Comfortable beds, nicely furnished . Buffet breakfast good. Very clean .
Charging for an iron ridiculous . Pool hours in high season are crazy. Sitting about waiting for it to open at 10 when sun has been up for a couple of hours .
Not best hotel pools for sunbeds as sunlight is blocked .

Nice friendly staff. Good quality drinks at bar. Sangria was lovely. Food at lounge was very good

Great high standard one expects at BQ hotels. Very warm reception staff. Great food.
Beach and restaurants close by.
Good internet. Fridge in room. Aldi nearby.
Nice pathways along beachfront where pedestrians, runners, cyclists tourists and locals all rub along nicely.
Beachfront market on Fridays.
A lovely safe family orientated holiday spot. Good mix of Brits, Germans, French and Scandi.
Highly recommend,mend.
Also Tif buses are brill to hop from place to place, Arta, Pollensa or Alcudia close by. But there is enough in CP to keep one amused.

Awful hotel! This is not a 4 star hotel: total lack of hygiene in the restaurant, really poor food quality and variety, unhelpful and quite rude staff (specially Toni who runs the restaurant, he’s very rude, aggressive and extremely unhelpful), very small rooms and balconies, very noisy (traffic) and one of the pools is in a separate building. We checked out 4 days earlier, we would have checked out after the first day but all hotels in the area were fully booked the first week of August. The only good things to highlight about this hotel are: Xisca working in the reception, (she’s professional, helpful and nice) and the proximity to the beach. The staff is the biggest asset of this hotel; they are all a bunch of stars. The hotel itself is nice; air con need replacement, is not strong enough at +30 degrees. The food is ok but being 2021 they should consider better and more vegetarian options; salads and desserts are fantastic though. They should also let people know what areas are momentary closed due COVID (second pool, spa, etc)

Good hotel, if you don't need the internet to work

Hotel was pretty good, excellent location, good breakfast, and we enjoyed the pool as well.
The only problem we had was with the internet, as I had a work meeting on Zoom and the hotel's connection was not good enough to support it, neither in the bedroom or in the library, where the staff on the reception told me to try it when I spoke to them.

Lovely hotel. Rooms spotless. Comfy beds, air conditioning, fridge and lovely bathroom with great power shower. Toiletries provided including shaver/foam, toothbrush/paste, body wash, shampoo, comb and tissues. Lovely viuews from the balcony. The food is varied and tasty. The dining room is very busy but the staff are very efficient in clearing tables. Close to the beach and shops. An ideal base. Entertainment mediocre but close to bars etc if you want more lively evenings. Drinks very reasonably priced for a 4* hotel.

Great location as it’s just a 3 minute walk from the beach, a 3 minute walk from the main road (where you can get buses from) and main street of shops is just around the corner. Hotel itself has a modern interior, great gym and sauna area, bedding was very comfortable, great choice of food for breakfast and dinner (including plenty of vegetarian options). Hotel staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The only negative thing I can say is having to pay for using the iron which is very disappointing - this is the first hotel I have come across which charges for the use of an iron and ironing board. There was no mention of this during the booking process. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking to stay in the Can Picafort area.

This was our second stay, although we spot and faced some problems last year but decided to give it another chance, but this time we have been very disappointed with our stay and have no intention to return.
The main problem was the WiFi. The internet simple did not work on both of our two rooms.We faced the problem every single day. We complained everyday and every time we had a different excuse for the problem. But the internet never worked well. Last year it was poor but this time it is even poor. They also have not showed any intention to move us to a different room or to find a solutions for the problem.
The food also was not as good as we expected and wanted. Most of the food was not fresh as it should be.

The B Q Can Picafort Hotel was great for our holiday. The hotel was clean, fresh and stylish and almost all of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel had two excellent swimming pools with life guards and there was nightly entertainment for kids and adults if you like that sort of thing.
We stayed half-board and there was a huge choice buffet food morning (up to 10:30 am) and night (up to 10:30 pm): a particular feature was the Chef that prepared eggs, etc, at breakfast and the \"meat of the day\" at dinner; he was great fun and not to be missed.
One downside of this hotel were that there were no free drinks (not even water) at dinner, so we had to buy soft drinks with each evening meal: on top of which the waiter taking the drinks orders was the least friendly member of staff that we encountered.
The second downside of the hotel was the room size: myself and my two sons were in a \"twin room\" and it was just about filled with the three single beds that we had: I would recommend that the maximum occupancy of any of the hotel's rooms would be two persons.
I would love to stay at this hotel again, but I would be mindful of the room size and the evening drinks policy so that I might go only bed and breakfast rather than half-board.

