Great home away from home. Nice bar and friendly staff. Only things was the towels. Instructions were they let us use then for an extra day and to leave them on the floor for replacement. Left mine ok day 2 and day 5 still on the same ones. Maybe there was somewhere specific to leave them but not mentioned anywhere. Still lovely place with a metro super close and a convenience store and food vendors opposite. Would definitely use again.

The rooms were clean and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We rented bikes from the hotel and biked to the city center most days. It was easy to navigate and an inexpensive way to see the sights.

The breakfast is very good. The lady at the counter is very nice & helpful. The location is 5 minutes walk to train station & only one stop to the airport. So it’s very convenient when I need to catch early flight at airport.

Small clean room, very minimal but just what we needed. We got in around midnight and the man at the desk got us checked in and on our way to our room in less than five minutes and after a long day it was much welcomed.
Breakfast was such a delight! Well stocked, lots of danish treats, eggs, yogurt and lots of great coffee options.
The train back to the airport was walkable, about 5 minutes.
Great place to stay for an overnight layover.

We checked in at 12noon n we asked whether we can check in. The male staff says no n we hve to wait until 3pm for check in- to wait for 3 hrs. There s another lady staff mentioned there s an empty rm n he says s blocked for another guest. The lady staff says why dun he give us tis rm. imagine if d lady staff not around we would hve to wait for 3 hrs. A big thank u to d female staff

Unable to checked in n normally they will hve a store room for us to put our luggage. As for tis hotel we hve to pay for d locker. No telephone provided in d rm n we r unable to call d staff when our tv not working. We hve to go down to front office n inform d staff. When we asked they say we hve to use our hp to call overseas to d hotel. Terrible service

the staff were incredibly helpful! the breakfast buffet was basic but yummy. the rooms were relatively clean but the bathroom was a bit rundown and didn’t feel necessarily super clean. Definitely be warned that the bathroom is incredibly tiny and very awkward to shower in. Great location near the train station and only one stop away from CPH airport but the train station only has one elevator up to the main road and the only foot path to the hotel is on the opposite side to the lift. overall a fine hotel to stay in for one night.

The hotel was located right outside of Central Copenhagen only two stops from Central Station. I wish we had stayed there for our entire stay as I just booked it the night before we were flying out because it was close to the airport. Our room was much larger than the small cramped room we had when we stayed near Central Station. Our unit did have air-conditioning, had soap provided and a hairdryer. The staff were very friendly. They even gave me ice upon request at the downstairs bar. Our room also had a little kitchenette, but I’m not sure if that is standard to every room. There is not the kettle for hot water provided in the rooms that we typically have in Europe with complementary coffee, but it is inexpensive to purchase from the machine downstairs.

Hands down, the staff at this hotel were the BEST! We had pleasant experiences with the day and the evening staff! Plus was definitely luggage storage , inviting reception area with bar/snacks. We also loved the proximity to the train station. Good value for money paid. Room was adequate but the bathroom was dated. We had plenty of hot water though and the beds were comfortable. Would definitely be back.

Good location near the train station to get into the city centre and arrport. Close to local amenities, including a supermarket, pizza restaurant and an Irish bar.
So not entirely dependent on the hotel.
Had the breakfast which was good enough, usual choice re continental breakfast.
Rooms on 3rd floor a bit tight for headroom with the eaves but clean and comfortable. Would use again.

I initially chose this hotel for my last few days in Copenhagen because it's located a stone's throw from the airport. Although a train station (Tarnby) is right next to the hotel, the location isn't the most convenient for visiting Copenhagen and its main attractions. That's the only drawback. On the other hand, it's well-located for tourists who want to visit Helsingør or go to Malmö in Sweden.

This hotel is good for travellers who want a more quiet, suburban hotel. It is near a neighborhood that has a great park with walking trails, biking trails, and shorter trails through trees. The only sounds I heard from my room were kids playing soccer after school in the nearby fields. A few blocks away is a grocery store, which was perfect for items for a picnic.

The only downside to this hotel is that to get to it you need to take a regional train if you're coming from the airport or the central train station. Regularly that would not be a problem, but the week I visited, the rail company was doing track work, so many trains were cancelled and the schedule was irregular. However, you could take a bus if you're in the neighborhoods by the hotel, and connect to other public transport.

I chose the hotel to save money, as staying in Copenhagen itself can be very expensive.

The Go Hotel is very near to a railway station, which was important to me as it was an overnight stop on an Interrail trip around mainland Europe. Unfortunately, there is only a lift at one end of the station, and the end we needed for the hotel meant lugging luggage up the stairs (there was an underpass under the busy road, apparently). There was Inadequate signage at the station, and I blame DSB's for not being more helpful - many stations in mainland Europe have information boards wit local maps.

The chap at reception was English, so this gave us a chance to chat about various things. They arranged for a takeaway to be brought in for us, and provided the plates and cutlery.

