Overall very enjoyable stay

Good location, large rooms, plenty of parking spaces, large restaurants, lovely spacious lobby, easy access from and to the airport by public bus, with bus stops right outside the resort. Some of the buffet food not so great but always you can find something to enjoy, as there is plenty choice. All day snack bars. Totally amazing water park for all ages. Despite the large capacity of this hotel, you can still find some relaxation between lavish, tropical gardens all around. Staff is trying their best to avoid any panic during busy lunch and dinner buffet. Few interesting shops inside the resort. I would stay here again.

Definitely recommended, a good 4* resort

What a gorgeous property, very stylish and stunning furniture. Great layout and easy to navigate. The suite is stunning, we loved our room.

We did upgrade to the Premium Drinks package, which is only Euro15 per person, per day - definitely worth it as the standard off the shelf alcohol is very entry level.

We also found most of the staff (not all) to be, putting it frank, miserable. Not sure if they are overworked, hate theue jobs or its just becasue of the season and they are exhausted (start of January), but nearly ever member of staff, particularly reception and the bar were just miserable and zero care in customer service. Very disappointing for hotel that is really stunning.
Not every member what terrible, there are a few gems around, particularly the housekeeping who were so accommodating and friendly. Towards the end of our 7 nights, we felt there was a change in staff shift, and the mood picked up....

Additionally, there are many reviews about the standard of food. Yes, this is not a 5* and it is not a la carte, but we found the food fine, and excellent value for money. The main dining room can be loud, the Kokolo (whatever the name is Asian resturant outside) was disappointing, but overall it was good.

Do prepare yourself for loads of families and chilren. This is a very family friendly property and with that, there are loads of kids screaming, crying and all over the place in the dining room.

Overall, would I return - yes. Good value for money and good hotel

A bit big for us but that said it is a great place to stay and excellent value for money. We had a Prestige Suite which suited our family well as long as your kids will share a bed, or it’s 2 couples. Spacious and modern and cleaned everyday. Main restaurant offers a good selection and quality of food and the pool bars are very good. When it’s fully booked (which it was last 2 days of our hols) it was less enjoyable. We then chose to eat out and had lunch in the main restaurant rather than the pool bar as it was way less busy.

Stayed here last Dec 2016 and booked again for Nov 2017 - no regrets at all. Nice location only 25 minute walk from Maspalomas lighthouse and a great selection of restaurants. Hotel staff very friendly, food excellent especially breakfast and lunch.

Overall a lovely holiday

Excellent hotel with beautyful surroundings. Palmtrees everywhere and six well situated poolareas! The pillows at the room were not comfortable, and when we asked for another two square pillows, we were told it wasn't possible.
The food was good, allthough a little greasy. Very friendly staff. The fridge and the Wifi should be free of charge!

Big iissue with pool beds being booked with towels and no one showing up til later and sometimes not at all. Hotel needs to monitor this. Beds are so close together and with towels booking beds makes it worse. Needs addressing.

A hotel for package holidays. Supposedly 4 star, but no tea and coffee facilities in room, no room service, no free wifi. Very expensive for what it is. Plus side it was clean. Don't stay here if you don't like package holiday crowds.

perfect for large families

This hotel is perfect for large families looking for an all inclusive holiday! Anyone else avoid !! Very underwhelmed experience with a hotel looking at taking money at every opportunity, for example paying for a security box and useless Internet. And so many longe beds that you could walk from reception to the pool over them and staff rushed off their feet serving guests at these areas.

Great hotel, nice decor and very clean. Lots of different pools to relax by and one was heated for swimming. Only complaint was having to pay extra for a room safe and wifi. Free wifi is a basic requirement in hotels and should be included the room price.

Bij het ontbijt was het druk. Top waren de diners in het Italiaans en Aziatisch restaurant.
De standaard kamers zijn ruim, mooi en comfortabel.
Het hotel ligt wat verder van de zee en Het Engels strand, maar dat is net een voordeel. Als je graag wandelt, is het de ideale plek.

