We love our stay in Valentin Playa de Muro. Our kids enjoyed and have their own beds to sleep. We've been here last 2022 when they were 2 years old and now they celebrate their birthday last night. The staffs are so nice and friendly. Our stayed so wonderful and so quiet place. We definitely will be back again. Highly recommended.

Great concept and location

This was our 5th stay at this hotel (whereof 2 with current brand), since we really like the concept and location.

We had the breakfast and dinner package. Food is great value for money!

The hotel is clean, tidy and well managed.

The stay was, unfortunately, not without it's flaws:

* The wine list was decent, but unfortunately where several wines from the list not available when we tried to order them.

* At all our previous stays did we get a bottle of water in our room at check-in. Not this time. Great when you have a late check-in ;-)

* Our bungalow wasn't equipped with a sunbed when we checked in, thus we told the reception. We had to remind them and it took 48hrs before it was delivered.

* Due to a heavy rain where we unable exit our bungalow for a full day (9 hours) without wading in dirty water. Thus there was no cleaning in our bungalow during that day. Better draining or better/more pumps needed.

* Pool towels are 7€ each + 1€ per change. A bit pricey.

The stay was fantastic, very nice, clean and modern bungalows.
We stayed in one of the golden bungalows.
Good quality beds. Nice and friendly staff.

Pool was also good, I would recommend everyone if they are looking for a relaxing holiday.

Breakfast was good, lot of choices
Diner buffet was ok but not fantastic.
You can walk to town but it is still 20min and the first part of the road is busy.

But overal this place is fantastic and I would book it again.

Nice for Families

For a family or a group holiday, this resort might be just the thing. Further, perhaps if you are keen cyclists, this resort could work well. It was convenient to have a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. There is a tennis court and playground. I liked having a private covered patio attached to our cabin. The breakfast buffet was immense and varied. I especially liked the fruit and fresh blended fruit juices. The resort is not on the beach. One needs to cross a road and then walk thru a natural area before getting to the beach. It isn't far but it isn't right across a street either. The hotel does have a bus stop nearby. As a couple, this wasn't the best option for us. However, we would consider returning with a group or with our children.

This was our 4th trip to this hotel. Earlier in the season so the heated pool was perfect. We stayed for 7 nights this time and the half-board selection/variety was great. Very peaceful and relaxing break.

Very convenient, great facilities, lovely staff, wonderful food. The quiet area is a very nice touch too. Excellent value. One drawback was the apartments you stay in need a updating and a thorough clean. Ours had a strange smell when you walked in and the fridge also wasn’t very good/broken...

They charge EUR 7 for Beach Towel for a week. If you stay for a shorter duration you still pay. They have charged a premium as a nicer hotel already why would they charge this pittance amount to annoy travelers.

Very good hotel for families with kids

Good location, friendly staff, all guests get their own little bungalows with terrace ;)) , walking distance to the beach, and supermarket. Give you a good feeling, I have most of the time stayed in 4-5 stars hotels, but this hotel give you the relaxation and feeling comfortable, you wont get from 5 star hotel, trust me, :)

Friendly Hotel, good facilities, close to beach.

We booked this hotel, on a bed and breakfast basis, last minute and were a little apprehensive due to its 3 star rating. However it definitely exceeded expectations. Staff, both in reception and the restaurant, are professional and friendly. The bungalow was basic but clean and air conditioned. The two pools are a really good idea, one being set up with lanes for a 'proper' swim, away from the family fun pool. Most days we tended to go to the beach, a short walk away, but on the days we used the hotel facilities there was no problem getting sun beds. Breakfast was very nice, lots of fresh fruit etc. We booked a shared shuttle bus through Expedia from the airport and it was a 2 hour 45 minute journey, on retrospect we would definitely have paid extra for the private shuttle or taken a taxi. Overall we had a relaxing weeks holiday, in pleasant surroundings by a lovely beach, in a nice hotel.

An oasis of calm

This is a wonderful place to go with friends, family and children.
Very basic accommodation. Kept very clean, tiny bath tub. Only criticism of the rooms is that the beds are too hard for me, I wish I'ld asked for a topper, felt it most the last two days.
Only criticism of the facilities and service which are great and the food is really good, (esp. The mojitos) is during lunch they closed kitchen so when my plate was cleared and I asked for fruit as dessert it was a straight no, it was 4.05, I thought that was a bit strange as I was mid-meal.
Apart from that I would not hesitate to go back.