The toilet/shower/wash basin area in the room was very small, but otherwise the room was OK. The breakfast room was very crowded (lots of people getting flights, presumably), and I waited around 30 minutes until after the queue had gone before I went up to get a coffee.

This is a basic hotel with the main advantage being very convenient to Copenhagen Airport- one train stop away and then a short walk to the hotel. Cheap by Copenhagen standards, simple breakfast (extra charge but not that much). And when you want to go to downtown Copenhagen, the it's only 2 stops by train. Stayed there multiple times. Clean but again, basic place to stay.

Clean room. Staff was great. Short walk to train station for airport transport or taxi/Uber easily available. Rooms are clean but realize they are no frills. Bring your own shower necessities as none are in the bathroom and are for purchase at the reception desk. We stayed here with an overnight layover and didn’t have any of those items in our carryon. Great place.

The room was very small but clean. Air conditioning was not available so the room was warm and stuffy. The location was quick access from the airport by train or Uber and only a 15 minute Uber or train ride from the scenic canal area. Over all I would highly recommend this hotel, especially if you are on a long flight layover. It was like a bonus vacation during our flight. The staff were very polite and helpful. The breakfast bar looked and tasted delicious!

Unfortunately, my partner and I had to leave half an hour after arriving. When we got off our flight and lugged out luggage up and down the stairs between the train station and then again at the hotel itself we were exhausted. We immediately discovered that our room was immediately next to the check in counter, the stairs to breakfast and across from the washrooms. You could hear EVERYTHING. It was 1 am and the noise was too much. We could hear full conversations. Additionally, the room smelled of sewage and was dirty. We asked to change rooms and we're told there wasn't a single room available. We even offered to pay more, but no. We immediately called the next hotel we were booked at for the rest of the trip and moved there a night early.

Very helpful and friendly reception/bar staff. Allowed us to check in early as room was ready. Basically rooms but comfortable and clean.
No tea/coffee in the room but available to buy in reception.
No toiletries in the bathroom so bring your own although you can buy travel size toiletries at reception.
Breakfast was ok with choice of cereal, cheese, bread, boiled eggs, yoghurt and some pastries.
Not many places to eat nearby.
Across the road from the train station to get to airport and Copenhagen.

1) price in expedia site.. was much cheaper!!!!! after we booked but didnt have time to call you to get money match
2) the room was smaller than a dog cage
3) 1 month before we asked to the hotel to have a quite room but we end up facing a freeway 24 hours noise from cars ambulance ect ect
4) the roof of the room was basically less than 2 feet IMPOSSIBLE TO GET UP FROM THE BED
5) TO enter to the hotel was a long stair so if you are elderly or wheel chairs WAS A MISSION IMPOSSIBLE !!
6) the shower water coming out just a seep ..and not very hot

The helpful and friendly staff at the Hotel are what made this stay so memorable. Sure, the room was great, as were the facilities snd the Hotel's location, but the engagement of the staff, plus their interest in our reasons for visiting Denmark, plus their interest in our daily activities was amazing. Also, every request was cheerfully met, and nothing was too much trouble, even when problems arose as a result of our own oversights - they were eager and able to help. A geat place to stay!

Hotel was clean enough but the room was exceptionally small. Hard to move in and out of bed if there is a couple. Did not use the shower because there was no shower stall and water would have sprayed the whole bathroom. The price was good enough for 1 night stay - I would not want to be at hotel for more than that.

Bathroom was small and there was no separate section for shower; it was in the middle of the bathroom between sink and toilet separated by a shower curtain. Because the shower and sink share the same drain on the floor, there was always un unpleasant drain smell in the whole room. The location is really good - just a 3-minute walk to train station; 20 minutes to the downtown area and 5 minutes to the airport by train.

This is a good low cost hotel. The rooms are small and so is the bathroom. The location is in the center of town which was perfect for my needs. If you have a vehicle be sure to book a parking spot early because the hotel has limited underground parking. If you have three in your party the deluxe room for three is a bit of a squeeze. The night clerk was very helpful. No complaints. I would stay here again.

Very basic hotel but good for a one night stay before flying out. The bathrooms are wet rooms form the walls of the shower, which was a bit of a surprise - but perfectly functional. The staff and lounge area were very nice but I would probably pick a more updated hotel the next time I find myself in CPH.

The staff was friendly, but there was no wifi-connection in my small room nor soap in the shower, which was irritating. Also I could either take the train and change to the metro or take a bus that stopped on every corner on the way to the city. This hotel is perfect if you just need a place to sleep and have your own car.

Great stay with very kind staff! I had to take a taxi because of my late arrival, but it was a short and easy trip. The cleanliness was spot on.
The bathroom has a very creative space-saving solution where one tap serves both the sink and the shower. The room was a bit tight with low ceilings, but overall a good experience for those looking for a clean and friendly place to stay.
