Excellent hôtel à tous points de vue. Rien ne manque et tout fonctionne parfaitement : clim, frigo, tv etc. Accueil très souriant, avec upgrade vue mer sans rien demander 😊. Personnel de ménage très gentil et souriant. Fabuleux buffet de petit déjeuner. Hôtel visiblement bien managé. Nous avions pris 2 nuits, nous sommes restés 4 !
Juste à savoir : parking gratuit mais plus difficile le soir.
Suggestion : remplacer les échantillons de savon /shampoing par des bouteilles fixées au mur, comme partout maintenant.

The hotel was very clean and nice family rooms. The food was excellent at breakfast and dinner and we loved spending time around the pool. A very child friendly place. A few minors - Not the best wifi, spending time waiting for the lifts and some staff could have been more friendly.

Overall though a great week away and feel very relaxed!

Beautiful hotel

I booked at the last minute to join friends for a week. The Hotel was certainly swish/designer/boutique, I loved my stay!
I could only say on a slightly down side, the bed is a little too firm... and 2 singles pushed together, which I dont like.

Great friendly staff, good food and wide drinks selection. Loved the sky bar! Main issue is the bathroom door was glass and a mirror immediately outside meant there was absolutely no privacy wherever you were in the bathroom. If the bathroom doors can be changed that would solve the issue.

First rate at the Tonga.

Our stay at the Tonga Hotel was excellent, every aspect of this stay was first class. The food, pools and facilities, service and assistance from the desk 'went that extra mile'. Our only concern was the gap between the veranda and the glass wall for anyone with small kids.
Although there were four lifts, two of them were very small........ But this didn't take anything away from the good experience we had there.

Stayed here early May found a great deal online £550 for 5 nights all inclusive for 2 of us.
The hotel had just been refurbished and it was nice to be there during such a quiet time. The staff were great food and service excellent. We hired a car which allowed us to explore a bit.
The sky bar was lovely with amazing views.
Would go again. Only downside is the room size

Fourth Stay!

Well as the title states this was my fourth visit to the hotel and probably millionth stay in Can Picafort Majorca! I can honestly say this is one of the better hotels in the area!

I will start my starting some of the ... yes disappointing elements but i urge you to continue reading. This hotel has been standing since 1973 and had a refurb back in 2001 so needless to say it is due another and yes 2014 it is finally getting one! Lets hope they update the slowest lifts i have ever experienced in my life!!

However, onto the good stuff! Well something had to keep me coming back! This visit I took my boyfriend along with me for the first time(on our very first holiday!) I can honestly say that he was a bit apprehensive when he first walked in as previously stated the decor is a bit dated (AT THE MOMENT). But as the holiday went on he was pleasantly surprised! So this hotel is perfectly clean and the general staff are friendly and helpful! The cleaning staff will do anything for you, even clean up when youre poorly(without a fuss! and then ask how you are the next day!)

The food is standard for a currently 3star hotel but there is a wide variety to cater for all ages and nationalities!
Piella, pizza, pasta, chips, meats, fish, rice, salad bars, burgers, hot dogs, mousakka and so much more

Bar - yes two drinks a time but that is to get the queues down which they do very fast and you can go up as much as you like - ALL INCLUSIVE!

but the most important thing is next.

Had a fantastic holiday, food was excellent and we were spoiled for choice. Hotel facilities were good and well used by all. A good selection of shops and beach all easily within walking distance. A visit to the local market can be easily achieved by using the little road train which stops at the hotel.

enjoyed our stay at the Club Tonga but was sometimes a little noisy, but this is only to be expected at a family oriented hotel. Shame about the transfer time to, took nearly 2.30 hrs, not good on a 3 night trip. Would definately recommend this hotel to people with families.

