Went with my family for 4 days, when I wanted to make a reservation in the restaurants of the resort, they told me that I have to make a reservation 7 days prior to the date, and that reservation has to be once you have checked in to the hotel. So, physically and logically IMPOSSIBLE.

We had to get food only at the buffet, which was terribly, bad quality and very few options to eat.

Don’t recommend to any family to spend time there, my 6 and 10 years kids didn’t enjoyed it, needless to say, my wife and myself were really disappointed.

Great family hotel - perfect for my two year old son. Facilities are excellent, lots of room in the pool(s), slides, beach access. Room was spacious, clean and 2 entrances to the balcony which meant we could sit out when my son was asleep. Food was good too - only issue is that the themed restaurants are booking only. We stayed for 5 nights and the restaurants were all booked up before we arrived! Luckily the staff were able to squeeze us in a couple of times which we really appreciated. It’s not advertised that these are bookable only and you may not get to eat in them (eg Greek/mexican/steakhouse) but other than that, lovely trip and will be back.

It’s our 2nd time visiting this hotel and it didn’t disappoint, although was a bit busier with it being UK half term holidays.
We returned due to his amazing this hotel is for families, all the staff are amazing with kids and there is so much to do - not just for kids but family activities and adult classes and fun entertainment sessions too.
The beach is beautiful and not too busy if you move along a bit, and there is a nice nature park to take a walk in. Alcudia old town is worth a visit so we hired a car and we’re very glad we did. Free easy parking right outside the hotel. Would recommend and return in the future when our children are a bit older so that they can try different activities next time. Thank you to all of the staff - housekeeping, service staff, reception, kids clubs, entertainment - everyone looks like they enjoy working there and make it a very enjoyable stay.

We came to Albufera Park with my 3 year old son for some autumn sun and we were really impressed with the hotel. I should start by saying this is a family hotel and it does that brilliantly, if you do not have children I probably wouldn’t recommend.
The recent renovation means the whole place is really smart and the cleaners do a fantastic job of keeping up with everything, it was spotless. The food and drinks were varied and plentiful. I am a vegetarian and my son has a dairy allergy. Both were catered for although I must call out that the food labels (which had allergens on) were often on the wrong foods, as long as you are aware of that and check the food yourself it’s fine.
The entertainment schedule is also really varied and includes fitness classes, evening shows, bands from outside the hotel, and even things like cocktail classes and Spanish fan making which my son really enjoyed! The kids club looked great but my son was too young, I’m sure they would have welcomed him but he’s happy in the sand of the beautiful beach that the hotel has direct access to.
The other point to celebrate is the fact the hotel is doing a lot to be eco friendly, and not just shouting about it. No single use plastics, refillable cups when glass isn’t appropriate, and I love that the room key was a tag on our bracelets.
All standard drinks are self service which we found really convenient and efficient but you can also go to the bar for a finer drink such as cocktails. Loved it.

Great property on the east coast of the island, fantastic staff, good dining options, grocery store nearby (3 minute walk), EV charging stations, mini water park for kids (basic skids and fountains), beautiful views of the sea, nicely landscaped and maintained, rooftop pool and observation deck, multiple bars, air conditioned lounge with huge TV and tons of great seating options, fabulous entertainment team (dancing, singing, film/light projections) with a great message about saving the environment ❤️

The hotel is finished with excellent quality materials, the food surpassed my expectations and the entertainment was fun too. Everything was made very easy for guests and the staff were very welcoming, especially to my loud, energetic 8 and 6 year old boys. The star however was the beach, playa de muro is perfect for letting kids play in the sea for hours on end.

