Room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, but the carpet had some dubious stains that had not been successfully. They advertised for parking but you had to pay extra for that. Breakfast buffet was very good. The restaurant had some good choices but there was a limited selection. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful including cleaning staff and the head waiter at breakfast.

Good hotel for a few days, very close to Metro, very good breakfast, comfortable rooms. My only disappointment is that this and most other European hotels have very little English speaking channels on TV’s besides the BBC, it would be nice to have a few movie channels to watch when you want some down time!

I was surprised at the conditions of the room. Broken outlets by bed, stains in the carpet, some holes and damage to the curtains. It is very basic at best.
Breakfast was good, clean.
Staff was pretty decent.
Things in the hotel besides the room seemed fine.

Super convenient to the airport and I love the location by the park and the water. You don't hear any airplane noise at ALL. I wish all airport hotels could be like that. Place is getting old. Plug covers fell off, outlets weren't working, the bathroom had a slight smell that suggested backed up sewage mains in the building. Still, super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is great. I would definitely stay there again.

Basic and clean but avoid in summer

The room was compact with a very small bed and tiny bathroom with a claustrophobic shower cubicle. The room and the hotel was clean but there was no aircon in the room and it was a very hot night. Left the windows open and got train noise all night as the station was nearby.

Not the most restful night, but the breakfast was nice and spent less than 12 hours there altogether. I won’t be rushing back.

Very good value for money and a stones throwaway from the metro, which was a massive bonus for us. Two stops away from the airport. About 10 minutes from central Copenhagen using the metro. Saved us a lot of money on hotel prices in central Copenhagen. Would definitely stay here again.

No one replies to Expedia messages. Sent a few over a few weeks and nothing until one message about airport pickup AFTER I had already left the country. No wifi at night and response was 'the owners know it's a problem and don't care' and a general shrug of the shoulders to the problem. Wifi might not sound like the biggest problem in the world, but this is an airport hotel and people all over the world are flying in and trying to contact loved ones after landing and checking in. Directions to the metro was a grunt and a point to the door. Train your front desk staff better and care more about your guests needs.

We couldnt stay in the room for more than 5 minutes and left immediately to another hotel. You should avoid this hotel at all cost. Carpet smells moldy. Room was dirty. No AC. Toilet smell was all over the room.

It was a horrible experience. I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. Avoid at all cost.

When we went to the front to complain they were so unhelpful. Management is useless. We ended going to another place.

This hotel should be called a motel with zero star. I am not sure how they earned their stars but they definitely needs to be reviewed.

I stayed in the hotel twice. The first time, the room allocated was terrible. Table in terrible condition. Fomica is peeling and cutting into your arm when you are sitting on the stable. Reported to the staff who asked to email the hotel management. I did as requested but no acknowledgment.

Week long family gathering/holiday after one family member finishing a year of studies abroad in Copenhagen. This hotel was next to great student digs & supermarket. It’s two stops from the airport via the excellent metro system, plus close to the lovely beach. The hotel is very handy. Don’t expect luxury even though there’s a pool… lol. It was relatively clean, unfortunately there was a hair in the bed & what looked like “stains” on the glass bathroom door. The water is hard so the room kettle had a very crusty heater element, I don’t think it had ever been cleaned. I needed a scouring pad to clean it ahead of any use. We stayed for 7 nights & had to repeatedly ask for the small long life milk to be replenished so we could have a morning cup of tea, reception said. “Buy your own milk from the supermarket” this would have been a good idea apart from there was no fridge in the room. Also, no aircon. You have to leave windows open as it can get very hot with the sun on the side we were staying. All the windows need tightening up. Handles loose, & rubber seals let in a slight draft when it was windy. This does all seem quite negative, however I forgive it due to the extreme convenience next to the Metro & the airport being just a short hop away. So much so we’d use it again. Oh…. & the sauna didn’t work. But it was quiet, even though it was close to the airport & metro, plus the bed & pillows were comfortable giving a good nights sleep. The sheets did have some holes in though.

Disappointing Stay

The hotel listing suggests that there are laundry facilities, there are not.
On top of this, the room was very stuffy with no air circulation at all. There seems to be a unit (mounted at ceiling level) that would work for heat or cool, but the remote was not available.
I ended up keeping a window open...the problem is, i was right next to the Metro station, so the constant lights on the platform meant i could have the curtains open and have air, OR some darkness in the room and no air circulation. The combination of the window being open and the station also meant that it was LOUD at all hours.

At one point my key card stopped working, so i returned to the desk to have it fixed. The clerk was rude and essentially insinuated that i wasn't using the card properly.
Then i discovered that my TV wasnt working. It would turn on, but indicated that there was no service (Guide said \"no programming found).
I brought this up to the desk staff, and again it was told - outright - that i had not used the TV properly. I attempted to show him photos i had taken of the TV messages but he was not interested. He said he would have housekeeping look at it - tomorrow.

Sure enough, something had been done when i returned to my room the next day. I could get 2 channels, but most were still scrambled. Essentially pointless.

