Overall a very decent place, however my room was located to electric box for the complex and could have heard a bit of noise at night, fridge was smelly so I was unable to store anything inside.. but the stay was very pleasant

You usually get what you pay for.

Nice touristy place with common pool open 8 hours a day. Not a lot of things to do or see in the area but we come here for the climate not the culture. We went without WiFi for our first 30 hours of a 3 day visit until it was repaired. Overall an ok place.

We liked our apartment and the lovely palm tree outside for shade.The pool was good and the gardens were lovely. The apartment was clean and well serviced.Staff all very efficient.We loved the apartment but only criticism is the kitchen facilities were a bit sparse. ie. No kitchen knife,no bowl for use in the microwave and our hob didn't work but was eventually replaced with new. Overall, really enjoyed it and pleased with most things.

A great plaice if you have children but want them to be safe. The apartments were clean and well maintained. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen has all the basics for breakfast or snacks. Would recommend eating out rather than cooking. Cleaning staff efficient. Check in and check out very quick. U.K. tv signal was not working on our visit should that be something you need. Room has a free safe but you need a refundable deposit for some items such as tv remote or an iron. Not an issue but each is €20. Money refunded ok on check out. Overall a very good experience and we will go back for a longer stay.

On arrival fridge would not close replaced within 30mins, free safe stopped working again sorted straight away have no complaints other than we couldn't get drinks at the pool and couldn't pay additional amount to do so meaning we had to go out a lot. Only 5 euros in taxi's and free bus supplied. Very reasonable nice break

Loved this hotel. British was the minority at the time of travel but this was ok. Hotel was quiet, clean. The staff weren't overly friendly but not rude either. Location is ok if your hiring a car, it's a bit of a treck to anything other than holiday world. I would stay again

Large hotel complex, great location

Having read previous reviews we thought e were at the wrong hotel!! Plenty of space around the numerous pools, no shortage of sunbeds or umbrellas, and the rooms were large with more than adequate self-catering facilities. We are a couple with a six year old daughter and we had a thoroughly enjoyable stay.
The location was very good with Holiday World within a five minute walk - bars, restaurants, fair rides and kiddies park. The hotel is situated on the main highway bus route - Las Palmas to Puerto Mogan - with a stop right outside. The quaint traditional village of San Fernando is one stop way with great Tapas bars and restaurants.

Overall this hotel is excellent value for money. The rooms are a little worn but very clean and functional. Ideal stay for families. The kids club is amazing and the girls working there are wonderful. We were self catering and the kitchenette area was small but again functional, the local Spa supermarket (5 mins walk) had everything we needed to make breakfast and lunch.
Very close to the Holiday World complex, again amazing for the kids.
Beach is not too far, either a free bus or a 4 Euro cab ride. Very easy to get about. The only criticisms I have are that with all the pools the hotel has none of them are shallow enough for children under 12 (ish) to reach the bottom, so not ideal for our 5 year old who's still learning to swim. Also I repeatedly asked for late check out and was told to come back the morning we were leaving, to be told no. The hotel was nowhere near full capacity, I really don't understand why they couldn't accommodate?!
But overall a very happy stay, would go back!

good hotel for 3 star, beds are uncomfortable.

generally we enjoyed stay in this hotel as quied and great frendly staff, no much choices of food but enough to keep your stomach full . 7 min on FREE bus to the Maspalomas beach, running 3 times a day.
Shows every evening but after show nothing to do atol. Kids club not safe enough to leave your child with out parents. some times was broken glass on the floor next to the swimming pools , takes time to cleaned.
poor choice of drinks, coctail's says made from natural fresh fruits, not true, all mixed with basic concetrate juce from the paper packs.
mattresses horrible, cheap, pillows even worse.
2 days room was not cleaned. Not great wi fi, have to pay deposit of €20 for remote control, but you can control TV with out remote. will be great to have some lights on the steps next to the pool as evening time they are not visible and easy to felt down.
apart this the facility have Large Rooms and relax atmosfere, will diffinately come back again.