Expedia mislead me with the room picture

This review is not about the hotel but about Expedia as the picture in my booking was nothing like the actual room. The room was so tiny we could not move. The hotel rates itself as 4*. It is a 2-3* at best!

Good hotel close to shops & beach

The hotel and breakfast was good. Lacked kettle in room and iron etc. Very noisy with odd times for rubbish collection. Staff friendly. Close to beach, restaurants and shops. Easy to travel around Mallorca bus and connecting train link. Only disappointment was the beach was not ready for tourists with big piles of seaweed mounds. This meant walking a mile to get to . However, they appeared to be clearing this when leaving.

booked a stay at this hotel in January after seeing positive reviews on Expedia. Granted, many of these reviews were written in another language, but that did not phase me.

The reception staff were very friendly initially and gave us a keycard for our room on the fifth floor. The room was basic but clean and well presented. We had a balcony too with a great view of the island and the sea. We didn’t bother with the TV. The bathroom had a walk in shower, a powerful one at that. The bed was relatively comfortable, some might complain it is a little hard but it was just right for me.

We had breakfast at the hotel. It contained a buffet section with yoghurt, fruit, cold meats, hot meats, pastries etc. They also had a chef who was cooking to order. I had a cheese and ham omelette and this was very good. We did not have dinner at the hotel as it I’m not a huge fan of buffet food for evening meals. The food is varied and whilst there is bacon, it is not what we are used to back in the UK.

There is a wonderful swimming pool and there is entertainment each evening although I didn’t actually attend any of it. Consequentially, I can’t really comment about it.

My main concern during the stay was the air conditioning. I’m very hot blooded so I tend to rely on it. Granted, this is April but still. I turned it on and set it to seventeen and got warm air. Strange I thought. I contacted reception who said they would speak to the manager. It turned out that the manager decides whether to

The drive from the air port was so long 😣'shuttle driver was lovely do he made the journey pleasant
Arrival at the hotel staff were friendly and very helpful they let us change rooms with out any hassle to a better room on the 4th floor that had a ocean view
The staff are friendly and rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towel and linen.. the aircon was brill as it gets very hot. The kids pool is awesome my son enjoyed it also the staff are great with the activities they provided for the kids.. the only down side of you book half board the drinks at dinner time are not included you have to pay extra 😐 perhaps if juice drinks and water was free them all others you pay for ie alcohol etc. And they had no veggie sausages in the menu at buffet at all .. not every one eats pork sausages 😣 also I'm the bath room no conditioner only shampoo and shower gel ..woulf be nice if they provided shampoo aswell with it been soo hot ur hair could use some moisture back in it.
But other than that I enjoyed my stay and would defo come back again. And would recommend to any one ..also the beach was brill and it's only 5mins walk away and the local shops are good and there's lots of places to eat if you don't want to eat at the hotel. 😁

Clean, Friendly, Lovely food, Good pools.

Had a lovely stay. Some of the rooms are on the small side , however there is space for everything, so no problems.

Restaurant had a great variety of food everyday, replenished frequently & something to suit everyone.

The hotel was kept clean, and the pool areas were also well maintained. Both pools had lifeguards. We chose the family pool across the (very small) road, it was great.

Entertainment - not good!! Sorry, but the guy running it didn't have any enthusiasm at all, which is what the kids need. Also the animation team evening show!! What can I say?!? If I could remove it from my memory I would! He really needs to try a change of career.

The bus transfer to the hotel from the airport took approx. 2 hours, so I would suggest a private transfer or taxi as it is only 55-60 mins.

Overall the hotel was great & we didn't want to leave, even after staying for 2 weeks. I would recommend the hotel as it was a short walk to the shops & beach, but far enough away from any noise.

The location of this hotel was ideal for us being a short stroll to the beach and town. The staff were attentive and friendly and communal areas spotlessly clean. Predictably the wide-angled shot of the room was flattering and the reality was a very cramped space for a family of 3! The rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard but we found the unpleasant odour of products (a mixture of mothballs & bleach!) lingered on all our clothes and possessions!! The air con was efficient.