El hotel es genial para pasar unos días en desconexión total del mundo. Tiene una piscina enorme que se divide en varias a su vez. El personal es muy amable y atento. Lo único las chicas de la limpieza que no siempre nos limpiaron la habitación como debían. El todo incluido es un poco 'engañabobos' referente a las bebidas alcoholicas. Solo entra los preparados que ellos te dan, ninguna marca de alcohol común.

Sauberes erholsames Familienhotel für jedermann

Von Anfang an sehr sympatisches, sauberes und gut organisiertes Hotel, zu empfehlen für jedermann der gerne All Inklusive bucht, wie wir es gemacht haben. Feines Essen an allen Buffett von morgens bis abends grosse Auswahl, für jeden etwas dabei. Grosser Ess Saal, kein Gedränge und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer gross, sauber und mit Balkon auf Ostseite sehr ruhig. Bus vor der Tür, es empfiehlt sich aber ein Mietauto ab Flughafen zu mieten. So ist man in Kürze an den interessanten Sanddünen, in den Bergen und an den Häfen, so z.B. am sehr schönen Hafen Puerto Magan, wo wir abends hingefahren sind. Die Pool Anlage dieses 4 Sterne Hotels ist neben dem Essen wohl das beste ! Es stehen 4 Pools zur Verfügung und es hat immer ein Plätzchen frei.
Ausserdem kann man auch All Inklusive Essen und Trinken an 4 Pool Bars, die sehr freundlich sind.
Sehr geeignet für Familien, da es auch immer Kinderabende, Disco usw. sowie für die Eltern Piano Bar zum Entspannen hat.
Betreffend WLAN kann man sehr günstige Packages erwerben. 3 Tage für 2 Geräte erhält man für 12 Euros.
Man sollte jedoch nie vergessen, allgemein etwas Trinkgeld bereit zu halten. Die freundlich hilfsbereiten zuvorkommenden Mitarbeiter haben es wirklich verdient.
Wir kommen wieder, es hat uns sehr gefallen !

Loma lasten ehdoilla

Yövyimme lasten (6 ja 9v) kanssa. Hotellin taso oli mielestämme sitä mitä oli luvattu. Huone oli suht avara. Sängyt ok. Lapset jakoivat vuodesohvan mikä sopi yllättävän hyvin kevyille lapsille. Huonompiakin on tullut nähtyä. All inclusive oli positiivinen yllätys. Valinnan varaa oli enemmän kuin olin odottanut. Iso plussa hedelmistä ja salaatti pöydistä. Päivän aikana snack baari oli todella kattava, lapset varsinkin tykkäsivät kovasti. Uima-altaista vain kaksi oli lämmitettyjä ja iso uima-allas alue oli muutoin vain hienoa maisemaa. En nähnyt kenenkään uivan niissä muissa altaissa. Vesi oli kylmää niissä. Allas alueen keskellä oli iso sauna. Siellä oli mukava uinnin jälkeen lämmitellä varsinkin tuulisina päivinä. Allas alue oli iso ja varsin viihtyisä. Aamuisin ei ollut kovinkaan suurta ryntäystä aurinkotuoleille. Tilaa riitti hyvin kaikille.
Hieman yllätyksenä all inc. palvelun maksaneena piti erikseen maksaa huoneen jääkaapista, allas pyyhkeiden vaihdosta, pelikoneista ja minigolfista. Hotellin lähellä oli pieni ruokakauppa ja rantaan/majakalle noin 2km matka. Taksi sinne maksoi n.3-4€.
Voisimme tulla uudelleen!

Sehr schöne Hotelanlage mit einigen kleinen Abnutzungserscheinungen. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls sehr schön und erstaunlich ruhig, trotz der Größe des Hotels. Der Komfort der Betten war leider nicht zufriedenstellend. Matratze und Kissen waren sehr hart. Das W-Lan musste extra bezahlt werden und war sehr langsam, teilweise ging es überhaupt nicht. Das Essen war gut, aber nichts Besonderes.

Die Betten sind schlimm jeden Morgen Rückenschmerzen.
Das Personal ist zum Teil sehr freundlich aber leider nicht alle.
Die Poolanlage ist top , das Unterhaltungsprogramm ist sehr veraltet.

