We are a family of 4. The room we first were given was filthy, garbage still sitting on the shelves and the bathroom reeked of mildew. The staff was very kind and immediately gave us a new room. It was a larger room, but was still really dirty. There were used medicine wrappers on the window sill, toilet paper from cleaning the bathroom around the toilet. It was 3am, our flight was delayed so many times that my family was exhausted and we just made the best of it. I’m sure the staff would have given us another room, but at that point we just wanted to sleep. We checked out early the next morning.

I will definitely not stay in this property again. While the staff was very friendly the rooms were so dirty.

The room was great. It was the smallest room I think I’ve ever seen. But we’re traveling Europe. We used it to sleep in, and it accomplished that very well. There was no air conditioning, so It was a little warm. But it was comfortable and would be willing to stay again.

Traveling internationally several times a yr my 3‑night stay at CABINN Metro is the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had. I place equal blame on the hotel & Expedia for lack of transparency. I did not travel to Copenhagen to be treated like an unpaid worker instead of a guest. After an 8‑hr flight, I arrived early & had to pay to store my luggage in a locker since it was before check‑in. This was not clearly disclosed. Most hotels offer complimentary luggage storage. That evening, instead of a normal check‑in, I had to use a self‑service kiosk. The room was shockingly small (resembled a renovated prison cell) & misleading vs Expedia photos, which make it appear much larger. Amenities, nonexistent: no safe (despite advertised), no phone, no bottled water, just a kettle, paper cups, instant coffee/tea, sugar & creamer. Biggest issue, bathroom, size of a plane bathroom. After a shower the entire bathroom was wet, including the toilet paper. Floor remained soaked for over an hr. Was told “It’s a Danish bathroom.” I had to use the wall‑mounted squeegee myself & place towels on the floor for safety. Room was never cleaned. I was informed housekeeping services every 4 days, so received none during my stay. I had to exchange my own towels & take out my own trash daily. Rates heavily inflated for Pokémon GO Fest. For what I paid, I expected basic hotel service, not something that felt like indoor camping. I felt misled, overcharged & would never stay here again.

Hotel in good location, close to supermarket, a park, and metro/train station. However our stay was not especially comfortable. Room temperature was insanely uncomfortable which meant sleep was very poor. The fan provided did nothing to the heat and a glass panel across the window blocked any type of ventilation. Additionally our television was terrible, took about 15 minutes to come on and then another 15 before you could change the channels or for the sound to come on. The bathroom was very poor, our shower head has not been maintained meaning it kept sliding down to about chest height making washing hair etc difficult as well as it being very slow to heat up. As for staff, we only seen room service so cannot comment on staff in general. Check in and check out was simple enough if not time consuming.

It was clean, tidy and near the airport. The downsides are the space is very small, the bathroom and shower are so close together that if you aren’t careful water from the shower will get into the toilet paper and toilet. Though I suppose if you just need a space to sleep, it offers what they say it offers. Lighting in the room can be improved it’s too dim, could do with a few other amenities such as face tissues etc.

Terrible. Helpful staff. Hotel terrible. Room is tiny, no AC, no air. No fridge. Bathroom also badly designed. You have to go down to reception to be shown how to start the shower. There is an instructions sheet with pictures for it at reception, Why not up in the room? the bathroom floor gets completely soaked as there is no shower tray. So, if You go to the bathroom hours afterwards, your feet/socks will be wet again. And the list goes on. Terrible room. The room is so tiny it is like a prison cell.

Was advertised as soundproof rooms with blackout blinds but neither true. You could hear the cleaners clattering around in the room nextdoor before 7am which added injury to insult as there is no service if stays are below four nights.

Stayed here for 3 nights for the Copenhagen Marathon. Excellent budget room for 1 person. It is a small room with a single bed which was comfy. There’s a top bunk bed if 2 people are staying. Perfectly adequate for 1 person and a great price. Easy access to trains and metros to the airport and into city centre.