VERY CLOSE TO BEACH, 10 MIN WALK. FLAT EVERYWHERE NO HILLS AT ALL. GREAT FOR BUSES, STOP RIGHT OUTSIDE HOTEL. VERY BUSY HOTEL THOUGH, QUEUES FOR DRINKS, WHICH ARE SMALL PLASTIC CUPS VERY IRRITATING AT TIMES. VERY BUSY DINING ROOM AT ANY TIME OF DAY, SNACK BAR WAS GREAT FOR A SIMPLE LUNCH. WE HAD RAIN FOR A FEW DAYS WHERE THE HOTEL WAS BEDLAM- WAITED 40 MINS FOR A COFFEE! POOLS WERE CLEAN & WELL MAINTAINED. ENTERTAINMENT TEAM WERE FAB DAY & NIGHT, EVEN THO OUR DAUGHTER DIDN'T TAKE PART THE OTHER KIDS LOVED THEM. THERE ARE ONLY 4 LIFTS, AGAIN A NIGHTMARE IF YOUR ON THE 13TH FLOOR, BUT THE FAB VIEW WAS WORTH IT. COMFY BEDS, CLEANED EVERY DAY. WE DID A TRIP TO VALLDEMOSSA, BEAUTIFUL SCENERY- A MUST DO! We were overall happy with our stay. The room was extremely clean. The food choice was very good and good quality, considering the vast numbers being catered for. The swimming pools were very cold, but the beach only 10 minutes away was great.

You get what you Pay for!

There are Tons of Review on this Hotel and Alot of them negative.
I thoughts the Hotel was just okay. As a newly separated mm with 2 sons 7 and 5 i Wanted a Hotel that was Family friendly with with all The amenities needed at the Hotel to keep my Boys happy.
The Hotel was okay outdated but clean. Yes the Elevator Situation Sucked but wie usually Walker Down from the 10 to Floor and avoided the breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Rush.
The Food was Boring. They tried to cater to Everyone but i found the Food Not very delicious!
Pools were clean!
Proximity to the Beach about a 10 Minute Walk! Love the Beach area!
Room Service was Good but the Bathroom was Kinda gross specifically the shower.
The adjoining room was terrible i could hear everything next door. Not cool when its a Baby that loves to cry. Also I Could smell cigarette smoke from next door in my room.
Animation... I Never watched it, Way to packed Outside.
They had One Washer and dryer on Site-i was Happy just to have the Option.
Would i Stay again? Nö! I definitely got what i Paid for.
My Kids did have Fun though!
I think this Hotel Should be Considered a 2 Star truthfully.

All-inclusive good value hotel

This review is written in the context that we got an all-inclusive (breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and drinks) deal for the price we usually pay for B&B, so it was excellent value and saved us spending much as all on this week in Mallorca.

The hotel is a 14-floor tower block, the kind Mallorca is trying to get rid of as it goes for a more upmarket image. The hotel is mainly for families and older people, as is the Can Picafort resort, and there seemed to be a 50/50 split of British and German customers.

We were on the 10th floor which gave superb views of the bay and kept as away from the noise of the entertainment, although I was rather uncomfortable on the balcony due to my fear of heights! The room itself was a good standard and cleaned well every day.

There can be a long wait for lifts going down, but going up we didn't have to wait long at all.

The food was a good selection and better than expected, although the restaurant is busy, and the snack bar was ideal if you are out and about so miss lunch.

The drinks are served in little plastic cups, and it's a shame they have no recycling facilities for these which is rather wasteful. We never had to queue for long though and each person could get two drinks at a time.

The staff were friendly and very hardworking, so if you do go please think of them and leave a tip.

The hotel charges 3 Euros an hour for wi-fi sadly. Free wi-fi please!!

The hotel's location is good, a short walk from the beach. There is a bus stop on the road opposite the hotel with a service to Porto de Pollenca (via the Albufera nature reserve, Porto de Alcudia and Alcudia) every 15 minutes. At 9am there is a bus to the lovely Pollenca too (or you can get a later one and change at Porto de Pollenca).

I read online that Can Picafort is rather run down, but we didn't find that and we enjoyed our visit. It is a good base to explore Mallora and the Hotel Tonga is a decent choice if you can get it for a good price when you want to go.

Club hotel tonga - great family holiday

Club Hotel Tonga is a great hotel for families with kids. The food, particularly in the evening, was a bit hit and miss and of variable quality. Also we ordered picnics and the sandwiches in this hardly had any filling at all and were quite aptly named \"Joker's sandwiches\"! In a great location with short walk to the sea front. We would recommend to others-we had a good time here.

Hotel ist mit ein paar Einschränkungen zu Empfehlen, Poolanlage sehr schön, Lage ist für Ausflüge top, Aussicht von den Balkonen unbeschreiblich, aber es ist in die Jahre gekommen, Wasser aus dem Wasserhahn sehr chlorhaltig, die Reinigung der Zimmer war nicht gut, Frühstück war gut, aber die Tische, Stühle, Tassen und Besteck allesamt dreckig, wenn man morgens zu spät kommt, gibt es keinen Kaffee mehr. Hotel von außen einfach ein großer Klotz.

