Our toilet got blocked on the 1st day of our stay. The staff just told us not to put toilet paper in. We did not put TP in, it was probably already blocked from previous guests. In the end, it took 8h for them to come clean and they didn't unblock the toilet at all... we had to flush multiple for waste to go down. The shower also did not drain properly at all.
The backboard of the bed had a lot of hairs on it. And the TV and refrigerator seemed to be badly cleaned.

Nice hotel, very clean. My only issues were the steps leading to the property are painted to create an optical illusion. Terrible for disabled people like me. Thankfully there was a ramp. No where to sit in the room except a bean bag. So hotel designed for young fit people.

Cosi is nicely situated in a convenient area and wasy to walk to anything you need. Staff was pleasant and very helpful. We had an issue with the AC unit and maintenance was there and fixed it immediately.

It was a quiet place to sleep and might have been really nice when first built. Now its getting rather run down. Broken hooks and handles in the room, broken door to enter building, overall needing a deep clean. The staff was friendly and included breakfast was good. Had a very overpowering smell of cough syrup. There were also no outlets near any mirrors in the room, making it difficult to dry and style hair. Water pressure was poor as well. Needs some TLC and could be a quality place again.

The main reason we booked the hotel is because of the “rock climbing pool” but when we got there, we found out you can’t actually rock climb and this was just for decoration.
Rooms were really small compared to other hotels in this price range we’ve stayed in before but everything was clean and you got to use “credit” in their store for food and drink items which was good.
Also, they offer laundry services (self serve) but do not use them. Our clothes came out wet but not clean and then took 3 rounds in the dryer before we gave up because they didn’t dry so we had to hang the washing in our tiny hotel room. We went to reception to tell them the dryer wasn’t working and they pulled out a slip for a “washing machine refund” so looks like they have this problem all the time when it comes to washing and drying.

It’s good value for your money. No frills hotel in a new building in a walking distance from Ao Nang beach and its bustling area. Plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Some of the cons were the mildew smell in the bathroom and coming to the room when the AC was off. We saw a couple of mosquitoes flying around the room as well. General maintenance is poor for such a new construction: leaking sink, stained curtains and shower walls, loosening towels rods and soap container. And don’t wait for any help from the staff they will just ignore you altogether. Again is a hotel good enough for a couple of nights without frills or services.

I was unsure about this hotel but it turned out to be fantastic! It was a great price and very modern. Convenient to everything. Short walk up the beach, monkeys, shopping around the corner. Came with a daily credit to be used at the cafe. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. I paid 4 x the price for other hotels in Thailand and this was by far the best deal. The only downfall was the noise of music at night but even that wasn’t nearly as bad as the noise on Phi Phi Island. Do yourself a favour and bring ear plugs to Thailand so you can sleep solid. Happy travels.

The room was good value for the price. It would have been nice to have a small table and chair instead of a bean bag. I appreciated the washing line in the shower.
Great that they have recycling bins, but it would be even better if they provided glass water bottles that could be returned (like some hotels have) instead of plastic.

Very clean, very good quality place, cleaning staff very helpful and nice. Very comfy beds, good wifi. The self laundry was broken the whole time. But its more expensive to do yourself then to pay one of the nice ladys on the street to do it for you. 40baht for washer, 60baht for dryer and you gotta buy detergent. The pool coulda been cleaner couple floating bandaids typical stuff. Gym coulda had some water bottles or water dispenser. But overall a good place and would stay again for sure.

We loved our stay at Cosi! It was organized, clean and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go as it is central on the main strip of Ao Nang. The internet worked well and the beds were very comfortable, we did try to do our laundry and were not able to as they only had one washer and one dryer working at the time. The pool was closed for upgrades during our stay so we did not use it.

Fresh, modern decor, a nice clean place to stay in a good location. It's about a 12 minute walk to the beach. There are lots of restaurants, souvenir shops, and necessities all around.The hotel had live music next to the lobby along with full bar service.
They have laundry facilities where you can wash your own stuff, a pool, and fitness area. There are 4 buildings all along the street that are only accessible with your room card. You may or may not be in building 4 which was the one with the pool, laundry and fitness area.
There is free water in the hotel lobby (bring your water bottle or buy one there), as well as coffee and tea. They have breakfast and pastries available for purchase.
The only thing was, the breakfast was ordered the night before and was cold by the time we picked it up in the morning. I guess they just make the breakfast all at once and you get it whenever you're ready in the morning *shrug*

my boyfriend and I were very excited about this hotel from the pictures and the reviews and overall it was fine. The room wasn’t as big as the pictures, and the air conditioning didn’t work and we were sweating all night. The water pressure in the shower was very weak but the bathroom was nice. in the whole hotel aside from the lobby, there was no air-conditioning and in the hallways and elevator it smells like chlorine and urine. in the lobby‘s Café, it was rather overpriced but the pastries were good. in the actual room, the bed was comfortable and there’s a nice big TV. Probably would not stay here again.

This is a fabulous little hotel. It is relatively new I guess and so everything is as it should be. It just has this crisp. modern feel about it. The room was clean, bright and the bed was very comfortable. Extended our stay here as we liked it so much. Also in a very convenient location so just about everything in Ao Nang is walkable. Thoroughly recommended