It is hard to find something bad at Valentin, the staff is very friendly and above Spanish standards. From the reception to restaurant you can feel the professionalism. The village is very nice and extremely family friendly so you can meet a lot of people and make friends. There is something constantly happening at Valentin in terms of live music or events. The rooms could use some better tvs and more modern furniture but that is very marginal given everything else they offer.

Great location, but feels like a holiday camp

Good: great pool area, near to beautiful relatively unspoilt beach
Not so good: tiny chalets, shabby furnishings, rock-hard beds, tiny bathrooms with poor water pressure, food selection limited and repetitive and quality not great - fish overlooked, meat flattened and overlooked.
We paid a lot for 7 nights, and it was poor value for money.

Special thanks to Tolo in reception, Margo in the restaurant and Daysi hotel cleaner, (all staff but too many to mention) who were friendly and welcoming, couldn't do enough to please you to make you're stay comfortable. 10 mins walk from C'an Picanfort (slow stroll pace) bus stop outside hotel for transfer to Alcudia short walk through nature reserve to Playa de Muro beach.

An absolute pleasure to stay at Hotel Valentin.

After a five year absence from visiting Mallorca, it was decided my partner and I were well-overdue a trip back to this absolutely stunning island.

We had an incredible time at Hotel Valentin. Location wise, it is a 5-minute walk to Playa de Muro through the dunes of the local Natural Park, and a mere 10-minute walk to the heart of Ca'n Picafort, where you can eat, drink and shop to your heart's content.

We decided to hire a car to explore the island further, however it must be noted that there is a regular bus service that stops directly outside the hotel.

The hotel itself is maintained to the highest of standards, and the pools, bar and restaurant are spotless. The main pool is a great size, with a jacuzzi attached and a smaller, shallower section for young children. There is also a 25m fitness pool with 5-6 lanes that was pretty quiet, but again maintained to the highest standards.

The apartments were an excellent size, with a lovely terrace that had a sun lounger and a table with four chairs. The inside was spacious and again spotlessly clean. My only suggestion would be the modernisation of the bathroom, although clean and ample in size, the shower cubicle and sink/mirror just needed to be revamped to match the impressively high standards throughout the rest of the hotel.

The staff at this hotel are incredible, they have a genuine passion for their work and could not be more helpful. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. We will see you next year Hotel Valentin!

Pleasant stay at this hotel

Had a few issues with thus place, but at same time had a great time. Food was excellent, cleaning staff were great and very helpful, generally reception staff were good, barr one, who was quite rude! Good sports facilities albeit getting a bit tired and that now is generally how I would describe the hotel, we unfortunately just had one of those bungalows where everything went wrong, fridge didn't work, they replaced it, blinds were broken so couldn't open them to kept light in, A/C not working not matter how much I tried to gave someone come fix it, it didn't happen for the week I was there! But am sure that it was an isolated incident great location for beach, which is just beautiful, supermarket 2 mins walk away and the town is maybe a 10 min stroll, which has quite a lot to offer should you need to get out! The hotel is a little isolated from other hotels etc, but that's why I choose it, so that it was quiet, we would defiantly go there again, lovely place to take children, and reasonably priced.

We enjoyed the place. Nothing fancy but good value for a 3 star hotel. Food was good but they have short periods to eat! Breakfast was from 8:00-10:00 only; lunch: 1:00-2:30; Dinner: 6:30-8:00. Besides that, the bar did not have anything to eat, not even ice creams! Only drinks.
They said the had a heated swimming pool but doesn't. But the pool was nice. The room was clean but the floor was slipery and the shower head broken.
Staff was ok.
Very close to a beautiful beach- Muro and a matural park.

Quiet clean hotel, ideal if you speak German

When we arrived we seemed to be the only English family. They cater specifically for Germans, with a resident animation team that speak Spanish and German. Nevertheless everyone was reasonably polite, and there were no towels on sunbeds in the morning!! Admittedly the hotel was not full. A few more Brits arrived later in the week. Self-contained bungalows with fridge and kettle means you can make your own tea if you remember your favourite tea bags. Paella and pasta available for every meal.

Valentin Blue Bay

A great find and not what we were expecting. A hotel with individual chalets that were very comfortable with bedroom, bathroom and living room with small kitchenette. All basic but adequate. Good bathroom with excellent shower and plenty of hot water. The two swimming pools on site were excellent and plenty of sun loungers around the leisure pool. We went out most of the time but enjoyed the restaurant and bar. Food was good, plenty of it and lots of choice. There were set times for supper but nobody was really checking. Hotel was very popular with German parents and young famillies and they were a delight. There did seem to be German reps there organising activities but we didn't really find out what this was all about. The whole atmosphere was very relaxed, no excessive noise, ideal for famillies and couples. Not sure if teenagers would find it very exciting but plenty to do around the area. I would recommend a hire car as you get to see a lot more and saves on airport transfers waiting around. I would definitely go back again.

