Arrived late but Paco on reception made me feel welcome and made my check in fast and friendly. Hotel is on the beach front and has lots of ships, bars and restaurants all around.

Fabulous hotel in a perfect location

Had a wonderful week-long stay in Can Picafort. The staff were really friendly, the hotel was spotless, breakfast had a huge choice and the location was perfect for all amenities. Parking is the only issue (not the fault of the hotel) but we always found somewhere nearby. A perfect place to relax, unwind and explore the island away from tacky clubs and drunken Brits! Highly recommend!

This hotel is in a great location on beachfront close to all amenities.. we chose sea view balcony which was very nice but no sun..by mistake, if you want the sun choose a side sea view. Clean room, housekeeping very good. Reception was friendly and helpful. Maintenance not so. Our shower head was totally useless for the wall attachment and therefore was shooting water over end of bath , as the shower curtain did not extend around the bath..we had many wet floors and wet towels. We complained 3 times and were told maintenance would sort it out...never happened....we had to hold the curtain EACH TIME either of us took a shower....totally unacceptable...would assume the head had been replaced but with incorrect one...it is the fact that they did even attempt to fix it !

The hotel location was fantastic right opposite the beach, food ok, daily house keeping very good, as a lone traveller for this trip the balcony in my room was stuck between 2 buildings therefore not a very nice view and no privacy at all, The morning after I arrived I did request a upgrade to sea view room to be told there would be one available next morning 1 on 2nd floor and 1 on 5th floor when I went to reception next morning I was told it was not possible as I requested to stay in this hotel which confused me as receptionist didn't tell me there were 2 hotels when I inquired first time around and I wasn't asking for free upgrade I was happy to pay the extra. Anyway a tip for anyone staying in this hotel pay extra when booking and book room with sea view. One other thing I noticed staff very attentive with German tourists staying in hotel and was not at all interested with any other nationalities what so ever which is very bad customer service, in my opinion everybody should count having said that I would stay in this hotel again but would definately pay the extra and book a sea view room.

A shame that the view was in front of other buildings. No intimacy if curtains not closed. Then 2 single beds so not very comfortable.
Also, cleaning team started at 8 15am which is quite early for holidays - a shame.

Only stayed here for a couple of nights but there is a nice atmosphere at the hotel, friendly staff and it is close to the beach, bars markets etc so I would stay again.

stayed here 5 nights breakfast was good,beds were comfortable,rooms had lovely views,size wise they were ok,not a lot of room,but adequate,what it lacked in size was compensated,with the views,nice airy bathroom,overall,we were happy with our stay and would have no hesitation,in staying here again.

Right on the sea wall across from the beach. Lots of bars/restaurants right around the corner - and they don't rip anybody off - good value for sure. Nice sized pool if salt water is not your thing.

Great position, shame about the facilities

As the Hotel had only recently reopened for the season we expected everything to be working. However the bath handrail was broken in room 114 and the extractor in the bathroom did not work meaning the mirror steamed up when having a shower. This was reported to reception who said no problem but was not fixed in the 10 days we were there.
It got warmer during our stay and because of the heat at night and the mosquitoes we decided to try the air conditioning but despite setting to minimum temperature it just blew warm air around the small room.
Being diabetic l require somewhere to store insulin but there was no fridge in the room which i find amazing in this day and age. l was offered a space in the bar fridge. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
At breakfast staff were busy setting up for dinner at 9am while many people were still looking for a table and had to find there own cutlery etc. Staff were slow to replenish Hot food which was never hot, So glad we were only B&B

Wonderful Sea Views!

We really enjoyed our oceanfront view. The food and hotel service were very good. Although very busy, the location is very good for a beachfront holiday, or exploring the northern part of the island.

Great location, good bed, bad dinners....

The rooms are clean, the location absolutely great, but the food is iffy. Breakfast is just fine (aside from the ultra-super-sweet Tang-like orange juice) so no problem there. Dinners, however were just plain bad. Mind you, I can eat anything, but not here. The manager should be required to eat their dinner there every night. The other guests there were equally disappointed by the food. The ribs looked like boiled dog, the chicken was rubbery, etc... We resorted to having sliced veggies... anything that they didn't cook. To make matters worse, there is nothing to wash it down, because at dinnertime, any drink costs extra. Again, breakfast is fine, but dinners are iffy... especially \"Fish night\".

