We had an excellent stay at the Viva Nove suites. We went for my daughters 21st birthday.
We had two senior suites which had hot tubs on the balcony.
The breakfast each morning was excellent and had a brillant selection.
The location was perfect a 5 minute walk to Kamari.
The room was kept cleaned each day.

The airport is a 7 minute drive and cost us 35 euro which is expensive. However the alternative would be a bus to Fira and then Fira to Kamari and after a day of travelling and landing late we opted for thr taxi and would do again.

They had storage for our suitcases as we weren't leaving till 6pm in the evening. In the main reception downstairs they have a large area with a sofa if you want to sit and also a shower to freshen up with towels a d toiletries which we really appreciated following a day of exploring before our flight.

Highly recommended!!

Me and friend stayed here in September and it was amazing! Location is perfect - a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants and bars and shops nearby to walk to. Hotel was beautiful and well kept. I CANNOT say enough kind things about the staff. They reply quick to messages and are so helpful and knowledgeable about the island/area. They assisted in booking many transfers and even have 4wheelers on site to rent, which is incredibly convenient. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the Kamari area of Santorini!

This is an awesome place to stay. The convenience of everything is so great. It’s all flat in this town unlike others that are all uphill! The only issues we had were neighbours cigarette smoke coming directly towards us at the pool. Being Canadian, this is not tolerable. It actually caused us allergy issues.

This is our second stay at this property which demonstrates how much we enjoy it here. It’s a world away from the hustle and bustle of the islands crowds. A quiet sanctuary. The staff are very attentive and want to ensure you have a great stay with them.
Just a short transfer from the airport and also a short walk to the promenade of Kamari with lots of restaurants.

Our experience at Viva Nove Suites was exceptional! The location in Kamari is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and shops. The suites are modern, clean, and beautifully designed with a calming atmosphere. The staff(Maria, Donaldo and many more that I don’t remember their names) was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure every detail of our stay was perfect. We especially enjoyed the comfortable beds, great amenities, and the delicious breakfast provided each morning. Overall, Viva Nove Suites is the perfect choice for a relaxing and memorable stay in Santorini. Highly recommended!

Lovely little hotel with friendly and hardworking staff. Room was always tidied and cleaned each day. Sunbeds are shaded in either the morning/evening, but there are communal beds that are always in the sun.

Location: A 5-10 minute walk to Kamari beach. A 10 minute walk to the bus stop to Fira. I found taxis very expensive, but the bus is only €2. The hotel kindly printed the bus timetable for us.

Breakfast: A limited menu but nice quality food. Fresh orange juice and tea/coffee. Copious amounts of breads and pastries, with the option of fresh fruit, greek yoghurt with granola, cake of the day or salad. There were additional options for a small cost (approx €3).

Tips: The beachfront restaurants especially can be expensive. For a cheap eat go to Souvlike, they do a nice gyros. Local supermarkets sell cheap packs of water and alcohol, instead of using the expensive mini bar.

You deserve this!

Great place to stay! Staff amazing! Included breakfast was a pre-determined composition choice but was quite delicious. You could add items for additional charge but we didn’t bother. Swim up pool was very nice, you might need to put down a towel for comfort/cleanliness as the beds can get a bit dirty. Still very cool! Very close to Kamari beach and chic restaurants strip. Walk all the way down to get the best swimming areas. Staff were super friendly and helpful! AC was not the greatest, you might need to keep bathroom door closed to get you room to sleeping chill (we were there in September). Wifi great. Bit of a walk to bus stop but service here is top notch! Cheap safe, and convenient. Close to airport so you will see -and hear- aircraft quite close by. Pay the bus attendant to get to Fila. Go anywhere from there! Super simple. AC modern buses.

Excellent Hotel

This is an amazing hotel in a good loaction. Clean and modern with either a personal Hot Tub or swim up access to the pool for every room. The room was a good size and modern with a large comfortable bed. Staff were excellent and very helpful and freindly. The hotel was quiet which was great for relaxing, but ony a few minutes walk from the beach with all the bars and restaurants of which there is a huge choice. Breakfast was excellent with a decent choice of continental items included but you could also order cooked items at an extra cost. The resort is at the end of the Airport runway so you often see low flying aircraft landing but we found this exciting and the noise wasn't a problem at all.

Absolutely fantastic hotel - the customer service was the best I've ever experienced too.
The room was just up our street- modern, very clean and mininalist with every luxury. My partner and I still miss the amazing bed and pillows!
We had a plunge pool in our suite which was bigger than expected and a very welcome addition. The main pool was maintained perfectly and again absolutely serene.
You definitely get exceptional quality here. LOVED the breakfasts too!

We arrived early in the day, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They allowed to partake of the breakfast (even though we were not supposed to enjoy it until the next day.) They allowed us to use the pool area and store our bags until the room was ready. Each day the staff ensured we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. The customer service was a 10 !

This place took my breath away.
It is stunning and so clean, so quiet, and everyone is so friendly.
The area is so easy to get around, so many shops and restaurants.
Comfortable rooms and the bottom rooms walk right out to the pool and your very own bed by the pool.

Amazing experience at Viva Nove - Maria was beyond brilliant with any questions or requests we had. We extended our stay as we enjoyed it so much. So many small, thoughtful and considered touches throughout the hotel - the make up today (amazing!!) Would highly recommend if you are after a chilled/ private vibe - we booked the executive suite with sea view and hot tub. Hadn’t stayed in Kamari before but we loved it for the last leg of our trip to Santorini - Oia and Fira are beautiful but incredibly busy! The only watch out if you are a light sleeper, very close to the airport so you do hear the planes but this does stop at a reasonable hour!!

It was a pleasure, staying at Viva Nove Suite. The staff, the property was just absolutely beautiful. I will definitely be booking this hotel again!

Brand new contemporary suites we’ll thought out and immaculate. Staff were amazing friendly and always available. Walkable to kamari beach with all its facilities. Walk to bus stop for days in Fira and Oia.
Only downside our suite only had sun for part of the morning. But there were a few other beds available in the sun to use. The breakfast was a feast and lovely and fresh. But unfortunately they do not offer any other meals

We stayed for 6 nights the hotel was beautiful the staff was amazing nothing was to much trouble they have just open so new. Few minutes from the beach. Would definitely stay here again. We was given two free bottles of wine because it was there first year open to say thank you.

One small downside was that after I checked out, I was contacted about a missing hairdryer. Even though I explained that I had neither seen nor used it, the conversation quickly focused on the possibility that I had taken it. It was a bit uncomfortable having to explain myself over something I did not take. At the same time, no hairdryer was shown to me during the room tour either, so it felt more like a communication issue between the staff or a lack of inventory control.

I would simply recommend keeping better track of these things in the future.

Other than that, everything was perfect.✨

Fantastic hotel with the world’s best staff – so helpful and incredibly friendly! A special thanks to Adelina, who made our stay truly unforgettable. Because the hotel is small, you really feel welcomed and seen as a guest.