Eine sehr nette Ferienanlage mit einzelnen Bungalows. Sehr nettes und freundliches Personal! Das nah angrenzende Naturschutzgebiet war ein Hammer und ganz Nahe zu erreichen!! Für uns war das einer der traumhaftesten Strände die wir bei unsern Aufenthalt gesehen haben. Ein wunderschönes klares Meer, wie aus dem Bilderbuch!

Unser Bungalow (silber, 2 Pers.) wirkte wie frisch renoviert, war sauber und gemütlich. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei.
Die Unterkunft liegt zwar an einer Hauptstraße, jedoch hört man davon nichts. Der Naturstrand gegenüber dem Hotel ist wunderschön und aus feinem hellen Sand. Die Dünen im Hintergrund sind tausendmal schöner, als Hotelanlagen.
Man kann vom Hotel aus nach Can Picafort laufen und mit etwas mehr Zeit auch nach Port d‘Alcudia.
Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut. Die Auswahl änderte sich teils täglich.
Ein guter Standort, um die Insel mit dem Mietwagen oder Fahrrad zu erkunden.

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit, eine gute Auswahl am Buffet. Einzig die Standard Bungalows sind zT etwas älter und renovierungsbedürftig, wir hatten feuchte Flecken mit Farbablösungen im Zimmer,und die grossen Betten rutschen leider nachts auseinander; mit Kindern die mit im Bett schlafen ist das schwierig. Ein paar mehr Regale wären auch wünschenswert. Der Strand ist sauber und fußläufig in ein paar Minuten zu erreichen, alles in allem empfehlenswert!

Die Anlage ist sehr schön und gut gepflegt, äußerst nettes Personal, saubere Pools, viel Auswahl am Buffet. Nach Überqueren der Strasse führt ein idyllischer kleiner Weg zum Strand. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern einen Golden Bungalow, modern, sauber und in sehr gutem Zustand. Allerdings sind die zwei grossen Betten leicht auseinanderzuschieben, mit Baby nicht ideal und die Ausklappcouch unbequem im Ausstieg durch harte Metallstangen am Rand. Ausserdem mangelt es sehr deutlich an Stauraum, die Hälfte der Sachen musste in den Koffern verbleiben, was zu ständigem Chaos führte. Genug Platz für 1-2 weitere Regale besteht eigentlich. Auf einige Dinge könnte das Hotel besser hinweisen, zB dass es viele Dinge zum Ausleihen gibt, die man dementsprechend nicht kaufen müsste (zB Sonnenschirme, Sandspielsachen, Bücher). Unsere Große ging gerne zum Basteln in den Kinderclub, abgesehen von der Kinderdisco um 18:00 keine merkbare Animation, alles in allem sehr angenehm, gerne wieder!

Tolle Bungalowanlage im Hotelstil

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt in einer sehr gepflegten Hotelanlage (bestehend aus ca. 100 Bungalows). Der Gastronomiebereich lag zentral und ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Die Bungalows alle samt in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand, jedoch gab es ständig kleinere Elektroprobleme von Licht, Strom generell bis hin zum Heizungs/Klimagerät - der Techniker erschien aber stets umgehend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in dieser Anlage unseren Urlaub verbringen.

Schöne Anlage

Wir waren ein paar Tage in einem Silver Bungalow. Die Anlage samt großem Pool ist schön und gepflegt, unser Bungalow war relativ neu renoviert und modern eingerichtet. Die Angestellten im Hotel und Restaurant waren alle sehr freundlich.
Negativ war ein strenger Geruch nach Schwefel in der Nacht, außerdem fanden wir das zum Schlafzimmer offene Badezimmer ohne komplett schließende WC-Türe (Abstand oben und unten, dadurch alle Geräusche hörbar) nicht ideal.

Le séjour s'est très bien déroulé, l'hotel est bien placé, avec une plage magnifique juste en face, un service de location de voiture pas cher et efficace, une grande piscine très agréable. Lors de notre séjour en aout 2020, il y avait peu d'animations dans l'hotel, mais je suppose que c'était lié au peu de fréquentation (COVID 19). Le restaurant matin et soir était varié, et les plats de qualité. Seul bémol et faites attention: les photos sur hotels.com sont celles des appartements supérieur et non des bungalows standards, qui ressemblent vraiment à ce qu'on peut trouver dans de simples campings. J'avais sans le savoir pris l'un de ceux là, m'attendant à avoir ce que j'avais vu en photo, mais heureusement Marga, à l'accueil a pu nous passer dans la bonne catégorie sans supplément. Elle a vraiment sauvé 4 personnes de 10 jours de déprime, et rendu ce séjour formidable sur cette ile splendide.