I had a horrendous experience at Hotel Albufera Park booked through Expedia. Despite booking a superior double room, I was given a standard family room upon arrival. This inconvenienced me as I wanted \"me time\" away from my children. The room's location above the children's play area resulted in constant disturbances from early morning onwards. The exorbitant price I paid did not match the lack of basic amenities such as tea, coffee, water, and a minibar. The hotel staff claimed no record of my booking and suggested contacting Expedia for resolution, showing a lack of coordination. When I showed them a picture of the expected room, they demanded an additional fee. Andrei promised a room change but failed to deliver, leaving me in a mosquito and bed bug-infested room. The hotel did not provide Wi-Fi details, forcing me to rely on my phone's data. I encountered further issues, including a malfunctioning blow dryer and being presented with alcohol despite not being a drinker. Assistant Manager Cristina offered drinks and tea bags but failed to address the core issues. The bed had wheels, causing inconvenience and discomfort. When I expressed dissatisfaction, Cristina claimed no available rooms due to longer-staying guests, prioritizing them over my concerns. Reception staff member Andrei denied promising a room change. I reached out to Expedia, but the hotel claimed no available rooms for relocation. Absolute horrible experience

The property itself was very good although some of the fixtures etc. in the room were broken/old and worn. This was not an issue considering how little money must have been coming in due to Covid/travel restrictions.

Overall we had an excellent experience with the hotel. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went the extra mile to make you comfortable. The swimming pool is great and the beach is amazing. The air conditioner in the room was great and rooms were clean. There were loads of different activities for kids during the day and always a different entertainment in the evenings. The food is the only thing that I felt it could be better but the buffet restaurants had lots of options for the whole family. They have a great nurse on site that helps with info for coronavirus test booking. You can easily take your test at the hotel. The nurse also arranged for a private doctor to come for a quick appointment. It was all very smooth and well managed.

This was a our second stay at this resort and we are already planning next year! The staff is extremely pleasant and always helpful. Everyone is so nice, from the cleaning staff, maintenance staff, front desk and complete restaurant team. Great variety of food every night. Pools are clean easy access to the beach. Again, just a great hotel. Facilities are nice and clean. But the staff and location make completely make up for the dated facilities.

I stayed here for a wedding during the not-quite-peak season, so it wasn't too busy. Service was excellent, restaurants are buffet-style but decent, a number of outdoor pools and not far from the beach. Local area isn't the busiest as it's furthest out from the main shops, although there's a few nearby.

First time staying at an Iberostar, and it will is highly likely we would stay at another if they were at our next chosen destination. We were all inclusive and the food was fantastic. We stayed with our 3 year old for 10 days. He loved the entertainment and facilities. Room sizes where fantastic as they are little apartments. Highly recommended.

Best family holiday

One of the best hotel experiences. Staff was extremely friendly. Location is nice, but renting a car was good idea as it is not very close to town but it’s not too far either. There is a superstore right in front of the hotel. Europcar rental office is also at a walking distance. Room with partial sea view was good. Pool was extremely clean thoroughly enjoyed swimming as there was no overwhelming bleach or chemical smell. Direct access to beach. Beach was shallow, perfect for kids. Only downside was that, there were no paddle boards or kayaks for rental at the beach which I expected. But the best part is food. Breakfast was very good, lots of options. Dinner buffet was very extravagant. Best seafood I had in a long time and quantity and quality were both extraordinary. Deserts were also quite good. People with sweet tooth won’t be disappointed. After dinner there was an event every night like play or concert for kids and adults. All in all a very good experience and will definitely return.

Family oriented - A/C needs upgrade

Great location of 2 hotels (Park and Playa) sharing the same facilities. Right on sandy Muro beach and on a coastal avenue with lots of businesses. The staff was great. It wasn’t a peak high season nor summer, nevertheless the 2 restaurants were always packed, loud and hot. Their layout is bad in a way that it would always have permanent traffic to get any piece of food. The food quality was a little above average for an all-inclusive and all drinks needed to be ordered (waiters were super efficient though). Entertainment covered all ages and was good, pool table was out of order. On the lowlights we got 1 out of 2 rooms with no A/C; after waiting for hours for a technician who barely checked much, they stated there wasn’t anything to be done as that was the way the (entire complex) thermostat worked. This was clearly not true as the other room, 2 rooms down the hall wasn’t super cool but at least livable; after a ping-pong with the reception and requesting a different room, we finally got moved to a room where the A/C worked. To us this was clearly under standard for a 4* hotel. The rooms themselves are clean and spacious but linings and towels need an upgrade. Maintenance of outdoor facilities is awesome, would recommend to do so in the indoors and common areas restrooms. I liked very much the service and location but I wouldn’t go back with those A/C conditions, definitely should be taken care of as it can ruin anybody’s impression of a good and professional place.

