area complete with built-in wardrobe with sliding door. Generous bathroom comprising toilet, shower and bath tub. All indoor areas clean and tidy!
Quiet neighbourhood.
Hotel restaurant shuts early, though -- 21:00hrs!

The hotel was very basic & not a 4 star as stated on the website & the hotel does not even supply you with tea/coffee making facilities!! The food was very disappointing & had no choice for vegetarians.
Only up side of the hotel was a handful of the staff who were friendly & courteous apart from that it was a bad experience & definetley would never return or recommend to anybody!!

Great hotel if you largely wish to stay in it by the pool

Hotel itself was great. I didn't quite realise how far it was from the ocean/beach (25 mins walk) - but that may be because I never been in Maspalomas before so I didnt quite have the lie of the land.

If you wish to stay by the pool beneath the palm trees and read your book while getting some sun in a civilised environment - this is the hotel to do it.

Le personnel très très bien, l'établissement très propre, jardin magnifique, buffet bien et varié.
Manque quelques finitions dût à la vétusté de certains éléments dans le bungalow: miroir de la salle de bain, porte serviettes oxydé et serrure récalcitrante...rien de bien méchant mais nécessiteraient une plus grande attention à venir ...
Et une urgence sur les chaises du restaurant totalement affaissées pour certaines.

Riepilogo: un quattro stelle tendente al 3.

STRUTTURA: Si presenta bene e comprende anche palestra, spa ( sauna ), zona massaggi.
Piscina grande ed una piscina \"spa\" con idromassaggio e getti d'acqua per la schiena e cervicale adiacente all'altra.
Una piscina anche per i bambini.
Manca animazione e serate di intrattenimento la sera.
Wifi gratis.
Biliardo, ping pong e giochi per bambini.
Ha molte potenzialità non sfruttate.

ALLOGGI: Mini villette con giardino privato tavolino ed ombrellone oltre ad una corte posteriore.
Internamente, almeno la nostra, aveva il lettore di carte per entrare rotto ed il wifi della camera non funzionava.
A parte questo tutto ok, camera spaziosa con salotto, divano e minibar. Televisione funzionante.

PULIZIA: Partiamo con il dire che le donne delle pulizie fanno un bel lavoro sia nella camera che in tutta la struttura. Puliscono anche la palestra ogni giorno.
Nonostante questo purtroppo però la nota piu negativa sono gli insetti ( scarafaggi soprattutto) che vagano indisturbati di notte sui vialetti vicino le abitazioni e che ovviamente poi, a volte, entrano nelle camere.
Personalmente ne abbiamo avuto solo uno in camera.
Subito dopo abbiamo comprato uno spray ed avvisato la reception e non ne abbiamo più trovato uno.
Abbiamo però dormito con le luci accesi nel salone e bagno giusto per essere sicuri.

CIBO: per noi italiani è sempre difficile andare all'estero e trovare buon cibo.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und sauber, grün. Der Kunstrasen stört etwas den könnte man durch richtigen ersetzen. Die Zimmer sind schön groß, allerdings schon in die Jahre gekommen, da sollte man einfach mal modernisieren. Das Essen ist sehr gut und lecker, man findet immer was. Leider wurde die große Saftpresse mit frischem Orangensaft abgeschafft und durch billigen Saft aus einer Saftanlage ersetzt. Personal immer freundlich mit wirklich seltenen Ausnahmen, aber verständlich bei manchen nervenden Gästen. Alles in allem war ich aber zufrieden.

Die Anlage ist schön angelegt und der Aufbau mit den kleinen Doppelhäuser-Suiten ist gut gemacht. Empfehlenswert sind die Suiten mit Ausrichtung nach hinten zum Golf-See. Es gibt einen Pool-/Restaurantbereich, (kostenpflichtige) Massageleistungen und einen \"Fitness\"-Bereich mit Geräten.

Gut:
- Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig
- Ruhige Anlage mit Live-Musik abends wenn man möchte
- Freundliches und aufmerksames Personal (zum Geburtstag gab es eine Flasche Sekt auf das Zimmer)
- Tägliche Zimmerreinigung
- Kleine eigene Terrasse (privat, wenn man zum Golf-See hinten raus wohnt)
- Bustransfers vom Hotel möglich (aber nur tagsüber)
- WhatsApp Kontakt zur Rezeption

Nicht gut:
- WLAN-Zugriff und Fernsehen funktionierten öfters nicht und mussten alle 2 Tage reklamiert werden
- In der Suite ist nur ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad (der aber täglich geleert wurde)
- Es stehen keine Gläser, Tassen oder die heutzutage übliche Kaffee-/Teekombination zur Verfügung, im Zweifel mussten wir die Plastikzahnputzbecher verwenden
- Die Pools sind schön, aber unbeheizt.