Hôtel a fuir absolument faux all inclusive car il existe un all inclusive premium se méfier pour amateur de cocktail et d'alcool de marque de plus même avec premium certain restaurants et bars sont payant.
Si vous voulez par exemple un mojito ils appuient tout simplement sur un bouton c'était donc pour nous du tout prêt et du jamais vu bref sans goût et très peu alcoolisé !!
De plus le soir impossible de manger a l'extérieur ce qui est vraiment décevant malgré la qualité de la restauration bref beaucoup de choses à revoir c'est pourquoi ils nous ont dit qu'ils allaient tout refaire!!

Hotelanlage:
Die Anlage selber ist schön gestaltet. Der Eingangsbereich ist gross und übersichtlich. Viele Möglichkeiten an Billard oder anderen Spielmöglichkeiten. Nach meinem Wissen ist der Zugang nur vorne möglich, was schade ist, so muss man immer um die Anlage herum gehen. Die Anlage ist etwas vom Zentrum abgelegen, das heisst, für 4-5 Euro fährt man mit dem Taxi z.B. ins Zentrum Jumbo. Die Hotelanlage ist eher für Familie ausgelegt.

Essen:
Immer genügend Auswahl, obwohl es zu 98% immer das Selbe ist. Man spürt das all incl., Personen die meinen, es gäbe kein Morgen uns sich den Teller voll häufen. Abendessen nur Herren mit langen Hosen, nach meiner Meinung klarer Sexismus, für die heutige Zeit echt unnötig.

Gäste:
Viele diverse, von Deutsch bis englisch, holländisch etc. sehr gemischt. Wenig Ostblock wie russen oder so. Teils Polen oder Tschechien. Viele ältere Pärchen oder eben Familien.

Zimmer:
Schön grosszügig, auch die Nasszelle ist gut. Es ist ersichtlich, dass es ein älteres Hotel ist. Kühlaschrank fehlende Einstellablagen, nicht regulierbar, Federkernmatratzen, ich fühlte mich wie ich auf einem Maschendrahtzaun.

Für mich:
Ein schönes Hotel, 4 Sterne anhand dem Land adäquat. Werde es jedoch nicht mehr besuchen. Alleinreisend oder zu zweit, ist das Hotel für mich nicht passend. Besonders der Anspruch dass sich Männer entsprechend kleiden zum Nachtessen während Frauen \"Aussage am Empfang\" knapp bekleidet sein dürfen & zu Familiär.

Resort con buenas instalaciones y muy bonito

El hotel eata cerca de la playa de mas palomas dando un paseo, es espacio con muy buenas instalaciones y la zona de las piscinas ed grande con varias piscinad y hamacas para disfrutar del sol. Tiene compañias italianas, francesas y europeas de animacion y todas las noches hay espectaculos con variadas actuaciones. La comida del buffet es buena aunque un poco repetitiva y la calidad normal.
La habitacion era espaciosa y muy comoda y los trabajadores del hotel en general muy simpaticos y eficientes dando servicio y ayuda en cualquier momento y hora.
En genetal es un hotel que re omiendo al 100% para nosotros ha sidouna gran estancia para disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones.

Me encantó el trato de los camareros, grandes currantes, siempre atentos y simpáticos.. El Metre J.Carlos también un señor agradables, atento, servicial. Los chicos de cocina también muy agradables y serviciales.. La comida buena, variada, nada que decir mal.. Me he sentido muy cómoda, familiar, y era todo lo que esperaba de esta estancia.

conoscevo molto bene questo hotel per esserci già stata altre 4 volte, sono tornata dopo alcuni anni ho trovato la stessa cortesia, lo stesso ambiente pulito, accogliente, riposante, l'unica cosa leggermente cambiata è il buffet ma è legato allo standard di clientela di oggi tedeschi, inglesi, polacchi cechi, italiani pochi quando andavo anni fa erano solo italiani. comodissima la distanza dal mare e dal centro per me che cerco anche la possibilità di passeggiare

Bijzonder fraai hotel met een prachtige tuin!