All ok until sat 18th when I had requested by phone with expedia a stay on 18th as our flight returned 19th...the manager was ignorant, unpleasant and totally unpleasant even threatening to dump our clothes etc on the street....al this with 3 children...did not accept there was an error did not offer to assist in any way shape or form...was just rude and unhelpful

Stayed here for new year , this i a vast place with 4 complexes each with its own pool.
However at this time of year the sun is quite low so the apartments on the west side get little to no sun at all on the balcony's we asked to change apartments twice and were told that there was nothing available however there was at least 2 - 3 that were empty . so be aware !
the area is OK and if you don't mind a short walk you can be in playa and the yumbo in just 15 mins
There is a shop in the complex which is expensive and a spar just 3 mins away but again expensive about 30% more expensive .
The apartments are a good size and tidy enough but could be better laid out , the kitchen area leaves a lot to be desired there is no work top !!! so if you are cooking there is nowhere to put any plate cups ect really badly designed , maybe this is to get you to take up the buffet for 10.95 , i suggest they shave a bit of the bathroom which is huge and add it to the kitchen , also very few utensils for cooking also as the same with most places in GC no scrubber for dishes and the T towel was never changed in a week.
As for cleaning the towels were changed nearly everyday however the floor never saw a mop the entire time we were there in fact it rarely saw a broom .

Oh one last thing BE AWARE the TV is slap bang on same wall as the bedroom of the apartment next door .

It was ok but would only return as a last resort .

it was nice when it was new

I think when it was new, it was a very nice hotel. Unfortunately, it is really old and in bad condition overall. The shower was rotten, the front door had seen better days. There was not really enough cutlery and plates, also no cooking equipment (1 pot and 1 pan, that was it). The internet connection was bad. The cleaning was not so good also, as we found this huge glass splitter on the floor next to the sofa. Luckily nobody stepped in, could of been a bad injury.

The room's were quite unclean, the bed's were really uncomfortable. There was a free bus service from the hotel to a nice beach but this was the only freebie. The WiFi was not free, and when we did get it it was super slow. The air con was incredibly weak and was capped so you can't adjust it. The hotel cleaning staff were incredibly loud and woke us up every day at 8:30am. The hotel is a 30 min walk from the centre but taxis are quite cheap, about 4 euros for most places.

Happy Welcoming Apartments

The apartment complex its self is old and quite tired but the refurb of furniture, bedding and curtains is bright and colourful. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing, lunch and dinner the usual array of buffet style food. The animation team are so friendly (not at all pushy) just great fun and work there socks off to make everyone feel happy. There is a free bus service to the beach which takes about 15mins. Overall for what we paid it was great value for money.

Very pleased overall with the hotel, Food was good, day time activities by the pool was excellent , the day time / evening Rep was very pleasant and always got people involved. Rooms were comfortable and plenty of room. The day time Snacks could be improved by varying the selection. The bus service to the beach was good, although there was much as far as additional bars etc outside the hotel, (there was a Fun fair across the road, but only had a few bars and restaurants. A taxis was required for the nearest Shopping center. The family enjoyed the hotel / holiday and good value for the money spent.

Horrible place, avoid. Go somewhere else

This place is far from anything interesting, including restaurants. Room smelled musty, door hard to open, air conditioning seemed non existent. Couldn't open windows because mosquitoes came in, had ants in my bed! Need to leave deposit for remote control but Tv had horrible reception anyway. No maid service on Sunday! Wouldn't dare eat here

I would have checked out but had prepaid hotel. Worst hotel experience ever. avoid!

Don't judge a book by its cover

From the outside the apartments looked clean and well maintained. Inside is a different story. I can only speak for apartment 409.
The bathroom was functional but could do with an update,broken tiles etc.
Plug sockets were loose and one in the bedroom was hanging off the wall.
There were ants in the bathroom and kitchen sinks (bug spray can be bought from the on site shop)
Beds weren't great,could feel the springs.
It wasn't the worst place I've stayed and the pool areas looked good but i don't think i would go back

The Koala Garden Suites Hotel is in a quiet area

Enjoyed our stay in Gran Canaria. Very hot and we went in October half term - temp up to 35c. The staff were helpful. The hotel provides a free bus service to the beach. Not much to do in this area apart from Holiday World. Supermarket nearby didn't have much but the Spar was much better.Puerto Rico was a lot more busier and more shops and things to do. Angry Birds which was a disappointment but not complaining too much because we got free tickets! The beach was packed but good for young kids and adults. You can get a bus to Puerto Rico from just outside Holiday World. We went for a camel ride which was enjoyable. My son liked Masplamamos beach because of their big waves and there are number of places to eat at a reasonable price. A taxi cost 4.50 euros to Masplamos. I would go back to Gran Canaria but will stay somewhere else not Koala Garden. The rooms are \"cleaned\" by housekeeping and this involves turning over the pillow and making the bed. Bedding wasn't changed until I spoke to reception. There is no entertainment unless entertainment is a man singing by the pool or bingo! Luckily my son was very tired at the end of the day so didn't need evening entertainment.