Back once again

This was our 7th visit to the Albufera Park hotel and our 6th in the last 5 years. I think that says it all really. We love the place and can't speak highly enough of the staff who are very welcoming and friendly. The pool is ideal and the beach/sea is 50yds away. The food is wonderful and there is plenty of it (put on 7lbs in ten days!). Highly recommended.

Excellent hotel and facilities for family with kids, great food selection, terrific entertaiment programmes, stunning beach. Down side is far away from aiport. I would reccomend taxi, not transfer. Transfer stops by all hotels on the way around the coast. It took us 2.5 hours to get there from aiport by transfer and one hour by taxi on the way back. Taxi cost about 100 eur vs transfer 27£ for one adult and infant. Also, one more minus no baby sitting service.

Lovely hotel, food very good.

The hotel was lovely and right on the beautiful beach. Checking in was made so easy with Bob on reception and we soon upgraded to All Inclusive as the food was one of the best we’ve had in a All Inclusive resort.
So much entertainment for the children throughout the day and a great children’s pool with slides.
Would definitely recommend this hotel and would consider going again.

Very nice family resort with easy access to very good public beach. Dinning option is good but getting boring after 2 or 3 days. WIFI is terrible. Parking is terrible during day time. Lots of German families. Not much to do or sightsee in the nearby towns. So you better really like beach and water sports.

Lovely quality Hotel, staff worked very hard around the clock in the restaurants and on site keeping the place clean and tidy. 3 fab pools to suit all ages including 3 waterslides which the kids loved. The Local area has several supermarkets, nice restaurants and even pony rides! The beach is on the doorstep and is beautiful. Wish we had stayed longer!

Hotel is located at good location and has lot of facility on site. However, if you don't buy all inclusive package, they make you pay for smallest things for example even to use safety box, to do late checkout, to use chairs by the beach, there is a charge. Also, overall resort shows signs of wear and tear and definitely needs upgrade. Bathroom had molds in shower area and sink area. Beds were also not comfertable.

We went to Mallorca from Miami with our 6 years old daughter and we had a great time. We spend some time in Madrid and then went to Palma, a 1 hour flight.

Excellent for kids, great pool and staff.
Great food, variety of local cruisene.
Note that Alcudia is located about an hour from the airport. It worth to rent a car.
The beach is nice but nothing like the Caribbean.

If you are single out a young couple looking for party this is not your place.

Albufera Park is a very good 4* Hotel. The staff are excellent and there's loads for kids to do, so a very good family experience esp for younger children.
The food is very good and there's a choice of restaurants. Evening entertainment really good.
Pools and Beach very nice.
This is not a luxury holiday, but a very good experience non the less.

Carolina (sub director) especially helpful, catered for our every need, acknowledged us constantly during our stay. Have to say she made us want to come again, cannot praise her enough, absolute credit to iberostar, has exceeded out expectations. Customer service skills second to none.

We just returned from a 4-day weekend at the Iberostar Albufera Park and it was nice. There is not a lot of negative to say about the hotel, but it wasn't outstanding. The rooms were basic, beds could use improvement, and the recent upgrades to the bathrooms were nice. The hotel was not running air conditioning despite the 80+ degree weather, but I know AC is not as common and necessary in Europe as it is to Americans. But note that the Albufera Park and Albufera Playa share the same facilities and you can use them all as a guest of either hotel including all restaurants, pools, etc. Knowing that, I would have stayed at Playa and saved some money for the exact same facilities. The hotel is very family friendly with kids everywhere.

We had a great stay and the Halloween celebrations at the hotel were fantastic. The local crowds do descend for Halloween so be prepared though!! Overall an excellent stay with a lovely sandy beach a stones throw from the hotel. Indoor pool was a bit cold for my taste but other than that have no complaints.

Lovely hotel with nice friendly atmosphere

This was a lovely, child friendly hotel in a quieter area of Mallorca. The rooms were of adequate size for our family of four and we had a nice garden view on the ground floor. There were high standards of cleanliness. Our kids loved the hotel's outdoor pool with its mini water slides and we were able to keep an eye on them in the comfort of the loungers by the pool.

