I had a wonderful stay at Scandic! The bed was really comfortable and the staff was helpful and courteous. I also ate at the restaurant within the scandic and the food was excellent! It had a varied selection of foods for meat, fish, or vegetarian diets. They also do gluten-free! The service for dinner was also outstanding. I appreciated their knowledge and input in making my menu choices. The buffet in the morning was also delicious. I am looking forward to staying at this location again when I return to Copenhagen!

Liked everything. My only complaint way the bathroom smelled like someone just used it even with the room aired out. We realized the bathtub hand not been used in a long time and the trap had dried out so we ran it a moment and the problem was solved.

We recently stayed at Scandic CPH Hotel and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and provided everything needed for a relaxing stay.

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help with any questions. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. The location is also very convenient, especially for the airport and transport links into Copenhagen.

What stood out most was the overall atmosphere – professional service combined with a warm and welcoming feel. I would happily stay here again and would highly recommend Scandic CPH Hotel to anyone visiting Copenhagen.

This is the best Scandic I’ve stayed at so far (out of 3). The property is clean, the breakfast is excellent, and the amenities are very nice if you choose to use them (the spa and pool have fees). My only complaint is the location is a long walk to public transportation for exploring Copenhagen. The airport shuttle works for airport pick ups and drop offs only, and it is small so you must book in advanced to secure your seat. The family room was very large and I liked the large shower and good hot water pressure. The front desk staff were decent, but not excellent. The breakfast staff were excellent.

Scandic CPH Strandpark is close to the airport and has a shuttle service. The staff was extra helpful in every way; the room was very clean with a nice view. If you choose the option, there is an excellent breakfast, too. Highly recommend this hotel!

You need to pre reserve the shuttle bus and good luck finding the location at the airport. After having 2 emails a day 3 days leading up to our check in. To “check in online to expedite you to your rooms” is a total waste of time as still had to queue to show ID. The only positive is the rooftop view of the bridge which was awesome. But make sure you ask for extra pillows before going to your room as it’s a joke

Great hotel that’s close to the airport and a metro station. Kind of far from all the touristy stuff but that was appealing to us! Nice to get away from all the crowds. Rooms and bathroom were nice. No mini fridge and our room was hot at night (can only speak for night because we were never in the room during the day), even with the window open. But I bet all hotels here are like this. Didn’t eat at the hotel restaurant, so can’t speak on that. They don’t clean rooms unless you ask, which was fine. Didn’t stay longer than 4 nights. You are able to get fresh towels at any time though! Shuttle to airport was nice at 6:00am!
All this to say, you won’t regret staying here!

Booked because of the hotel shuttle to the airport and didn't read the fine print that the shuttle has to be booked 48 hours prior. When I tried to call the hotel from the airport I could never get the English translation although I kept pressing the correct number for it. Wound up taking a taxi to the hotel and was able to book the shuttle for the morning. Everything else was perfect, clean, modern. I appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom, as we found they are not readily available in other hotels in Denmark.

This is a good hotel, it’s breakfast is smaller with less options than other Scandic hotels, with less opportunities for food compared to other airport Scandic hotels. We didn’t have a way to eat supper at the hotel.

We arrived at the hotel after midnight and the staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The only complaint was that there was only 1 pillow per person although we have no doubt that if we had contacted the front desk they would have sent more pillows to our room. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty. The breakfast area had an area where children could color pictures in coloring books. The hotel lobby had a play area with toys, a rocking horse and a play kitchen where young children could play

The hotel will send you an email telling you to do an online check in. Don't do it! At the end of the check in process, they ask for payment. I assumed it was for the mentioned fees/taxes. They charged me for the room again! When we got to the property, we were told this happens all of the time for reservations already paid through booking site. I will say they were extremely responsive. We had our refund in the bank in less than 24 hours. The staff was very accommodating and the rooms were clean and well appointed. It is Copenhagen prices, but when in Rome...

Only stayed one night because we needed to be close to the airport. We enjoyed the room and lobbt. We had a great view of the water and the aquarium nearby. It was also nice to explore the area around the hotel as there are some lovely pathways to walk on as well as lookout points over the water. We appreciated the airport shuttle, which we had to book the night before.

Lovely 4 night stay. Hotel was great. We loved the frog too and and the breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve had, although it can get very busy after 8am.
It was a good location for exploring both Copenhagen and Malmo. I would definitely recommend a trip to Dragor which was 30 mins away using the local buses.

+s: staff friendly & helpful, early check in was great for me, very close (walking distance) to airport, safe and quiet, not overpriced. View of water and boats were pretty

-s: no restaurants nearby except one which was small and busy. Didn't care to eat at hotel, there was an aquarium nearby, but full of kids. No water or coffee set up in room which was disappointing, room lacked a few items. i.e.....no bath mat or bath rug. Bed had very small pillows and bed was not made up. Just two folded blankets one on each side which was odd. They need better coffee/tea set up in lobby and no decent snacks.

I rate them 3 stars and would not stay more than one night.