Wir haben uns in der Anlage sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Pools sind schön und gepflegt, das Personal sehr herzlich und das Essen einfach lecker. Die Bungalows könnten von der Einrichtung etwas moderner sein, sind aber auch völlig in Ordnung. Die Küchenausstattung eignet sich eher nicht für einen Aufenthalt als selbstverpfleger, aber das würde ich bei dem tollen Essen auch nicht empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Спокойный отель для семейного отдыха. Все необходимое в домиках есть, не новое, но в рабочем состоянии. Питание качественное, разнообразное. Персонал приятный. Природа великолепна, не считая удручающих облетающих осин на территории, от которых мы из России в сентябре сбежали))) Главный минус - отсутствие пешеходного перехода на дороге с активным движением, это минус отелю! Ну и не хватает тротуара до магазина (бежать с коляской по обочине, когда мимо пролетают машины и автобусы неприятно и небезопасно)

Wir haben zu dritt eine Woche im Hotel verbracht und es war eine großartige Zeit. Das Personal ist über aus freundlich und das Essen sehr abwechslungsreich. Auch der Weg zum Strand ist kurz und idyllisch. Wir würden dieses Hotel ausnahmslos weiter empfehlen.

Dopo 5 anni, possiamo dire di conoscere bene questo hotel.
Vantaggi tantissimi: personale gentilissimo, posizione perfetta, spiaggia vicina, stanze tipo bungalow con privacy assicurata, dotazioni complete.
Svantaggi: le cose da migliorare, come suggerimento, sono la varietà del cibo (meglio qualche anno fa) e quest'anno le pulizie (non sempre fatte bene).
Comunque ci torneremo di sicuro.

Lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille, tout est prévu pour que vous vous sentiez à l aise avec vos enfants de tous âges. Personnel charmant et disponible, nourriture variée et délicieuse, prix raisonnable, piscine très agréable, plage facilement accessible et eau sublime, animations discrètes mais efficaces. Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Valentin et recommandons vivement ce lieu ! Les bungalows individuels permettent de garder une certaine intimité et d avoir le sentiment d être chez soi.

Me ha gustado casi todo, alojarse aquí es muy recomendable, la distribución de las habitaciones es un acierto, y es muy poco frecuente encontrarlo, ya que el hotel dispone de mucha superficie, lo que redunda en mucha tranquilidad a cualquier hora, y mas a la hora de dormir, ya que no compartes pared con nadie....esto es impagable. Este seria para mi lo mas destacable: habitaciones o bungaloows individuales. La comida es buena, el personal es muy agradable, la limpieza es muy buena, la zona de piscina es amplia, tiene muchas opciones para hacer actividades (bici, senderismo, baloncesto, futbol, tenes, voley/futbol playa, etc), la wifi es excelente, el show de perfil tranuilo es muy bueno, vamos son todas ventajas.

Dentro de las tres categorías de habitaciones la que tiene cocina, no está reformada, y se merece una reforma, casi urgente es como entrar en 1980. Las que si están reformadas no tiene cocina, por lo que si necesitas tener cocina no es una opcion.

Som at bo i en trist skoæske

Vi boede en familie i en bugalow som føles som en lille skotøjsæske - der var strippet for alt charme og ligeså en igennemtænkt indretning med mange mangler. Stedet havde absolut intet spansk islæt - trist!
Stranden i nærheden (over vejen) var hotellets plus. Også ok poolområder - hvis man er til det. For børn er der en del aktiviteter og legeplads, som fungerer fint. Buffet også ok. Betjeningen i receptionen var uengageret og virkede totalt ligeglade med gæsterne! Alt i alt ikke et sted vi vil anbefale hvis man gerne vil opleve det særlige og smukke Mallorca har at byde på!

Flott anlegg og serviceinnstilte ansatte!

Flott liten hytte med soverom, bad og stue med enkelt kjøkken. Fellesområdene er flotte og passelig store til at det ikke føles trykkende. Maten var upåklagelig. Alle ansatte var veldig imøtekommende og hjelpsomme. Hadde et helt topp opphold!