The beach was great and only metres from the hotel. The water was warm even though we went in October. The staff in the hotel are very friendly and helpful and exceptional with the kids. There is obviously a good team atmosphere amongst the staff and that makes for a better experience for customers. I couldn't fault the staff in any department.

The food was excellent. We went for half board and had great breakfasts and a very impressive range of food at dinner time.

Excellent family hotel for all inclusive holiday

Our first all inclusive summer holiday for our family ...myself my husband, two children aged eleven and nine. We could not have wished for more....clean family room overlooking the garden and pool area, excellent staff, super kids club, amazing food and drink as well as entertainment for all ages. Situated right on the beach so we had the choice of lazing by the pool or going down to the beach. The most relaxing holiday we have ever had...the kids loved the range of activities in the maxi club and the freedom of choosing their own food. The staff could not have been more helpful and always smiling....even on a day of rain!!! On my birthday they left a bottle of champagne in the fridge and two glasses...so thoughtful!!! Nothing was too much trouble and we really felt spoilt and looked after. We also had the use of its sister hotel next door and were able to use the indoor pool on a day of rain as well as the disco in the evening. Buffet for all meals...we certainly did not go hungry ...one meal finishes and another starts!! Definitely would use this hotel again or try another iberostar resort on the island as we are sure they would all be the same standard. Thank you for an amazing holiday....the kids cried when we left!!!!

Great family holiday

Travelled as a family with 2x 3 yr olds and had a great time. Children loved the swimming pool and entertainment in the evening, it was also ideal having the beach at the bottom of the hotel. Room was very clean and sofa beds worked well for youngsters although I'm not sure how well they would work with older children (teenagers). Food choices catered for us all with enough variation each day to satisfy our requirements. Overall a great family holiday that we would definitely recommend.

Well my experience at this resort was great .I'm going to start of with The good points then the not so good points .
The good points are amazing hotel the pools are amazing there are 2 hotels on this resort they are albufera park & albufera playa . They are shared hotels which were great experiencing all the facilities . The staff was wonderful very happy and always smiling and always happy to help .
Not so good points - basically don't go at this resort out of season like I did especially all inclusive like snack time between breakfast & lunch & dinner there are no snax available there is only ice cream which my kids were very disappointed I did let the manager know but she did nothing I think her name was catalina . No hardly activities to do for adults also from kids under 3 years old have to be with there parents . The outdoor pools was cold . Also there are no water parks opened either they only open June.

Friendly atmosphere, and amazing stuff for kids. Good night entertainment both for kids and adults. Beach very close to hotel. Only problem in my stay was food. Very limited option for vegetarian, even though the restaurant manager tried to make vegetarian food on request, it's difficult for vegetarians.

Suited our needs well.

We booked a family room which had a sliding door between the bedroom and lounge area. It was very clean and well furnished if a bit dated in décor. An electric kettle would have been nice in the room. However, it met our needs well as we had a two year old with us. The hotel facilities are excellent, especially the well-maintained grounds and swimming pools. The hotel is very close to the beach and in a quiet situation. The food was good, with a wide choice, but better quality coffee is recommended.

I stayed a week in this resort. The resort is new and clean. It has all the facilities you can imagine, beach is excellent and near to the hotel there is a wooded area which is greate for strolling.
It is an excellent resort for young families with the children, if you are looking for adult entertainment this resort is not for you.
The staff is excellent and the food is great.
The only shortcoming Is the availability of Wi-FI. You have limited free access.

A great place to stay for young families

We loved our holiday here. The facilities were superb. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The local beach was amazing. The food was as good as I have ever had on holiday.

The only major complaint was the sleeping facilities. We stayed as a family of four and there was only one double bed. The other \"bed\" was the sofa - which was uncomfortable and small.

Also - the tennis court was an expensive add on. €12 euros for an hour. This court should be free to use.