Good hotel right by the sea front. We had a fantastic sea view and the room was clean and comfortable. The WiFi was free, but appalling - kept dropping out and not loading simple Web pages. Pool is 50m away but nice and chilled out and never packed.

Hotel was good, in a lovely positionfantatic and would have had a higher score apart from following problems:
Room uncomfortably hot as air conditioning not effective
Upleasant smell in corridor outside room (5th floor)
Despite this we would stop here again (on a lower floor). We would have bed & breakfast as evening meal very mediocre

Only lasted 2 hours

I checked into the hotel around 0100. The front desk clerk did not speak any English at all. I had to basically play charades in order to get basic instructions. Once I arrived to my room, I was EXCITED because of the view from the balcony, but that was short lived. The bathrooms were outdated and not very clean. The beds were almost as hard as cardboard.The room was HOT! The A/C did NOT work. I opened the sliding doors in hopes of getting some cool air from the ocean and it didn't work. The WiFi did not work. When I went down to try and communicate with the clerk, he could not communicate. I told him about the WiFi and he said \"No, not your room\" and then pointed me to the lobby computer that charged me 1 euro for every 15 minutes. That was about the extent of that conversation. He was as pleasant as he could be despite the language barrier. But, I could not even try to rectify the situation because he could not communicate with me. I lost 3 nights worth of money (additionally since Expedia's phone lines were down and I was unable to call to express my concerns).

Hôtel très bien placé.
Très bons petit-déjeuners.
Vue mer sympa.
Juste un peu bruyant le soir (les soirs de concert aux bars en bas mais pas gênant) et le matin (les voisins qui traînent leurs chaises).
Proche de tous types de commerces.
Piscine partagée entre 2 hôtels donc parfois très occupée.
Chambre petite mais correcte.
Bon rapport qualité prix quand même au final.

Das Essen war wirklich sehr lecker. Wie mussten die Unterkunft aus einer Not heraus buchen und haben uns geärgert, dass wir sie nicht schon früher entdeckt haben. Alle sind sehr freundlich, besonders zu Kindern. Lediglich die Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer hat mich etwas gestört.

Wir waren bereits das 2. Mal in diesem Hotel. War wieder wunderschön wie im vergangenen Jahr. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ausreichendes Frühstücksbuffet und ein toller Meerblick vom Hotelzimmer aus. In der Nähe hat es das Restaurant El Gaucho, welches wir sehr empfehlen können. Herzliches Personal und eine tolle Auswahl an leckeren Fleischgerichten.

Hotellet fyllde sin funktion, rent och med trevlig personal. Nära strand och rummet mot havet innebar att jag slapp trafiken. Tillgång till lunch saknades på hotellet, men det fanns alternativ precis intill.

direkte Strand Anlage hat mir sehr gefallen ,obwohl ich Stadt Seite gebucht hatte habe ich Zimmer zu Meer Seite erhalten ,die Zimmern sauber aber könnte man hier und da ein wenig renovieren ( besonders die Steckdose im Bad war nicht fest )

Buona la posizione in riva al mare e colazione, stanze spaziose e funzionali, buon rapporto qualità-prezzo. Personale alla reception gentile e disponibile, ma noioso dover avere intrusioni del personale delle pulizie dalle 9 alle 15 senza possibilità di rifiutare il servizio. La seconda settimana reception troppo affollata da gente che arrivava di continuo per il check-in e peggioramento delle condizioni generali dovute al flusso eccessivo di gente: ascensore che non arrivava mai e poco pulito, acqua delle docce con problemi del miscelatore tra freddo e caldo di sera, rumore dalle altre stanze per via delle pareti un po' sottili. Gli ombrelloni e lettini sulla spiaggia dell'albergo non avrebbero dovuto costare ben 13 euro al giorno.

J'ai réservé à l'hôtel je Can picafort, à on m'a donné une chambre dans l'hôtel Je Horitzo, d'un standing et d'un prix inférieur sans explication ni compensation. L'hotel et la chambre sont vetustes, situé au dessus de bars bruyants, les repas sont de qualite médiocre pour cette gamme de prix, reste l'emplacement face a la plage, c'est son seul atout.

