This family-friendly beach hotel is located in central Ca'n Picafort, north of Mallorca and on a beach of clear waters and white sand. In the area there are various bars, shops, restaurants and nightclubs and Son Sant Joan Airport is approximately 55 km away.
The hotel is housed in a 9-storey building, with a swimming pool separated by a small street. Guests are offered 84 rooms in total and welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception, currency exchange facilities and lift access.
Guests may also spend some time in the TV lounge and café and make use of the room service, WLAN Internet access (fees apply) and there is a snack bar. The rooms are all soundproofed and equipped with a balcony, telephone, safety deposit box and fridge with charge, and an en suite bathroom with bathtub.
The hotel has a swimming pool with children's swimming area, poolside snack bar and a sun terrace with sun loungers and parasols. For an additional fee, guests may play pool/snooker, or go diving, windsurfing or catamaran boating.
Sun loungers and parasols are also available for a fee on the nearby sandy beach. From the airport take the motorway from Palma to Alcudia.

Room: cave room was comfortable and cosy. It was very warm even after I turned off the heater. I like that it is next to a quiet courtyard. The lights could come in through the large glass windows/doors so I don’t feel claustrophobic.
Staff: great service. Mr. Mustafa Kemal, the night shift staff stood out for me. Very polite, friendly and kind. He looks out for the hotel guests when we are up at the area to view the balloons he also proactively offered to take photos for me which I appreciated.
Breakfast spread was fabulous! Breakfast staffs were attentive and works very hard.
Some hotel guests from one particular Asia country were very loud and noisy EVERY morning. One was yelling ‘Mother’ at the top of her voice. I will encourage the staff to feel comfortable to educate these guests to lower their volume so they are not a nuisance to others and ruin the quiet serenity of the environment. As tourists, we should be respectful of one another’s space.

We stayed in the Sultan suite and it was amazing, lots of room and a lovely jacuzzi. The restaurant upstairs was great and there were beautiful views from all over the property. We got to use the pool at the neighbouring hotel, Aza, which was very nicely situated next to a fairy chimney. The staff were very attentive and even helped us arrange some excursions that were some of the most memorable part of the trip. Highly recommend the Kings Breakfast!
The only downside for the suite was that it was located under the terrace, so you could hear the music and people moving chairs upstairs until about 11 when it closed.

Simply wow! This hotel is unlike any other—built into the rock formations with stunning views over Göreme and the morning hot air balloons. The cave-style room was spacious and beautifully designed, blending modern comforts with antique charm.

The hotel also arranged incredible tours, including a hot air balloon ride and a visit to the underground city. Be sure to stay a few days—balloon launches depend on weather.

We stayed in a King Suite at Sultan Cave Suites. The room itself was cool and comfortable, but the view was only of the courtyard, which is a busy walkway to the bar and restaurant. This meant keeping the curtains closed for privacy, and it was loud until the restaurant shut down. Towels were missing on arrival, and housekeeping required two follow-ups before being completed late in the day.
Breakfast was good, but service was inconsistent—often needing to flag staff down, and our orders were wrong both mornings. The rooftop happy hour has stunning views, though service was just okay. Charges from the bar and restaurant also can’t be added to your room, which felt inconvenient for a hotel in this category.
We booked tours through the hotel, and while the underground city was a highlight, some stops (like Pigeon Valley and the wine tasting) felt repetitive or underwhelming. The group tour guide was excellent, but our private tour was disappointing and not worth the extra cost.
The views are incredible and a big draw, but expect constant influencer photo shoots at breakfast and on the terraces. Service overall lacked polish and consistency; many staff don’t speak English confidently, which sometimes came across as unfriendly.

We booked tours through the hotel, and while the underground city was a highlight, some stops (like Pigeon Valley and the wine tasting) felt repetitive or underwhelming. The group tour guide was excellent, but our private tour was disappointing and not worth the extra cost.
The views are incredible and a big draw, but expect constant influencer photo shoots at breakfast and on the terraces. Service overall lacked polish and consistency; many staff don’t speak English confidently, which sometimes came across as unfriendly.
Shuttle service from the airport was convenient but overpriced. On the return, a taxi was half the price and more comfortable.
Overall, this hotel delivers amazing atmosphere and views, but falls short on service and luxury touches.