Absolutely loved this hotel!! 4-star treatment

Absolutely loved this hotel!! We are definitely given 4 star treatment. Traveled from April 29th-May 1st.
The hotel is definitely frequented by German families. A great atmosphere for children. They have evening shows and entertainment for the kids first, and then, the general entertainment after. But, my husband and I came without our kids and felt well-accomidated.
The rooms are typically small. They upgraded us to a family room. The couches you see in the picture actually double as beds. I overheard someone complaining in the lobby because they expected better accommodations for the people 4 people in their rooms. The couches that double as beds seem like a great setting for kids, but if you have other adults, consider getting separate rooms.
We paid for Half Board which includes dinner and breakfast, and it was so worth it. The buffet was amazing. All you can eat seafood (depending on the night: oysters, octopus, calamari, shrimp, fish and more) Spanish dishes, a children’s food area, fruit, vegetables, breads, cheeses, desserts, the works! It was so delicious and more than worth the extra money we paid.
The bed was very firm but comfortable enough for us.
The bar was nice. A band played the night we visited for drinks. A great selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The staff sincerely seemed happy to have us there. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a great trip!

Great hotel for families

This hotel is great for families, there is a beautiful beach is right at the door step, a fantastic kids club and mini disco which my 4 yr old daughter enjoyed very much every night. The food was very nice with lots of variety, we went half board because me and my husband doesn't really drink alcohol so we didn't think going all inclusive would have been worth it. The staff were all amazing, extremely friendly.

The only thing that i thought could be better were the rooms, the walls were thin, I could hear noises from other rooms, but it was not a major issue as we didn't stay in the rooms much.

Perfect holiday for a family with young children

We spent a week there in October, the weather was fantastic! The beach is really close and very safe for children to play near the water as it is not very deep.
The outdoor pools were nice but water too cold to get in!
The room we had was really clean, you could not fault it.
Food was ok although rice was served uncooked so paellas were not great... maybe a way for customers to have to order more drinks?
Mattress were a bit springy particularly the kids one!
I would recommend it to friends. Don't waste your money upgrading to a room with the sea view or you will have to wait until the evening entertainment stops which is around 2 in the morning! Not great if you have young kids!

Great Hotel

We love this hotel. We have been 4 times now. Very close to the beach just walk through the trees and you are there! All the staff are friendly never had a problem with any of them. Would definately recommend it. Great for kids too. Very clean and the food is good a different theme each evening, you do get the usuals chips, salads, pizza but the main could be beef, turkey, pork, salmon it is great and a lot of choice. We only go for about 8 days so never have really done any trips. Have been to Alcudia town about 10 mins away in a taxi. We just go for a relaxing holiday.

If you are looking for an amazing family holiday then you won't go wrong with this one. 10/10 hotel, 10/10 beach a few yards from the hotel via private access, food 11/10 unbelievable!!! Entertainment team and staff 10/10. Blown away by the overall experience it ticked all the boxes for us. Not cheap but guaranteed amazing family holiday right on one of the best beaches in Europe.

Great for family

Stayed 5 nights all inclusive in Jul/Aug'13, with 3 children and 4 adults. Good location, friendly staff, enough pool chairs, etc. Our only complain is that in spite of great variety in the buffet, the taste of the food was not to our liking. We generally left the table \"not satisfied\" (lots of wasted left over in our plate).

I'd read reviews saying this hotel was good, but it exceeded expectations. We've travelled a lot with our daughters and I never thought I'd be able to enjoy a holiday where I barely left the resort, but that's what I ended up doing. I left the hotel once for a token trip to Alcudia old town (local bus service only 1euro50).
The standard of the food was very high, there was a lot of variety and always something good at each meal.
We had the all inclusive option and I was pleased to find that soft drinks included proper coca-cola, fanta etc and when I had Bacardi, it was real Bacardi (not white rum).
My daughters absolutely loved mini-club, the staff were brilliant with them, my youngest has hearing problems but they took the extra time to ensure she understood what was happening. Their language skills were great too.
The adjacent beach was good for young children, shallow and calm for a long way out.
All of the staff went the extra mile to make our stay very enjoyable, whether it was a friendly hello from the waiter, or the cleaner carefully arranging the girls soft toys.
The one bedroom apartment is actually much bigger than the photos suggest.
I was expecting the evening entertainment to be cheesy, but it was also of high standard.
All in all, it was a fantastic hotel.

