Great location, pool was wonderful for kids.
Would have been nice to know about the trolley in Gatlinburg, it’s free and easy to use. We didn’t know about it till the end of our stay.
Hotel is in a good location, has beautiful scenic views! Hotel is on a really steep long hill, so there is no walking to anything.
Rooms are very nice, but poor lighting.
There is an extra fee at desk with check in, cost was higher than it was with hotels.com.
Additional parking fee also added, which we were aware of prior to arrival.

The Hilton standardization interrupts the space, causing some weird inefficiencies with the showers and other spaces. Things that maybe should have been fixed, like the varnish on the cabinets or making sure the elevators are fully functioning, seem to have been pushed aside for weird modernizations. No issues with the staff, who I am sure are working very hard, and the views out the windows were fantastic.

A fun family weekend getaway. Park Vista does not disappoint. Perfect views of the mountains, super nice staff and clean rooms. The shower water and temperature were on point. Hot water consistently!!

While the hotel was very nice and the room was clean there were a few things that were less than satisfactory.
After paying for “everything” online we were charged a $68 fee when checking in; $18 of that being for parking. Paying a parking fee is ridiculous to me after already paying $260 for the room itself. The additional $50 we were charged at check in was for god knows what.
The food at the restaurant inside the hotel was very mediocre and overpriced. I wouldn’t mind paying $150 for a nice meal, but this was not that. Additionally, being charged $23 per person for breakfast is outrageous. Breakfast should always be included with your stay.
The only complaint I have about the room is the pillows. Typically hotel pillows are super nice and firm, but their pillows were very soft and flimsy! You would need about 4 pillows to sleepy comfortably!
Overall our stay was ok, but I wouldn’t book this hotel again for future visits.

The highlight was that were was a ton of bear activity, even in late March as this hotel backs up to the national park. The bed was comfortable. Nighttime staff was not much help, and they seemed understaffed (couldn't get a towel for the pool area. The hotel grounds were nice. Would consider staying again.

The pool was the best part — the kids had a lot of fun on the waterslide! Everything else
was either so so or bad. Food took forever— both for dinner and breakfast. Items were missing from our ur dinner order which took an hour to arrive. We opted for ala cart menu for breakfast — 3 orders of pancakes — which took over 30 min and were all raw on the inside. Our room had a lovely view but
It was dusty and run down so not a place we’d want to hang. My iced coffee from the coffee bar was $8.00 and came from a bottle of coffee concentrate (meaning not even made in house) I was glad we only stayed one night — the pool was fun but otherwise we were ready to go.

There was food in the dresser drawer when we arrived. There was food or some substance floating around in the pool. The floor in the pool area was filthy. I left my hair diffuser in the room and got zero response after going there to ask about it and calling several times. The furniture in the room was beat. Was terrible for what we expected of a Hilton hotel. We left after the first night and finished out our stay elsewhere

The Park Vista was super nice. The staff were fantastic, the restaurant was very good, the coffee bar was a great touch, live music being played in the lobby/bar almost every night. The rooms were nice, very roomy refrigerator for a hotel room. The coffee maker is a pod type so keep that in mind if you are thinking of bringing your own beans. No in room microwave, but there is one near the elevators. The rooms could use a few more plugs, with all the devices now, our family of four was running out of outlets for phones/tablets/computers/smart watches, etc.

The pool was top notch. Two slides into two separate pools. A small kiddy pool and a hot tub. The upper pool was heated well, the lower pool was cooler which was good for when you got too warm. There is a snack bar near the pool which was nice. It's an indoor pool as well so weather wouldn't be a concern.

The trolley picking up/dropping off throughout the day is a perk everyone should take advantage of. With parking at $20+ per day, this is a great way to avoid that and still get to see all the great stuff on the strip.

The views were great, the building is iconic for Gatlinburg, there were bears to be seen, so make sure not to have any food in your car or it could get messy.

Restaurant was great& all the staff here are super nice! Room was clean and loved that there was 5 elevators. Warm cookies when you arrive were a great surprise too. Only cons was paying $18 a night per vehicle on top of your room, but still doable. The pool was not up to par with the rest of the hotel though, at least for days we stayed. The water wasn't very clear and I didn't smell any chlorine, usually when you walk into an inclosed pool area you are hit with a chlorine smell and there wasn't. Lots of band aids and clumps of hair were floating around or on the sides of the pool areas enough to take notice. But was a great hotel overall

I booked a room a couple of months ahead, but when we arrived, they said all the rooms were full, and we had to go to a room on the second floor, which was close to the lobby and restaurant. So, you could smell food inside your room, and there was noise from people and musical instruments. You could also hear water running inside the walls a lot, so it wasn’t a pleasant experience staying in that room.

Staff not very friendly. Room A/C very loud and doesn't work good. Hand sink slow to drain and backs up. Dog hair on floor. Jacuzzi tub near pool area beyond dirty and disgusting. The best thing about this property are the free delicious cookies.

Room had damage, but was clean. Having a pianist in the lobby every night was an incredibly nice touch and my kid absolutely loved the pool. It was much nicer than it looked in pictures, almost like a little water park. Great outdoor areas with fireplaces and plenty of places to go if one area is full. We enjoyed having a specialty coffee made for us in the lobby every morning as well as the convenience of the trolley coming right to the door and taking us around town! Will come stay again!