Helaas geen gratis wifi en veel te prijzig om deze te nemen. Eetzaal is kolossaal en door grote hoeveelheid gasten erg rumoerig. Eten zelf is meer dan voldoende, maar kwalitatief niet echt bijzonder. Door de drukte is persoonlijk contact met personeel nauwelijks mogelijk. Hotel is mooi, kamers goed. Prachtige tuin en meer dan voldoende ligbedden en schaduwrijke plekken. Aardige buitenbars. Elke avond live muziek wat het verblijf ook in de avond erg gezellig maakt.

Estuvimos con la opción todo incluído. Es el típico hotel para eso. 5 piscinas, para niños para no tan niños, para poder nadar, con tumbonas a pie de piscina con arena para simular la playa, y en general bastante familiar...
- Instalaciones: Está bien, amplio, piscinas, gimnasio, sauna, zona de compras...
- Ubicación: El hotel está preparado para no salir en realidad, pero se llega a la playa andando como a 1'5km, justo cuando acaban las dunas, con lo que no hay mucha masificación. Es playa buena, con arena oscura pero no es de piedras.
- Habitación: Muy bien, muy amplia, cómoda y el baño bien, normal. Las camas cómodas que es muy importante.
- Comidas: La comida es bastante repetitiva, algo que en realidad no importa si no vas mucho tiempo, pero siempre hay pasta, carne y pescado. Luego hay que tener encuenta que es un hotel para europeos, es decir, comida enfocada para público británico, alemán, etc. Huevos de 3 maneras, mucha patata por todos los lados.. cosas así. Aunque se puede comer bien si se desea puesto que hay siempre ensaladas, cremas o gazpacho, carne y pescado... Tener en cuenta que los horarios son para esta gente también. A las 15:00 empiezan a quitar los platos de la comida y a las 21:30 la cena. Para los españoles de actividad y vermú, es algo justo.
- Pulserita: Entra bebida sin marcas, los refrescos y eso son de pulsador, no botella. La cerveza de caña, y el vino.. también de grifo.
- Personal: Excelente.
- Valoración general: Muy bien

Kødrand og larm

Hotellet har 434 værelser, svarende til ca 1000 gæster,der er kun en spisesal, så larmen er øredøvende. Søster hotellet Maspalomas er bygget sammen med Tabaiba, hvilket vil sige at udendørs faciliteter skal deles, en kødrand af op til 2000 gæster med høj musik. Maden var god bortset fra deres pasta som ikke var kogt nok

Vacaciones maravillosas

Es verdad, que las habitaciones están algo anticuadas, pero para dormir y poco más nos da igual. Amplias, limpias y muy tranquilas. Las piscinas, maravillosas, el personal perfecto (excepto un garbanzo negro, que siempre hay), la comida, pues eso, comida de hotel. Volvería sin ninguna duda. Fuimos con un niño de 4 años.

Ottima struttura un po' datata ma ben curata

Struttura e all inclusive ok ma regole assolutamente fuori dallo standard: pantaloni lunghi a cena. Non è una struttura con una ristorazione così raffinata da dover richiedere un'etichetta di questo tipo. Una sera cinsiamo trovati costretti a fare il cambio di pantaloni e il fastidio non era tanto per la regola (che va rispettata) ma x il modo plateale inncui è stato comunicato. Non siamo proprio certi certi che la pulizia delle sale ristorazione sia ok (che comunque abbiamo segnalato al responsansabile). Piscina riscaldata ma comunque fredda. Camere un po' datate ma molto ampie. Nelle parti comuni invece molto carina la struttura con un vero e proprio giardino tropicale.

Aparentemente es un buen hotel, pero a medida q interiorizas, te das cuenta q está todo pensado y preparado para el giri, horarios de cenas q para cualquier español de vacaciones son horas de merendar, comida con poca variedad, atención de los camareros pobre y desagradable salvo excepciones, los cócteles del todo incluido son todos prefabricados, congelados y de muy mala calidad, las camas son incómodas, pequeñas y anticuadas, al igual q el baño, no hay un triste minibar en la habitación y si pides una botella de agua para beber por la noche te dicen q hay agua en el grifo. La verdad es q para ser un 4 estrellas deja mucho q desear, ni lo recomiendo ni volveré.