Big, busy and perfect for kids

Booked this hotel as a last minute option to escape a cold rainy half term. My 6 year old was thrilled with the pool and the mini club, with masses of other children to play with, both English and German. We took a half board option, and the food was pretty good, above-average standard hotel fare, though they did offer HP sauce at breskfast, which was very welcome!. The onshore wind was a bit offputting for the beach, but it was a short easy drive to reach more sheltered bays. Room was spotless and spacious, modern shower unit, big balcony and free bottle of water every day, which was a nice touch. Finally, I have to praise the evening entertainment team, who did a spectacular Mamma mia show, and earned every bit of our applause. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for families with children under 10. Couples beware though, unless you enjoy the sound of toddlers at every step...

Enjoyable stay, great for families.

All in all the trip was enjoyable. The food was amazing and there were a plethora of things to choose from. The hotel was connected directly to the beach and there was plenty of pool space for those who'd rather stay away. We had read family friendly in other reviews, but a more accurate description is kid station. I think we only saw one or two other couples who didn't have children. No complaints though, the hotel is large enough that even those without children can sneak away and enjoy a more romantic setting.

A lovely hotel situated right on the beach

My wife and I, both 56, stayed in this hotel between 5 and 12 April 2013. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It seems that the Albufera Park is an Aparthotel. We booked a standard room which included a lounge with TV and sofa beds, a kitchen and dining area with a fridge, hob and microwave. The separate twin-bedded room had sliding doors leading to the balcony. The bathroom was spotlessly clean with marble floors and tiles. We were allocated an apartment with a pool view. These normally involve a supplement but as the hotel was not busy we were offered one at no extra charge. It was very clean, tidy and spacious. Our only concern was that, on the first two nights, the room was quite cold. We later discovered that to heat the room we needed to turn the thermostat down - not up! Meals were very good and there was plenty of choice. We did stay at the beginning of the season which would explain why the hotel was fairly quiet. At breakfast and dinner, the restaurant was quite busy but during the day the hotel was like the Marie Celeste. We have no idea where the guests were but very few were enjoying the warm sunshine in the garden and pool areas. However, this did not detract from a very pleasant stay in a superb hotel. Thanks to everyone who made our stay such a pleasant one.

Great for a relaxing family vacay

I was really pleased with the hotel. The staff was so pleasant and helpful. The hotel was beautiful and super clean. We went in April, so there was hardly anyone there, which we loved! The room was just the right size for our family of 4...which includes 2 teens. Loved that we had a small kitchen area for late night snacks. We did the all-inclusive package and the buffets were pretty good, too. My family already wants to go back in the summer. The one thing to keep in mind, if you are looking for a PARTY atmosphere with a lot of things \"to do\" nearby, this may not be the hotel for you. If you are looking for a relaxing spot a little out of the way...this one will meet your needs! If you have smaller kids, they really do a great job of keeping them entertained. My teens were too old for what they offered, but we all got a kick out of seeing how happy the kiddos were.

Good value and location

The location and people who work there make this hotel. It is huge and it was the beginning of the season so some aspects and services were not up and running but for the most part I was pleased. Breakfast was superb. Watch out for wireless fees, towel deposits and safe fees, but live and learn. I was pleased at my selection from the expedia site. These minor surprises were offset by the location and wonderful beach. My recommendation is to ask for a room that faces away from the Park so as to avoid the marshy smells. Also, take note a difference at least from the US is the car rental. One, with the expedia choice of Recordgo, the lines were long with no real structure and a fairly lengty checkin time. And you must pay for a full tank upfront and return empty. Two, returning to the Mallorca airport was crazy! Never at any airport have I seen a single lane entrance to accommodate all rental agencies into a single location. This has the potential to make you miss your flight so plan ahead.

wholesome family relaxation and fun

An excellent hotel for families with young children with very few negative aspects. The standard room includes a bedroom with 2 single beds joined together as well as a sitting room with 2 sofas which can be converted to further bedding. Cots are freely provided. There is a luxury power shower. The domestic staff keep the rooms spotless. There is a tiny basic kitchenette (microwave but no kettle). However, it is not required as the restaurants and particularly the buffet food is spectacular with huge choice. The staff go to every effort to ensure a friendly enjoyable experience.
The beach is just out the back and there are indoor and outdoor pools for kids and adults.
The evening entertainment is worth visiting for once. We didn't utilise the kids clubs but they come recommended by others who did use them.
We were delighted to find no loutish behaviour making the place very suitable for children.
To venture out I would hugely recommend a trip into the Alcudia Old Town and hiking in the mountains is quite possible with a baby in tow. Hiring a car was a very good idea - Mallorcan roads and drivers are easy-going. We hired straight from the hotel with minimal fuss.
What we will remember most of all is the efforts all the staff went to in order to make our trip completely relaxing. When we misjudged the clocks going forward and were late for breakfast, the restaurant manager personally gathered round a feast just for us. Well done!

