Average looking rooms. There was a restaurant in the building but on the day they had to provide rooms for people whose flight got cancelled and they were provided with meal vouchers too so the restaurant was very busy and there was only one person who seemed to be a incharge of everything. We ended up going to a nice Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel.

They are doing construction so its quite noisy. They also gave us a room next to a machine room that noisy mechanical noises all yhe time. Also, there used to be better breakfast with a waffle maker and that is gone, unfortunately.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had.
I would never go back. Not heating. Room smell so bad like body odor. Mattress like a dog bed and I’m
not picky about it. I travel a lot. The smell in the room. People should shower often and room ventilated. Restaurant expensive. Chinese place crossing street awesome.

remind me a motel six cheap beds no electric to charge my phone next to my bed small bath overall it didn’t worth it and he’s not close to the airport. He’s not walkable at all. This is totally misleading. I have to take Uber. It just cost me $18 each way my recommendation to Boegle CPH more spacious like a sweet, much much more better value almost 1/3 and the same Neighbourhood

Appearance of lobby was nice, but our room looked like someone was killed in there ie: bleach stained carpet that covered one third the floor. Broken and cracked tiles in bathroom, and a black bug ran across our bare feet! No screens in windows, no AC, only a small noisy fan in the room. I was disappointed in Best Western’s quality verses the high cost of the room. Not used to being charged for coffee cups for the lobby coffee either.

I have stayed here before, so knew what to expect. Check in was a nightmare, as a flight had been cancelled and they were checking in airline passengers with one agent. After an hour someone else came, and asked guests not on the cancelled flight to check in separately.
On check in not told about having to request room servicing daily, so after day one my room was not serviced.
Bed was OK, but could do with new pillows and more of them. bathrooms clean but showing their age. For example soap dispenser was broken in the shower.
Bins emptied early in the morning so no chance of a lie in. I did not have breakfast but bought pastries in the supermarket under the hotel.
It was OK for the purpose of my visit, but maybe not for a long stay, i was only there 2 nights. very close to airport a 10 minute walk, so no taxi needed.

This hotel served its purpose: we needed a place to sleep during our layover in CPH. It was an older property and the towels were small and thin, but it was suitable for our short stay and definitely a better deal than some of the other places ($200 vs. $700) that we had to choose from.

I traveled to Denmark and at the beginning of my stay I was at Phoenix Hotel which was in great location, clean and historic but super expensive, not worth the price we paid to be close to tourist attraction. I would not repeat that mistake again. The Best Western hotel gave us a huge room, twice as big as Executive double room in Phoenix which was their largest room there. The view was awesome form our room, bed was comfortable but attention to details were missing. Stains on the sofa and armchair was very obvious and bothersome. The door lock chain was broken and the coffee machine water container was left in the bathroom dirty. So I did not use their coffee at all. However Staff were friendly and nice. We did not use the breakfast, but the room they served it, was very nice too. The best part about this hotel is its proximity to multiple restaurants, (The hotel has its own restaurant too), a reasonably price grocery store had everything you needed, a short walk to metro and one station away from airport. We literally walked to the metro with our large suitcases, got tickets , and went to airport in 5 minutes. I would choose this hotel again to save money, get a massive room and be close to metro. But I hope they step up in their cleaning of the furniture upholstery inside the rooms, the coffee machine. and fix the stuff before admitting their guests into the room. I did not get this hotel a 4 or 5 star because I have OCD and cleanness is very important to me.

Internet was awful, 20 min walk to airport. Low staff so long lines to check in and you pay for everything, coffee, breakfast no shuttle to airport. This should not be considered an on airport hotel. I would not recommend.

Website said they had an airport shuttle, but they did not. How can you have an airport hotel without a shuttle?

This hotel was reasonably priced and only a short cab ride from the airport. Supposedly it is a walkable distance, about a mile from the airport, but it was raining and dark and I had a big suitcase to lug. The room was perfectly adequate, though the facilities seem a tad run down.
Definitely get the breakfast buffet. It was amazing!

Booked for easy access to airport but area is a bit dodgy. ended up taking the taxi instead of walking due to safety vibe. In fact there was a police incident right across the street while we were checking in. First room offered smelled off and we requested another room which was better. convenient to Netto grocery (across the street)

Very old, tired and scruffy. This is at best a 70's building probably last renovated in the 90's. No aircon and opening the window means you hear the airport and creates a weird \"howling\" of air through the door to the room.

The room smelled funky, bed was so thin soft and tired it gave a very poor sleep.

Only redeeming feature were the polish guys working the bar area - they tried really hard.