Pozorny zakaz palenia - wybrałem pokój z widokiem na morze, w hotelu \"smoke free\", gdzie palenie w pokojach jest zabronione, a taras jest wymieniony jako element pokoju. Jednak - nielogicznie - palenie na tarasie okazało się dozwolone. A wiatr praktycznie stale obecny wpychał dym pochodzący z sąsiedniego tarasu do mojego pokoju.
Jedzenie słabe - w układzie Half Board trzeba się było wyśilić, żeby znaleźć jadalny zestaw na konkretny dzień. Ani razu nie pojawiły się krewetki czy też truskawki.

Gutes Hotel für entspannte Ferien

Das Hotel liegt gleich am Strand. Trotz gut besuchter Promenade, ist es ein ruhiger und gemütlicher Ort. Viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Der Strand und das Meer wunderschön!
Das 3 Stern Hotel bietet den erwarteten Komfort. Alles immer sauber, das Buffet abwechslungsreich und die Angestellten freundlich und stehen bei Fragen immer zur Verfügung.
Ich bin schon das zweite Mal in einem Hotel der JS Kette und ich empfehle es sehr. Werde auf jeden Fall wieder in solch einem Hotel buchen.

Hotel in guter Lage.

Gleich am Strand, gute Lage. Zimmer sehr einfach und abgewohnt. Mini Fernseher. Bad sehr abgenützt aber sauber. Frühstück ausreichen leider waren die warmen Sachen zb. Spiegeleier immer kalt. Abendessen nicht besonders gut und immer lauwarm bis kalt.

Schöne Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade und vielfältige Speisenauswahl
Die öffentlichen Bereiche sind sehr gepflegt, Möglichkeit draußen zu Essen. Die Zimmer sind teilweise sehr einfach eingerichtet. Viele Balkons liegen in einem Schacht zwischen 2 Gebäudeteilen und sind extrem klein. Das Waschbecken ist mini, so dass nicht mal eine Zahnbürste dort untergebracht werden kann. Wasserkapazität ca. 1.5 Liter.

Gut gelegenes Hotel...

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Der Service am Empfang ist freundlich. Die Zimmer sind nicht groß aber zweckmäßig.

Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig, englisches, deutsches Frühstück, Früchte vorhanden. Ist für jeden was dabei.

In Can Picafort kann man außer am Strand liegen viel unternehmen. Z. B. shoppen, gut essen gehen, abends tanzen, Bootstouren, Fahrrad- oder Quadtouren buchen.

Das Publikum im Hotel ist bunt gemischt, viele Touristen westeuropäischer Länder.

Perfektní lokalita, hned před hotelem krásná pláž, všude kolem spousta obchodů a restaurací. Velmi dobrá dostupnost hromadnou dopravou i přímo z letiště. Hotel je již starší, na vybavení je to vidět. Klimatizace občas výrazně páchne. Jídlo v restauraci velmi podobné každý den, je ho dost i v pozdějších hodinách, kuchaři vše stále doplňují. Malý výběr ovoce a zeleniny. Celkově jsme ale byli v hotelu spokojeni.

Lage perfekt..... Service könnte besser sein....

Wir sind spät in Can Picafort angekommen der Empfang sowie die Informationen waren dennoch ausführlich, die Empfangsleute hatten teils Mühe mit Fremdsprachen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und hell, ganz okay für ein drei Sternen Hotel, die Aussicht auf das Meer war der Hammer. Die Reinigung des Zimmers war sauber,jedoch hatten wir am ersten Tag zwei Bettdecken am zweiten Tag nur noch eine. Der Service allgemein könnte besser sein, wir hatten einen Abend Flug und mussten trotzdem um 12:00 Uhr auschecken. Uns wurde nur eine Dusch Möglichkeit angeboten, die Duschen befinden sich im Gepäckraum und waren überhaupt nicht sauber. Das Hotel interessiert sich nicht wirklich für ihre Gäste, wenn diese auschecken...