Great hotel for a family type holiday.

An excellent hotel (an Aparthotel) albeit it is located fairly well out on the very edge of Playa de Muro. Whilst you can walk just about straight onto the wonderful golden beach with its shallow water the buildings are seperated by pine trees and low dunes so you cant really see the sea from the ground floor level. The Aparthotel is part of a complex of two hotels (multiblocks) with the other one being a straight hotel. Both are owned by Iberostar. The staff were very helpful. The gardens and swiming pool area are really nice. Although next to each other in essence the hotels have serperate facilities although we found you could use eithers. They do share a common entertainment area for evening shows, which were very good and extremely popular. When we stayed the Aparthotel had lots of famalies staying with small children, although we found the children well behaved and quite amusing. There were very few English people staying in the Aparthotel when we stayed. There is a good bus service with stops about 100 metres from the hotel. The buses ran regularly into Can Picafor in one direction and Muro and Alcudia in the other. The buses were very crowded at peak times. Other buses went further afield e.g. to Palma. The food was good in the hotel with several different main course options each evening. As there aren't to many restautrants local to the hotal it would well be worth you considering half/full board. Enjoy a relaxing stay - we did.

Great holiday for couples all ages

The Hotel and the resort was very nice and it was quite for couples to go. We picked the hotel because of the area and the beach was not far from the hotel. Our hotel room was standard but nice and clean facing the swimming pool. The staff made you feel very welcome around the hotel and if your were stuck with any think they give good customer service to.

Restaurant Tamrindos which we went twice is on the hotel resort which over looked the hotel resort and beach was very nice in the evening. The food and drink were excellent and the staff were very friendly as well. You will need to book this restaurant at the hotel recepition in advance. I would go back to this hotel and resort again.

On arrival they had us booked in for 4 gights not 6. Room a bit clinical, no pictures, no colour. Shower was not nonslip and no hand rail (nearly slipped) + water went over floor making it unsafe when you got out. Food good but always cold. Lift to Resturant did not work all week so had to use stairs - not good for bad knees. Staff were friendly and helpful. Entertainment was really good.

Great for families with children~~

The hotel has beautiful grounds and is well kept; the staff is great and very friendly. The food is good quality and fresh~~breakfast is the best of all meals. I did half board which was a better choice than all inclusive as I didn't like the mixed drinks I purchased. In the future, I would probably do the breakfast only and order from the menu. As other reviewers have stated, there is enough variety in the buffett that you can find something good~~everything is fresh but some of the meats lack flavor~~another choice could be to add the half board or all inclusive for the last two or three days of your stay~~beach was beautiful, clean, and had a life guard which is good for children~~overall the experience was good and my children had a great time~~will recommend this hotel to others~~great and friendly staff~~

Great hotel right on the beach great food and all inclusive was well worth the extra money. beach beautiful and clean but crowded near hotel but you just need to walk a few hundred metres along and you have plenty of space very safe for young children. We did not stay by pool areas as the beds are tightly packed in and much better On beach with with alight breeze to keep you cool. Beds are available on beach for a weekly cost but not worth the money. All in all a great place for families and would go back again

Wir waren Anfang November im Hotel, leider war es in den Zimmern sehr kalt. Da wir in der Nebensaison unterwegs waren wurden aufgrund der wenigen Gäste ohne Vorankündigung Restaurants vorzeitig geschlossen, so zum Beispiel der Grieche, das Grillhouse oder eines der Buffetrestaurants. Die App wurde diesbezüglich auch erst Tage später aktualisiert. Die Zimmer waren sehr ansprechend und groß. Das Personal war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, der Strand war toll, das Essen sehr gut und die Innenpool hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen. Stella, Starky und Aqua waren ein Highlight für die Kinder. Die Shows am Abend waren für Familien sehr unterhaltsam.