The good: Hotel looks brand new. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good location being close to the beach but not noisy. Nice pools
The mediocre: Breakfast is ok, but depending on what you like, can be disappointed. Scrambled eggs were from powder. Cheeses were bland. Coffee so-so. Rooms were on the small side, but still adequate. Evening entertainment (cheesy, not great, but it is still there)
The bad: Internet: slow and intermittent

Overall a good hotel and worth the stay, just need to get at a good value price.

- Schöner Ausblick von unserem Zimmer
- 2 gepflegte Poolanlagen
- moderne Zimmer
- Sehr nette Animateurin (danke Nicole)
- Auf dem Zimmer hat man lautstärketechnisch vom Liveprogramm nichts mitbekommen

Kontra:
- Als Vegetarier/Veganer kann man Frühstück sowie Abendessen nicht empfehlen: wenig bis keine Kennzeichnung der Speisen, kaum Auswahl und qualitativ nicht wirklich gut, Livecook Gerichte nur mit Fleisch oder Fisch
- Essbereich besonders zu den Stoßzeiten sehr voll obwohl ein ganzer Bereich hinten nicht belegt war
- Einige Partygäste obwohl das Hotel eher ein Familienhotel ist (sehr hellhörige Zimmer)
- Frühstücks\"buffet\" für frühabreisende quasi nicht existent. Ein paar lieblos geschmierte ungeglättete Toasts (alle mit Schinken), Kekse, Joghurt. Kein Brot, kein Aufschnitt und kein Obst.

Alles in allem würden wir nicht mehr wiederkommen.

Buenas instalaciones, muy limpio, un bufet completo, el único pero que pondría es que no había cola cao o similar y café descafeinado, si que había chocolate líquido, pero no es igual que el Colacao.
Por otro lado no me gustó los horarios de las comidas, están echas para los extranjeros, sobre todo la cena de 18:00 a 21:00..
Y por último no me gustó que no tuviera parking, es una zona muy concurrida y cuesta encontrar aparcamiento en determinadas horas.
Por lo demás, hemos estado muy bien, aunque es un hotel muy grande, era silencio y tranquilo, muy buena opción para familias.

Super Hotel in toller Lage

Super schönes, modernes Hotel. Es liegt in einer Seitenstraße, das macht es trotz zentraler Lage sehr ruhig .
Die Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.
Late Check-Out war aufgrund der Hochsaison nicht möglich , jedoch gab es das Angebot von „Gästeduschen“ , was wirklich sehr angenehm ist , weil man so den ganzen Tag nochmal am Strand ausnutzen kann .
Würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen .

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe des Strandes und der Einkaufsstraße. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas klein, aber renoviert und sauber. Leider wurden die Betten gelegentlich etwas nachlässig gemacht. Das Hotel liegt inmitten eines Wohngebietes und hat keine eigenen Parkplätze. Wer also mit dem Auto anreist, muss damit rechnen, in Hotelnähe keinen Parkplatz zu bekommen und weitere Fußwege vom und zum PKW in Kauf zu nehmen. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich zu empfehlen.

Alles top, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Frühstück war super, es fehlte an nichts. Abendessen hatten wir nicht gebucht, haben es uns aber angeschaut, auch da fehlt es an nichts.
Personal war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit, selten sio liebes Mitarbeiter im Hotel gesehen.

Wir kommen definitiv wieder in dieses Hotel.

Die Unterkunft ist eigentlich ziemlich gut. Nun die Abers.
Matratze für mich fürchterlich. Hatte jede Nacht Rückenschmerzen (kann auch an mir liegen, natürlich)
Ich lese gerne Abends auf dem Balkon. Auf den Stühlen aber unmöglich. Das liegt sicher nicht an mir!
Das Essen ist Ok, mehr nicht. Kaum gewürzt, Bacon halb durch, Rührei ungenießbar. Insgesamt enttäuschend. Es war nicht mal möglich an jedem Tisch einen Salz und Pfeffersträuer zu haben.
Insgesamt bemüht aber nichts mehr für mich.

Non cambiano le lenzuola nonostante fossero visibilmente sporche, si limitano a cambiare solo la fodera del cuscino. Per farmi cambiare le lenzuola ho dovuto chiedere in reception e mi hanno cambiato le lenzuola. In un 4 stelle mi aspetto che cambino le lenzuola ogni 4-5 giorni o comunque quando sono visibilmente sporche. Hotel da avitare.

Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Das Essen war sowohl morgens als auch abends abwechslungsreich und wohlschmeckend. Mir hat vor allem die Auswahl an zugeschnittenem Obst gefallen. Die Lage ist optimal, nämlich ruhig und dennoch zentral. In meinem kleinen Einzelzimmer habe ich eine bequeme Sitzgelegenheit vermisst, dafür war wohl kein Platz. Wie in allen mir bekannten Touristenhotels ging bereits frühmorgens der Reinigungsbetrieb los, leider mit Staubsaugerbrummen und Möbelrücken. Da der Reinigungsdienst bis in die Nachmittagsstunden im Einsatz war, lässt sich das wohl nicht vermeiden. Doch insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Das Hotel hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen war top und das Personal auch sehr nett. Ein Aldi war in der Nähe (Fußweg Max. 5 min), das Meer war auch direkt in der Nähe und die Einkaufsstraße war auch in der Nähe des Hotels. Mit dem Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und vom Hotel zum Flughafen hat auch alles gut geklappt. Man wurde direkt vor dem Hotel abgeladen und auch direkt davor wieder abgeholt. Ich würde wieder in das Hotel gehen.

Das Personal an der Reception war nicht sehr freundlich. Mein Zimmer wurde einmal nicht geputzt, was nicht tragisch war, aber etwas mühsam. Zudem fragte ich einen Tag vor Abreise, ob ich eine Stunde später auschecken könne (13.00 Uhr anstatt 12.00 Uhr), zunächst wurde mir gesagt, sie könnten es mir erst am Morgen meiner Abreise sagen. Dann wurde mir gesagt, es gehe nun, ich müsse aber für die Stunde EUR 20 bezahlen und dies sehr unfreundlich.
Das Personal beim Buffet ist hingegen sehr freundlich. Unterkunft sauber und gut gelegen (max. 5 Gehminuten zum Strand).

Gute Unterkunft in Strandnähe. Tolles Personal. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mut grosser Auswahl und frisch zubereitete Eiergerichte. Abendbuffet ebenfalls grosse Auswahl, aber eben ist Buffet. Gewisse Speisen sind halt so wie sie sind, aber alles in allem ok.
Service und Personal ist top. Man kann jeden Tag die Tücher für den Strand austauschen und am Abreisetag hat man die Möglichkeit in separaten Räumlichkeiten zu duschen. Zimmer sind hell, modern und genug gross für zwei Personen. Begehbare Dusche.

Gut geführtes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Prima Essensauswahl bei Frühstück & Abendessen. Das Personal ist sehr fix beim Abräumen und Tische wieder für neue Gäste herrichten und immer sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist prima. In 3 Minuten ist man am schönen Strand. Rund um das Hotel gibt es Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen. Die nahegelegene Bushaltestelle hält einem viele Optionen offen, um umliegende Orte & Märkte problemlos zu besuchen. Der Shuttle Transfer hält direkt vor dem Hotel - auch sehr vorteilhaft. Rundum empfehlenswert.

We stay there 7nights, all goes well, room cleaning was clean.
The only minus was that room door, all sounds are clearly heard from the corridor.

Super Hotel zu gutem Preis, scheint familiär geführt. Tolle Lage, Aussicht auf die gesamte nicht von Alcudia je nach Zimmer.
Nachteil, keine eigenen Parkplätze, was im Sommer ein Problem ist.
Direkt fußläufig zu erreichen liegen alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die Promenade und der Strand.
Trotz zentrale Lage nachts sehr ruhig.
Essen ist toll, nur die Zeiten sollten geändert werden, Abendessen in Spanien im Sommer nur bis 21uhr...

Mi è piaciuta x la vicinanza alla spiaggia,molto comoda. La pulizia della camera era appena sufficiente,la struttura è frequentata x la maggior parte da tedeschi,cafoni e molto rumorosi e il personale non è mai intervenuto x riprenderli o calmarl.

Es war in Ordnung für das Geld. Das Frühstück war ganz gut und das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber bei der Sauberkeit könnte man noch einiges Verbessern, wie z.B. den Rost sowie Haare vorheriger Gäste im Badezimmer entfernen.
Außerdem ist das Hotel leider sehr laut und man hört alle Schritte vor der Tür. Es gab auch genau gegenüber vom Hotel einen Hund, welcher zu jeder Tageszeit gebellt hat.