Wir hatten einen insgesamt angenehmen Aufenthalt, aber es gab einige Punkte, die uns gestört haben. Der Speisesaal war uns persönlich zu laut – das hätten wir bei einem großen Hotel zwar erwarten können, aber die Atmosphäre erinnerte eher an eine Kantine. Die Auswahl an Speisen war jedoch sehr gut, lediglich ein paar frisch gepresste Säfte hätten das Angebot noch aufgewertet.

Die Zimmer sind recht hellhörig, was je nach Nachbarn störend sein kann. Positiv hervorzuheben sind jedoch die bequemen Betten, die für eine erholsame Nacht gesorgt haben.

Insgesamt ein solides Hotel mit kleinen Schwächen, aber auch vielen positiven Aspekten.

Synes ikke rommene levde opp til bildene, mye mindre enn forventet. Litt harde senger og ekstremt mye barnefamilier. Passer ikke for unge voksne, par. Hver kveld og gjennom hele dagen er det barneshow med ekstremt høyt volum. Definitivt en fordel å ha rom i en av de øverste etasjene. Fullstappet frokost, men ganske bra utvalg! Fint med ulike områder ved bassenget.

Alles in allem vom Personal und der Unterkunft in Ordnung und freundlich. Auch wenn es durch die Animation am Abend bis 23 Uhr sehr laut werden konnte und das Hotel eher auf All-Inklusive ausgerichtet ist. Nicht wiederkommen würden wir, da das Essen nicht 4 Sterne gerecht ist und die Qualität insgesamt eher mangelhaft war. Wir sind nach dem 2. Tag nicht mehr zum Abendessen gegangen, trotz der HP-Buchung.

Veel keuzes in het eten en iedere dag wordt er veel nieuwe gerechten voorbereid. Luxe eten is er ook aanwezig zoals inktvis, papayas en granaatappels als fruit. Ook leuk dat wanneer je half pension of all inclusief 1 avond op de dak terras kan eten.
De avondshows zijn geweldig. Ze doen het super goed en je wordt er heel vrolijk van om ernaar te kijken.
Er is geen waterkoker op de kamer. Wel kan je het voor €10,00 huren met een borg van €10,00.

De werking van de lift werkt niet zo goed. Er is namelijk geen knop dat je naar boven of beneden wilt waardoor je vaak moet wachten op de lift. Meeste mensen pakken dan de trap.

Wij hebben een leuk verblijf gehad.

Hotel mit Halbpension gebucht, sowohl morgens als auch abends gab es eine schöne grosse Auswahl an Essen. Die Minibar war bei mir inklusive, was ich ziemlich super finde. Zimmer sind modern und hell eingerichtet und wirklich sauber. Das einzige Manko ist, das sie recht hellhörig sind. Skybar bietet einen großartigen Blick über die Bucht. Komme bestimmt wieder.

Hotelli oli hieno ja paikat olivat siistejä ja moderneja. Aamupalalla ja päivällisellä oli paljon erilaisia ruokavaihtoehtoja ja ne maistuivat hyvälle. Kattoterassilta oli upeat näköalat, henkilökunta oli ystävällistä ja sijainti rantaan nähden oli hyvä. Yllätyimme hotellista positiivisesti. Suosittelen.

Bei dem Hotel handelt sich um ein 14-Stöckiges Gebäude nahe der Hauptstraße durch Can Pikafort. Leider sind lediglich 4 kleine Aufzüge eingebaut, welche zu Stoßzeiten mit den vielen Gästen einfach überfordert sind.
Das Buffet ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, sowohl Vegetarier als auch \"Fleischesser\" werden hier fündig.
Die Zimmer beinhalten einen Balkon sowie eine Badewanne und Fernseher. Ein Safe Schlüssel kann für 13 € die Woche (Plus Kaution in Höhe von 10€) an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden.
Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 400 Meter vom Strand entfernt, nicht wie angegeben 150 Meter.
Auch der Eintrag \"kostenlose Parkplätze\" klingt ganz gut...schlussendlich sind es jedoch nur 13 Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Einen Parkplatz zu finden ist allerdings kein Problem, an der Straße gibt es genug Platz.
Zum Hotel gehört ein Fußball-Hartplatzfeld, ein Volleyballfeld sowie ein Tennisplatz, alles neben dem Pool. Getränke werden außerhalb des Restaurants immer in Plastikbechern ausgeschenkt, was allerdings für Hotels im Süden leider Standard ist.
Die Animationen sind dürftig und gehen bis 24 Uhr Nachts. Sofern man keine Gäste über sich wohnen hat, die dann noch eine private Zimmerparty veranstalten, kann man angenehm in den bequemen Betten schlafen.
Insgesamt empfehlenswert, insoweit man bereit ist, ca. 5 Minuten bis zum Strand zu laufen.

