Staff are really friendly and helpful and so welcoming. Nice cosy little room with air conditioning. The area is right next to the beach and loads of restaurants. Loads of supermarkets and aldi just 15 minutes away. There’s boat trips/jet ski about 20 minute walk from hotel. I should done more exploring but you can get a taxi for around 10 minutes where you can book activities (I saw on the way back). I checked in online so all I needed to do was show passport. Check in and check was smooth. Would definitely stay here again. And it’s great because no kids allowed! There a huge seating area inside where reception is and then some space to sit outside. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

The hotel was very nice and and very clean. Staff was very helpful and check in and check out was fast and efficient. Only thing is if you are driving a car, it is hard to find parking near the hotel. There is no parking lots, only street parking. Some days we would have to park 5 blocks down. Just be aware of that, but overall it was a good stay and I would use this hotel again.

I recently stayed at Hotel THB Gran Playa and had a really enjoyable experience overall. The location is excellent – just a short walk to the beach and close to local shops and restaurants, which made exploring super convenient.

The breakfast was definitely a highlight – lots of variety, fresh options, and well-stocked each morning (vegan options were limited however). I also made good use of the gym, which had everything I needed, though it would be even better if it opened earlier in the morning.

The staff were generally helpful, with some being especially friendly and welcoming. My room was comfortable, although it could’ve been cleaned a bit more thoroughly during my stay.

As a solo traveller, I felt safe and relaxed. While there were a few small areas for improvement, I’d still recommend THB Gran Playa to anyone looking for a nice base in the area.

Loved my stay at THB Gran Playa – Adults Only!
Booked through Expedia and everything went super smooth. The staff were incredible – big thanks to the team at reception, the barmen, and especially Jose and Antonio in the kitchen. Always friendly, always smiling.

The hotel is clean, chill, and in a great spot.

Evenings were super romantic — great sunsets, cozy restaurants, and peaceful walks by the sea. Met some cool, confident guests too, which added to the good vibes.

Would definitely come back. Great place to relax and enjoy Mallorca as an adult.

The location was perfect - 2 mins from the beach, opposite the taxi rank and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly. Good pool area with plenty of seating and access to bar with snacks. Good choice of food at breakfast buffet. Overall a really nice place to stay but a few odd and small gripes: only 2 teabags are provided for the entire stay and no milk or teaspoons; you cannot self serve water at breakfast - the server was quite aggressive when I tried to pour a glass; when the bar closes guest are not allowed to continue sitting outside. Really odd! But overall the good far outweighed the bad.

It is conveniently located in the north of Mallorca at Can picafort. The staff at reception and the pool bar were pleasant. I went in for the all inclusive package and I think it was definitely a mistake. Lunch on a daily basis was a let down with a limited menu, so I decided to skip it on the last two daya at the hotel. The selection of cut fruits and cakes at dessert with exactly the same for every lunch and dinner meal. That was exhausting. The drinks package was good and had nice variety. While I was there there was no evening entertainment at all. For the first 3 daya the room that I was allotted had very patch Wifi and the staircase close to it was closed, I requested to move and they did move me to a btter room for the next few day where I had better coverage of wifi. Would I go back, given everything, probably not!

Just come home from a week of b b at the Gran Playa. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 mins from the beachfront and the multitude of restaurants and eateries strewn along the promenade as far as you can walk. So many options for drinks and dining. Open all day long and well into the evening. The rooms are basic but have all you require for your stay. Cleaned everyday and bed made. Everything was functioning in the room. ie a/c, fridge, lights, TV. Bed was memory foam and comfortable. Our room had an accompanying balcony which was perfect for drying clothes and towels overnight ready for the next day. Breakfast was from 8-1030 and had an abundance of fresh foods to gorge on whatever your taste. The pool large enough to swim lengths and was surrounded by sunbeds that mostly caught the sun at some or all of the day. Timings of the use of the pool was our only gripe. It was only open from 10-7pm due to having to have a lifeguard on duty at these times. However guests seemed to be permitted to lounge on or baggsie a sunbed before 10am. Early risers will be rewarded!! (beware of towelgate). We used the gym facilities (I know right??!!) once. Sauna Steam and hot tub all worked well. Every member of staff seemed very friendly to us and very helpful. A special mention must go out to Ana on reception. She was amazing and went above and beyond for all our queries and requirements from information gathering to booking excursions, etc. So friendly....WE LOVE ANA!!! Don't hesitate to book!