We stayed at Sultan Cave Suites in one of their Suite rooms and the facilities were great. The staff are amazing and couldn’t have done more for us if they tried, they helped to book many experiences including hot air balloon flights, atv tours, the Kings Valley breakfast experience as well as sorting transport and dinner reservations for us. All of our bookings were conveniently confirmed via WhatsApp with the details. The hotel also has a fantastic rooftop terrace and many quiet seating areas around the site to watch the balloons at sunrise. We also highly recommend the private breakfast experience with the hot tub as well as dinner at the Seten restaurant onsite and the Aiza restaurant in the sister hotel, Aza Cave. We are so glad we booked this hotel and would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Cappadocia/ Goreme!

This hotel is totally worth it. It’s absolutely STUNNING and truly the best place to stay in Cappadocia because of its roof top terrace views at sunrise, sunset, and all times in between. It’s beautiful here. The details of the entire hotel and the grounds are immaculate. Detailed decor everywhere. So picturesque and artistic. The pool has a beautiful view even. In addition to that, the food is GREAT. The main restaurant is wonderful. We loved the live music Saturday and wish they had that more often.

It felt all very relaxed and well run. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, a fresh and luxurious spread of delicious food . My only slight negative was that the pillows and mattress were harder than our preference, but the hotel did change the pillows to more comfortable ones . We were able to check in early since there was a room available. Their view from the rooftop is beautiful and they have the best rooftop set up with the colorful carpets and the food platter set for pictures in the morning. Breakfast is included at the Seten restaurant. It is a longer walk to and from the city center since it has the one of the highest view of the city. They also have a sister hotel next door where you can dine at their Restaurant - Happena where they can help you make reservations. We also used their Turkish spa as well which was a great experience!

The property is built in with caves lining some of the walls. It is so unique and very beautiful. The staff was great and assisted us in getting tours. I suggest you book the balloon ride early so if winds or weather does not permit the balloons taking of you can still go another day. It was purely a highlight to our trip. This is the best town in the area in my opinion.

They offer two restaurants on site one at Sultan Suites Hotel and one at their sister hotel next door. We were pleasantly surprised to learn that there was a hotel car that could be used to be driven throughout Capadoccia our driver Morat was wonderful, knowledgeable of area and willing to drive us where ever we wanted to go!

Although the hotel has a fantastic location at the top of the hill with wonderful views, there were a few things that we thought did not deserve the ratings we had seen. The breakfast buffet was very good, but the coffee was of poor quality. We had a junior cave suite but the bed was very bad. It snowed while we were there and although this was beautiful to see, none of the steps or stairways in the hotel were swept which made it difficult to get around with all the snow. We noticed that in the hotels next to ours all the steps were being cleaned regularly. It was also very difficult to get around the hotel with no sign postings to the rooms or the restaurant or the reception. The room was also very poorly ventilated and although we know that this is located in a cave/rock complex, there should be more attention paid to the ventilation of the room.

This is such a unique place! Beautiful hotel with AMAZING views!! The rooms are spacious, have great character and all the amenities you will need. We had breakfast and dinner at Seten, the restaurant, and both were great experiences. Above all, great customer service. The staff at the hotel arranged airport transportation, a private red tour, a horse riding tour and managed to find us a hot air balloon booking after our pre-arranged booking was canceled due to weather. The downtown area is a 5 minute walk down the hill, where there are many dining and shopping choices. All in all, would highly recommend!

A stunning hotel location. We were lost for words watching the hot air balloons above Cappadocia each morning, this is the best place to do so! Room was quirky, clean and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful. Also, breakfast included which is a buffet style with an array of lovely options. However, only negative would be that we found food and drink prices extortionate - nearly £8 for a bottle of 330ml beer. Would still recommend staying here as there plenty of alternative options for food and drink in the area.