maten var helt ok,men tyvärr hade vi läst recentioner innan om folk som blivit sjuka av buffen. Det blev vi också Vi var ett sällskap på totalt 6 pers och 4 av oss blev sjuka med diarre och kräkningar som följd, detta gör att jag inte kommer åka tillbaka.Det utlovades hårfön på rummet, som inte fanns tyvärr så städades badkaret aldrig, men i övrigt var städningen helt ok . Hotel a pochi passi dal mare(3/4 minuti a piedi),animazione da urlo sia per piccini che per adulti,servizio bar snack e grill molto buono,ristorante fantastico (cibo abbondante e vario)campi per lo sport,personale molto accogliente e gentile.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 8 notti ed è stato molto bello!
In conclusione consigliamo questo a chiuncue cerchi un hotel a mallorca.

Bardzo fajny oraz duży hotel, REWELACYJNE jedzenie

Bardzo bogate jedzenie, naprawdę niczego nie brakowało, półmiski zawsze wypełnione po brzegi bardzo różnorodnymi potrawami. Pełne All Inclusive alkoholowo-jedzeniowe, bardzo bogate desery po każdym posiłku. Pokoje czyste. Między posiłkami dostępne hot-dogi, hamburgery, sałatki, frytki oraz tosty. Hotel bardzo duży ale nie odczuwa się specjalnego tłoku. Bardzo mili ludzie wydający potrawy oraz drinki. Dużo atakcji w ciągu dnia (piłka wodna, koszykówka wodna, satkówka) oraz bardzo dobre starannie przygotowane animacje wieczorne. Do morza jest kilkaset metrów ale droga prowadzi przez centrum miejscowości - urocze uliczki, na których dużo się dzieje. Naprawdę polecam !

Huoneet olivat semmoisia kun 3 tähden hotellista sopii odottaa. Majoituksen saa kuitenkin käytännössä ilmaiseksi, koska hintaan kuuluvaa hyvää ruokaa ja ilmaista juotavaa on tarjolla käytännössä koko ajan. Ylimmistä kerroksista huikeat näkymät varsinkin pohjoispuolella. Plussaa oli, että alueella ei törmätty yhteenkään suomalaiseen!

C\"est bien qu'il y ai une équipe pour l'animation.
La nourriture est correcte.
les ascenseurs posent problème. trop lents, trop petits pour la capacité de l'hôtel.
Le personnel pour l'animation , les chambres et la restauration sont accueillant mais à l'accueil ils sont froids et ne se fatiguent pas pour donner les informations de façon exhaustive.
Le pommeau de douche n'est pas pratique.

Günstiges Familienhotel in zentraler Lage

Das Hotel ist schon etwas älter, aber soweit noch ganz gut gepflegt. Viele Familien mit Kindern und ein internationales
Publikum. Weniger Deutsche, mehr Engländer und Russen. Das stellt aber kein Problem dar.Viele Sportmöglichkeiten
und auch schattige Plätze unter Bäumen sind vorhanden. Dar Büffet ist reichhaltig und sehr gut. Es gibt kaum Probleme, einen Tisch zum Essen zu finden.Zu Fuß ist man sehr schnell am Strand, die Lage ist top.
Alles in allem ist die Anlage zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht auf Luxus steht.
Allein die Fahrstühle im Hotel bei 14 Stockwerken sin dein Problem, weil nur unten eine Anzeige zu sehen ist, wo sich die Aufzüge befinden. In den Etagen 1 - 14 kann man nicht erkennen, wann und von wo ein Aufzug kommt. Daher heißt das in den meisten Fällen - laufen. Wohl nichts für jedermann. Oder eben lange warten.
Für eine all inclusive Anlage aber in jedem Fall zu empfehlen.