Espectacular atención!

El hotel muy bien, las instalaciones limpias y organizadas. Buena recepción, las señoras que atienden allí son muy amables y serviciales. Lo que más puedo destacar es el servicio, los chicos del bar espectacular, muy simpáticos, la bebida bien servida y sobre todo, de lejos los mejores cocktails que he tomado en un todo incluido, preparados a mano y con ganas, además buenísimos! Gracias por eso equipo de la barra!! Piscina muy tranquila, faltarían algunas tumbonas más, y el socorrista te da las toallas ahí mismo, súper! Habitación lo Justo, no es enorme, simplemente camas, balcón con buenas vistas y baño, súper limpias. El hotel en general me dejó encantada a mi y mi pareja, fin de semana de relax absoluto, mucho silencio y buena atención del personal. Muy comprometidos con el medio ambiente, luces con activación por movimiento, aire acondicionado encendido con las ventanas cerradas de la habitación, agua embotellada en cartón reciclable. Eso si, fumar fuera del establecimiento o balcones..
La comida buffet sin quejas, no hay cantidad pero si calidad, está todo el personal atento que no falte de nada, que esté todo limpio y que no haya platos sucios en tu mesa. El spa tiene jacuzzi, sauna y baño turco aunque este último no funcionaba, una pena, también algunas máquinas de gym con vistas al mar, increíble. Al encargado se lo venía por el hotel, muy comprometido y ayudando al personal. No le bajo ni un punto al 10 de este hotel, y volveremos sin dudarlo.

I liked the individuality of the hotel., small, minimalist, nice rooms etc.
Food very good and the locality ie beach round the corner and plenty of other places to visit.
The only bugbear was the smoking.I know it was in outside areas but the smoking at times was choking. There should be smoke free areas outside.

This hotel is in a great location; 2mins walk to the beach, restaurants and bars. 5mins walk from the bus stop to/from Palma airport.
Some lovely staff, particularly Ansus, who is always smiling, willing to help, have a chat.
The bedroom cleaning was a bit of an issue for my friend and I. One day it was great, the next; only the beds made and new towels given. Could have been more consistent

I just spent a week in THB I must say that the staff were always friendly and greeting when passing by them, comfy beds good size of room, bathroom could be more cleaned has there was some mould but good size.
Rooms can be cleaned every day, each room has a balcony when I booked my room I booked sea view when arrived was given another room but next day we were moved they were very helpful. ( client are always right )
I must say the swimming pool was always crowded if you want to spend time by the pool you need to go early, entertainment in the evening was good too specially the Flamengo girls,Friday and Saturday night
Food was good and tasty too
Will I go back YES i will
Loved the location a bit price the drinks but a lot of places where you can eat or drink cocktails

You can’t smoke round the pool area and but you can at the pool bar so not a huge issue I was disappointed that the tea coffee and milk were not replenished daily also no complimentary shampoo/conditioner which I would have expected in a 4* Hotel. Overall nice hotel close to everything you could need.

Modern hotel near the beach

Just stayed at this hotel for one night when visiting Mallorca. Very modern interior in good condition. Great breakfast buffet. Seems to be mainly frequented by German tourists. Nice pool area and just a minute walk to the beach. Loads of shops and restaurants nearby.

Nice hotel all inclusive that needs to improve few points.
Avoid rooms facing the commercial street if you want to be able to sleep before 1:30 am.
Good service, except at the bar where it was ok.

