There was a terrible smell in the bathroom and toilet from the sewer.
The room is very humid.
No windows.

Staff very friendly.

The staff is really outstanding, they helped me out so much, they went out of their way to help me find a place and fix my luggage, I’ve never been so well treated in a Hotel, really recommend it for anyone trying to have a easy going stay, clean and tidy, on the budget, couldn’t be better. Definitely will come back.

This hotel is walking distance to everything. I walked everywhere, that alone is a win. It's basic, but clean and comfortable which are the only two important things in my opinion. Staff are friendly and welcoming. I didn't go to breakfast, because I was always excited about going out to get food...the area central, not fancy but of you're don't care about that it's great, safe.

Hotel a bit rundown, breakfast is very poor , breakfast room not clean, hotel staff cannot speaks English but friendly and they are trying hard to help, i said ok but needs more improvements

Great value. Clean and comfortable.Very clean. Great location near many old town sights and excellent street food. Staff was very friendly ,very helpful, warm. and accommodating. Loved the watermelon juice and good quality coffee at breakfast. A/C worked well and plenty of hot water.

Amazing!! We will be back! · it’s a really nice hotel the service was excellent, very clean and comfortable, staff were very friendly. recommend to everyone.
This is one of the overall best hotels I have ever stayed at The room were spacious and spotless. Our room had beautiful tile and a large bathroom with a gorgeous shower. The bed was large even for a king size. The property is in a great location. We walked to almost every site we wanted to visit. The staff were wonderful. They helped us with learning the local customs and making plans for what to do while there. The breakfast was out of this world! Definitely eat the banana pancakes and the local fruit that is available on the breakfast buffet. The hotel also had complementary tea time with pastries and other snacks that were delicious. The room rates are the best you will find in the area for this degree of overall customer service and excellent accommodations. The staff is really great and attentive! Also the rooms are wonderfully decorated and clean! 100% recommendable!

LUXURY - BRAND NEW HOTEL WITH EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE + ROOM
Hotel is new, the rooms were super comfortable, very modern and clean. Breakfast was great, there was a huge variety, not only Asian, and everything was very good! The locations was perfect and the staffs are helpful and willing to give a service. The location is excellent within a walking distance to the old town, shopping lake with many restaurants and sights at walking distance but still quiet and calm. Rooms are comfortable and clean.
Highly recommended!

LUXURY AT A REASONABLE PRICE .
The staff treats you like royalty, the beds are super comfortable, and elevator is fast. You're right there in old town, only a Few walkable blocks from Sword Lake, and the hotel restaurant is great for breakfast and other meals. They rearrange excellent tours and drivers.

Hanoi Aria hotel, firstly the hotel view is not according to expedia promotion, power black out few times pre days, hotel room small and no hanger to hang clothes, and there is no corridor as display on expedia website, final the breakfast provide every morning same foods no change the worse is the foods was not pre heated . Their spa is not really for business my rated this hotel is poor even the house keeping is bad.

A great little hotel and staff to match

Michael from Aria was superb! Sorting out our food tour, trip to Bungalow Island in Lan Ha (which is way less crowded and more pristine than Harlong), trip to Sapa and all pickups with every movement. The hotel is relatively new and therefore very clean and tidy. Beds were more than comfortable and breakfast was a full buffet. A 10 min walk to old quarter but that was just 10 more minutes of entertainment for us... and only 3 minutes to the train station for the overnighter to Sapa. Thanks Michael and staff
