We had a nice stay. it was short- but the service was good and friendly and the atmosphere was a fun and funky vibe. the bed wasn't the most comfortable, but it was fine. breakfast was good, location was great- really close to the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay there again for sure!

The location, staff, breakfast (complimentary), and overall quality of the property is outstanding. It is secure and has unique local art on the facade. Boutique beach hotel just two blocks from an incredible beach. Nearby dining options and grocery store about 4-5 blocks. I wish we had stayed one or two additional nights.

Teve momentos que tivemos que abrir a janela para entrar um pouco de ar, pois estava insuportável ficar dentro do quarto, ligamos na recepção para entender, e os mesmo informaram que o hotel tinha reduzido para tentar dar suporte a todos os quartos, pq detalhe o ar era controlado pela a recepção, não tínhamos o controle do ar.
Acredito que deveria ser um ar individual para cada quarto, não faz sentido ficar o controle somente em um local.

O andar em que ficamos não era em alvenaria. As paredes pareciam drywall. Estranhamos um pouco...Pensamos que poderíamos ter problema com privacidade, mas o hotel parecia estar um tanto vazio e, por isso não tivemos nenhum incidente com vizinhos. O chuveiro era muito bom, o colchão, não muito... Café da manhã sempre muito diversificado e gostoso.

Foi muito razoável! A 1° noite o ar condicionado não funcionava e não tinha quarto para trocar, passamos uma noite extremamente desconfortável e desagradável com o calor de quase 30 graus na madrugada. No 2° dia me trocaram para uma suíte melhor e já com ar condicionado funcionando.

Tivemos uma hospedagem satisfatória, quarto limpo, organizado e com móveis novos. O café da manhã tem bastante variedades e o atendimento da equipe é excelente. Tivemos que fazer checkout antecipado devido ao surto de virose, mas não tenho o que reclamar da hospedagem. Voltaremos com certeza.

Tudo perfeito! Passei 3 noites com o meu filho no periodo do Natal. O tempo nao ajudou, mas o atendimento e a localizacao do hotel facilitou bastante para que o periodo fosse ótimo! Café da manha excelente, com opcoes para todos os gostos. A única observação é que os quartos sao pouco iluminados.

Excelente hotel no Guarujá
Um hotel novo, com excelente acomodação muito bem localizado. Ele era um Ibis Stiles e está acoplado ao Hotel Delphin. Você passa por dentro do hotel Delphin, para ir ate a beira mar, uma excelente comodidade. Café da manhã completissimo e consta com um bom estacionamento, pago a parte. A unica inconveniência foi a cama nao ser de casal, eles juntam duas de solteiro, fora isto, é uma excelente opção

Escolhemos esse hotel pelas fotos e localização. O colchao e travesseiro com cheiro forte e azedo de mofo. Colchão e travesseiro, edredon e lençol de pessima qualidade. Não oferecem toalha de rosto. No café da manhã, tem fila para setar pois são poucas mesas. Estacionamento lotado, sem vagas, mesmo pagando a parte.

Horrivel, desde o check-in onde os funcionarios nem aprensentou se quer o quarto, tudo do hotel descobrimos por conta, o estacionamento é pago a parte 40,00 por diaria, o quarto tem cheio de mofo, cortina e teto mofados para quem tem criança e rinite que foi meu caso é pessimo, chuveiro e vaso sanitario sao em comodos diferentes e pequeno as portas emperradas de ambos, iluminação pessima mesmo ligando todos os abajures que tinha anda ficava escuro, o frigobar estava abastecido achei de pessimo gosto porque não deu para eu colocar minhas coisas, nao é bem arejado nada seca, nao tem onde pendurar uma roupa molhada, experiência terrivel.... um hotel que de urgencia tem que rever a recepção com os hospedes e reforma, sem contar o estacionamento que fica empoçado agua o tempo, nao sabia que o Delphin se dividia em 2 hoteis ja fiquei no Delphin Beach e fomos bem recebidos, uma decepção eu ter alugado pensando ser o mesmo e nao ter a mesma experiência, sem contar na area da piacina onde tem plascas enormes escrito que nao pode consumir bebida em garrafas e nem som alto e não houve nenhuma fiscalização parecia mais uma reive... decepcionante.....

Já tinha passado uma noite no hotel e foi tudo bem. Desta vez, o teto do quarto estava muito mofado e o cheiro era forte. Roupa de cama estava meio puida, toalha de banho áspera, mas limpeza ok. O ar condicionado tem controle central e estava fixo em 25⁰, não era suficiente para quem gosta do ambiente resfriado. O café da manhã é bom, tem muitas opções, mas o café é horrível.

Atendeu as minas expectativas, o Hotel é um charme na decoração, silencioso, café da manhã, chuveiro e cama excelentes. Funcionários prestativos. O diferencial é poder utilizar o lazer do Delphin Beach que fica na parte de trás do Surf, são conjugados, tem piscina, sauna, restaurante e pé na areia por esse outro lado. Recomendo e com certeza voltaria.

O quarto é mal iluminado, TV pequena e o controle travava muito, o colchão e o jogo de cama era razoável em relação a conforto mas fazia barulho ao se movimentar (nheque nheque) como se a cama fosse velha. Cofre funcionava, ar condicionado muito bom, espaço do banho bom e limpo e o chuveiro tinha uma ducha bem gostosa, o wifi do hotel é excelente. A parte do banheiro me incomodou pois é uma porta e dentro é o vaso sanitário, sem nenhuma janela de ventilação e não possuía trancas. O café da manhã era completo mas simples, frutas, pães e frios, mas bem organizado limpo e gostoso. Os funcionários sempre atenciosos mas alguns poderiam ser mais simpáticos como por exemplo as senhoras que trabalham na cozinha. Não tem serviço de quarto. À sauna não estava funcionando. O hotel disponibiliza toalhas a vontade e limpas, isso é bem positivo. A academia é ótima e a piscina também, grande e espaçosa, eles oferecem transformador de tomadas para 110.

Me decepcionei, da primeira vez que fiquei tinha até água saborizada para os clientes na recepção. Dessa vez não tinha nada. Café da manhã nem pão de queijo tinha. Caiu muito o nível, não funcionava nem o exaustor do banheiro. E o hotel estava cheio nos 3 dias que fiquei, então não é culpa de pandemia.