Schöner Familienurlaub

Wir sind mit vier Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind angereist. Wir hatten uns schnell zurecht gefunden, da das Hotel gut organisiert ist (z.B. durch eine gute Beschilderung). Das Buffet im Restaurant war hervorragend und der Service schnell. Ansonsten sind einige Hotelleistungen extra zu bezahlen (z.B. Safe oder WLAN), doch sind die Preise human. Ein Transfer zum Strand bzw Shopping gibt's nicht und der Fussweg dauert ca. 30 Minuten (bei dem Essen empfehlenswert). Insgesamt war es ein schöner Urlaub, insbesondere für den Kleinen.

Resort dotato di ogni confort, tantissime attività per grandi e piccini: minigolf, piscine, palestra, sauna, bagno turco, campo da beach volley, insomma non ci si annoia mai!
possibilità del pacchetto all inclusive: si mangia benissimo e a qualsiasi ora, cucina internazionale davvero ottima.
Posizione perfetta, possibilità di ampio parcheggio: consigliato affittare la macchina per l'intero soggiorno anche se ci sono moltissimi taxi anche appena fuori l'hotel.

L'hotel è dotato di ogni confort, piscine all'aperto riscaldate e non, lettini gratuiti, sauna e bagno turco.
Ristorante a buffet ottimo dove il cibo è, si internazionale, ma varia ogni giorno;
c'è la possibilità di prenotare l'all inclusive che permette di mangiare e bere a qualsiasi ora.
non lontano dalla spiaggia delle dune di Maspalomas assolutamente da vedere. consiglio di affittare macchina durante il soggiorno per muoversi in libertà, l'hotel è dotato di ampio parcheggio gratuito.

Grande Hotel, ma tranquillo e splendide piscine

Dopo anni che non ci tornavo, ci sono stato 10 giorni, in cui sono stato molto bene sotto il profilo dei servizi: cucina, pulizia, cordialità con tutto lo staff.
Due aree di miglioramento:
1) le camere sono un po' \"datate\" (basterebbe per esempio cambiare le coperte e dare una rinfrescata ai mobili).
2) LA TOTALE MANCANZA DI UNA ZONA WI-FI LIBERA (ALMENO NELLE AREE COMUNI): penso sia uno dei pochi 4 stelle al mondo sprovvisto di questo servizio

Tabaiba is een groot complex samen met maspalomas princess. Het zijn elkaars spiegelbeelden, enkel receptie is apart, de rest is gemeenschappelijk.
Het eten is steeds binnen, zelfs op -1, spijtig dat er geen klein terras is om nog buiten te kunnen eten. Het is is vers en uitgebreid, het showcooking-gedeelte is beperkt.
Het zwembad is aangenaam, vanaf 1/11 is er zelfs een gedeelte verwarmd, dit voel je merkelijk! Spijtig dat er nergens een glijbaan in het zwembad is voor de kinderen. Er zijn voldoende ligstoelen, maar ze zijn niet allemaal inde zon een volledige dag, parasolszijn er niet. De steentjes van het 'zand'-strand liggen overal verspreid, het poetspersoneel doe wel hun best om dit 's morgens steeds weer van de padjes te borstelen.
Het is een 30 minuten wandelen om aan de vuurtoren te geraken, dit kan via een rustig wandelpad langs de droge rivier.
De boulevard van maspalomas is heel gezellig met leuke winkeltjes en restaurantjes.

Hotel mit schöner Poollandschaft

Hotel selbst schon in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch mit schöner Poollandschaft und herrlichen Palmengarten. Die Zimmer allerdings schon etwas abgewohnt mit brettharten Betten. Beim Reinigungspersonal muß man halt Glück haben wer ei em das Zimmer reinigt. Die Küche ist gut und abwechslungsreich, jedoch hoher Lärmpegel da kein Außenbereich des Speisesaals. Die Abendshows sind leider von grottenschlechter Qualität, aber man kann ja ein alternatves Abendprogramm unternehmen. Mit Kinder sicher sehr zu empfehlen, für Erwachsene gibt es sicher bessere Hotels. Zum Strand sind es ca. 20min. zu Fuß oder mit dem Taxi für 3.-€.