Access is the main problem - its worse than Colditz to get in and out of. I have mobility problems and having to walk round the perimeter enter via reception then walk round inside the perimeter to get to my apartment is very annoying.
There has been a reduction in the equipment provided for instance there was no corkscrew , egg cups or teapot.

Good Hotel, Good Location, Helpful Staff

From moment of arrival staff were very helpful. The room was classed as the basic one but with twin beds, 2 sofas, TV, fridge, cooker, a bathroom you could hold a football match in, I was surprised on the standard which was excellent. I've seen other reviews complaining about noise around the pools with children and kiddie songs blasting over the speaker system - this was not the case on my trip and this was during the school holidays. Resort is close enough to an adventure park with restaurants, etc. to walk and far enough away that you didn't hear any noise coming from it. Shuttle service to the beach is 3 times in the morning and 3 returns in the afternoon. A Supermarket is on site so there is no need to go venturing for shopping and there is a decent restaurant to.
Enjoyed every minute and would definitely go back there!

I have stayed at the Koala gardens on my last visit. Remember prior to booking this is at the budget end of the market. Personally all I want is a room a bed and a bathroom. The added bonus of air conditioning helps keep the room cool at night.

Easy , cheap and basic

Good apartments but be prepared to walk to the centre and the beach In a week we must have walked 150 kilometers.
Maid service not efficient. Pool for kids and then one for adults around the corner which was good. Clean and spacious when we first arrived which looked value for money. I would stay here again but for us it was too far from anywhere especially the beach. The bus is predictable timings be prepared to get pushed by the elderly Northern Europeans to get on board in the mornings to ride to the beach.

Very basic hotel. Some bits need to be exchanged asap- broken shower head, yellow toilet seats, ripped old bed linen. Fairly good food. Swimming pool areas were not being cleaned every day.
The stay was v cheap- so may say- good value for money...

They provide free transport to the amazing, beautiful beach, though. Nice, polite staff, well- most of them.

carefree and relaxing holiday

Being a huge fan of the Canaries in general, this holiday again was nothing but relaxing and good fun. The apartments are clean and spaceous, with little terraces overlooking several outdoor pools. Never any problems with noise and the staff were always very eager to help. We met quite a few guests who had been coming back to Koala for years. When you get into the airport the number 66 bus will take you in the direction of Maspalomas and will drop you a few minutes walk from the main reception (walk past the little complex with a few bars/restaurants & bowling alley - down through the underpassage which avoids crossing the road and when you come out you will see signs leading you to reception). These apartments are about a 5 minute drive (or a 20/30 min stroll) from the beach but at reception they will give you a little card which permits you to use a shuttle service to and from Koala for free (alternatively a taxi is about 3 euros each way). In general I think this was incredible value for price and I would definitely go back to Koala again!

Location suited us as it was central for the road network. Room was more than adequately equipped. Kitchenette was small but had two ring hob, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and, fridge.all of which worked perfectly. Maids came round every day bar one to make up beds. We did not use Restaurants as we were self catering. Small supermarket nearby and others not too far away.
Only small issue was that all room electrics (except fridge) were activated by room card on arrival in room. The aircon needed resetting each time but got hang of it after a day or so.
Security around site was good as the gats could be opened with room key except after 20.30 when you had to go via reception.
Overall enjoyed place. Not bad value as this is budget hotel. Even the local cats were friendly enough :)

Great for kids if all you want is a pool...

This is our second trip to Koala Garden Suites in Campo de Golf, Maspalomas, Gran Canaria. We chose these apartments due to the five pools which are spread around the complex. The main pool has a bar and restaurant and the kids club is based there too. A kids play area is right next door ideal for the little ones when they want to get out of the pool for a while. The other pools are smaller and located within a small circle of apartments so are quieter. Plenty of sunbeds and parasols to go round.

The one bed apartments are roomy, with two beds in the separate bedroom (queen sized) and two single sofa beds in the lounge which are perfect for kids. The simple kitchen area has two rings, microwave and toaster and coffee machine - okay for making simple meals. Plenty of crockery and few pots and pans. The restaurant serves simple meals at lunchtime, pizza, salads, burgers etc, never ate there in the evening however. Staff are all friendly. There is a free bus to Maspalomas beach.

