If you have the time, indulge in the all-you-can eat breakfast served from 4:30am til 10am. There is a wide variety of items to choose from! The hotel room is very comfortable and the receptionist was even able to accommodate us with an earlier check-in. For a reasonable charge, we were able to our check-out delayed til 4 pm! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future!

So glad we stayed at the Clarion - our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Service was unparalleled! Convenient access to Terminals 2 & 3 as well as the Metro and buses made this a great location for us when our flight was rescheduled. And so many delicious choices for breakfast! The wellness pool & sauna area was very relaxing. An all-around great choice!

The staff was nice and the rooms clean but had a ventilation or AC or some noisy machinery outside my room that occasionally turned on at night even waking me up from sleep when I am normally a deep sleeper.

Room.was spacious with a large bed and good size of a bathroom. No water bottles in the room though. The hotel is ideal for the airport- literally a walk away- though an underground tunnel- no need to go outside in cold- 3min walk max. This is absolutely perfect- good sign posts so easy to find. Tried the restaurant- and really nit impressed- this is the only downside- small menu, super small dishes and unfortunately served cold (in my case!l. Staff was nice, but the restaurant is totally overpriced for what it is!

Good bed so slept well. Friendly, professional staff. Shame the bath tap didn't have reliable hot water. Seems the thermostat was broken so it alternated between hot and cold and was impossible to make a warm bath.

What's good thing about this place is the location that you can literally walk to the terminal. What I did not like about was Filip's attitude towards me at the check-in. I felt he was very direct, cold and impolite. I asked to see if I can swap the card to make payments, he reluctantly accepted it. And then when I said I got approved to check-in early never-mind the fact that he said I had to pay extra (which is true). Once he checked the system, he was reluctantly accepted the approval. You have the large room, but the bed was uncomfortable and was angled slightly half of the mattress. When I told this at the check-out (I think it was Umat who checked me out?), he was quite frightened.

Excellent! We were here for a few days with friends and had a great time. The staff were excellent and we were upgraded in our room and had a nice view. The room was clean and comfortable - it was a little tricky to open and close the drapes the first time (all electronic).
We were just across the street from the airport and so it was ideally close. The airlines had lost our luggage and the hotel was helpful in giving us some amenities to tide us over.
We ate at the restaurant on site and the food was delicious. We also were in easy walking to the trains and were able to travel around Copenhagen quite easily.
We were recommended this hotel from other friends and will definitely stay here on our next trip!

It was a nice hotel but the fact that you don’t
Have a phone in the room so there’s no room service. You haven’t to go get it yourself. We were out of towels so had to go all the way down to do that ourselves as well. As a tired traveller, there should be a phone and a service to rooms. As well, the plumbing somewhat smelled. The bath tub bubbles into the shower drains and the toilet. Which is strange. Clean room though.

Front desk staff, especially assistant manager Carla was great, bed was comfortable but some disappointments this time. Poor housekeeping, room was never cleaned in six days. Toilet didn't flush properly, required several flushes, couch was damaged, electric outlet on bathroom didn't wor. I've stayed here many times but this was my first less than perfect experience.

Quick, efficient check in. Upgrade of my room offered unbeknownly, was deeply appreciated. Room was spacious, clean and nicely arranged. Choice of lighting to just a specific Rea was appreciated as not too bright lighting like most hotels. Coffee quality surprisingly good and unusual.

The room served its purpose. We just needed to stay one night. The room was quiet despite being basically at the airport. It was easy to walk to though and was covered throughout the walk. It was clean and had everything we needed.

The self check in has a bug sort of. More of operational error maybe. I was asked by the hotel via Expedia to provide an estimated arrival time. I said late in the evening probably close to 11pm. I arrived at 10:45pm.went to self check in and the kiosk said your room key is not ready until 11pm. So clearly someone inputed my estimated arrival time and the check in software placed a hard stop at check in until that time. Given how late it was it's silly for the software to impose that restriction. Thankfully, we are still in the age of human workers who checked me in promptly but if you were fully automated with this kind of software I would not be happy to arrive this late to be told to wait another 15 minutes for no good reason at all.

Rooms were decorated well with a modern feel. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. I had everything I needed. Wine bottle opener with wine glasses in the room were a nice touch. Bathrooms are starting to show their age like some people have mentioned, but they were still clean and spacious with a luxurious feel with a separate shower and soaking tub. People at the front desk were extremely nice and informative. You really can't beat the convenience of the location with the hotel being connected to the airport as well as the metro station. I would definitely stay here again!

Best place to stay if you are getting into the Copenhagen airport late or leaving really early. Short walk from the hotel to the terminal. Staff was friendly, there is a nice restaurant in the hotel for a quick bite or a leisurely dinner and it was quiet, clean and comfortable.

A bit too expensive given that breakfast isn’t included and the room was just on the edge of looking a bit tired with some noticeable wear here and there. But I won’t mind staying here again if spending the night at CPH.

Very Pricey but chosen as being convenient to flying out. Clean, confortable and modern. The 2 stars is because we used the resturaunt. I accidnetly left a 1025 kroner tip on a bill of 150kr. I contacted the hotel several times to redress the matter. The last request was ignored and I'm out a lot.
