Overall a good stay. Clean nicely laid out apartments which are somewhat aging but everything including all the appliances etc worked wel.
In a quiet location but only a 10-15 walk (uphill) to Yumbo.
However , wifi coverage is extremely poor. Changing towels every 3 days is not sufficient.

This property is a bit like a Premier Inn. It does what you want it to. Short walk to Yumbo. Longer walks to beaches but bus stop outside the hotel and taxi rank a short walk away. Negatives are that the decor is showing its age and could do with updating in all areas. Tricky door locks!

Noisy Instalkation of Jacuzzi right outside!
Loved the duplex apartment! Staff were friendly! What negatively impacted our stay was the drilling noise from the work to install a jacuzzi just outside of our duplex! We mentioned it to a staff member who said this was the worst day and after the noise would be much less! Over some 5 days later it was still ongoing. On our holidays we do like to lie in get up late and breakfast outside! Therefore the noise significantly impacted our enjoyment! We mentioned it again and were to receive some kind of discount! To date we have heard nothing! This jacuzzi I stallion was clearly planned so why put anyone in one of the duplexes that are right opposite the work? Why weren’t we moved when we first complained about the noise? Why were we offered discount and yet have heard nothing! Aside from the noise issue would thoroughly recommend the apartment, pool, facilities etc

Great stay for the price. Staff are friendly and accommodate all of your needs. Properties are a little dated inside but you get what you pay for. Food is varied every evening and decent quality. Only minor down points are the WiFi connection is intermittent at times.

A nice quiet resort hotel away from hustle and bustle nightlife. Food was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpful. Direct bus to and from airport a very short distance away. Was a good base to get to Acualand, Sioux City and other activities from.

This resort is well attended by Spanish familles which is great. The atmosphere is friendly and perfect for families with the children. If someone prefers peace and quiet, there are plenty of adults only hotels nearby.

The staff here are defo the high point. Every single one was lovely - special mention to Hector (we think) on the front desk. We travelled as a duo and each had our own apartment - two floors and a great price for the amount of space you get. The apartment kitchens was the low point, very little there - however the on-site restaurant is pretty good, so even if your not out every meal time you can pop to the restaurant.
Location is 15 - 20 minute walk from the front, but we wanted to see as much of the island as possible so this was perfect for us - there is also a bus stop right outside if you don't fancy the walk.

I was not impress with the cleaning schedule.Cleaning was only done 5 days out of the 7 and bed sheet was changed only 2 of those days,baring in mind the cleaner skeanr changed the duvet cover,when we arrived they were nail polish stain on the duvet cover we stayed for 9 nights and that sheet was never changed.
We had to hid clean towels in the wardrobe so that we could have enough for the days the cleaner didn't show up.This was really annoying and frustrating.At one point our sheets were irritating our skins I had to tell the cleaner to give me the spare clean sheets and I'll change it myself which she did.
Alot of towels and sheets had Holes in them.
To add to that the hot water system to shower was a joke,hot water will only run for about 2-4 minutes and it will start to go cold,shower time was not relaxing.
Dont expect to find shower gel or hand soap in the bathroom bring your own

Nice place, however kitchen very poorly equipped, no bowl to use in microwave. Limited crockery and cutlery. Just a few extra items would have made it easier to cater in the apartment. Kettle coffee maker and toaster plus microwave all good touches.

My apt overlooked the tennis club next door, so had the sun first thing in the morning up until lunchtime. Although I missed out on afternoon early evening sun it meant I got peace away from over looking the pool!
The pool area is mostly pleasant and a decent size and deep.
The apartments have a great lay out with a separate bedroom and bathroom upstairs.
I love to cook and the kitchen was functional if not a little sparse on the utensils side! I ended up mainly using the hob for everything, so a spatula/fish slice would have been useful.
I even went out and bought myself a decent sized wine glass and tumbler and apartment glassware was a bit small.
The location was a blessing but also a bit of a hindrance for me.
It was in a nice street that was well kept away from the tacky busier areas of Maspalomas but when I did want to head to the beach/sea or the bars it was a decent walk to Yumbo area. 20 mins at a decent pace.
There is a bus but they are pretty infrequent!
The number 90 bus also takes to just out the hotel to and from the airport.
I’d throughly recommend this hotel/resort if you want to get away and switch off. If not you’re not to bothered being in the thick of things.
If you want to be close to the beach this isn’t the place for you.

I love to cook and the kitchen was functional if not a little sparse on the utensils side! I ended up mainly using the hob for everything, so a spatula/fish slice would have been useful.
I even went out and bought myself a decent sized wine glass and tumbler and apartment glassware was a bit small.
The location was a blessing but also a bit of a hindrance for me.
It was in a nice street that was well kept away from the tacky busier areas of Maspalomas but when I did want to head to the beach/sea or the bars it was a decent walk to Yumbo area. 20 mins at a decent pace.
There is a bus but they are pretty infrequent!
The number 90 bus also takes to just out the hotel to and from the airport.
I’d throughly recommend this hotel/resort if you want to get away and switch off. If not you’re not to bothered being in the thick of things.
If you want to be close to the beach this isn’t the place for you.

