We stayed here for 5 nights. The room was pretty small and outdated. The beds were ok the first couple of nights but we started having back and neck pains after the 3rd day. The hotel is located near convenience stores and restaurants, and a 5 min walk from the station.

This is BY-FAR my favorite place to stay when in Japan. I have stayed here 4 times, and always the same level of excellence. The location, service and comfort are a welcome attribute for this Hotel. We even had an issue where we needed extra days added, and the manager went above an beyond to accomodate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We like its quiet and convenient location near the station and shops. I think the room size is little bigger and the price is little lower than similar hotels in the area, so overall we're satisfied. Staff was very kind and the room was always clean. The staff would rearrange my daughter's plushies she left on the bed in fun poses which was awesome to see each day we got back from exploring. There's a 7-11 barely 2 blocks down the street for easy snacks and ATM access. The train station is also close which houses several places to shop and eat as well. All around, this hotel is in a great location and a wonderful place to stay!

Great hotel location in Shin-Yokohama. Breakfast item is same daily during my stay. There are restaurants nearby and close to Shin-Yokohama train station. However, train ride to Tokyo takes about 50 mins and 15 mins to Yokohama area. If you want to save some money and don't mind the train ride time, I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was very nice! I usually stay in business hotels around Tokyo so it was surprising how much space it had. It was very easy to check-in. All I had to do was fill out a quick form with my phone number and address. They didn't care that my address and phone number weren't a Japanese address/phone number compared to some hotels.

The area around the hotel was perfect. It is within walking distance from the station and there are many many places to eat and shop. There were days when I did not have to ride the train to go to a different area because they had almost everything within Shin-Yokohama.

Amazing Experience!!

This was by far the best hotel stay of the 3 during my trip! Clean, comfortable, perfect! The bed was super comfortable and there were definitely enough pillows. Bathrooms was amazing and the products they made available were awesome! Quick walk from Shin-Yokohama Station, and I loved being steps away from a 7/11. I did utilize the laundry room and appreciated the fact they were washer dryer combos. (Although I wished before hand that they were 2 hr cycles) as I would have stated earlier. This place will definitely be on my list for my next trip to Japan. Highly Recommended!!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. It’s about 5 mins to Shin-Yokohama Station, and super convenient to go visit both Yokohama and Tokyo from there. The room seemed old but was kept clean. There were many convenience stores nearby, and lots of restaurants to eat out. The front desk staff was polite and helpful.
A safe box in the room would have been useful but that’s the only (very small) complaint I had.

Our experience at BW Fino Shin Yokohama has been the best. This was our first Japan trip and they made everything easy. The staff is was super kind, accommodating and courteous. We gave the buffet a chance and it’s pretty good for the price. The best part is that they change the menu daily. This BW is perfectly located near Yokohama station, so it’s perfect if you want some good food to eat. We definitely enjoyed our stayed there and definitely will come back.

The hotel had elevator parking, which made it very convenient. The front desk gentleman also spoke excellent English, and was very friendly. The hotel has many dining options within a couple blocks and a Lawton’s and small supermarket/minimart within a block. Nice area, safe, well lit. Fine for women. The rooms are small, probably catering to the business crowd but it was clean and comfortable and such a good price! We only stayed one night so did not eat there. Would definitely recommend it.

We arrived in the evening around 8 p m and the staff was very accommodating. We arrived in a rent a car but couldn't park in there parking lot as we had a van but allowed us to park in the handicap spot, which was on thenfirst floor. Staff was very friendly an accommodating. Tons of restaurants in the area. For the price , you can't go wrong as we were able to book one night for $25. All we needed was a bed, roof, hot shower, and access to the train statiom and this spot was perfect! Last, We put the \"don't disturb sign\" on our door yet, they still left clean towels and new slippers at the front door for us. five star plus for sure!! Thank you again for accomodating us!!

The staff at this hotel is amazing. They are full of hospitality. I love they have a real front desk and live person to welcome you and assist with anything you need. Very convenient location. Everything is in short walking distance. The hotel’s breakfast restaurant is wonderful. Everything is prepared with care. Very relaxed atmosphere and Friendly staff. Lots of food options for lunch and dinner in walking distance. Lots of shopping options near the station. Great access to everywhere as many railways including bullet train stops at Shinyokohama station. A short direct bus ride from Haneda airport. The hotel price is very good as it’s not in the middle of Tokyo which I prefer. The standard room is small in American standard. If you would like a bit more room, they have a larger room available.

Good location, convenient, nice room

Hotel is located close to the JR Shin- Yokohama station and there are many convenient stores nearby. There’s a good and cheap udon place just opposite. We got the triple room and it was clean, a little small but enough for the 3 of us to move around and eat and find place to put our carry-ons.

Location is pretty good, quiet area but everything necessary around. Check in was quick and room was satisfactory. Everything was fine until next morning. I went to get the car and my wife and daughter checked out. At check out, female staff very rudely told them they had been noisy and another customer complained.. WHAT THE HELL.. this is extremely unprofessional behavior by the staff. We had a 1 year old daughter, we all went to bed at 8pm, got up around 5:30 and didn’t make any unusual noise. First if all, how on earth would they pin point that to us? Second, it’s a hotel. The staff should have either called the room after the complaint to inquire or just apologised to the customer..NOT rudely complain to us.

Wir fahren jedes Jahr nach Japan und dieses Hotel ist das erste das wir ein zweites mal buchen würden. Es gibt 2 verschiedene Kopfkissen,ein sehr bequemes Bett und alles ist sehr sauber! Es liegt zentral um mehrer Konbinis und perfekt für alle Anbindungen durch den naheliegenden Shin Yokohama Bahnhof.Dazu kommt noch sehr aufmerksames nettes Personal, ob an der Rezeption oder das Putzpersonal, alle sehr kompetent und herzlich!

お部屋はすごく狭くて、イスはきちんと直さないとベッドとの隙間がなくて通れないほどでしたが、1人には問題ないおおきさで、清潔でよかったです。お風呂場もユニットではあるものの、シャワーカーテンの幅も十分にあったことと、きちんと排水システムがあったので、トイレサイドがびしゃびしゃということもなく快適でした。