Self check-in (although staff are there, so don't worry about that), 15 floors but 3 lifts, room wasn't how it looks in pics, was expecting a brighter and more modern design but it was very basic. Nice to have TV in room, lots of different light options, bed was nothing to shout about but alright, shower was also not great hut did the job. Shower confused me at first as couldn't see where to turn it on - you have to twist the other knob at the sink and then turn the tap on, and the water will come out of the shower instead of the tap. Kitchen water was warm, not sure if I was meant to drink it but I didn't die so guess it was OK 😁

We were looking for a budget option stay as we arrived at Copenhagen Airport at 11.00 pm, and the Cabinn Hotel was ideal. Seven minutes from the airport, checked in quickly and in our room at 11.30. The staff were friendly, the room was basic but had en-suite, beds comfortable and we heard no noise.

Checked out first thing in the morning, able to leave our luggage in lockers and jumped on the metro into central Copenhagen.

Very convenient budget hotel for the Bella Center. Easy to access the city centre from the metro, and good maps and literature available in the lobby.
Limited catering onsite - drinks, few wraps and sandwiches, but very close to Field's shopping centre, so you won't starve! Room cleaning is free - you just need to let reception know before 10 pm.
Staff were generally very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I brought a bath towel (thanks for the tip) as towels very small for showering. Hotel was very warm, and only option in room was to open the window.
Although you need to pay to leave luggage after checkout, you have the option of 1, 6 or 24 hours and the system worked extremely well, with choice of low, middle and high lockers. Would recommend this budget hotel.

The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Check in was fast, the room was comfortable although it was a bit cold when I entered the room. I didn't like that there's no separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, using the shower makes the bathroom floor completely wet.

Staff was kind and friendly. The room was very small and felt like a dorm or hostel. It was clean but could have been a bit cleaner for me personally. It’s also old and you can hear a bit of noise from the hall. Beds in the twin room were surprisingly comfortable. The price is a bit high for what you get but affordable for Copenhagen. It’s very close to the airport an Uber/Taxi is about $20 and 5-7 min drive!

The hotel is very conveniently situated, easy to reach with a short walk from Orestad station from either Kastrup or Copenhagen centre.
It was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The reception is open 24/7 which was good because our flight was heavily delayed.
Just one slight drawback was that the room was very tiny. We had a twin room and it was very tight. However, it was comfortable and everything, including the tiny shower, worked very well.
The local area seemed to be a business district rather than residential. It was clean and quiet

This is definitely a budget hotel for a layover. Don’t expect anything fancy. The location is very good if you need to head to the airport ( taxis available in the middle of the night) and there is a mall next door. But other than that it’s a budget hotel

We stayed over night between flights and that was the best solution we found. Located on metro and train line. Easy to get around. We did not experience many services because we did not have much time. The shower was a little funny. We are not big but still found it a little tight.

My experience on the cheap room

It was a clean space but the conditions were really poor, it wasn't damaged or something like that, it was just the quality. Even though it was cheap the bed was tiny not comfortable and worst my "neighbour" was cutting trees the hole night which menas really poor sound proof. You literally shower in the toilet. By any means I had a bad time but really i wont book again. STAFF 5*

Functional for your needs.

Room was sufficient for the trip. Very small, but most economical for Copenhagen. I wouldn't suggest staying there unless you're traveling alone. Two people in that room is especially cramped. I appreciated the laundry facilities and ironing board in the basement. Convenient enough to food and rail.

The building is neat and it's surroundings, It is well situated in an area where train station and shopping mall are not far from each other.
But what we didn't like is the fact that I was compelled to pay for the rooms in full in advance, without given us an option to know or have an idea of what we booked for, on getting to the hotel, we were given a double bunk.

The hotel is in a nice area, plenty of places to do shopping and eat nearby. It has a train/metro station only 10 mins walk away so that's great.
Regarding the actual hotel you get what you paid for, its an adequate place to stay for what you paid. However, the staff can be dismissive and straight up rude sometimes. Therefore, customer service is not great.