We loved our visit from the time we checked in at the front desk to the time we checked out. Staff was friendly and hospitable, place was clean and well maintained. We were there during spring break and even though it was a crazy busy time that wasn’t reflected in our visit by staff or amenities. They kept up very well with the added guests and made a smooth visit. We look forward to going back again.

Not the best vacation! This was our second time staying here and it was not the same experience unfortunately! I called letting them know we would be there earlier than check in and the lady on the phone assured me that between 12:30-1 they flip a lot of rooms I would just have to pay a $25 early check in fee. That was not the case we sat for hours walking up numerous times asking if a room was available yet as me and my family sat in the lobby. I watched numerous people check in early as I was still told there were no rooms available. Our room was clean but had no water pressure so showering was terrible. The pool area is a free for all now that there is a bar in there! Parents are to busy drinking than watching their children. It was very busy and parents were letting their kids go down the slide 10 kids at a time. My son got kicked in the face because of this going on. I had parents move our stuff off chairs when we were in the pool one day. This trip was so bad that we left a day early and called it a loss. The check out guy was nice. Also had a terrible experience with them trying to still charge me for the 4th day of parking and the lady on phone was rude telling me it don’t show we checked out early and that she would have to make sure our room key wasn’t used in order to refund me for parking. Just all around not a good experience and this was our second time here planning to be our yearly family vacation.

Room is dated but was VERY clean, the staff was excellent— every encounter. We didn’t do the breakfast buffet because it was $$, but we did enjoy room service once. They do charge a $3.50 fee to bring it up, then an unknown service charge for the cook, and then you still have to tip. Food was delicious. (Fees plus One pizza & 6 wings was $78– which is pricy for us). We were there 3 nights and saw a bear our first night and then four bears the night before we checked out. Getting up to the hotel is probably a HUGE challenge in winter months. You cannot walk to Gatlinburg fun but there is a trolley every 30 minutes. It fills up fast— but the drivers will cram you in! We will go back to Gatlinburg but probably not this hotel. Loved it though!!!

Stayed several times over the years. Property is beginning to show signs of wear. Overall, nice property but the FF&E could use replacing. Stayed in suite, but tables and other surfaces scratched or chipped. Paid $18.00 per night to park on top of room rate of $259 ( Expedia). Great view from the 15th floor and extra room was nice. Will probably look around at other options next time.

After a long drive to get there we check in get to our room and notice our toilet is clogged and there is water on the bathroom floor. I call the front desk they send someone up and all he has is plunger no sanitizer, mop and he’s like you're all set. I tell him is somebody gonna come clean this up so he says he will send someone up over an hour later. No one has shown up so I call the front desk again they send someone up and he shows up with two towels once again I say, do you have something to sanitize the floor and toilet he leaves again comes back with bleach saturate the whole bathroom with bleach. The whole room stunk so bad two days later our fridge stops working just one thing after another beds are not very comfortable. The breakfast is not worth the price. They do not offer free coffee. There’s a coffee cart And it’s six dollars for a basic black coffee. I probably wouldn’t go back. The location is beautiful, but be aware you will not be able to walk to downtown Gatlinburg. It is a pretty steep road to get to the hotel.

Very nice hotel. The trolly allowed us to skip driving down to Gatlinburg. My only complaint was they had no coffee in the lobby. Sure they had coffee pots in the room but waking the family up at 5 am when I rise is no good.

The girl who checked me in was rude it was like she didn’t want to be there then the cleaning people vacuuming outside in the hall keep hitting my door woke us up at 8:30 am when we asked about the trolley they were rube about it didn’t even want to give us information like we are visiting from out of town they could of gave us more information so we don’t get lost i spent all that cash for a horrible time

Our first night was excellent. The place was spotless, the pool was fantastic. Our second day everything changed. There was a Christian children’s conference for what seemed like tweens/teens that showed up. The hotel was overloaded with kids everywhere, barely any adult supervision. The parking lot was at its limit, people were outside complaining that there was no where to park, making their own spots. My mother is handicapped and there were vehicles parked in the handicap spots with no visible tags of mirror hangers, she had to walk from the very back furthest spot. We couldn’t even enjoy the pool, there were kids diving in the pool, jumping off the sides, going down the slides 3/4 at a time. A big teenage boy jumped off the side without looking and kicked me with both feet directly in my side knocking me under the water. My little girl was crying scared I was badly hurt. We left. The elevators had water standing in them, kids riding them just to ride them. I don’t think the hotel had enough staff to manage them and the pastor of the conference absolutely did not have enough adults to manage the kids. They were trying to spit off the balcony and screaming/ clapping to scare my 8 lb Maltese while trying to let him use the bathroom. We absolutely could not get out of there fast enough. We ended up renting a cabin and leaving because it was no longer a nice relaxing place for our family to stay. When telling the front desk, they removed 50.00 worth of parking. Never again.

The hotel is at the top of a pretty steep hill. There was lots of parking spaces. The hotel is a circular shape so every room has tremendous views of the mountain.

Our room was spacious and well appointed with 1 King bed. The heating and cooling worked very well. The only issue we had was the sliding glass doors were leaking when the winds got up one night,