Insgesamt sind die Suiten mit der Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Badeinrichtung müsste renoviert werden (insbesondere die Duscharmaturen). Der Fitness-Bereich war an sich gut, die elektrischen Maschinen (Stepper u.ä. funktionierten jedoch nicht). Man sollte \"mobil\" sein, da die Golf-Hotels doch etwas abseits liegen (Maspalomas, Yumbo-Center). Öffentliche Busse fahren gut, aber ein Auto ist zu empfehlen.

Jag reste med min tonårs son och hade en ljuvlig semester! Bra mat, sköna sängar, härligt lugnt poolområde och fin service! Bra gym! Poolen är kalll men det gick fint att bada ändå och det var inga småbarn utan härlig musik och lugnt vuxenliv! Trevlig personal som verkade trivas på sin arbetsplats! Skulle gärna komma igen!

Vi hade en väldigt trevlig vecka där. Personalen var jätte trevliga och alltid glada att hjälpa till. Poolen var iskall för vår del, det gick att doppa sig. Frukosten var jätte bra med det mesta att välja på. Det mesta fanns inom ca 30 minuters gångavstånd. Vi skulle gärna åk rillbaka till samma hotell.

Gastvrij verblijf met goed onderhouden faciliteiten. Elke dag werd er gepoetst in de accomodatie, het zwembad,..
Het eten was lekker, de kok maakt pannekoeken, ommeletten,.. wanneer je dit vraagt.
Wat wij zeker wilde aanhalen is dat het personeel ongelooflijk hard werkt en altijd uitermate vriendelijk is. Niets is te veel.
Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat er geen shuttle bus was van het hotel naar de stad/het strand vanwegen Covid.
Zeker een aanrader !

Siisteys oli hyvä. Huoneet siivottiin hyvin ja yleiset tilat siistejä. Osa henkilökunnasta vähän töykeitä. Ruoka ihan ok. Kuntosali ei ollut käytössä, tästä ei ollut tietoa etukäteen. Hotelli vähän syrjässä kaikesta mutta ilmaisella shuttle bussilla pääsee liikkumaan.

Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine ruhige Lage. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist recht reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich (an manchen Tagen gibt es sogar einen Schokobrunnen)

Many thanks for your kindness Miguel and all the staff, because of your daily endeavours you made our stay worth relaxing. The hotels needs renovation, specially the gym but we went to the gym outside. On our first day the TV was out of order and the Air-con, it was a horrible first night but due to the very hard working technicians. We salute your efforts and we know that you have plenty things to do. For the management you do not deserve a 4 star rating but due to your very hard working waiters and waitresses and the Housekeeping staff, you got 1 Star more. Surely I will comeback at this property again not because only of the facilities but of the friendliness of your Staff. Best regards.

Gustó mucho el complejo en general, habitación amplia y limpia, colchones cómodos y muy agradable y seguro para estar con niños.
Por otra parte nos gustó menos el hecho de que no había animación y sólo 2 espectáculos a la semana. El TI estuvo bien y yo lo recomiendo porque no hay restaurantes cerca.

Kuntosaliin ei kannata \"luottaa\". Kuvat on ehkä 20v vanhoja. Mikään laite ei toimi ja koppi on jopa huvittavan pieni. Yleisesti ehkä vähän jo rapistunut paikka sieltä täältä, mutta kononaisuutena oikein hyvä. Sijainti hieman syrjässä, mutta rauhallinen ja hyvä kuitenkin.

Leuk resort met mooie omgeving en dichtbij de stranden. Resort vooral leuk voor kinderen met speeltuin en leuk zwembad. Alleen was het water van de zwembad wel koud helaas. Kamer rook elke dag super fris en werd goed verschoond. Hygiene was overal goed. Complimenten aan de schoonmakers! Maar het personeel was sowieso super vriendelijk die krijgen van mij een dikke 10. Ontbijt was uitgebreid maar was niet top. Bij aankomst was er jammer genoeg geen waterkoker, geen glazen en geen strijkijzer in de kamer. Pas nadat we erom kregen we ze. Flesjes water ontbraken ook. Hoort wel bij 4 sterren hotel. Verder ruime parkeerplaats.

Rolig og fint med et deilig bassengområde.
Litt slitt, men hyggelig plass.
Plassen for de som vil ha ro,ikke så mye som skjer i nærområdet.