The surrounding areas are mainly other apartment blocks with restaurants and the Holiday World complex (arcades, bowling, amusements, rides etc). A few minutes further is Faro 2 shopping complex with some restaurants and shops.

If you are just after a pool side holiday then its perfect.

Would use again but not if I wanted the night life

I was visiting my daughter who lives in Gran Canaria and this hotel was perfect for me. It had air conditioning, maid service every day, courtesy bus to beach, was pretty quiet, had restaurant, good pools and pleasant surroundings but my daughter had a car so could come and pick me up. You could get a cab easily but if you wanted to walk anywhere it was very difficult - especially in 32 degrees! It was possible to walk to the beach (if you wanted a fairly long walk) but it was mainly along busy roads. However, if you are content to get a cab everywhere, then it would be perfect.

Very good value for money. Apartments were clean and in good repair. Location is near markets. Also a park nearby for walking, running, cycling etc. A bit far from the beach - taxis are quite cheap and a bus is provided from the apartment complex 3 times a day at fixed times.

No really good restaurants nearby, though we did find a nice tapas place near where the markets are organised.

The first apartment we were given had a bit of a smell in it but there was no problem changing it. TV had few English speaking channels and they were inconsistently available.

Staff were very friendly and helpful.

A great place to stay.. Will be back again.

This is our third time at Koala and we stayed in zone 5 upper floor room 506.
Not a cockroach or ant in sight.

Accommodation basic, but very clean. All appliances worked OK.
TV had only 1 English speaking channel, which was BBC World Service. (News).

As the room was only used for sleeping & breakfast, this was not an issue.
Ordered additional pillows from reception & they arrived within 30 minutes.

The maid skimped on leaving loo rolls, but they are easy enough to take from trolley, as she did her rounds.

Only downside, not a fault of the hotel, was an extremely noisy football team, who were playing in the football pitches opposite the apartment. Total disregard for other guests as they returned from nights out on the town. However, I believe that management spoke with them, & there was an improvement on noise after that.
The hotel has started serving a buffet style lunch by the poolside bar in zone 2, as well as a barbeque on the Sunday. Good value as a snack during the day.
The grounds are well kept and are attended to on a daily basis and the pool is always clean.
Overall, extremely happy with the holiday, & no doubt will be returning to Koala for a week next year.
For people expecting a luxury apartment with all the trimmings, you will be disappointed, but for an economy break in Winter, with shade temperatures in the mid 20's, and a clean apartment to stay in, you will be more than happy.

Good Place, Cold but functional

Clean and comfortable apartment, overlooking the pool. Excellent location to reach the main destinations. Everything a bit cold and informal. At the reception, Martina, a very kind Italian girl. Small inconveniences of their disorganization, but nothing that disturbed the smooth running of the holiday.

Mediocre y trato malo

La llegada para hacer el check in està lejos de los apartamentos. Yo había entendido como en otros alojamientos que se podía usar las.instalaciones del hotel , iba con una niña de 3 años y queria llevarla al parque o a los chorros, y aún ofreciendo pagar más o cambiarme al hotel , me negaron el acceso las recepcionistas bastante bordes e inflexibles (las de la tarde del viernes). Permiten que pagues para comer allí pero no para el uso de las instalaciones es un sin sentido entonces que sólo compartan unas cosas como recepción y comedor y otras no. También me dió la sensación que los residentes estorbabamos. El apartamento necesita mantenimiento, cocina muy pequeña y nevera con tapa del congelador rota, bañera con picadas y óxido .. A favor que el precio es económico y la piscina es pequeña pero se està comodo.

Dejligt sted

Det er et dejligt sted der er renoveret der er bare glemt opdatering på hotels.com for der er ikke køkken længere. Så god service med all inclucive blev det til, der var problemet så bare at maden aldrig var varm.

Kjedelig å ikke ha tilgang på lekeplassen, fordi vi bodde i feil avdeling. Dårlige senger. Vi trodde vi hadde bestilt all inklusive, når vi ble gjort oppmerksom på dette var det forsåvidt greit. Men det var ikke mulig å kjøpe et eneste måltid på hotellet. Rent og pent basseng. Rolig og fint område . Lenger til stranda enn beskrevet. Dårlig kundeservice.