Alcohol for the all inclusive is disgusting.

The hotel was modern and clean, although my room faced a very busy street so it was noisy and I was woken up several times during the night by people shouting. Having said that as a last minute booking I can't really complain as I had a great time. There was a good variety of food, which was cooked to a high standard and the drinks were reasonably priced, if you like a few drinks in the evening it would probably be worth upgrading to all inclusive, which cost 20 euros a day.

We read some previous reviews after booking and came with some trepidation. We needn't have worried. We stayed for 5 nights at the beginning of June and cannot fault the hotel or staff.
The food is good and plentiful. Fresh fruit is in plentiful supply at all meals. There is a hotplate providing a variety of freshly cooked meat and fish at dinner and lunch in addition to the prepared dishes. Dinners are based on a different theme each evening. Drinks and wine are perfectly fine. Pool is nice, lovely flowers growing around it.
Reception staff are friendly and very helpful, check in was quick and efficient and we were able to check in early.
Our room was on the top floor facing the sea which we could see, but as the hotel is two streets back from the sea there are buildings in between. The room was not huge but perfectly adequate. Good bathroom with shower over the bath. Plenty of toiletries. Kettle was provided and tea, coffee etc. A large bottle of water was there when we arrived and there is a fridge in the room. TV channels included BBC1,BBC 2, ITV 1,2 & 3.
The sea and beach were spotlessly clean and less than 5 minutes walk away. Lots of shops cafes & restaurants nearby prices were very good. We had a taxi transfer both ways from the airport which cost 70-80 euros. It took around 45 minutes so if there are a few of you, well worth it. Taxis are either pre arranged fares or on a meter. Good buses around the area run from just up the hill.

Alles in allem ein sehr gutes Hotel. Personal ist mega zuvorkommend und höflich. Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Pool klein, aber dennoch nicht überlaufen und sehr sauber. Im Badezimmer könnten zumindest die Fugen der Dusche ausgetauscht werden… als kleiner Handwerkertipp. Die Innenstadt lädt zum Bummeln ein, gute Restaurants in 5 min an der Promenade erreichbar. Strand? Verlasst Ca’n Picafort nördlich der südlich, unglaubliche Strände durchzogen von kantigem Fels und Ihr seid fast alleine

Lage vom Hotel ist top: 5min zu Fuß vom Strand und direkt in der Flaniermeile.
Die Bar liegt direkt im Innenhof der jede Menge Schatten, kühle Getränke und gute Snacks bietet.
Die Zimmer waren ok von der Größe, Badezimmer hatte eine begehbare Dusche. Wir hatten das Glück, das unser Balkon Blick zum Meer hatte. Das haben wir sehr genossen.

Auch wenn das Frühstück sehr gut war, war das Abendessen unterirdisch schlecht. Nudeln fast zerkocht, Reisgericht (lieblose Resteverwertung) Schweineschnitzel wurde falsch geschnitten und aufgerundeten zäh. Usw.

Nel complesso l’hotel è moderno, pulito e lo staff si dimostra disponibile. Bella la zona piscina in cui rilassarsi bevendo un cocktail. Le camere non sono molto grandi ma sono comunque confortevoli. Il bagno un po’ da rivedere, c’era ruggine in vari punti e la porta era scollata in alcuni punti, ciò dovuto sicuramente a schizzi d’acqua e umidità. Ottima la posizione a due passi dal mare e ai vari bar/negozi

Das Hotel ist modern, sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Personal war immer super freundlich und die Essensauswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet und beim Abendessen ist wirklich sehr groß und alles ist sehr lecker. Zum Strand sind es zwei Minuten zu Fuß und auch am Pool kann man gut entspannen. Man findet eigentlich immer eine freie Liege. Ich würde dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

Die Badezimmer sind nicht wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, es sind sehr alte Bäder. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es wird nur die Betten gemacht und neue Handtücher hingelegt. Leider wird nicht mal durchgesagt und hat somit den ganzen Aufenthalt Sand im Zimmer. Teilweise ging die Klimaanlage nicht. Nach Wunsch ein neues Zimmer zu bekommen aufgrund des Badezimmers, wurde es erneut das gleiche Zimmer gegeben. Die Betten waren sehr unbequem und die Zimmer waren sehr runtergekommen.
Es gab vom Personal hier kein Verständnis dafür, dass wir die Zimmer wechseln wollen.

Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Badezimmer war ganz anders als auf den Bildern, sehr verkalkt und auch eine Badewanne statt einer normalen Dusche. Die Betten sind auch nicht sehr bequem gewesen und der Pool sieht auf den Bildern viel größer aus als man denkt. Ebenso hatten wir Probleme mit dem Chip für das Zimmer. Ab und zu hat einer der Chips nicht funktioniert. Das Personal hingegen war sehr freundlich und hilfreich, auch die Snackbar war vielseitig. Das Buffet war in Ordnung, nichts außergewöhnliches.

Hotel ist sauber, gut gelegen und das Personal ist höflich, hilfsbereit ohne diese übertriebene, gekünstelte Freundlichkeit.
Zimmer sind klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht.
Essen ist gut. Mein Aufenthalt war 4 Tage und es gab jeden Tag das gleiche Essen am Büffet. lwdiglich die „Spezials des Tages“ wechselten sich täglich ab. ( z. b Dönerspieß, Ganzer Truthahn am Stück vom Grill…)
Alles in allem würde ich sagen: das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt.

Läget är bra. Personalen är vänliga och hjälpsamma. Gemensamma ytor var rent. Uppskattar att man fick låna badhandduk. Bra musik också vid poolen.

Jag har två förbättringsförslag.

1. Flytta ned gymmet till första våningen. Jag hade rummet precis under och vaknade varje morgon av att det var personer som tränade, sprang på löpband eller tappade vikter i golvet. Samma sak om man vill vila på eftermiddagen.

2. Utveckla app som gör att det går och beställa och betala genom QR-kod som finns på borden vid poolen så slipper man kliva upp och beställa i baren. Varje bord kan ha ett eget nummer så blir det lättare för personalen att hitta vem som beställt.

Im großen und Ganzen ein gutes Hotel. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen. Besonders das Badezimmer. Bei der Zimmerreinigung wird lediglich das Bett gemacht und frische Handtücher hin gehangen - wir hatten leider die ganze Woche über den Sand vom Strand im Zimmer. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig - wir hatten extra nach einem ruhigen Zimmer gefragt.
Die Auswahl sowohl beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist groß und es ist eig immer für jeden etwas dabei. Das Frühstück gibt es erst ab 8 Uhr. Die Lage ist wirklich super, man ist direkt am Strand und in der Umgebung ist alles notwendige vorhanden. Auch Parkplätze für größere Autos sind kein Problem.

Sehr sauberes und gepflegtes Hotel. Es gibt ständig neue Handtücher und eigene Pool Handtücher. Am Pool kann man super entspannen, es gibt eine Bar, Liegen, Stühle und stets einen Bademeister. Die Zimmer inklusive des Bads waren sehr sauber. Das Personal immer nett und hilfsbereit.
Das Essen am Buffet sehr lecker und vielfältig, wobei es im Vergleich zu anderen Hotelbuffets etwas Verbesserungsbefarf bei den Nachspeisen gibt.
Alles in allem ein sehr erholsames Hotel und eine entspannte Umgebung. Geeignet zum Herunterkommen.

Frühstück absolut in Ordnung.
Beim Abendessen findet jeder was aber spätestens am 4. Tag hatt man lust auf was anderes.
Leider ist der Poolbereich viel zu klein. Zwischen den Liegen und dem Pool sind nur 60cm Platz um durch zu laufen. Da müsste dringend was verändert werden.
Zimmer, Betten, Cocktail‘s und Personal waren allerdings einwandfrei.

