Nice exterior - that's about all!

Selected this hotel due to architectural design. Attractive exterior - that's about all. Very disappointed with poor maintenance of guest room. Broken blinds, broken telephone socket, floorboard stain, coffee stains on glass at coffee making facilities, lifted skirting divider between bathroom and room.
When I raised the defects with the Concierge, he told me that there are different standards of Marriott!

There's absolutely no issues with this property - it's clean, friendly, well-equipped for a good rest. Breakfast is just magnificent. The only thing I found to watch for is how large and busy it gets at times. Add extra time for busy elevators and potential switching between towers. I would definitely stay here again.

I have mixed reviews about this hotel.

Pros: Great location – only a 5-minute walk to the metro and 20 minutes to the city centre.
The area is nice and quiet with restaurants, supermarkets, and coffee shops nearby.

The room was spacious enough for two, with a large TV that supports Netflix/YouTube, two electric blinds (nice touch for big windows), a clean bathroom with large toiletries, and good wardrobe space.

Cons: The room didn’t come with proper sleeping pillows, only cushions, which I found bizarre. I had to call for pillows, which were brought up, but they should have been there already.

Check-in was a nightmare — my first payment didn’t go through on their end but did on mine, so I was charged twice. I later overheard other guests with the same issue, so it seems recurring. I’m still waiting for my refund, which is worrying when three digits come off your card twice and you’re left wondering when (or if) you’ll get it back.

The air con didn’t work properly — no heat and weak airflow. The bathroom didn’t appear to have a fan, so steam stayed after showers (though we were always out by 9 AM, so unsure how long it lasted).

Corridors don’t match the hotel’s appearance — dark, dated, (purple carpet) almost scary. And paying to rent an umbrella is ridiculous; that should be free rental service.

We didn’t try the food in the restaurant or for breakfast so can’t comment.

Would I stay here again? If they fix the payment issue, maybe. But as it stands, probably not.

Our stay here was lovely! Everyone working at the hotel was extremely kind and helpful.

Our room was gorgeous, clean, and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but the gym was great - had everything you might need and was large, bright, and clean.

Getting into the city center from the hotel is extremely easy, though note there’s a decent amount of amenities around the hotel like some great bakeries. I also found the surrounding streets lovely for running.

My only complaint is really more of a modern hotel design trend - it’s really terrible to have a clear view to the bathroom and shower. I was traveling with my brother and this made it rather inconvenient. Overall our stay was still great and I’d stay here again.

Not a 4.5 star hotel

It is a very big hotel which clearly used to be 4 star hotel. It is now a bit run down. Showers had mold, hallways full of damages. We stayed for 2 nights and overall it is good enough for a short stay, but def. not a 4.5star hotel. We called in advance to have the baby crib ready - did not happen. Room cleaning also never happened.

Large suite, especially the Europe! Great design! Small bathroom/ limited counter space/ and tired carpet in hallways. Great breakfast buffet! Definitely worth adding it before arriving! Taxis & Ubers always available and needed since it is a bit off the beaten path and away from the central areas. Easy to get around though so the cost savings was still there vs. staying more centrally to the city.

I stayed from July 25-20 in one room and had to move to a different room since my next stay of 5 days is a standard room. I am ok with the move. But the first night after the move, I found the shower place was clogged and I could not take a shower. I had to wipe dry and get dressed without finishing the shower, waiting for it to be fixed. A cleaning guy came, as there is no available plumber at 12am at night. After the fix, the smell was horrible, I had to closed the bathroom door, can not use the bathroom or shower. Of course, there is no way to take a shower at that time. They probably fixed it again the second day with a plumber, I was able to take shower the second day. However, the process make you feel that they do not care much. I was happy before I moved, but after this incident, I am disappointed.

AC Bella hotel is located near the airport, has a functional gym, and a golf course near by for runs and walks. There is a nice 2.5 mile loop that goes around the golf course.

The hotel also has major disadvantages — no room service and limited food and coffee options. For a large conference of ours, they were simply overwhelmed by the volume of clients. Rooms are spacious but basic. Also, to go to a gym from tower 1, you have to do a « walk of shame » (sweaty) across the bridge connecting the two towers — not a clever design.