cheap and cheerful

This is the Ryanair of hotels ie \"No Frills\". The accommodation was positively spartan especially the bathroom with no place to put your toilet bag and no complimentary shampoo or shower gel etc and no hairdryer (One could be hired for 10 euros however). The tv was of the ancient kind and the remote control had to be fetched from reception and a deposit of 10 francs paid. The restaurant was like a re-fueling station although the food was not bad with fresh fish and chops etc grillled at the buffet. The queue for the drinks at night was fun and so was getting gin and tonic in a plastic beaker. The evening entertainment was good and the young performers deserved a standing ovation as they worked so hard even though it was the *Everybody Clap along\" variety. All in all I would never go again although the 600 and odd other guests seemed to be having a good time. One last word the lift experience was diabolical. A hotel with 600 beds and four small lifts is not good planning.

Reisevant.

Vi var et voksent par som bodde her en uke.
Dette hotellet passet slett ikke for oss, da det omtrent kun var barnefamilier her, med alt det medfører.
Kø til heiser, køer i matsal, etc.
Når det gjelder All Inclusive, så stemte det dårlig her, bla lange køer i bar etc.

Et godt hotel til prisen

Vi havde fået hotelopholdet til en god pris, og alt i alt var vi tilfredse med opholdet. Hotellet er slidt, men ok rent. All inclusive fungerer, men vi har prøvet det der var bedre. Restauranten er tit overfyldt, og selvom der er et rimelig udvalg af mad, så bliver det for ensformigt og anstrengende, hvis man forventer at spise alle måltider der. Til gengæld var vi imponerede af de aktiviteter og konkurrencer, som blev afholdt i løbet af dagen og underholdningen om aftenen. Can Picafort er også en hyggelig by og med en lidt mere afslappet strandpromenade end inde i Alcudia. Så alt i alt en god uge, og vi ville ikke være afskrækket fra at bruge hotellet igen.

on est les uns sur les autres, pas assez d'espace,pour avoir un transat faut se lever tot.les excusion sont bidon.L'ascensseur met 10ans pour arriver pas super quand on est au 14 eme etages.En ce qui concerne la navette c'est juste un gag.La navette fais le tour de tout les hotels avant d'arrivé au mien.donc partir a 14h40 pour un vol a 19h00 je trouve ca abuser.en ce qui concerne les vol c'est idem un gag.En prenant un sejour du lundi au dimanche ,vol aller 22h30 (donc je pers le lundi) retour 19h00 sachant que la navette viens nous prendre a 14h40 donc on perd aussi le dimanche.bref sejour tres decevant

städning av rummen var kannon

Hög ljudnivå och trångt i matsalen.Hissarna var under all kritik stannade ofta och folk fick panik Det var 14 våningar..Man måste kunna gå i trappor.Personalen var oftast trevlig och bar personalen fick slita ordentligt,och ändå ha ett leende på läpparna. Hotellet behöver en renovering.

Ei luvattuja asioita

Hotelli oli kaoottinen.Hissit aina varattuja,parhaimmillaan odotusaika 15 min.ruoka ravintolassa kaaos,ei vapaita pöytiä,tietyt ruuat loppu.jatkuva jonotus juomiin ja ruokaan.henkilökunta epäystävällisiä respassa,ravintolassa kivempi henkilökunta.hotellissa piti olla hiustenkuivaaja ja tv,mutta ne maksoi jos halusi.ei ollut gymiä eikä sisäuimaallasta.kaikista lasten jutuista rahastettiin.ruoka oli ihan ok makuista jos sitä sattui olemaan jäljellä.olen tyytymätön hotelliin enkä aioenään palata sinne.

der kunne godt have været lys på bordene om aften så svat seenene også kunne spille bingo
underholdning kunne godt være bedere nået lokalt såsom mavedanser, slangetæmmer, nået af det underholdning de have på kajen men det er jo smag og behag

Et hotel rigtigt godt til prisen

Værelserne var gode og simple, altid rene og der blev skifter sengetøj og håndklæder hver dag. Maden var ALTID overtilberedt, dog meget fin \"restaurant\" og fint varierende mad. Pæne og rene pools. Vildt dårligt elevator-system, der betød ventetid på omkring 5 min hver gang man skulle med elevatoren. Man skulle tidligt op for at få en liggestol, men ellers rigeligt med stole og stort græsareal hvor man også kan ligge. Personalet var generelt i godt humør og smilende. Hotellet lå tæt ved stranden i en dejlig by, med gode strande og mange restauranter og butikker.
