Stayed here for 4 nights, for our wedding ceremony in the city. Everything was on point. Some indoor/washroom slippers would have been nice. Staff was very helpful and caring. Will definitely stay here again.

Bedside lights on one side didn’t work at all, and on other side flashed if turned it down.

Would have been good to have had a second pillow but none available.

When we checked in, the door lock was broken and would not work. The staff came back multiple times to fix it but each time they were not able to. They were able to let us in but told us that if we left, we would have to go back to reception to be let in to our room. It finally got fixed after a couple of hours.

In terms of cleanliness, there were spider webs in the corners of the room, the kitchenette was dusty and the bedsheets smelled like wet laundry. When we requested for the room to be cleaned, they didn't change the sheets or clean the kitchenette. They only took out the trash.

This room was also advertised online as accommodating 3 people. We booked it with that intention until the hotel told us that it could only sleep 2. Our third person had to find other accommodations the day before she arrived because the hotel would not make an exception despite their misleading advertisement. They did not offer us anything to help fix the situation.

Would not stay here again.

Checkin staff was wonderful. Room was very below par. Studio with kitchenette-none of the plates matched 1small bowl, 1 large bowl. No dessert or soup spoons. No detergent to wash dishes. No complimenty tea or coffee. Bed the pillows we’re discussing & doona had seen better days.

The train stations were close and it was easy to get to and from the airport. The city was a a little far though. Good breakfast spots nearby and grocery stores.

The hotel was clean and the staff were great but the room itself was very small and stuffy. But overall it was a nice stay and the bed was comfy!

Clean spare setup—ideal for one person

We stayed here for our last night in Copenhagen after staying in many beautiful properties all over Scandinavia. The rooms are like college dorm rooms only smaller! My husband and I could barely navigate around each other because it’s so tiny. My husband had to leave the room so I could unpack and get settled. This is a an ideal spot for a one night stay for one person, but the rooms are really too small for a couple.

Room was extremely small so do not over pack if there is two of you as you will have no space to move. Breakfast is over priced in my opinion for what is on offer. Our room was above what seemed to be an unofficial borrow bike stop which meant it was noisy super early in the mornings (sometimes around 3am!) and noisy throughout the evening. Room was super hot, had to ask for a fan.
Paid for secure bike storage for my TT bike as I was competing in the Ironman, came back one day to the key carded door wedged open. Bike storage is on the same floor you enter the hotel on, the external doors are not locked or key card therefore anyone could have accessed my bike.
Mix up with breakfast due to Expedia, hotel allowed us in on the first morning and then tried to back track 24 hours later by asking for us to pay for it.

The room was tiny and no room to move around. No room for a wardrobe or chest of drawers. only some coat hangers on hooks. A fan was provided but there was no surface to put it on. The room was hot and stuffy and on the first mezzanine floor looking over the street, so not safe to leave the window open over night. Only room for one person at a time in the bathroom and no ventilation.

Small rooms but have everything you could need, except aircon which wasn’t great as we stayed during hot summer days and nights.

We stayed here for one night and this place did the trick! Very easy to go to the airport from here. The room was very small but the pictures were accurate. This was perfectly fine for one night, however if we were staying any longer, it would have been difficult for both of us to fit in the room comfortably.

Great location as it is in a residential area so close to supermarkets and parks. Easy to get to metro stations also. The only disappointment was that the room is very small 12m sq, so to get into the room you have to go virtually single file, and it was difficult to manoeuvre luggage into the room as well. Lovely rooftop area to sit and have predinner nibbles and drinks- we brought our own which is such a treat. Nice to have a fan as there is no air conditioning.

Great location for a trip to Copenhagen. We stayed in 018 and 020 as a Family room. It was at end of hallway and was quiet and clean with two bathrooms. One of the bathroom was HUGE. You could play football in it. Approximately 5 -10 min walk to Metro line 2 that connects the airport to Copenhagen. There were multiple supermarkets in vicinity. We would definitely return. One thing that could be offered in the room would be a kettle and some complementary cups/coffee/tea. Overall a great experience

I was concerned that the window did not have a secure latch in case of strong winds, as in the worst case, if the window thus comes unhinged, it could fall and hurt passersby. We were not here in the middle of summer when the weather is now warmer in Denmark than usual, but in that case the portable fan in the room would not be enough cooling - a ceiling fan would be better.

