It was good. It has a massive number of rooms, and the hallways are very austere, which was honestly kind of weird. The rooms are not very big and it did feel a bit cramped, but overall it was clean and sufficient for our needs.

Very quiet and clean room with a beautiful view! The hotel gym is the nicest one I’ve ever had the pleasure of using and the breakfast was 10/10!! This was a great stay, I would recommend to anyone needing somewhere close to the airport! Also close to metro and trains which was very convenient!

Very easy access from the airport. we arrived late so it was nice to see that check in is self operated, we didn't meet any staff member on both check in and leaving. The room was very small with a bit of mold smell in the shower. The windows were so dirty we couldn't see outside. but it was excellent for the overnight accommodation we needed. The breakfast was AMAZING ! very surprising and greatly appreciated.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location near the airport and a metro station. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was small but we are used to America’s standards! It was clean. Close to the hotel there are a grocery store and a McDonald’s which is useful.
Would definitely stay there again.

The gym was very well equipped but I was puzzled to see that there was no towel or water fountain in the facility. Rooms were small but clean. Reception staff were nice and helpful. The fact that the check in time was at 1 pm was very helpful

The room is clean and well maintained but there is no extra lock. The front desk stuff is friendly but not the cleaner. My door was knocked and opened at 8am even though I was still sleeping in bed. I yelled and the cleaner went out. If you live here and do not leave early, please be careful.

This Comfort Inn at CPH was clean, beautifully updated with modern decor, easy check in, and courteous and professional staff. The bed and linen were comfy and the room was quiet enough not to hear others in the next rooms or above us. The breakfast was top notch with a healthy and extensive choices. Absolutely one of the best breakfast spreads we’ve ever encountered. We loved the eco friendly and sustainable theme this hotel offered. We’d happily stay here again.

Fantastic location for airport, walkable from terminal. Also walkable to the ocean and walking trails/park. Friendly staff, clean. We got the family room xxl which ended up being 4 bunkbeds, which was comical, but roomy. They had coffee out for guest in the evening, but not in the morning. It would’ve been nice to have that since we didn’t want to pay for the full breakfast buffet. Was also nice to have a later check out time since our flight was delayed.

Tunnel connection to the airport was great! Hotel was nice, but the room was small. Breakfast was very good. The beds were comfortable enough. The shower was pretty much unusable without flooding the bathroom. The toilets didn't flush very well.

We spent one night at the Comfort Inn Copenhagen airport before our flight home. The hotel was very busy but the staff did their best to check everyone in as quickly as possible. The room was comfortable but a mini fridge would have been nice to store some cheese we were taking home. The reservation included a nice breakfast with many hot and cold options. The room was surprisingly quiet for the location. It was nice to only have to walk for 5 minutes to get to the terminal.

Perfect location out of T3. The staff was friendly. The room, although on the second floor, was very quiet. Room was small but enough space for one night. The room and bathroom were clean. The bed was very comfortable. There's a restaurant (didn't have time to visit) and a deli for a quick bite. Good place to stay.

I was surprised no Iron or ironing board, no hairdryers, no jug. These things would be more convenient for travels who arrive and need to get organised without any fuss!
The hotel was lovely was nice.

Resort prices hostel services. More a fancy hostel than a hotel. 2 single beds whose mattresses would be more at home in a camper. Usb chargers didn't work. Self check in was broken and the front desk clerk was also the bartender. If you really really need to stay at the airport and train station ok but otherwise take a 5 minute taxi, save 100 and get a nice room.

Very convenient, especially when the weather is bad. The hotel is connected to the airport. The rooms were very clean. I had a fantastic view. The check-in is by yourself with a computer. There is a bar you can leave your luggage. You can get an Uber. Copenhagen is not big so it’s very easy to move along. There is also a subway Wood takes you everywhere into city center so you don’t have to take an Uber wonderful experience.

Only its closeness to terminal 2 is the reason to stay here at a horrendous price...paid 235 usd for a small room, no shampoo and no conditioner. Staff is clueless or at least pretend to be. Everything that is offered inside is at a steep level price...so make sandwich at home before you go. Never come back here!

We had a wonderful stay at the Comfort Inn Copenhagen and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The breakfast menu was genuinely impressive — one of the most extensive we’ve come across, with a great variety of hot and cold options to start the day right.
One of the biggest practical advantages was the proximity to the metro. It was just a short walk away, which made it incredibly easy to explore not only Copenhagen itself but also venture out to other cities with minimal hassle.
Overall, a comfortable, well-located stay with excellent morning dining. We’d definitely return!

Very convenient obviously. We had booked 2 nights in order to fill the last 2 nights in Copenhagen with the final night being very short due to a very early flight. Great access to train and metro to go into the city. Very small bedside table which was not large enough to accommodate a CPAP machine, I had to put it on the floor which was not ideal. Bed was too firm for me and only 2 pillows provided for 2 guests which I found odd. I was quiet though despite being at the airport, I heard no jets.

We would appreciate being supplied with facecloths (rather than using up additional hand towels).

We left at 5:15am and we're surprised to be told that the early morning breakfast wasn't available. (Staff were setting up for the more complete meal). However, one staff member made it possible to put together a small sandwich to go.

The absolute best reason to stay here is the close access to Copenhagen Airport and the metro for trips into Copenhagen Center. The breakfast is standard breakfast fare for most breakfast buffets in Denmark hotels. Some hotels like the Clarion are above and beyond that of the Comfort. Staff is helpful and the hotel is basic and nice.

Very clean and quiet hotel next to the airport. There is a covered walkway so you don’t have to go outside to reach the airport which was convenient. The hotel is modern and very comfortable. This was our first time visiting Denmark, and our stay at Comfort Copenhagen made the experience truly special.

From the moment we arrived, the welcome at check-in was incredibly warm. The front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel right at home. We really appreciated all the assistance and the small touches like complimentary coffee and water—it made a great first impression.

One of the best parts is the location—you don’t even need to go outside from the airport. Just follow the signs, and you arrive directly at the hotel, which is extremely convenient.

The room was perfect, with a beautiful sea view that made our stay even more enjoyable. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed.

At check-out, the staff continued to be just as friendly and professional, leaving us with a great final impression.

Overall, a perfect stay. We would absolutely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.