Superbe endroit, en pleine nature ( réserve naturelle ) et juste à côté de la ville avec un grand supermarché proche, et plein de commerces. La plage, il suffit de traverser la route et ensuite un sentier dans la réserve naturelle vous amène rapidement à la plage. L’hôtel ressemble à un camping avec des logements espacés comprenant une terrasse. Logements avec chambre séparée et grand placard. Literie ok. 2 piscines dont une calme que pour natation . Salle de sport, tennis, vtt, vélo , transat toujours disponible ! Restauration variée et de qualité ! Le personnel est souriant. Le tarif en demi pension est moins cher que d’autres endroits avec plus de prestations. On aurait aimé rester plus longtemps...

Det var 4 gang på stedet! Vi er vilde med den afslappede stemning på resortet og det super servicemindede og venlige personale - lige fra mændene, der klippede græs/buske til rengøringen til kokken. For at vi alle kan have en ferie, napper vi halvpension. Ganske varieret og noget for enhver smag. Der er over en uge forskellige temaer og ganske udmærket. Vi starter altid dagen med en tur i gym - ganske udmærket udstyr og badefaciliteter. To pool-områder hvoraf det ene er et stilleområde, Hvor der er mulighed for at kunne svømme baner og bagefter slænge sig i \"himmelsengen\". Husene er hyggelige og meget private. I år røg vi \"desværre\" i et hus, hvor solen stod højt hele eftermiddagen. Supermarkedet er ca. 500 meter væk, hyggelig by med det sædvanlige turistgøgl og en skøn promenade. Stranden er intet mindre end fantastisk.

Nice bungalows, good food and big pool

We rented two nice bungalows, since the bungalows are to small for a family of two adults and two teens. The bungalows has really nice terraces.

Decent gym, nice swimming pool and great regular pool.

The included breakfast and dinner was nice and includes a really fresh selection of fruits. Wine selection is great for red wines, ok for whites but really lacks the quality for rosé wines. The hotel has a nice pool bar. The staff is service minded and friendly.

Good hotel for families.

Hotellet ligger granne med ett naturreservat och är därför lämpligt för de som söker en lugnare och aktivare semester. Stranden når man genom att korsa en landsväg och sedan gå igenom en mindre tallskog. Hotellet har funnits några år men är väl underhållet och gymet har moderna maskiner. Hotellet har 2 pooler där den ena är avsedd för simning medan den andra kan användas för barn och lek. Jag uppskattade denna uppdelning och använde båda. Personalen är mycket glada och hjälpsamma och personalen fick oss att känna oss välkomna och glada. Vi hade bokat med halvpension och är nöjda med maten. Urvalet av maträtter är tillräckligt stort för att alltid hitta några rätter som passar. På middagen hade man olika teman (Italiensk, Mexikansk, Asiatiskt etc) som byts varje dag så därför undviker man att behöva äta samma rätter hela tiden. Man bor i bungalows och dessa har utrustning för att preparera enklare lunch själv om man så önskar. Kylskåpet uppskattade jag. Alla bungalows har en altan och ofta ger träd behaglig skugga. Jag kan rekommedera detta hotell.

Замечательный отель для спокойного, насколько возможно, отдыха с детьми. Отдельные домики с террасой, отличный детский бассейн, прекрасная еда на ужин и обед. Очень удобно добираться из аэропорта на автобусе - остановка прямо напротив. С этой же остановки каждые 15 минут автобус в Алькудию или Кан Пикафорт. Большой супермаркет в метрах 200, но с коляской туда идти не очень удобно. Пляж роскошный через сосновый лет и живописный мост.
Единственный минус - приготовить на плите в номере невозможно. Нагревается по часу. Так что готов ли в микроволновке.
Персонал весь чудесный.
Для детей детский клуб с 15 до 17, где можно оставить ребенку поиграть с аниматором. В 20:30 детская дискотека.
Для взрослых несколько раз в неделю в 21:00 живая музыка в баре.

Ruhige Lage, abseits vom Rummel mit sehr guter Busanbindung, Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel. Schönes umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, abwechsungsreiches Abendbuffet mit Themengestaltung. Sehr guter Service im Speisesaal. Sehr aufmerksames Personal. Kurzer Weg zum Strand, der zu unserer Reisezeit eher schwach besucht war.
Die Bungalows sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet (eine Garderobe und ein Ganzkörperspiegel könnten noch im Wohnbereich angebracht sein) und für zwei Personen ausreichend. Bad bietet wenig Abstelfläche für persönliche Utensilien. War aber sehr sauber und die sanitäre Ausstattung gut.
Sehr gut gefallen hat uns auch die dezente musikalische Abendunterhaltung an der Poolbar.
Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Urlaubsdomizil, das man empfehlen kann, wenn man nicht jeden Abend HalliGalli vor der Hausür haben möchte.