sehr lautes Hotel\n

sehr starke durchgängige Dauerbeschallung (sehr lautes Brummen und teilweise Quietschen)durch Generatoren (Strom, Klimaanlage), die sich auf den Dächern befinden. So laut, dass es unmöglich war, bei geöffneter Balkontür zu schlafen. Der Fahrstuhlmotor war ebenfalls viel zu laut. 5. Etage ist nicht empfehlenswert!! Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich. Das Essen war im Gegensatz zum letzten Aufenthalt qualitativ sehr viel schlechter
Das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und ansprechbar. Die Putzfrau war an den letzten zwei Tagen auch ziemlich nachlässig. Der junge Mann an der Bar war sehr beleidigt, als ich einen Eiskaffee zurück gehen lies, weil er ihn mit heißem (!!!!!!) Kaffee zubereitet hatte. Er meinte, Eiskaffee wird auf Mallorca immer so getrunken (????). Seine Kollegin entschuldigte sich später dafür bei mir.Aber fortan wurde ich von diesem Kellner ignoriert und nicht mehr gegrüßt. Also insgesamt hat sich die Qualität des Hotels leider sehr verschlechtert.

Nårlige senge.

Enkelte senge stod der i beskrivelsen, men stod som dobbelt senge, bundene passede ikke til madrasserne, de skilte ad på midten, bare man vente sig i dem. Der var ikke rent under sengene da vi kom, og vi konstaterede hver morgen, når vi rykkede sengene sammen, at der ikke blev gjort rent under sengene i den uge vores ophold varede.

Hotellet var bra på många sätt och perfekt placerat vid stranden. Vi hade fantastisk havsutsikt. Däremot var frukosten helt katastrof. Av en stor buffe så var det bara vattenmelonen som gick att äta. Helt otroligt att köket lyckades med att få allt att bli oätligt. Till slut valde vi att gå ut och äta frukost, fast det ingick.

Расположение отеля очень удобное для тех, кто любит сочетать пляжный отдых, вечерние прогулки по променаду и дневные поездки на арендованной машине. Из минусов: грязновато в ресторане. Часто встречается плохо помытая посуда, тоскливо выглядят синие запылённые вазочки с пластиковым грязноватым цветком на столиках. Персонал дружелюбен. Море хорошее, плещется прямо под балконом, много кафешек и магазинчиков.

Udmærket hotel med en rigtig god beliggenhed.

Rigtig god beliggenhed og område med massere af restauranter og butikker. God strand 20 meter fra hotellet og 30 meter til et godt poolområde.
Minusser ved hotellet. Ret småt værelse med en meget lille altan. Svært at være 2 på samme tid på altanen. Dog med en fin udsigt ud over stranden.
Ingen køleskab.

Overall we had a decent experience, however there was one issue i must address. We used the transfer service that was provided to get us from the airport to the hotel. I can not recommend this for others. First of all the method to find the actual transfer service inside the airport is very confusing and redundant as when we finally found the right counter, which was at one end of the airport, they simply stamped our paper quickly and sent us to the other end which we again had to find on our own. Once there we were told different instructions twice at the Transunion counter about how to find our bus. Once we finally boarded the bus about an hour later, it took at least 3 hours or more to get to our resort destination at JS Can Picafort. We decided almost immediately to take a taxi on the way back so we wouldn't have to go through that situation again. It was well worth the cost of 78 euros and it took us under an hour to get to the airport. This is just an FYI to improve the experience for others in the future.

Direkt am Strand!

Die Lage ist Top, direkt am Strand und die Promenade, viele Terassen und Restaurants in der Nähe. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Zimmer OK. Die Ausstattung ist veraltet, das Badezimmer war nicht der Hit (eng und ungemütlich) aber zumindest alles sauber. Ich würde das Angebot mit Halbpension nicht mehr in Anspruch nehmen. Das Abendessen war meistens kalt und ohne Geschmack.

Ensimmäinen yö piti viettää jossain 1hh loukossa, vaikka olin maksanut 2hh merinäköalalla - asia järjestyi toisena päivänä, ei hyvitystä. Huikeasta merinäköalasta todella kannattaa maksaa!
Hieman kulahtanut, mutta hyvin toimiva kahden hotellin kompleksi, hyvää vastinetta hinnalleen.
Biitsi aivan parvekkeen alla. Hyvät bussiyhteydet joka paikkaan.

Personnel très agréable parlant espagnol, anglais et allemand
Très bien situé des nbx magasins aux alentours (supermarchés, activités nautiques..)
Vue sur la mer magnifique belle plage (paradisiaque) au pied de l'hôtel
Buffet a volonté toujours varié et cocktail du bar délicieux et tres abordable
Seul bémol ; lit jumeaux et non double et beaucoup de lumière dans la chambre + peu isole