Also, it is far from downtown and there is not luck around. If you are looking to explore the city, I’d suggest staying elsewhere.

Massive hotel on the outskirts of Copenhagen. Great if visiting for a trade fair as right next door. We were here as a 2 night holiday and it was a good experience. The staff were very helpful and guided us in how to use the metro which is a 10 minute walk away. Very easy to use and cheap.
Breakfast was below par for a hotel this size. No personal service, just buffet. Plenty of cafes towards the metro where a proper breakfast would probably be better and cheaper.
Pillows were sparse on arrival, we asked for more and were offered different types to choose from - memory foam, soft or firm etc.
Reception was busy most of the time, so queuing is to be expected.
Parking at hotel is expensive. Unload outside the hotel and take to your room and then park opposite at the golf club - half price.
Overall a good experience.

Very nice, clean and modern hotel. The building is very stylish and modern. The hotel has a bar and several restaurants within it's vicinity/ complex. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is within walking distance of a metro station, which takes you into Copenhagen city centre/downtown.

Inadequate disability friendly room. No shower curtain, no decent grab bars/handles except with toilet which were adequate but poorly designed (too long). Floor was totally wet (80%) after shower and unsafe with my carer having to towel floor to make it safe. Door to bathroom difficult to shut with a walker. Taps in sink just too small and narrow making them difficult to use.Room was a good size but completely inefficient with a portable fold up bed set up for carer when there was plenty of room for another single bed to be added.Suggest you get a properly qualified Ocupational therapist to plan the room. For a multui million dollar hotel surely you can afford to have a properly set up disabled friendly rooms or isn't this one of your priorities. Please pass this on to management.

It is a very nice hotel with decent sized rooms. It was very close to the airport and to the metro (to reach most parts of Copenhagen). The breakfast was wonderful too. I would certainly stay here again if I ever get a chance to visit Copenhagen.

The hotel building is beautiful from the outside and lobby....however the rooms are not clean at checkin even, I took photos and went back to the reception where they just offered another room
Of course after a long drive from frankf the inconvoenxe of reshuffling our bags from tower 2 to tower 1 want an option.... so they sent housekeeping and I had to show her all the bright as day faults I. The room has mould / stains and white semen muck on the chairs ... the covers had tears and stain of blood on the sheet.... don't get me started on the pillows....totally over rated and not marriott level or quality...there was even hair inches toilet be4 we even used it after checking in

The whole building is falling apart, old women out carpets/ cladding on wall has gone loose and corners were damaged from bags hitting them and lack of maintenance

As for location several other hotels in the area , if your not their to attend an event I the Bella center... it's way to far from the main. City activity and attractions

Advice if you are coming with a car , dont bother moving it from car park once you arrive , parking is silly expensive in downtown.... best way to get around is metro and hop on hop off bus

Friendliest people we met in Denmark was the staff here. Close to the airport and metro to get into city centre. Room was quiet and clean. The decor was very nice and I loved the mattress. Had a nice foam topper, so made it med firm. Enjoyed our stay very much! Wouldn't stay anywhere else. One thing for people sharing, the room we had, had glass windows in the shower room. Was covered up to about 5ft and you have to be at the glass to peek over. Just something to keep in mind and ask if not comfortable with this setup.

We had an amazing stay, the staff were so friendly and sweet. The buffet breakfast was amazing with vast array of options and amazing service and food quality. The hotel was so modern and had great amenities. The location is great, it is a very peaceful area with good restaurants and a supermarket just 5 min walk away. Additionally the metro is a short walk away so you can get everywhere very easily.

It wasn't bad but there was dirt/dustbunnies up around the headboard and under the nitestand... I only know this because I dropped my headset under thectable & had to move it. Also, the service in the restaurant right around the corner was terrible. I went alone my last nite there, hubs was too tired & not hungry. I was waited on promptly & received my food quickly. And that's where it all ended. The 2 servers and the manager walked by me numerous times and totally ignored me! They even ignored the large group next to me. Never came to the table except to collect the dishes after I finished. Forget the fact I needed xtra dressing and tried multiple times to get their attention only to be ignored. It was busy but not a huge restaurant and there were 3 servers. It's a neat hotel with 23 floors but can be a bit confusing with the 2 towers. Overall, a nice place to stay.