One to miss unless you're on a really tight budget

The facilities have provided for the high price charged is disappointing. There is no airport shuttle and there is no public transport to get there easily so one ends up shelling a lot of money on taxis

Stay away from this dirty hotel

Dirty rooms.
Our room had so many carpet stains all over. So disgusting.
The bathroom door had the metal door protector peeling off on top of the door.
No a/c in rooms. Only a small portable fan was provided. We can open 2 windows but we were on the 6th floor which isnt ideal when you have a young child in room as no security measures are in place to not fall out, no screens, no bars to prevent this.
When you walk towards the front entrance, the hotel front entrance smells of pee and cigarettes.
I asked if i could leave 1 luggage and was told yes i can. When i arrived to do this, the employee at the front desk was refusing to allow this even though the door is marked luggage storage. They were saying no as they thought someone could put a bomb in a luggage. They said to me, things that go tick tock. Wth is this! So unprofessional!
The only good thing is the breakfast was decent with good variety.
No ice box on floors. No mini fridge in rooms.
On top of that, this hotel is near airport and city center is opposite direction, still paid a lot of money for this rundown hotel.

While the front desk clerk was exceptionally friendly and helpful, we found the room to be wholly uncomfortable. The bed was way too soft. The bedside lamps while present were not plugged in, with no clear place to plug them in. The light switches in one instance caused some lights to strobe and could not be turned off without removing the room powering key. The bathroom tub was elevated without handrails or any means of ensuring safety for getting in and out of the tub. My partner decided not to risk a fall and refused to use the shower. While I did use the shower, there was no way to prevent water from getting all over the floor. The pipe under the sink seemed to be emptying into this drain area, but was not fully attached.

Thankfully we had only booked for one night before our flight home the next day.

Decent Option Near the Airport – Convenient but Basic

I liked that the hotel is within walking distance of the airport. You can exit from Terminal 2, walk across the pedestrian bridge over the road, and head straight for about 1.3 km until you see the hotel on the right.

The hotel is old, probably around 3 stars. The room was small, and the bathroom was quite tight. If you’re on the heavier side, it might feel a bit cramped. The mattress was thin, and I could feel the springs underneath. The blanket was split into two small pieces, which didn’t cover the whole body. The filling inside kept bunching up and wouldn’t spread out evenly. I’d recommend the hotel upgrade their mattresses and blankets.

Towels were clean, and overall, even though the room was old, it was still tidy. However, you can hear people walking in the hallway outside.

I paid about \$130.96 USD, which felt expensive for the size and condition of the room. But that’s Europe, where everything tends to be overpriced.

If you don’t want to walk, you can take the Metro from the airport station (Københavns Lufthavn) to Kastrup Station. It’s just one stop away. But in the end, you’ll still have to walk back a bit, so it doesn’t really save you much time or distance.

If you’re looking for a place that’s cheaper than other hotels and close to the airport, this place could work. At the very least, you’ll have somewhere to shower and get some rest. If you arrive late at night, I suggest grabbing food at the airport

I’ve stayed here a couple of times, as I really like the quiet, residential village. It’s a safe and easy walk from the airport. One time I booked the lowest cost room and it was definitely more dated, so I’d recommend getting one of the upgraded rooms for a few bucks more. The breakfast is very good and definitely worth the cost. Restaurant is decent, and there are some other casual restaurants and take out on the block. Easy access to the metro and waterfront too.

I wouldn't recommend this property.

It is close to the airport, BUT...

1. The hallways smelled like sewage.

2. The room was overall run down.

3. The deadbolt DIDN'T WORK and I had to prop up a chair against the door as an additional safety measure.

4. The area outside our window, on the back side of the hotel, had a run down apartment and a dodgy back alley with tons of young people hanging out, smoking, perhaps drugs, yelling, etc.

5. There was no mattress. There was a 2 inch mattress cover that was covered in a sheet. That's it.

6. When I told the manager that there was no deadbolt on checking out, a) he didn't seem surprised, and b) he didn't offer an apology in any way. My interpretation is that he knew and he won't be doing anything about it anyway.

7. One good thing. The manager called a taxi for us that came within about 2 minutes. The. Only. Good. Thing.

We got there on April 24, Easy check and check out, we ate at Dan’s restaurant, I wish I had the name of our server and the chef, the service was spectacular, the food was fabulous, thank you for recommending the salmon. It’s the best I’ve ever had for a restaurant in a hotel best one yet that I’ve ever been, I would go back there, even if I didn’t stay at the hotel.