Die Unterkunft hat eine sehr gute Lage. Zum Strand waren es nur ein paar Schritte. Das Personal war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war zweckmässig eingerichtet und stets sauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem.
Nur der Speisseraum war mir persönlich zu kalt eingerichtet. Es sah mehr nach einer Kantine aus. Das Angebot an den Speissen war jedoch sehr gut.

Wir haben die Unterkunft nach der ersten Nacht wieder verlassen. Wir kamen am Anreisetag gegen 09:00 Uhr im Hotel an. Beim Check in wurde weder etwas erklärt noch bekamen wir Handtücher, damit wir zum Pool oder Strand konnten. Das Zimmer Richtung Straße war laut, klein und der Geruch der umliegenden Restaurants war nicht einladend um am Balkon zu sitzen. Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir gehen 09:00 Handtücher, das war nicht möglich, da, Handtücher erst um 10:00 zur Verfügung stehen. Das Armband als zimmerschlüssel hat meist nicht funktioniert, auch hier extrem unfreundliche Behandlung an der Rezeption.

Es war en super süsses kleines Hotel. Es war anscheinend ausgebucht aber es fühlte sich nicht super voll an. Wir haben auch immer einen Platz am Pool gefunden.
Wir hatten zwei Einzelzimmer und die waren für eine Person tip top. Schon klein aber man braucht ja auch nicht mehr. Es war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.
Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und nutzten dies auch jeden Tag, das Essen war lecker und es gab immer wal wieder was neues. In der Pool Bar gibt es auch leckere Snacks die man am Nachmittag bestellen kann.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gab ca. jeden zweiten Abend ein musikalisches Unterhaltungsprogramm, dass gut besucht wurde und eine gute Stimmung machte.

Der Strand ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und auch sehr hübsch. Wenn man ein Paar Minuten weiter geht, würde ich den „Platja de Muro“ empfehlen, ist etwas schöner.

Wir waren begeistert und wir würden auf jedenfall wieder kommen.

Ist ein Erwachsenenhotel, Gäste mehrheitlich Pensionisten, daher sehr ruhig. Personal im Speiseraum ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück und Abendessen in großer Auswahl- verschiedenste Salate, Gemüse, Hauptgericht ( Fleisch, Fisch) wird vor dem Gast gebraten. Jeden Tag gab es einen Themenabend, z.B. Tropical, Latino, Tex mex. Große Obst und Nachspeisentheke. Wer da nicht satt wird, ist selber schuld.
Zimmer mit Balkon, sehr geräumig.
Als Anregung, wie in vielen Hotels schon üblich, müssten die Handtücher nicht jeden Tag gewechselt werden, sondern nur auf Gästewunsch.Ich habe kein Problem, mich auch ein zweites Mal mit dem gleichen Badetuch abzutrocknen.
Für den Poolbereich bekommt man vor Ort sowieso ein eigenes Badetuch.
Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und ruhig. Die Ausstattung ist eher einfach und zweckmäßig, aber völlig ausreichend. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal sowie die gute Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet. Wer keinen Luxus erwartet, sondern eine solide Unterkunft sucht, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

👍 Das Frühstück war super, das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Lage ist gut und in der Nähe gibt es einen großen kostenfreien Parkplatz.

👎 Das Zimmer hingegen entsprach nicht den Bildern und war leider auch nicht ganz sauber. Die Bettwäsche hatte mehrere Flecken. Das Bad war sehr alt, die Handtücher waren dreckig und auf dem Boden und den Ablagen lagen Haare. Die Dusche/ Wanne war schimmelig und die Halterung für das Toilettenpapier war halb aus der Wand gerissen.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Uns hat besonders die Sauna und das türkische Dampfbad im obersten Stockwerk gefallen. Die Lobby hatte schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Im WLAN hatte man leider keine gute Internetverbindung.
