Staff on check-in and check out were very polite and helpful. My room was a good size , however, it was a bit tired in the bathroom. And not finished the maintenance work on the wall where the bed was (this isn't a problem for me, but can imagine others being unhappy). I was road facing room which was noisy.

This was a one night stay for an early flight. Staff very friendly and helpful. Note there is no restaurant on site for dinner (but we ordered delivery with help from the lady at reception and it was absolutely fine). No shuttle service but the staff booked taxi and was very straightforward.

The check in rep denied all normal perks, including late check out, room upgrade, breakfast etc. Their was nothing overtly bad about the hotel..but their is nothing special about it,,and it's overpriced for what it is

It’s like they just stopped. Was an end room so maybe they ran out of paint and was like ehh just leave it.. Breakfast was nt worth the price they wanted decided to eat out. But as I said the staff was super nice and will call u a cab.

Finally took a train 1 stop and then had to walk 30 minutes in a rather tough area - not conducive if you have luggage. Room had a number of issues as well - broken shower, only 1 pillow, not able to control temperature ....

I was looking for a one-night stay near the airport. This location was close and reasonably priced. There is a bus stop very close to the hotel, but the buses only run once an hour, making it a bit more challenging to use public transportation.

Check in was efficient the receptionist on duty upon our arrival was most helpful even getting us some more pillows and a kettle for the room. Comfortable stay for a two night trip. It is about a 45 minute walk from the airport so would recommend a bus or taxi. Bus is cheaper, taxi is expensive for a short trip to airport. The hotel is about a 15 minute walk from nearest train terminal and metro link.

Staff are nice but the room is just a basic one. We came late September and a bit chilly, no heating but was just fine to me, not to my husband though. We stayed overnight due to a long layover. This is a good hotel with standard amenities. The main downsides I have with this hotel is that it's not close to a metro station nor does it have a shuttle to the airport. So, factor a taxi or rental car into the costs when you stay here.

But the hotel is far enough from the airport that you need a taxi to get there and then another to take you to the airport. The price of two rides makes staying in the heart of Copenhagen and taking the train a better proposition.

It was clean and efficient so overall happy- could not beat the price for a layover. The room does not have AC which is on me for not checking the fine print so was equipped with a fan. Morever the room came with one pillow only and mattress was thin. Most important for me was that the room was clean - There is literally nothing around wtihin walking distance to the hotel - its a pretty barren area.

Be aware that taxi costs $25 to get there. It is 6 min drive and 40 min walk from the airport. I was told that I need to take a taxi as transportation there is complicated. On the way to the airport next day, I walked with a heavy suitcase.