Seemed overpriced. Took awhile to figure out how to get to the metro. No maps of the area to help with finding local restaurants etc. for example there is a nice retail area on the other side of the metro. But if walking you need to go to the metro tunnel and exit via another staircase. Easy if there was a map but there wasn’t.

Awful hotel with cheap finishes. We had the worst room in the hotel, room 202 looking out on a parking lot and the roof of the entrance. Comparable priced hotels have vastly superior finishes and services. It was quite obvious they were doing everything to save money at your expense considering the room costs were at the high end of similar hotels.

Superior room is very modern with a large bathroom and good view. However it is missing some amenities. No fridge in the room for example, no kettle although there was a Nespresso machine, no tissues.
Emails direct to the hotel and message through the Hotels app regarding airport shuttle arrangements were unanswered. Had to make an international phone call to sort it out in the end. Note shuttle bus is only six seats so reservations are essential at peak times.
Restaurant Maître d' was not friendly when we turned up at the near empty restaurant at 18:30 \"without a reservation\". This is an airport hotel remember. The waitress was nice however and the food OK. Wine prices were very high even for Denmark.

I was welcomed to the light and attractive lobby by friendly staff who checked me in even though I was early, they also helped me with booking a table for dinner when the automated system wasn't working . My room has a sea view and was very clean, fresh and spacious with a bath overlooking the same view from the bathroom.
I had dinner in Seating the onsite restaurant, this was good prompt but not rushed service and a small number of freshly prepared dishes. Also a short but good wine list.
The breakfast had lots of choice and tables were cleared quickly.
My colleague and I were able to work in the lobby and when the bar was closed tea coffee and cold drinks were available self service.
This hotel is in a great spot, near to the airport but alongside the harbour and near to the aquarium so it feels like a holiday as well as a very nice business hotel.

Room was clean and relaxing, reception staff was super helpful, and friendly. Checking in early was a bit frustrating, their system tried to send me to a page to pay several times. I called to talk with them about it, and they got me all settled with what I needed over the phone!

If you rent a car you will need to pay for parking. If it's a short time, you will just need to download an app called easypark.

A lot of places in Copenhagen will require payment for parking, though.

Easy online check in and our room was ready when we got there. We were only staying as had a layover so wanted somewhere close to the airport. It’s a 15 min walk or 5 min taxi so the location was perfect. The room was clean and modern, the shower was amazing! We didn’t eat there as had to leave early to catch our flight. You need to book for the hotels free airport shuttle though which we weren’t aware of so we got a taxi instead. Some info on the shuttle times/booking would be useful and I didn’t think to ask about it when we arrived.

We picked this hotel because of the shuttle. We contacted the hotel with our flight details to book it but never heard back. We waited for the shuttle at the airport for 30 minutes in the cold and ended up taking a Uber. Same thing to get back to the hotel the day after - no shuttle available for our time slot.
Our room wasn't ready so we had to wait another 20 minutes for the maid to make the bed. Finally, the clerk used a rather aggressive approach to sell us a breakfast supplement. Overall poor experience and additional cost because of commute to and from the airport.

After a 35min + que time for the reception, the room provided was not clear. Underwear and socks from previous guests were found in the room.
We were provided with a new room without any apology or support in moving room etc.
The new room provided had a dirty bathroom with lots of hair stuck in the drain filter in the shower.
Wifi was very weak/ not working in the room, but strong in the reception.
We forgot my daughter's teddy in the room at check out and contacted the hotel a few hours later the following day where the hotel claimed the teddy was not found and did not put any effort into locating it and did not call back after additional search, as promised.
I cannot recommend this and I will never stay there again. There are lots of great hotels in Copenhagen. Go elsewhere. This hotel seems to be satisfied relying on business from delayed flights and not providing decent customer service.

There was misrepresentation regarding the shuttle service to and from the airport. Shuttle service should be continuous and should accommodate guests. We were a party of six, 3 adults and 3 children. We had two rooms and were not able to use the shuttle. We spent over $50 on Uber from and to the airport. This expense should not have occurred.

The room is very dark. They say it’s an eco friendly hotel so the rooms seem to have only 50% of the normal light power. There are no phones in the rooms for the same reason. The bathroom is good sized and well lit! The breakfast is mediocre. The scrambled eggs aren’t tasty (tetra pack quality). The hotel doesn’t prepare omelette. The baked beans are the healthy version with pinto and cannellini beans. No tomato sauce. The consistency resembles bean paste. I only mention this for English families with fussy eaters. The waffle station is great. They have lots of different teas (no peppermint tea), plant based milk, really good bread if you like proper seeded bread. After the third day the breakfast got boring though. We were a family of four staying in the family room. It is kind of tight. The sofa bed must have been horrible according to my son and husband. The sofa-bed was the closest to the window and they both could feel a draft from the window and were cold. You couldn’t adjust the temperature in the room. There is no closet for your clothes. Just a clothes rail with six hangers.
It’s not the best hotel we’ve stayed at and we probably won’t return. If we stayed for two nights I probably wouldn’t have remarked on anything. We stayed five nights.
Staff is friendly and professional. The hotel is a ten minute walk from the metro station which was convenient.