Servicio de atención bastante bueno. Instalaciones muy completas. Buen estado de las instalaciones. Aunque las habitaciones eran un poco antiguo el inmobiliario. Y el servicio de limpieza no pasaba todos los días.

El personal muy agradable , el hotel bien pero huelen las habitaciones mal supongo que a causa de alguna cañería ... la comida mejorable , yo no como carne y opción de pescado poco y repetitivo , la bebida de marca blanca y los cockteles de grifo ... los extranjeros liándola parda como siempre , pero en general las instalaciones son muy buenas .

All Inclusive resa i 2 veckor

\"Lägenheten\" (= vardagsrum & sovrum 42 m2) var ok. Lika så städningen.
Råvarorna till frukost, lunch & middag ok, men smaklöst pga att inga kryddor användes i maten.
Utbudet på dricka (All Inclusive) i baren ok. Personalen trevlig.
Vid regn en dag trängde vatten in under dörren från balkongen till vardagsrummet, men det är ju inte ovanligt i Spanien.
TV med många spanska, engelska. franska, polska, ryska kanaler. Samt SVT1, SVT2 & YLE1 vilka kanaler hela tiden var jättedåliga och ofta ingen bild alls.

Uimaallasalue oli erinomainen. Huoneisto oli aikaa nähnyt (olimme 5 alueella). Respan henkilökunnan asiakaspalvelu melko tökeröä. Tuntui, että all inclusivelaiset oli jotenkin parempia asiakkaita. Kuntosali oli pieni mutta ajoi asiansa. Aamiaista ei erikseen saatavilla. Lähellä pieni Spar kauppa, isoihin marketteihin hieman matkaa (kuljimme taksilla).

Kuitenkin kokonaisarvosana ihan hyvä.

familienfreundliches Hotel.bei der Buchung war nicht ersichtlich,das wir einen Weg,350 m gehen mussten um etwas zu essen und trinken zubekommen.Das war zu viel.In der ersten Woch hatten wir Glück,alles mundete gut,dann wurde es jeden Tag schlechter,uns hat auch das Verhalten vieler Gäste gestört,alles wurde angekaut,dann liegen gelassen,auf den Tischen und unter sah es nach verlassen dieser,sehr unsauber aus.Dem Personal möchte ich meine Hoachtung aussprechen.

Ikke imponerende appartment.

Har bodd på Koala Garden suites tidligere. Det ble en liten nedtur på Koala Garden appartments. Det er flere årsaker til det:
A) Hotellet hadde ikke kontroll på engelske gjester i alle aldre som ravet dritings i bassengområdet. Dette gjorde at poolen var blokkert for normale gjester i tillegg til all støyen og kvalmen som disse gjestene skapte. Sikkerhetsvaktene fungerte ikke og først når manageren for hotellet, dukket opp klarte han å roe gemyttene. Vi ble lovet en nyoppusset leilighet, men fikk nedslitte rom. Vi klaget på dette og fikk først 2 dager senere en noe bedre leilighet med sol på terrassen. Begge leilighetene hadde manglende utstyr som vannkoker, hårføner og fjernkontroll til TV. På avreisedagen fikk vi vite at det i løpet av kommende halvår skulle denne avdelingen oppjusteres. Kommer neppe tilbake hit til koala Garden appartments for den prisen.

OK fasilitetar, svært hyggelige folk ved serveringa og god, variert mat. Stille og rolig strøk

Av litt uheldige sider ved opphaldet, er det dette å melda:
1. Fekk ikkje \"wake-up call\" - heller ingen som kom og banka på rommet - som var bestilt til 0330. Resepsjonisten beklaga, eg trur at han ikkje fekk med seg retningsnummeret på telefonen. Var heldig og vakna sjøl til avreise 0400!
2. Norske kanalar (NRK1 og TV2) fungerte ikkje på leiligheta. Etter fire dagar der eg peika på mangelen, fekk eg mot kompensasjon flytta over til suite-delen.