Final issue, the water in the shower was only very hot. I could not get it to cool down much at all. After a hot day, i wanted a cool shower and my only option was v ho

I stayed in your hotel on 2 June 2025 to 3 June 2025. And again now for 2 nights since 9 June 2025 to 11 June 2025.

When I checkin on 2 June 2025, I was shocked to find the condition of the room - see photos.

When I arrived yesterday, I show it to the gentlemen at reception. He suggested I see a Manager today, which I did.

I arrived at the counter to ask for a Manager but there was no one around at the counter until Mario, a receptionist showed up a few minutes later.

I asked for a Manager and he told me under no uncertain terms there is no Manager in the hotel. Until tomorrow. I then asked for a Supervisor. He said he is the supervisor and if I could tell him what the reason. I repeatedly asked for a Manager as I was perplexed that for a hotel this size, there is no Manager on the premises at 12noon. He told me again, under no uncertain terms there is no Manager in the hotel until tomorrow. I mentioned to him if he would rather I escalate it on social media. He repeated again, sent the email.

I then came back 15 minutes later and spoke to Flo. She took my number in my booking and promised me she will ask a Manager to call me on WhatsApp only.

I’m as deeply disappointed that I am unable to speak to a Manager and the hotel would rather I escalate it on Social Media.

Terrible condition of furniture

There is no phone in the rooms. In order to contact reception you need to go down. I stayed in room 551, the kettle for hot water was not working, it was replaced when I went down twice. Rest all is good.

Conveniently located 3min metro ride from the airport and 15min from downtown Copenhagen. 5 min walk from a beautiful beach. Breakfast is a buffet and quite good. The rooms are a little outdated, lamps and outlets do not always work. There is no night table next to the bed which is a little inconvenient. Brown carpet had suspicious stains and could be changed. But linens were clean and the bathroom was sparkling clean. Would I come back? For a night before an early flight or after a late arrival, absolutely. And it is very affordable.

Great value and great location in some ways (only 2 Metro stops from airport), but bad location in that only services/sights nearby are Netto grocery across the street, nothing else of note.
Property has nice beds and good sized rooms, but is definitely showing age. Pool in basement is refreshing but entire subfloor level is dimly lit, stinky, and a bit creepy. Overall a middling impression and happy to find as a last-minute option.

The hotel was perfect for my 14 hour layover. It’s only two metro stops from the airport. The room was comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly.

If you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a room on the other side of the building, away from the train tracks. I didn’t ask since I arrived so late, but I was still able to sleep comfortably.

A Great Find, perfectly priced and positioned

After reading some reviews i was a little hesitant in booking this hotel. I needn't have worried. We needed a hotel of convenience, after all, the purpose of our visit was to see family and Copenhagen not a Hotel Spa break. Having the hotel 5 min from the airport via the metro was fantastic, and then 10 min via the metro into the city, it's so handy, especially when leaving for home, there was no stress, just jump on the Metro 50m away. You'd think maybe being so close to airport and metro you'd be plagued by noise, you're not. Our room was totally silent. We had a suite, it was clean, tidy and comfortable. plenty of room and great value. I can't comment on their double rooms. There's a pool, we tried that and it was good, plus a sauna which was very relaxing. We didn't eat there or have breakfast, only because we wanted to experience the cafe's and bars in the city. The staff were friendly, the bar was open until late, great for a nightcap. I don't want to say \"simple\" as it could be regarded as a negative, however i'd like to say, if you want a simple, easy access hotel offering a great nights sleep, exceptionally convenient and great value for money, then you can't go wrong with this hotel. If you want luxury break experience then look elsewhere, but obviously you'll be paying more. We will use this Hotel again, without a doubt. Thank You. Nearly forgot, great little supermarket across the road from the hotel, we stocked up on essential Danish foods ahead of our departure

If you are staying here and are a light sleeper please ask for a room facing away from the metro. Although it is very good for going to the airport I struggled to sleep the 1st night I was there because of the noise of the metro. I requested a room facing away for my 2nd night and it was a million times better.

The hotel was very basic. My queen size bed was two twin beds pushed together with a topper over it.
The hotel Staff wasn’t polite, not actually rude.
Staff was just not friendly & didn’t provide any information. Staff said nothing about breakfast,
nothing about the WIFI, nothing about the pool or the gym, and gave NO information about what the surrounding area had to offer. I had to ask around to the other hotel guests tofind out about the area.

I picked this hotel as 2 stops fm airport on metro and I have to take train to Sweden in the morning. The meteo was so close to hotel it was all I heard all night and it runs through very frequently (felt like every 5 mins) and I had very little sleep. I’m a light sleeper and it might work for others. Unfortunately I’ve booked here again so will have to see if they can give me a room on the other side of hotel

Just a very dingy unpleasant hotel. There is an air of must throughout. I would not recommend it. On top of that, our toilet immediately broke when we got there. Fortunately they swapped our room, so it wasn’t much of a hassle. Also, no ice machine.