The room was really warm and they only offered a small fan. If you open the window there is a nice breeze but also lots of noise from people outside chatting at 3am or driving by. Difficult night sleep and very minimally stocked place. Good price but you get what you paid for.

I wish the property could pay more attention on cleaning. The floor of the room I stayed with so many dust. The bed sheet was filled with many \"grey dots\" because someone left all the dust, lint and hair underneath the bed sheet. There're some yellow gel-like objects attached the shower switch, and the bathroom sometimes smelled .The reception lady was nice and offered me another room, but the bed also with the same hygiene /cleaning issue. Pro- heating, hot water,elevator.

Close to airport and metro. Double room is compact but nice and functional with lighting options, bedside charging outlets, table with lamp and comfortable bed. Cutest little hotel in Denmark

Such a lovely and beautiful room. It was small (we are from the States) but we only used the room for sleep and shower. The hotel staff is extremely helpful and kind. There were always towels and sheets left for us daily. There is the cutest cafe in walking distance and was convenient as was delicious. We hope to stay here again in the near future!

Very very tiny rooms, we struggled to open our suitcases and couldn’t open the toilet door and room door when we have big suitcases. Shower is a mess as it tends to splash outside, although powerful shower. Location is great near to M2 line station and supermarket. Get a twin bed room if u can, even their single bed is smaller than I expected!

Safe and quiet area. 5 minute walk from the metro giving easy access to the airport and the centre.. the walls in the hotel were paper thin you can hear everything even other peoples alarms take ear plugs if your a light sleep. Close to public transit, even though not near the main sights, convenient in getting around. Supermarket, pizza takeout nearby.

The reception area and rooftop patio are clean, bright and welcoming.

The room we stayed in is very smaller, much smaller than the same category rooms we are used to at the other hotels. In addition, the cleanliness of the room can be significantly improved: dust at the corner of the room; the bathroom did not smell good. Don't know what it was, but it seemed to me that the mops / cleaning cloths have seen better days.

Great 7 night solo stay in an apartment room. Simple but comfortable. Ample space for me, lovely view from the balcony and even better from the roof terrace. Room was clean and staff were helpful when needed. I didn't have the hotel breakfast but could have added it on any days I wanted to. Easy to get to from tbe airport, easy to get into the city or across the vridge to Sweden. Great price for everything you get! Only minor issue was the bar across the road playing incredibly loud music into the early hours on the weekend but that wasnt the fault of the hotel. I should have remembered my ear plugs! Communication from the hotel was great from even before I booked.

Ignore some of the poor reviews, the room was clean, the staff great and the location ideal for getting round Copenhagen!

The rooms aren’t huge but absolutely standard or budget hotels in major cities. The bathroom was modern, clean and perfectly useable.

I would definitely stay again next time I’m in town.

Really disappointed by our stay here. Do not be fooled by the photos, the rooms are very very small. Had to ask reception every time we needed a towel and was once told they had run out of towels. The bathroom does not have proper drainage which leaves a wet mess in the bathroom every time you used the shower. Which also contributed to why there was such a musty/moldy smell in the bathroom. Only positive was its location to the beach and metro.

Great value hotel by the beach and the metro line. In my opinion this is one of the best areas to stay in Copenhagen offering easy access to both the city and the airport. It a mostly residential area but many amenities including restaurants and bars within walking distance I would definitely stay here again.

Recommend for short stay on a budget

One of the cheapest hotels in Copenhagen that isn’t a hostel. It’s hard to find anything nice for the prices I’m used to paying. I was pleasantly surprised, the room was a good size, very clean and in good condition. I booked a room with small kitchenette but didn’t end up needing it. Very close to the airport, a little further out from city centre but I’d imagine it’s easy enough to get there using public transport ( I had access to a car). Staff were very friendly and the bar area looked really nice!

Clean and basic hotel 7 minutes walking from metro. But here the good things end.

The hotel staff lacks training and management is not enforcing SOPs what would be basic in any hotel.

-Staff enters room without knocking.
-The soap dispenser above sink was not refilled for 5 days (and no, this is not just a human error. It was 5 days without checking!).
-In room 335 the heating was not working, so instead of moving me to another room I got industrial air heater delivered … seriously?….

BTW: Only 1 English news channel and 1 German TV channel besides few danish and Swedish. So much about entertainment :)