Olemme olleet KOALASSA monta kertaa. Se on lähellä urheilukenttiä ja hiliday Worldiä sekä paikallisia ihmisiä.
Nyt koala oli uusittu ja paremman oloinen, safety box on ilmainen
koalasta pääsee helposti paikallisille busseille ja sillä on myös hotelliliput rantaan menevälle bussille, joka on ilmainen.
Hotelli on nut jaettu kahteen osaan eli on Koala Hotel lähellä Respaa ja Apartementos
Niissä on hinta ero, emme huomanneet muuta eroa. mikä lienee syy
Ainoa miinus meidän kannalta on, että breakfestiä ei voi enää ostaa erikseen, vaan pakettina.
menemme Koalaan heti v 1019 alusta uudelleen.Bussi 66 vie sinne lähes suoraan lentokentältä. pois jäänti Holiday Worldin kohdalta

Mejor de lo Esperado.

Lo más positivo: Alejandro, de recepción, destaca por su amabilidad, su discrección y su calidad profesional.

Positivo: apartamento con camas comfortables, cuarto de baño amplio y una terraza magnífica. El complejo está bien cuidado y limpio.

Se puede mejorar:
La limpieza dentro del apartamento. Es insuficiente.
El foco de la piscina ciega al cliente en las terrazas de enfrente. Deben regular la inclinación.

Struttura abbandonata e priva di servizi basilari

Struttura decorosa, ma abbandonata a se stessa e priva di servizi minimali e basilari come un banale distributore di acqua o caffè. Ovviamente fantascienza parlare di un semplice bar.
Altra scoperta sconcertante: non esistono letti matrimoniali... a differenza da quanto dichiarato su Expedia, a cui suggerirei caldamente di correggere. Gli appartamenti hanno tutti solo 2 letti singoli... per di più non affiancabili in quanto dotati di \"simpatiche\" rotelle che ne rendono impossibile l'avvicinamento senza rischiare, con quasi certezza, di cadere nel mezzo. Fortissima puzza di umido proveniente dal bagno. Eccessivo il prezzo pagato per la settimana di Pasqua in rapporto alla qualità della struttura.

Kiva rauhallinen huoneistohotelli. Hintaansa nähden hyvätasoinen. Omalta terassilta suoraan uima-altaaseen. Kosteatilat vastikään remontoitu ja siisti. Muu huoneisto jäänyt 90-luvulle. Omituisuuksia maksulliset TV-kaukosäädin, silitysvehkeet jne. Ilmastointi sentään kuuluu pakettiin.

Kalter Pool und ungenuegender Wasserdruck macht Haarewaschen fast unmoeglich. Die Anlage ist nicht durch Tor geschuetzt. Positiv war der große Flatscreen alle Deutschen Sender und die moderne moebilierung und Top Betten.

Geräumiges Apartment. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Seltsam war die Kaution von 20€ für die Fernbedienung des Fernsehers (das hatte ich schon 10 Jahre nicht mehr). Ein Eßtisch wäre nicht schlecht gewesen. Es gab nur einen Wohnzimmertisch (gut) und eine Anrichte mit viel Geschirr. Da hätte man auch einen Eßtisch hinstellen können

Är säkert bra för de som har all-inclusive. Finns restauranger och barer men dessa är inte tillgängliga för dem som inte valt all-incl. Inga möjligheter till tvätt trots att det angavs att det fanns. På kartan över lägenheterna fanns tvätt utsatt men var inte tillgängligt för gäster ens på förfrågan. Ingen info om var närmaste laundromat finns! Restauranger o barer på taxi-avstånd!!! Receptionen svarar inte på samtal.

hemos pasado unos días muy agradables y tranquilos ,el complejo esta bastante bien situado , hay una parte en obras que prometen que va hacer el complejo aun mas acogedor ,el personal es muy atento y amable ,la cocina bufet libre muy exquisito y variado , en el programa de animación falta un poco mas de música en semana si no todo muy bien lo recomiendo

Hotel muy bonito y bien ubicado podría mejorar.

Muy bonito lugar ,pero una pena que este tan abandonado ,me la pege matando cucarachas y arañas y la limpieza da mucho que desear es pésima,lo único que se salva en mi opinión es la calidad y profesionalidad del personal del comedor tanto cocineros como camareros excelentes . Espero que esto cambie por que el sitio es muy bonito y podrían mejorar bastante un saludo.

Personal atento y amable.

La comida fue lo peor, calidad malísima. Además, repetitiva, no había variedad. Pero el personal lo mejor de todo. El todo incluido es malo, poca variedad de bebidas y para picar siempre lo mismo y no a cualquier hora. Te cobran por algunas cosas. Las instalaciones necesitan un mantenimiento el cual parece que están en ello pero por lo general es bonito. Volveré a Gran Canaria algún día.