Tämä on rauhalisella alueella sijaitseva huoneistohotelli. Huoneet ovat kuluneita ja varustukseltaan vaatimattomia. Kuitenkin kaikki oleellinen löytyy, ilmastointi jota saa itse säätää (!) keittolevyt ja vaatimaton astiasto sekä jääkaappi. TV kuuluu hintaan. Henkilökunta on loistava. Osaan huoneista paisataa aurinko terassille koko päivän. Alueen kiltit puolivillit kissat pitävät seuraa jos ruokit niitä. Puhdasta ja siistiä on aina ollut. Olimme luultavasti jo kuudetta kertaa täällä ja taas tulemme. Tällä kertaa otimme ensimmäistä kertaa aamiaiset, ne ovat hyvää keskitasoa näillä saarilla, ei tietenkään mitään scandinaavista tasoa, mutta asiallinen ja sekasyöjälle riittävä. Uima-allas on pienehkö mutta hyvä ja lämmin. Alue on ehkä syrjäinen jos liikut jalan mutta autolla helposti saavutettavissa ja pysäköinti helppoa kadun varressa, moottoritielle ja GC500:lle pääsee parilla käännöksellä. Pieni edullinen kauppa on alle 100 metrin päässä. Bussit kulkevat hotellin edestä hyvin, niin rannalle kuin vaikka Las Plmasiin tai lentokentälle. Inglesiin voi kävellä. Taksin saa kun nostaa käden pystyyn, niillä on lähellä pysäkki. Papparaisten paratiisi, ei menomesta.

Standaren på rummen är helt okej, men samtidigt charmigt att det är som en radhus/lägenhet. Personalen vad super behjälpliga och jättetrevliga. Poolen var i fint skick. Överlag ett charmigt och mysigt hotell. Besöker det gärna igen.

Prinzipiell kann man bei einer 3 Sterne Buchung natürlich nicht mit Erwartungen von 5 Sternen anreisen. Uns jedenfalls hat es in der Unterkunft gut gefallen. Es gibt natürlich auch kleinere Mängel über die sich die Hotel Verantwortlichen sich mal Gedanken machen müssten, wie zum Beispiel das Essen. Dies war leider Abends oft kalt und schon viel zu durch gebraten, wie zum Beispiel Fisch etc. Auch hat das Frühstück leider keinerlei frisches Gemüse wie zum Beispiel Tomaten, Gurken etc. Das ist eigentlich schon in den einfachsten Hotels schon Standard. Auch sind die verschiedenen Angebote nicht einmal gekennzeichnet um zu wissen, was man da zu essen bekommt. Das muss man dann halt erraten. Wenn dort in der Zukunft noch mal die Stellschrauben nachgestellt werden, kann man dort gerne wieder Urlaub machen. PS. Auch sollte man mal über eine Renovierung der Bungalows nachdenken, die sind leider auch schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Aber wie gesagt es sind nur 3Sterne. Zum Personal gibt es eigentlich nur eins zu sagen, und das ist wirklich so gemeint. Sie alle dort waren sehr Freundlich und zuvorkommend. Gerne so weiter.

Rolig sted midt i Maspalomas. Et stykke fra strand, men så var vi heller ikke interessert i det. Fint bassengområde. Nydelig og rikholdig frokostbuffet. Ypperlig utgangspunkt for turer på sykkel på veg eller i fjellet. Buss stopper rett borti gata, så enkelt å komme seg rundt. Hyggelig personale. Kort vei til diverse restauranter og grei dagligvarebutikk rett i nærheten. Grei leilighet med soverom og bad oppe og oppholdsrom med TV og kjøkkenkrok nede. Ikke tilrettelagt for bevegelseshemmede.

Die Unterkunft ist alles in allem gut. Mir hat die Kommunikation zu den Öffnungszeiten des Pools gefehlt. Ich war morgens schwimmen und wurde rausgeschmissen weil es außerhalb der Schwimmzeiten war, die nirgends kommuniziert werden.
Das Frühstücksbuffet hat Auswahl, erinnert jedoch eher an ein Intercontinental Buffet aus den 2000ern. Das modernste war, eine Auswahl sämtlicher Milchalternativen.

Una cosa que me llamó la atención fue que en la papelera de la cocina encontrara un plástico de cervezas, se lo comenté a la señorita de recepción, me dijo que fue un despiste de las chicas de la limpieza. A la noche estaba yo sentada fuera y vino una huésped a preguntarme si allí se le había quedado una caja roja con 2 copas porque a ella le habían dado el apartamento antes y se cambiaron de ropa y el plástico de cervezas era de ellos, me quedo lo duda si me limpiaron el baño después que ellos salieron, me parece poco higiénico y más que fui con un niño de 7 años, por todo lo demás bien.
